Front office was ok this time considering the short haired blonde girl didnt even say a word when I came in. As a regular customer, without saying a word to her as well, I handed her my ID. This was nothing, though. Otherwise, the previous staff experience was excellent before these new people.I come here all the time so I know the drill. The blonde girl didnt know what I was talking about, first of all. Secondly, I told her I went to  another place and they sold me an empty pack of joint. So I started shaking it to ensure they were, indeed, what i'm paying for. SHE BEGAN SHAKING IT FOR ME. Like who are you? I'm clearly shaking it BECAUSE I don't trust the person selling it to me. Third, without having me count how much she's putting in the bag before stapling it, I told I her I wanted to count it before she stapled it to which she replied "ok, I guess" Wtf? Then the amount she charged me now that I look at it seems much more than it originally used to be (besides the absurd amount of tax they charge; 23.5% according to my receipt)I will now travel out of city looking for quality service, but not with Jayden's Journey again because of these shady thieves.

I am unfortunately not happy with the service I received  today. It was my 2nd time to jaydens and hoping it would be my new spot. First time I came in about a month ago the guy was super helpful and was able to get me discount on some cbd oil which I had been debating on trying.  Reg price was $40 and with the discount was a total of $31.00 or so. Gave me a loyalty 10%-30% card and was stoked. Came in today and the girl was not paying attention to what I was asking and was fairly rude about the price. Cost went up to $50.00. I was told id receive 10%  with the card.. Today no discount and didn't seem to care to lose my business. I've been excited to keep on the jaydens journey cbd tincture but won't be back for the terrible service and price. Sorry guys.

First time and last! Reception was pleasant but when we were called back the bud tender was impatient, rude, unprofessional, bullying, unkempt, condecending and clearly did not appreciate her job. There are a lot of hard working people out there with outstanding customer service skills. I suggest Jayden's need to find them, this place should focus on compassionate customer service. Isn't this why there are dispensaries in the first place?

I went in hoping to spend somewhere between 100-200 on products, however I spent almost over 300 worth of product. I was pretty upset with the overall service. The person helping us was quiet impatient, not really allowing us to ask questions, I bought two batteries for the oil pens and neither worked. Apparently the battery's I bought that same night were for specific oil/wax cartridge. None of this was ever explained to us. Left home spending 50 dollars for no reason. The bud tender was rude. And I wouldn't expect spending my time buying anything besides flower.

Sylvia and Jason are amazing! It's a very professional atmosphere with a huge selection! My go to place!

Giving 2 because we cant choose Zero Very unprofessional Cananis Dispensery...feel like your in a biker bar specially the guy with the guy long beard  acts like he owns the place Mr security  want be bouncer if you are going to play want be Manager/owner... know the California State Law Proposition 64!!!! California medical patients dont have to pay state or county taxes patients are exempt....they wanted charge me 18,% that's discount from normal 30% what ripoff... stealing from the public in Stanislaus County we have filed complaint with the California State Canabis tax state board they will learn how to be honest business people soon.......IRS will take care if them soon....wish them the best of luck...I will never put my foot back in this place...they dont deserve to be in business this will be a class action lawsuit for conducting fraudulent tax  over charges taking advantage California Medical approved patients..The MMIC identifies the cardholder as a person protected under the provisions of Proposition 215 (The Compassionate Use Act, 1996) and Senate Bill 94 (Chapter 27, Statutes of 2017). I appreciate service with a smile but more importantly I value a good product. The prices here are already higher than most places. That being said I can't feel the product to know if it's too dry or not and often the jars have actually no smell so you rely on the bud tenders word. Today I asked specifically for the freshest or not to be over dry. The bud tender showed me two jars and I picked one. She grabs one off the shelf puts it in a bag and staples it. When I got home and opened it, not only was it stale and over dried but it was 5mos old. Harvested on Oct. 8. This is very bad service in my opinion. Thumbs down

Price gouging. If you normally spend $11 on gummies, expect to pay $22.00 here. If you normally spend $50 per visit at your local dispensary, expect to spend $100 here for the same quantities, same brands. I feel so burned.

I came in for the first time and was treated super well. I was really uneducated with the cannabis world and I was afraid I would look dumb-but the staff was insanely helpful and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. I love the fact that they are open for most of the day and get you in and out very fast. I won't go anywhere else. I hope this business knows their friendliness and openness/lack of judgement to customers like myself that are new to the cannabis world goes a long way and is much appreciated.

Jaydens employees are always nice and they have a great selection of all types of stuff from edibles to flower I just got a vape pen and got 10 percent off i will always go there from now on ive tried other dispensaries but jaydens journey is by far the best

I had been going to this club since it opened. I have referred people here. But my last trip has turned me off to them. I had bought the same item every time I had went in. A disposable vape pen. The lady who helped me had helped me at least 3 times prior. So I walk in and ask "can I get a disposable king pen" she asks me what size .3 .5 or 1g. I said "well I'll do the 1g" I didn't know the size made it disposable or not. So I buy it for like $50. I get in the car open it up and it's not a disposable pen. I turn around the block go back in the store. I said I don't want this I wanted a disposable. The lady who has helped me multiple times said " I asked you if you wanted .3 .5 or 1g" as if I'm the expert on these pens and I should know the difference. She called the manager and she informed me it was a "all purchases are final" which I totally understand. I had to go by a unit to smoke the vape cartridge out of. That costs $15. All together I spent $65. A day after having it I dropped it. My wax spilled everywhere and I was out $65. I wanted the disposable for that very reason. The actual shop is okay. But after the way they handled me and the situation. Eg: basically saying it's my fault I bought the wrong item because I was offered different options. It has turned me off. I won't be going back anytime soon or referring anyone. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm out $65 because of the incident. For the people who run the place next time just say "we see your confusion and where the mistake was we will do better next time." Or for the employee who was trying to cover her own butt just say "my bad I wasn't clear on what I was saying or meant we can't return the item but how can we accommodate you."

Jaydons journey has by far the best most stoneyest weed I've tryed in a long time . Jaydons journey by far out beats Flavors in riverbank any day ... You want the best buds I'd come here . Plus the staff is great . Thanks for being here jaydons journey ....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in and bought two cartridges and one was a bad cartridge. All I wanted was for it to be swapped out. And the guy told me no. NCR I would recommend over this place any day. Way better prices and customer service. I will never come to Jayden's journey ever again. I spent 124$ for trash. This place sucks.

The girls helping in the back were polite and helpful. The guard or host was very polite. The big black haired hippy looking dude was kind of a jackass.

I would like to thank Jayden's Journey for assisting me with dosages needed for treating my prostate cancer.  I figured you guys were the right place to go to because another local dispensary directed me to you based on what I was trying to do.  I followed Dennis Hill's protocol, from the internet, to treat my stage 2b prostate cancer. Over the past 4 years, I had 4 biopsies and 9 PSA tests which showed a slow increase in cancer growth. I did the full 9 month treatment using your products and then had an MRI. My prostate had returned completely back to normal! It was painless and easy to do without any psychoactive effects.Words cannot express my gratitude to you. Your knowledgeable staff and quality product made all the difference.  -Ken

Jayden's is my favorite dispensary.  Everyone is super helpful, and I always get some sort of discount.  But what I saw today wasn't even my experience... it was the way they were helping an elderly couple who had a lot of questions.  The man had Parkinsons and the wife was inquiring about various things.  With all the changes in the  regulations, the variety of products isn't what it used to be, but I will always patronize Jayden's.  I'm so happy they didn't have to shut this location.  But I'll go to Ceres if I have to!  Love you Jaydens!

Very helpful young man who helped me pick out something for my fathers issues.  Place is super professional, clean and you will run into nice grandmas getting their stuff.   Cash only but they do have an ATM.

My first time in such a place was very educational. The person who helped me out was very familiar with what I needed and made recommendations. I heard and read so much about the CBD oil and what it is good for so I asked him and he gave me the straight info I needed.I am a disabled vet with 25yrs service and in a lot of pain from herniated discs in my neck to arthritis and this comes from years of being a combat soldier. I'm trying to get off the pain meds and just go strictly CBD oil due to side effects. Anyway I purchased two bottles of the CBD oil, one bottle with 1% THC and second bottle all THC. So far it's been four days now I've taken this CBD three times a day and I can feel the difference in how I feel. I use the dropper that came with the bottle plus there are instructions on the box as well. I have swelling in certain areas and numbness from my disc's and this helps with the inflammation. Unfortunately I'm moving out of state to East coast so I'm not sure if I can order this and Florida is only thru prescriptions. So I'll have to stock up with the biggest bottles they sell to take with me. Anyway the only reason I didn't give five stars is because of cash only. I was totally satisfied with my advisor and his knowledge on the products I needed. I will return in Aug for additional travel bottles.Thank you for your time and knowledge and recommendations to the gentleman with the long beard.DPS

This a very professional and well run  Marijuana Dispensary.  They carry quality products and the majority of bud-tenders are very friendly knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and specials are sometimes available.  I feel very comfortable coming to this store and highly recommend this business.  Cheers.

We had a great experience here! We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming young man. Then we met a kind woman who was more knowledgeable about products than any other place we've visited. The cbd pain relief balm she recommended has been great for sore muscles!

They are way over priced on there raw garden products well every product for that matter if ur tired of getting ripped off go around the corner to PCF cause they have way more verity and way better prices. I will never go back here they charged $58.50 for raw garden gram cartridge lost it..

I wanted to like this place but they don't honor their online prices. I showed them that their online price said $18 after they had charged $36 and they didn't care to honor it even though I showed them proof. Totally rude about it and now I don't trust them. I Totally got ripped off and I will Never go back! Beware of the lies from their online pricing because it is Not the same when you go in to buy. And the guy, who i think was the owner even said he was aware of it and he didn't care. If I could report them to BBB I would. I even expressed that I was there for my mom who has cancer.

I always go to Jayden's Journey for my marijuana needs. Even though it's quite a trek for me, it's worth it for the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take the time to get to know what you want and help you decide on the best products to get you there.I only wish they were closer.

This shop is really a joke. There product is terrible! low quality for ridiculous prices!. I feel like they take advantage of people that need it.. The prices are CRAZY!! Everything is 15 to 20 dollars more then anywhere. And the flower is not good at all top shelf is not great at all. Like I said worst shop I have been to looks nice in and out but product and service is terrible. I would definitely go somewhere else. MEDICAL USERS please give another shop your business that cares and has pride in business. all shops will explain and go over product. Jayden staff is older and I dont even think they know anything about good flower. They remind me of old Hippies lol...
