I love this place the staff is on point with great customer service & a smile always.  Shout out to JAMAAL for always remembering what I like and the great suggestions!!!

Wish I could give these guys zero Stars very unprofessional overpriced weed just a horrible place take your money elsewhere

They were not accepting my friends green card which has valid date and everything. When asked why she said we just don't accept green card

One of my favorite places in town. Great price and great staff! It is a bigger shop i like how they have a line system helping with social distancing which some shops don't do. Also they have big counter spaces and plenty of employees so you never fell crowded by other customers. The vibe is nice also and they do play music but i don't mind it makes it nice while i wait my turn. Only downside is we don't have two in town sometimes the lines outside are long.

They have a pretty good selection of different cannabis. The girls at work behind the counter are super nice. But what rubs me the wrong way is their security that they have in there. These guys are like overly aggressive. I was outside taking pictures of the moon and one of the wimpy ass security guards  knocks on my window and tells me I need to delete the pictures because it's not allowed in this parking lot. They're just wannabe cops and I don't have time for it when I'm just trying to purchase my medicine. So I won't be going back there. I'll go to Phenos right up the street.

This used to be a good spot to go to because they offer curbside pick up. But as of lately they really are not that great. I'm a disabled patient that's a full time single father so getting my medication isn't always the most convenient so I usually have a friend go for me. Last night I had the opportunity after the weather cooled down to place a curbside order. I'm fully aware of their policy of no online orders after 9pm because they'll cancel the order so i placed my order at 8:56pm. I got the confirmation text my order was being prepared shortly after. At 9:40 I decided to head over to wait for my order to be ready. At 9:43 I got a text saying my order was canceled because I didn't show up is exactly what it said. I called to see what was happening. The girl who answered the phone stated they closed at 9:30 because they were busy I explained my order was placed before they 9pm like their policy dictates and I was about to pull up, she said it doesn't matter "they were too busy" so they closed early and no more curbside pick ups after 9:50. I told her just 2 weeks ago I was able to do a curbside order before 9pm I got the order was ready text at almost 9:30 waited over 25 mins out front after one security guard told them I was there I watched the guard with all the tattoos start to close up the gate to the doors he came up to my car and asked if I had been helped I told him I been here over 20 mins waiting after the other guy told them I was there to have my order completed by 9:58pm she literally said it's different day to day. So I went without my medication because "they were too busy"

Be ready to be harassed if you're excused from wearing a mask due to health reasons. They need to educate the staff on ADA, HIPAA and the difference between a recommendation and a law.  There's zero penal code associated with the current face mask recommendation which makes it not enforceable by law enforcement. Which means your guard is an idiot. Turn down the club music so we the customers can be heard and can hear the staff!

Terrible service. Whole store full of people and every single employee is working on online pick up orders. Should have extra ppl here to worry about online and employees in store to worry about in store customers. Probably last time I'll come here: been in line for over 25mins just watching employees work on online orders. Smh

If I could give this place zero stars I would ! I asked the bud tender for two grams of wax and a pack of baby jesters, when I went to the car and looked into my bag and opened a gram of wax the sealed packaging was already broke so I instantly tried to go back into authentic and tried to exchange for a new gram and since it was 30 minutes before closing they asked me to come back tomorrow morning!

Place is garbage and the staff is horrible - worst service I've ever experienced - rude as f***. The worst is the big thug security guard, I think they call him "Big Oaf", looks like he's straight out of prison and tries to intimidate customers. Even heard him cussing at one of the homeowners who lives adjacent to their property. Wtf? Another example of the downhill trend Modesto has been on for years now and why all the decent people are fleeing and leaving it to the thugs, tweakers, and bums. City government doesn't seem to care at all. The inside is nice and clean though.

The facility is nice and clean but the product can be dry. I witnessed a customer trying to return a faulty item the customer was called a liar and didn't get any refund or replacement on an item that was literally leaking,really makes me think about giving my business to a place like this. It seems like the coworkers or mangers don't communicate well with their employees, they're rude telling them things on the spot with an attitude regardless who's watching.

Sells defective accessories and doesn't even replace them even though you have a receipt, this place just steals your money and then act dumb

The best place I've been to over here in Modesto. lol reminds of the clubs in LA too. It's nice and hella big, my go to when I'm in Modesto.

Terrible experience at this location today. We came into this location specifically because of the Modesto bee article and Modesto planning commission as this being owned by stiizy llc. We arrived into the check in room and a woman immediately asked if we were together, I originally assumed it was because we would want to enter together.. I assumed wrong. We were allowed to enter and out of nowhere a guard came and asked my friend to leave without stating why? I'm shocked and appalled at the bad business decisions they made today. I ended up walking out as well even though I wasn't being forcibly removed.  I will never give my business to this establishment in the future. As we left the property we called to discuss what he had done wrong or whether or not this was a RACE issue and the people handling the phones prompted to tell him "he knows what he did wrong" and then proceeded to hang up on us several times. I was treated horribly here. I asked to talk to the manager and she never came outside. I was taughted by their security guards.

Von is a wonderful addition to 209 Authentic and making it a fun environment. I found the prices on point. I am back again and ready for the upscale product line.

This is my spot. I used to go to another place in Ceres that I thought was it but authentic209 has the same products I get and they have great promos like 30% off which is pretty much the weed tax and all the other taxes they put on it. So the price at the counter is usually the price out the door when I go. I also like that they aren't nazis about me being on my phone. They allow you to take photos inside the store of product which is helpful for me to identify products and look back on past purchases so I know what to rebuy. The gaurds are friendly and very respectful when I go, I read some other people had bad experiences with them , I know this place definitely deserves more then 1 and a half stars. This is the only cannabis club I'd even think to go to if I'm in Modesto. The prices are right and I get treated right here. The staff are all nice, the girls always start convos with me and are very friendly. I like trying new strains and products but I never know what's new or what's what , everytime I've asked for their recommendation on what to get, I've always ended up coming back to repurchase more. They definitely know their products and I recommend all my friends to come here. If you haven't been there yet, take this recommendation and check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I love this club friendly staff amazing people security and all I just feel like there should be a express line like pcf because I got in know what I want every time and it just takes days because people like to be picky. But other than the slight wait I recommend this club

Bought a stiiizy cartridge here last Thursday didn't open it until Sunday cartridge is defective would not work in my big stiiizy or my regular Sissy Tuesday brought it back to the store with the receipt after waiting over 20 minutes for the manager because it takes a manager for any approval on this I was told that if I brought it back the same day it would be no problem but because it was a few days later out of the goodness of their heart they would exchange it but I would have to pay the sales tax over again so I paid an extra 8:25 on top of 825 I paid originally intacs this is double taxation absolutely ridiculous they have lost a very good customer

First and last time I will never go in to this dispensary the weed taste and smells like mold what to do

place is clean very nice but amplified diamonds seemed tampered with if they were even diamonds.you display higher thc levels than they actually are no refridgeration for concentrates

Weak and overpriced dried up Cannibis. Oil Cartridges are also defective depending on which you buy.

Incredible selection. I'm great trusting brands that meets all needs. Service is very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait for bath bombs and other products to come in. Store ha aa very nice fluid flow. Super clean. Top shelf quality without the outrageous prices.

This place used to be great..but now it sucks...starting with reception that the last 4 times I have been in have to reenter my driver's license...I have been here many times, no longer do they carry bath bombs, pain patches, items...today was it...from reception that had to reenter again my license, to the rude, ridiculously loud music...then to the management that refused to come off a ten minute break to help with an issue I was having...i was asked to wait...i expressed my disappointment about the music was given a rude comeback...i stopped at the door on the way out, again expressing my disappointment....not one of the 3 people even cared...so so sad and mad to be blown off and treated with such disrespect...i am a disabled senior, have to get a ride for meds, refuse to be treated so poorly...bottom of the barrel dispensary!!!!

The security here is VERY RUDE, prejudice and disrespectful. Today I witnessed the tall white Security with tattoos yelling at a guy in the parking lot, the security looked like he was trying to fight him. Then the Security told the guy " tonight I'm going to f*** your mom"!!! It was so Unprofessional Definitely made me uncomfortable I will not be coming back Until they get professional security!!

Decided to stop by & give this place a try ..Vibes are dope ,the layout is dope ,the workers are dope, their selection is dope.. ... the nicest looking Cannabis club in the 209 for sure ... great pricing Also ..i loved how the security guards are chill & friendly here versus everywhere else

Came all the way from San Jose to check this club out because of a friend. I am so glad I did all of the stizzy pods were cheap, I live in San Jose and Stizzy pods don't come in variety like they do here . The club was nice, clean, I was lucky I got there at the time I did because right when I got there the line was full with 10+ people. I can see why shit I guess I'm going to be driving from San Jose to Modesto every other week to get my weed and cartridges. There was also a gentleman with glasses who helped me who was very attentive he remembered my order and paid attention to us, I ordered so much stuff and kept continually asking him what was it that I was purchasing just to make sure I had everything in order and he remembered everything because of his customer service we gave him a $20 tip. Best experience I've had in a dispensary so far.

Changing the closing time based on how busy you are is bad business. I've been turned away 6 times during business hours because they want to be done by 10, not open and serving customers until 10. If that's the case fine, but you should INFORM people instead of acting like this is normal. It's NOT normal for a business to decide when to close their doors. This crap is so frustrating and the only reason I come back is the low prices. That's what they count on for sure because the service isn't doing it.

All of my 8ths were shorted at least half a gram! The securities guards are also extremely RUDE and prejudice.

I spoke to the kindest lady on the phone when I called. My dog had a stroke last week and I was looking for a certain petcbd. They didn't have it but still I just had to say thank you to the lady for being so nice and understanding. Thank you thank you!

Y this point I've spend THOUSANDS of dollar on this shop and it sucks that they don't care about their Loya y long term customer... you're just another guy here man...

This place stole my money and when I let the manager know I was yelled at by security as well as another bud tender..Do Not Shop Here Modesto these people are rude and untrustworty

My husband and I stopped in to check out this store and WOW! It's a beautiful, clean store! Everyone there was very nice and greeted us with a "hello" and a big smile. I can't remember the young lady's name that helped us but she was wonderful, she helped us with products to help our needs. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Edit: Newer employees are PUSHY. They tend to push products I specifically say no to (even voicing so twice) and they pull in other tenders to voice in that I SHOULD buy a specific product even after explaining to them that i don't need it. Unfortunately experienced this in the last 3 visits so i decided to go elsewhere. Budget friendly. Most of old staff is HIGHLY knowledgeable and most of their recommendations are spot on and honest if a product isn't all that great but will recommend something better within price range. Parking lot is small but doable, security guards make environment feel safe and secure. Avoid Free Co. and Honey Leaf brand vapes, they tend to break, leak, and have heavy artificial flavoring.

Best place to go in town!!! The budtenders are very helpful and knowledgeable, and give the best recommendations. Very clean building, good products, and bonus points for health safety during the pandemic 😀

First time there will definitely be going there often. The front desk rep was super helpful and had good energy. Very informative with daily deals and the bud tender was very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best experiences I had as a customer. Prices and variety is amazing too!

Great looking place! clean and well designed and great ambiance! Their customer service is superb! They helped me out when I was there and made sure to recommend me the product I'm satisfied with! Their indica flowers smells and taste so fresh! Will definitely comeback!
