Was a lot better back in the day when they were located out towards riverbank. The 8ths are always underweight. Too many times have I asked for 1 type in the case but received another and didnt know until I arrived home. Bud tenders say everything is "straight fire". They dont give solid recommendations for what you're looking for. I've found the newer staff members at Phenos are way better and haven't been shorted since.

Best weed store that I have been to great selection friendly service and fair prices especially when they do 30% off..... Wanna get high?

The ladies at checkin were wonderful. They have a good checkin system, are very efficient and friendly. The experience inside the actual store was disappointing. Our budtender was a young man with long dreads, underwhelming in the friendliness. He seemed to lack knowledge on the products or just chose not to do that part of the job. The store also had 4 normally dressed men standing in the back. Not sure who they were or what their purpose was, but they just giggled to each other and couldnt seem to keep their wandering eyes off women. It was an uncomfortable experience and I would not and will not be recommending this store in the future. There are better and more experienced places to visit that are just as easy to get to, like Empire Health and Wellness.

Because of my temporary ADA issue, I need something for the pain. Being we had never been to a dispensary, I asked family if they could give me advice. They found these guys, because it was on our way back home.We've been there twice and I have to say, it's been an awesome experience and will definitely keep coming. Everyone, from security and everyone else has been so helpful. I hope that they might start carrying CBD products but until then....Thanks guys for making the process so smooth and also, your priority in taking care of vets, very much appreciated!!!

These 5 stars are for Joeclyn or Ruby, I can't remember her name she had glasses. It was any first time here as I'm from Stockton, I spent $185 & that girl was so patient & very helpful! I'm satisfied happy customer...although I over heard from another employee as she was helping me that the tip jar isn't for the budtenders it's just "donations" I strongly am against that & I decided I won't be back until that's changed because that's not right & if it continues to be that way for another 2 months I will come back & edit my review to 1 star

So this is my first time coming to this place and I have to say it was a good experience and the service is great the staff is well knowledgeable about everything in there, the staff is also very friendly and live you can  tell they enjoy there job alot and the are not rushing you to pick your items they will wait for you to pick or they will suggest things you should try if your unsure already the young lady who helps me out I forget her name but I know her when I see her. This is a cash only place but they do have an atm right next to the door, now the only thing is they don't have an online menu which would be nice, they probably don't want others to copy what they got

I went there yesterday, I usually go to flavors for everything because I always find more concentrates there and the bud tenders there are way nicer and help you out way more, but I wanted to give pcf the benefit of the doubt. Once again disappointed with the bud tenders. The girl that helped me was kind but when she asked her coworker for some help with a concentrate we wanted, that girl was extremely rude to us. It seems to me like the people who work there specially the girls, are just there to say they work there and not because they want to help customers choose out some dope weed to smoke. Seems like y'all hire girls for their looks to get more sales, but in reality they don't know shit about weed. When I ask for advice on what's good they never know or they just don't seem like they want to help, seems like they aren't educated on the product that they sell. Some of them sometimes are even too high to work, can't control their high. They also be rushing you and asking if you're done when you've barely asked to see one thing. Overall, I say just head to flavors, they actually know what they're selling and they are way nicer and helpful.

This is the best place to get your medicine or fulfill your recreational needs. This was the first club I visited when I moved from SF and it has been my last.I'm stuck in a wheelchair and PCF couldn't take better care of me. It starts with the security guard Chris. This dude is a class act. My mom struggles with my wheelchair everywhere we go, and he is the only person that has ever come over to even offer any help. He does this every time our car pulls up. Chris also makes it a point every time he sees me to shake my hand and ask me how I'm doing. He genuinely cares about what I'm going through. PCF constantly has a huge selection of products that usually vary in price range. They continually run specials so you never really pay full price. Speaking of price. I don't know how they do it but the prices are always more than fair. I have actually left many times and thought "how do they make a profit?" Lol you have to understand I'm used to Bay Area prices. Besides Chris the bud tenders are the true gems of this place. This place regularly gets crazy busy and I've seen them staff more than 10 bud tenders at a time. Somehow every single person I've encountered is crazy knowledgeable about everything marijuana. I'm definitely lacking in some names which is a shame but if your lucky enough to be served by Geary or my man Orlando your going to have a good day. Back to what I said earlier about PCF being a place that cares about its patients. They have an express line for military vets and people with disabilities. Like I said earlier this is the only club in the area I've been too, but I've probably been inside every SF club and this is the only club I've been inside where such a line exists. They also have their own wheelchair that customers can use. Well done PCF, I wish other businesses operated like yours.

This is me and my hubby's go to cannabis club, all the staff are cool and very patient. Best bud. Friendly staff. The chronic files " Kush Cake " is some gas HIGHLY recommend.

Not a good place to buy cannabis. Extremely poor stock of Vape cartridges. Inconsistency from week to week.I have been very disappointed and will not likely continue to shop at patient care first.

I like this place but half them dudes be rushing you all rude like .I'm chose another place to go. I was real uncomfortable already and I'm like can you show me your indicas and the guy all rude said we got indica all over just pick one and go ... wow I think I'm done going here only been there Twice

Hands down best club in town. Prices are always cheap..even with the new regulations. Kyle's the best bud tender. Very helpful and always there to answer questions or recommend a product. I don't go anywhere else.

We love this place. They offer great prices on flower and the absolute best prices that we have found on CBD products. My fiancé is blind and this dispensary offers a separate line for the disabled and veterans to be served first... that's AWESOME. Everyone that we have had the pleasure to come across here is super friendly. I feel like an ass not remembering the name of the budtender that assisted us the past couple times, but she is the absolute best. She doesn't lie when you ask her which strain is better if she hasn't tried it... that's important. We drive from north Stockton and the drive is worth it (even with gas prices soaring). Also, do not let all the cars in the parking lot discourage you from giving this place a shot, it is a busy place but there are lots of budtenders to get you in and out quickly.

The best dispensary in Stanislaus County! Always the lowest price around area! Same exact brands for alot less money! Why shop at places like Medallion Wellness and walk out with half the medicine for double the price!

Weed quality is not that great. Always small buds with lots of stems still.  Can barely see what weed looks like cause they hold the container like you might steal it. Cannot smell the bud just have to take budtenders advice on whether its good or not

Been to there locations multiple times  walk in today with my rec card  witch am able to go in any dispensary just with it they told me I need my California ID  and could not go in there lost I'll take my $$ somewhere else

My niece and sister in law recommended this place to me. So I decided to stop by and check this place out. Since it's my first time here, I had to sign a form and give them my id. The receptionist was very welcoming. I went to the back and instantly fell in love. The gentleman who helped me was super helpful and answered all the questions that I have. He was patient with me helped me picked my vape pens according to my symptoms. I'm extremely happy with my experience and the staff are super friendly. I'm not from here but visit frequently so I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town.

I had my photo on their big mistake because they recognize me because I feature their shop on my channel. LMFAO where's the love for all the other good reviews I've done on my channel for you but you only focus on the 1 negative review and have me banned from PCF,FLAVORS AND PHENOS. People will see your shady for this kicked out for a private review. Think about that when you go there what kind of man you're giving your business too. What's up with this club?? ‍‍This club have 30 dollar top shelf eights but then lowered them to 25 only to raise them to 55 afterwards ? That's retarded. If it's patient care first then why make patient happy about their prices then turn it around. I get other clubs can't compete that but no one can tell a business to raise prices. Other businesses gotta lowered their stingy ass. I don't see why patient care gave into these pity demands. Now it's a shitty club.‍

I really liked this place. I came from Gilroy and I bought an $80.00 oz and it was really good. I am actually coming back this weekend to get me another one. An oz lasts me about a month

The manager is sweet and fair. Joseph is the best budtender there. Floracal dosido and diamond cookies are worth the trip. Hopefully Orlando is having a better day.

1 Star is for their exceptional medicine & the ease of service. The other star is because I don't want to leave just 1 Star they have quality product. Buttttt I stopped by to pick up what was sold as a great quality pre roll with hash, I blindly trusted them as you would a normal business. When I got to my residence to use my preroll, it was empty, with a courtesy additive to keep my missing preroll fresh. I was disappointed beyond belief. Check your budtenders or whatever you have to. But I surely will not return to this dispensary.

Best in the west.  They are fair and product is  great. Very well staffed. My go to place.

This is a good average medical supply store.They've made many changes recently and I guess had to handle all of the expense with the product is good and consistent.Many new people go to this location because the Thursday first time brand new customers get half off your first purchase which is very attractive and worth the drive to check out the facility but they just recently change that and I guess gave no announcement.

Easy to get in and out, fast and courteous services. The hot girl with grey/silver hair helped me find just what I needed and was very helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.

The only club I go to, besides it's sister stores (phenos on McHenry). They also have a shop in Merced and riverbank. Tons of products and their menu is always up to date. Budtenders are actually very knowledgeable and not just there to ring you up.I hope they open up another sister store in Turlock!!

I was in here about a month ago, my friend and I were at the front of the line when a girl came through the veterans line and tried to confront my friend we argued as I told her to go away and tried to continue to the bud tender because we were next and she then attacked me and my friend and Now my friend and I are not allowed In there and I don't see how that right when the altercation lasted about 9 minuets before it got physical and no one stepped into help but for some reason I'm not allowed back, if the owner could please contact me I would appreciate it. dispensary is good always come here but I always notice this big girl that scans id when coming in ALWAYS she never smiles always has an attitude never says have a good day , & also this other budtender today when she received us she was in a bad mood i didnt like her attitude she was a white girl tall and thick id say but overall you guys need to talk to your budtenders or works working there they need to have good attitude i get it gets packed and the get overwhelmed but then again keep your attitude A/1

I am new to the area and was looking for a dispensary. It was my first time in PCF and it was a candy store! It has everything. I didn't know where to begin. Anlyana really helped me out. She was very attentive to my needs and answered every question I had. Her customer service and patience dealing with me was on point. I have found my new go to spot!

I love coming here. The budtenders are very informative and friendly.I always have a great experience. Today I went in and Neshayla helped us out. She was super patient with us. They have whatever you want at the best price by far. Never a disappointment. With the best looking service as well. I just wish they had a lounge, but then I'd never leave.

Fast in and out if you know what you want. Unlike other local dispensaries this one is always staffed to the max. More large scale than other locals so plenty of products to choose from. However, if you like something I suggest going to get more quick because the product turn over is fast. Definitely my preferred dispensary so far.

I arrived 10 or 15 minutes before closing and she still took her time and did not rush me. I was getting something for a friend and wasn't sure what I needed and she was helpful and knowledgeable. Now if we could just get the tax cut I'd be happy. Not there fault that is a state of California issue.
