Great customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff!! My favorite Cannabis shop in the Bay Area! If you've never been to a dispensary, this is a great introduction to purchasing and finding the right product for your needs! Highly recommend!!

Cannabis user for 38 yrs; I know what I like... a sativa dominant blend.First time in any dispensary, and unfortunately went w/out my reader glasses.  Clearly explained that I would like a top shelve Sativa dominant hybrid and relied on the recommendation of their expertise.Got home and tried a sample of my very expensive purchase, and felt the exact opposite of what I was expecting; heavy, and sedated.  Got my readers and read the label for the first time, only to discover that their expert recommendation for a top shelf Sative hybrid was "Mac" ; a high end Indica dominant hybrid!!Not  being familiar with the products is one thing, but knowing the difference between Indica and Sative at a dispensary should be a minimum requirement!

I was in Berkeley months ago and found this place accidentally, so I decided to check it out.  I figured it was a good time to buy one of my favorite Chemistry brand cartridges while my wife was shopping elsewhere on Telegraph.  While I was there, one of their kind associates highly recommended I try another "premium" cartridge brand called Eden instead since they didn't have the item that I was looking for.  And so I spent the premium Dollars but the minute I stepped out, I realized the thing wasn't working.  That can happen.  So I went back in, and explained the situation.  It took two or three people working there going back and forth in their office to finally replace my defective cartridge.  So far, so good.  I drove home (an hour away) that day as a happy customer.  Less than a few days later however, the cartridge stopped working.  And I had hardly even used it.  I looked Eden up online and contacted them and was told that I had to take the cartridge back to the place that I bought it from for a refund.  So I put the cartridge in my car, thinking that the next time I'm in Berkeley (which is not that often), I would do that.  It took me a good couple of months before I made my way to Berkeley.  And so I was excited to finally get to replace my hardly used defective cartridge that I had paid $60+ for.  But apparently that was not going to be the case. The manager lady basically said there is nothing she can do for me, because "that's the law", and that "there is no returning in cannabis".  But I explained that in this case they sold me a defective product and the manufacturer is directing me to them.  And she responded that they no longer work with Eden (due to all the defective products that they had to deal with) and again that I was out of luck since I didn't call the store to inform them at the time.  I was not going to let this ruin my day, so I accepted the painful fact that I was screwed out of my pocket by both Eden and Hi-Fidelity and went about the rest of my day.  Needless to say, neither Eden nor Hi-Fidelity will be getting my business in the future.--------------2/6 edit - changing my rating to a fair 3 stars because of the manager's timely response, and because I realize I was somewhat at fault too.  Still, I much prefer the setup and the vibe at other dispensaries like Apothacarium in the City or SolFul in Sebastopol.

i will never be coming back here. my boyfriend and i came in today to get some concentrates when the young woman "Arya" at the counter who was helping us asked if we wanted the the sugar or resin and we weren't sure and as she turned back around to the pharmacist or whoever, she quite literally rolled her eyes. her attitude was absolutely foul.

Just came from this place today and man the lady I got was a bitch! some latina obnoxiously rude ass female. I just had some questions but it sounded like it was such an inconvenience for her to answer them which made me resistant to even working with her. She called me indecisive in her own words "passively" just because I am inquisitive about a product does not mean I am indecisive. She just looks like she hates her job maybe her life. Straight lower case "l" in that word on the real. She would not answer my questions. Instead took actions that would lead me to deal with others.All the other staff seemed chill. From the guard to the guy at check in to the lady I was so relieved that took me when the girl I am speaking upon (yes I said girl cuz she surely acted like a child) was dealing with another customer. Anyways I had my time to warn people. The older white lady was hella nice who dealt with me a little quirky nonetheless but hey I have been told I am unorthodox in ways so hey I aint hating . But she is the reason why your asses didnt get one  on the real.

the experience is NOT WORTH IT! extremely rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. I had the worst customer service experience here with manager dina... save your money and go to another dispensary in the area

Found this place a while back, it was up the street from my usual go to place. I like the set up a lot better, They have a large variety of items from Flowers to oils,cartridges and that includes CBD.  The flower tenders are knowledgeable and tend to give great recommendations.  They also have special deals on certain days, so be sure and check out information on them online and or once you're in the dispensary to see what days indicate what kind of deal.  They also have manufacturers/producers of items on site on certain days for direct questioning and offering usually buy one get another one for a dollar deals.  This place can get rather busy once school is in session.  Best times to beat the crowd mid morning and late evening.

Rude people. Good luck with this approach. Get to know your customer, you're in a tourist area filled with many sorts of different people. Tell your workers to leave their judgements inside the break room.

Rude and unhelpful. Staff are too stoned to help. I have tried many times, not going back!!

Always my go to spot for dispensaries in Berkeley! They always have tons of options and everyone is always helpful. Just did an online curbside pickup due to shelter in place and they had everything ready to go right away. Appreciate you guys staying open during all this!

Such a great experience coming to this shop.Lots of really good products in all price ranges, knowledgeable and friendly budtenders, and a very easy going chill environment.Best of all it's right next to Ameoba Records, so you can go for a nice dig after!10/10 would definitely come back again and again.

Run, don't walk. This dispensary is top-notch. The display cases were absolutely beautiful. They had very high-end edibles and a lot of vape pens. They also had a wide selection of flowers with a smelling station onsite. The environment was classy and highly professional. If you are new to the world of recreational marajuana, it might be a little overwhelming, but I actually think the facility realizes this, and has made a huge attempt to provide clear, easy to understand verbiage on all their products. And,  the employees seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products. Very good customer service!Check out Amoeba Records next door, walk Telegraph Ave, grab a beer at Raley's brewpub (a few doors down) and visit Cafe Metzo for lunch. This is by far the best dispensary I have seen in the Bay Area.

I was recently introduced to this place by my boyfriend, he found it in a local paper several months ago.  Ever since we walked in this dispensary, we were treated like we were already family.  I have been to many dispensaries and what keeps me coming back is the customer service and knowledgable bud tenders.  This place has great customer service. The bud tenders come out to you like their your personal shopper. I have to say Kelton was the first one there to remember who my boyfriend and I were.  That is a very major plus with us.  He is definitely an asset there. Their products are also what keeps me coming back.  They always seem to have what I want everytime I go in there.  I always leave happy  I recomend this dispensary to everyone for their wide variety and quality products. They also have a great rewards program where you earn $ on what you spend, I think its 3% on your amount of purchase.  I love stacking my points for a rainy day

Great dispensary! The showcases are beautiful, easy to find what you're looking for, nice variety. The staff here is friendly, helpful, which is important to me because I'm new to all this and for me not to feel intimidated during my shopping experience is incredibly pertinent. I live in the city but would totally make the trek across the bridge to shop here again. * CASH ONLY / NO DEBIT**After experiencing different dispensaries now, it's outrageous how much tax they charge here. I've found new, better dispensaries since posting. I won't be coming back.

Polite, professional, and genuinely kind staff: security, reception & sales team were all attentive & helpful.My first time in the store, the showroom was abundantly well lit, open, clean & inviting.Kyle enthusiastically greeted my first steps in & helped cater to my desires with a wonderful recommendation.  At conclusion, he let me know of upcoming & regular specials to save cash on my next purchases.A great shop with an array of quality products, welcoming environment & excellent staff, I'll come back when next around.

Disorganized and disengaged from the front door right on through. Say hello, ask how they are doing and get a mumbled and obviously jaded response. They do not honor the prices that are right on their displays, such as the extract that was in the glass display case listed at $38, but was rung up at $76 with no other explanation other than THATS WRONG. I've been here twice, but yesterday was the last time. Seemingly idiots, I will not be wasting any more time with these people.

Let's hear it for Hi-Fidelity!I used to work in the cannabis industry and I have come to dislike the entire dispensary shopping experience. Between the poor attitudes prevalent in so many shops, and the bull---t answers some budtenders feel the need to pile on you should they not know the answer to your questions, I often find myself frustrated. I just want quality product and maybe a smile.Hi-Fidelity cuts through the noise. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to help and kind in the process. I have never experienced a bad attitude...management here must treat their employees well. I am terrible at remembering names and there are a lot of great employees deserving of being singled-out for the great service they have provided, but one employee that consistently stands out for his kindness, enthusiasm, gratitude and over-all great attitude is Daniel. Daniel will practically bend over backwards to help and will always give you his honest opinion if you're having trouble making up your mind. Thanks for everything, Daniel!I should also mention that, in terms of variety, Hi-Fi has the most generous flower menu of any of the dispensaries I currently frequent. Top shelf (often indoor flower) prices are well balanced by more affordable (and Excellent quality) outdoor flowers. Just really displeased with the custom service here. Tried going here with my girlfriend today and 0% of our experience was positive. I asked politely if I could wait with my girlfriend (who is new to cannabis), even though my ID had just expired. The door man said no, which I understand, so I waited outside.I could tell my girlfriend was worried about going in by herself, but I told her what to ask for and seemed like she'd be in good hands. I was mistaken. She was not in good hands.The staff proceeded to sell her a cartridge that was not compatible with her charger. The only way we could know it wasn't compatible was by opening the package (which was only a sticker to seal the top). Upon realizing this was not the right product, she went inside to ask for an exchange. She was promptly turned aside and told that she could not receive any credit because it was already opened (a sticker, mind you).My girlfriend is too kind and polite to say anything negative but I couldn't believe the way they treated her.First and last time we'll be visiting his shop. No thank you.

This was my first time to a dispensary in California, being more experienced with the professionalism of the Colorado industry. I couldn't be happier with my experience, as the friendliness added to the professionalism to up the ante for me! Kelton took time and tended to every question with expertise and a knowledge of the wide array of products so I walked away with an assortment finely tuned to my needs. I will recommend others here and return!

I got the bum rush because I dared question why they presented unobtainium on their shelves for three consecutive weeks. Steer clear. They have become a newbie trap.

Just stopped by here today for the first time to pick up my online order.  The place is nicely set up and they have a nice variety of products.  Every staff person I interacted with from the guy at the door, the woman at the front desk, and the guy who helped me--all very friendly.  I will definitely be back.

Don't shop here. The employees don't have the ability to compassionately service their customers. All they care about is making it a point to say "this is before taxes." Kody was the person that was on the other side of the counter not helping me. He kept taking product back to the window behind him when all I wanted was to do was see and compare it to other inventory items. It was my first time there and I'll never go back. There are places that care about their customers and will even give out a complimentary lighter for first time shoppers. Trust me there are many more dispensaries in this city that deserve giving revenue to. This one isn't worthy. I ended up being shafted to another employee, named Gail, whom was Kody's supervisor, but she didn't do a thing to rectify the disrespect I was shown by him. They don't care about us. It's just about the money here. Go elsewhere.

This isn't the most convenient dispensary since I don't usually have business near campus but I make a special trip here because they carry the full line of a brand I like where other shops usually only have a limited selection.  Hi-Fidelity has an online pre-order system that can speed things up so you don't need to put much in the parking meters if you know what you want ahead of time.  On my latest visit my order couldn't be fulfilled due to an inventory discrepancy and it caused a delay.It could have been a bad situation but Kelton and Kathy teamed up to fix the computer, fix my order, fix my account so I had nothing to complain about (except some extra meter time) and now I will return for the great service and not just because of a product they carry, Thanks so much for your help!

Ok, I don't know much about cannabis because I hadn't smoked since high-school when I smoked whatever my high-school boyfriend happened to be growing in his apartment at the time...But, Jacque (hope I'm spelling her name right) at Hi Fidelity helped me out by explaining so much to me in the short time she spent with me. She helpedpicked the perfect edibles (chocolate macaroons that were delicious-try them!), different cartridges for different moods, and some topical balm. Most importantly, she did it without making me feel stupid and that's the vibe I get from the place. It's chill, no judgement and has a great variety of products to try out. Return customer created!

Nice shop! I was visiting and am from Santa Cruz. I'm used to knowledgeable staff and great selection and this place doesn't disappoint. Not a huge selection but definitely high quality and good service. Friendly people. I'd go back. The 30% in taxes is more than I'm used to, so heads up on that...I like the oils and edibles. Decent selection.

Poor customer service, specifically there female representative who answered the phone on 9/4/19 at 120p est. She was rude and short. Taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to Hi Fidelity since it first opened. At first, BJ was my budtender of choice, but he's no longer there. Now, I come in and look for Bobby or Emily to guide me through the store, with their bright eyes and big smiles. Both of them are extremely friendly, always remember what I like, and can easily offer me alternatives if something is out of stock or I just want to change it up a bit. I like going over to the flowers section and smelling all of the different cultivars; each one is so unique. The online menu/express pickup option is great, especially when I know I just want the usual and I'm out running errands around Berkeley. Sometimes, I checkout the demos to learn more about new products and the local companies that make them. Remember to hit an ATM on your way in or stop by Amoeba Records, next door, and use theirs.

There are a lot of clubs in the Bay Area and with a lot of options. However hi-fidelity is one of my favorites . Its mainly because of the great staff who are always friendly and knowledgeable and the fact that they have so much great product. I was there a few days ago and a man named James was extremely helpful with answering all my questions . We spent maybe 15 minutes together going over everything . They have so much product from all over so it can be overwhelming but really great for anything you can ever need in weed. But James was so nice and helpful it's the reason I will be returning .

I've been into Hi-Fidelity a few times now and been really impressed with the thoughtful selection of products--the local and women owned brands especially--and the customer service. On my last visit, Kyle helped me find some new edible options that were great. Definitely will be back.

Easy to shop here. Everything is laid out well with product categories and labels and descriptions and the product and prices. It's almost perfect but doesn't have a lounge.

Kelton is THE MAN! Whether you are new to cannabis or have been using for a while this man knows how to hook you up with the best product. I thought I had tried every type of wax and vaporizer but Kelton showed me the Pax Rosin pods and it's like getting high for the first time again. He also recommended some CBD tea sachets and gave great instructions for reusing sachets to get the most out of them. I've gone to quite a few dispensaries in the area and I know it's easy to get lost in all the new brands and products. Kelton made it an easy, enjoyable experience and I'll definitely be coming back to see what he has for me next. Come see Kelton to find the right product for you!

My go to spot ever since the tax hikes and new regulations changed everyone's menu! They consistently have the best selection, I'm in it for the concentrates myself, best bang for your buck here for sure on that front. Good edibles for cheap increments also if you need a 1-4 dose option to get you through the night, or anything larger of course.NEVER any lines either which is a surprise because of all the college kids passing through and stopping in. They keep several counters open and more staff roaming the space so there's always someone to help when you need immediately. Bobby is always quick to ask me if I need help with anything, but there easy to browse display makes checking out what I want easy enough on my own! A+, I pass CBCB and BPCC on my way over here from my house because it ends up a few $ cheaper over here.~H

Demanded ID to add to a database.  Would not allow me in without registering.  I don't get added to any databases when I walk in to an establishment that sells alcohol.  I'm over 60.  Glad the park was nearby where cannabis is 75% cheaper.

My husband and I stopped by this great dispensary while we were in Berkeley for a short visit.  We were extremely pleased with the experience.  From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly faces.  Once we checked in, we were educated on all the products by Bobby who was so chill and quite well versed on all of the offerings.  The space was clean, well lit and inviting.  We were so happy with our purchases that we returned the next day.  I immediately found Bobby who was just so friendly and just knows his stuff.Will definitely stop by on the next visit.

Hi-Fidelity Cannabis has a great selection and service for pot. Daniel Paradise is like sommelier for pot. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me all my options quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Paradise if your lucky enough to consult with him.

I was very unsatisfied by the service I received very strange set up. I had to do a long process to get in and when I did end up buying my favorite straight I noticed it was seeds in it 3 exactly!!! I recommend Purple Heart in Oakland they never let me down.

This shop is great! Definitely beats the prices of other dispensaries in the area, and Blue at the front door always makes me feel welcome and gives me great recommendations on what to look for, especially if I already have an idea of what I'm looking for. Blue and the whole shop always put me in a better mood!

I stumbled upon this shop having gone to Amoeba Records next door, and I thought what  could possibly go better with my new 45s??A very well kept and organized space was the first thing I noticed when I entered the actual shop, after a routine yet efficient registration process. Every thing is well labeled and is easy to find if you go in knowing what you want. I actually thought I had a pretty good idea, but while browsing the edibles and concentrates I was approached by an individual named Paradise. I have to say, I was very impressed, as he really  knew his stuff! Not only did I leave with a bunch of new and interesting cannabis knowledge, I also took with me with more than a few of his suggested items, completely confident in his professional opinions. And what do you know? He was right on the money! I felt as though I had just been curated a selection of products exactly suited to meet both my needs and personal tastes, but also even taking my budget into consideration. I definitely have a few new favorites!Thanks again Paradise!

The display cases are nice to see everything available. They have IKEA style ordering with pencils and paper available in the middle. There was an employee at the information booth readily available to discuss their products. And then additional employees who came around to check in if I had any questions. From checkin to checkout the entire staff was friendly and helpful! Great selection and good pricing.

To all you cannabis lovers. This place is legit. I have been there 2 times and both times I was helped by gentleman named Kyle. He was very knowledgable about all the strains they carry, as well as knowing the effects of the strains.I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone who is looking for Top Shelf Flowers varying from name brand farms.Cheers!

Good selection. Good prices. Pretty Damn Decent consistency.Awesome people!!!In particular there's JJ, Blue and last but not ever least...Paradise. (super knowledge).Friendly is nothing without KNOWLEDGE and CONSISTENCY ya dig?It doesn't seem like parking would be available with the store front on Telegraph but I've been going on and off since they opened and I've NEVER had an issue that put me farther than a 3min walk away...KEEP 4 quarters for the meters.

Buyer BEWARE online menu product Thc percentage is often incorrect. (Stating a higher thc content when it is actually less)Twice I have experienced false advertising with this place.

Just to get this out of the way,  I work here.  I would like to say that the wealth of knowledge of all the employees is spectacular. Everyone is eager to answer any questions that anyone has! I fully recommend this place wether you are an old stoner or new to the whole legal marijuana thing!!

Okay so my experience here has been up and down but for the most part I really like the products. The unfortunate thing is there is a representative that works here named paradise and he has a strict attitude problem and does not like people and should not work in the front of the house. I wish that the people that work here greeted you with a friendly smile and we're respectful but everyone has an attitude problem. Gail also is a very rude representative that works at this company they need to work together. As well as be respectful to everyone that comes here they are just plain rude. I hope the owner sees this and has a strict conversation with everyone that works there to let them know that even though the products are good that does not mean people return if they are treated like trash and with disgusting disregard.PLEASE FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Very very bad business I was very disappointed  with the weed I received I bought it to smoke with my girlfriend and she called me retarded for buying a 65 dollar eighth of weed, that was not that good they made my favorite weed strain look bad. Bad business not to mention the long wait it is for first timers . But when I was leave I looked back and the security was looking at my girl as we was walked up telegraph to my car.

Kyle helped me out a ton today! Great service and great products. Its a great and relaxed location. Ask for Kyle and you won't be disappointed. (D)

I discovered a great CBD salve in NYC but wanted to check out other products since I was visiting California. I had never been to a dispensary before this so I was a little intimidated but the folks there were so nice and welcoming. Everything was presented really beautifully with lots of helpful info. Bobby, the rep that worked with me, was especially nice, even helping me out when I was 85 cents short on my purchase! I wish I was in town longer, I would have loved to try some other products, but I will definitely stop through again when I'm in the Bay!

I've never been to a dispensary and felt like I must be the oldest person going in. I was greeted by a person who asked for me ID at the front door who explained the "ropes" and told me to check in again. I appreciated the explanation of why they take people's information. Then I asked who to go to as I am a complete newcomer. I was directed to a wonderful woman and I'm embarrassed I don't remember her name. I told her what kind of experience I was looking for and that I wanted to try an edible (have tried a few times). She showed me all of the different products for gummy products. We picked out one which seemed right. Then I wanted to purchase a vaping thingy. I was shown a disposable and then another one which I felt suited my needs as it had a long charge. The woman really went above and beyond and spent a good deal of time with me. I got the total and had to go next door and get some extra cash from Aemoba (sp)? I hadn't realized they were connected. While I went into use the cash machine there they had a great tune on and I asked what it was. The guy found out what the music was.  They were super friendly. I looked at the guy and said "some product and some great music what more would anyone want"? He said Pizza and told me about a really popular pizza joint down the street. It was early so I passed. Went back to Hi-Fidelity which by the way is seriously clean and has a great showcase. I paid for m product. I already knew about the taxes and chatted about how Marin didn't allow dispensaries. I am now set with all my stuff and got home that night, put some music on and enjoyed my evening. As for the ID and comments about the system I didn't really care. The law is the law and I would hardly want to go somewhere where they tried to work around the law. The place is designer inside, clean and great showcases. My experience with the help was outstanding. I already knew about the Parking situation. Hey it's downtown Berkeley. I parked a block and a half away. All in all it was an educating experience and feel really good about my visit. I will certainly return and I enjoy all the shops nearby so it's a little excursion and enjoyable as I live in Walnut Creek which is a bit predictable. Thanks so much for all the time and help that was offered and an enjoyable and educating experience. I will say now that this store for me rocks!

I went into the store to get info. i explained my questions and was welcomed in after repeatedly presenting ID. Emily was the person who offered me assistance. Listening to my questions and providing me with answers, options and lots of information. She wrote down notes for me to pass on to my friend needing help. Her information was concise, clear and delivered with confidence. Recommend you ask for Emily.

It was my first time in this place and I spoke to Mel and she was amazing and very knowledgeable about all the questions that I had. Place looks very organized and the staff was friendly. I recommend this place.

Overall hifi is probably the best cannabis shop in the East Bay.  Great great selection of Vapes and flowers, and value - amazing location on telegraph, knowledgeable salespeople who are also friendly, and FAIR PRICES!  Mel helped me out today and was super.  My favorite place to buy!

Brand new club and they are fantastic. Would get 5 stars but twice now I have purchased an item, due to the thc content, only to get home and find that the thc content is lower than listed. Viper cookies flowers are listed at 31% in the store but are only 30%. Not too big a deal.Larry lemon flowers are listed around 25% thc but the jar tells me it is slightly over 20%.30 to 31% isn't a big deal and I would have bought it anyway but dropping 4 or 5 perce nt is just too much. I can find 20% anywhere. I came here because they advertise crazy strong top shelf flowers.I was so freaking happy after I left there last week with my viper cookies, even at 30% it is remarkably strong and tasty. But today I am thinking that unless they reach out to me and make some gesture to make up for this I don't think I'll go back. Being able to purchase cannabis that has been tested is one of the best things about our market here in CA.  Knowing that I can't trust the signage in this club really bums me out.Anywho, fingers crossed, hopefully management makes an effort and comes up with a way to make me feel as if I hadn't been lied to.So, I heard from a manager who, instead of offering something, any, really kind gesture, gave me an excuse as to how it really wasn't their fault that they sold me a product that was fully 20% weaker than listed in the store. Another big disappointment from hi fidelity. I guess I'll use my measly "rewards" points up and then shop elsewhere for 8 or 10 months and hope that while I am spending my hard earned $ elsewhere they get a grip on customer service. This oughta be my go to neighborhood spot, as I'm right down the street. Damn

First foray into a California cannabis shop. Expect high security at the door (which also block the street view to minors).  So that is a good thing. Have your ID ready. There are redundant layers of safety. Even a reusable $1 child proof bag to take goods away in. How I got to the place was I am experimenting with the effects of Sativa landrace strains in solving focus issues and it was the only place that had both  strains I wanted to test: Durban Poison and Red Congolese.  Pricing was within expected range. Availability became the difference. But after clearing security it is a simple, straightforward, clean kind of shop. Lacquered concrete floors. Elegant but simple showcases. A smell  bar, too, but I only had enough coins in the parking meter for a 20 min stay.  Next time.  But no fancy wood floors. Little waste. Little bling. Very Berkeley-like.  Again a good thing. One of the associates approached me just after entering the store. It was easy to talk to her freely inside. Mel asked me some questions and I  gave her an idea of what I was headed for by the fact that I'd already selected Durban Poison (a land-race Sativa) and was picking up the online order with a couple of other items.  She suggested I get Red Congolese (another land-race) and why it was relevant. Turns out it was already in the pickup bag.  She nailed one of other picks right off the bat. The third pick was for pragmatics and in testing out a budget-friendly Tangie. And Mel gave me loads of ideas on what I might do next after this evaluation.Both the Durban and Red Congo lived up to my expectations. Both from reputable suppliers. For both it is not so much a high but an "awareness journey". No CBD whatsoever in either.  High THC strains typically give me short term memory "glitches". Not either of these have, so far.  So if you think it doesn't work just wait 15 minutes though and a paltry 0.15 g of material in each test case (1/2 chamber PAX 3) started to work at bringing on similar senses of enlightenment and awareness. But I'm a lightweight cannabis user so a little goes a long way. Held for a few hours, too. Focus held from start to now in low dose test four -- four hours later.  On smell, they are both obviously extremely pinene-rich; Durban smells like you're hugging an uncut Christmas tree in a July sun. Pinene, from what I've read, can compensate for helping to combat  high-THC-induced memory loss.  I can vouch for that, then.  Red Congo smells like pine branches composting in a pile. A rich, earthy, musty, healthy, pine smell. And in the first few lower-dose tests, no memory glitches whatsoever.  First cannabis I have used to accomplish  that (and two of them, to boot).  But again, there is no instant rush, at least so far. Maybe with higher doses. But it is clearly not for winding down at the end of the day, to get a buzz to get away from it all or for pain management. Both strains are much more an awareness and productivity tool than a relaxation solution. Pretty much entirely cerebral benefits. But that's the core of what I was looking for.All-in-all a great experience.

Come for the good selection, come back because of the great service.  There are so many of these shops popping up that I thought about checking out some others, but then I remembered how nice all of my interactions have been here and decided I didn't need anywhere else.  One gentleman named Kelton has been exceedingly friendly and helpful (not to say that anyone else there isn't equally great).  I'd recommend the place simply because of him, but know that it's an all-around great shop.  Clean store, well organized, and a good selection.

I don't really post reviews but felt I'd be doing a disservice by not mentioning my experience here. I went to Hi-Fidelity for the first time last week and was extremely impressed by the selection and prices, but mostly by the kind and knowledgeable service of Darryl. Not all dispensary experiences feel comfortable and welcoming, but that seemed like Darryl's mission that day. I highly recommend it if you're interested in a genuinely pleasant experience to go along with reasonable prices and selection.

Went here a couple weeks ago since they just opened and had a %10 off sign out front so i thought "why not" well heres why not, the check in took forever the bud tender just wanted to talk about how good everything smelled, and get this with the %10 discount i got an 8th and a joint for 75 dollars WOW what a steal right? NOT. The 8th i got was supposed to be top shelf i guess but like i said i went to this place a couple weeks ago and i STILL have this 8th. It was seriously one of the lowest quality 8ths I've ever received from a dispensary storefront and i feel comepletly ripped for my money and i don't think i will ever try this place again. Ive been smoking for years and dealing with medical cannabis for the longest and this isn't what i would consider good business or compassion

Five stars because the variety is good, the location is convenient, the prices are reasonable, but most of all because the staff is both charming and knowledgeable.  Special kudos to Emily and Kenton.

The himalaya cartridges are garbage. Ive purchased 3 on different occasions at hi fidelity.  All 3 broke before cartridges were half done. Maybe one, but all 3?

I received excellent customer service from a bud tender named Kabir who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right flower to achieve a desired relaxed, creative, and focused flow state for working and meditating.

they have the best selection of vegan edibles in the east bay, (at least that i have found) hands down, which is awesome. seriously, a super great selection. it is really hard to find vegan edibles, and they actually have a variety, so i will keep coming back here, but i knocked two stars off because the prices are ridiculous. i'm not talking about the taxes, (which don't help, but are obviously not their fault) i mean the base prices. they're really high, much more than anywhere i've been before. i'm used to edibles (especially vegan ones) being expensive, but this place is like...i feel like they should almost be embarrassed by how much they charge? again, i'm going to keep coming back because they're the only place that has such a variety of vegan edibles all at once, but oh my god. i would come here much more often if i felt like the prices were reasonable. they also never do free prerolls or anything, which is not that big of a deal, but when you add it on to how pricey they are, it kinda just sucks.

Was my first time at this very cool,dispensary everyone , from security to registering with the front desk everybody I came in contact with were warm and & so welcoming they put me totally at ease.. Ari, my bud tender, so patient & very knowledgeable , about all the different choices and products they have. trust me I didn't make it easy with my inept descriptions of what I was looking for and even with my tongue tied-ness he still took excellent care of me and I am very very happy with what I purchased and I gotta say he was on the money. I will 100% be coming back. They have some really wonderful choices & products you won't see at other dispensary's and other than it can be somewhat tricky to park it's well worth it . My home care client asked me to get them some CBD edibles for pain relief. I know nothing about CBD or edibles, but I hoped I could get some recommendations. I called and stated my request to the person who answered the phone and was immediately transferred over to Darrell who succinctly and expertly told me of my options. Since my client has trouble swallowing, he advised going with a sublingual tincture. I was only a few blocks away when I called, and my order was ready for curbside pickup as soon as I pulled up. This turned out to be the ideal product for my client who has been getting some much needed relief, and was a quick and easy transaction for me!

This is the slickest retail Cannabis operation I've ever seen. A very well laid out store. Sort in the Best Buy model of retailing - staff all dressed alike and friendly.The merchandising was excellent. The cards describing the flower varieties were brief and informative. Clearly telling the strength, side effects, and character of each strain. There's no way the bud tenders can really know all that for the rapidly changing inventory. Since the end of prohibition in January many of the old school dispensaries have had a hard time adjusting. And they tend to be off in industrial areas with nothing much nearby. This is right in the heart of Telegraph, blocks from Cal.Good product and prices too!

Been here a few times, one of the girls is awesome and very helpful.  For a small shop they have a good overall selection of vapes, edibles, and flower.  Typically this is my go to spot but was out off on April 2 and 3 with bad outdoor service. A few times I've been put off from the guy at the front, I think I'm done going here after about five or six times.  The other day, some dude just sit on his phone out front at the table.  He makes people wait when the store is empty.  I'm going to the PCC place with down telegraph. More attentive at the front than this place.  The staff inside is good, but this guy is on the front lines of the customer experience.  I'm a good customer spending about $200 every time I come in but dunzo.

BAD SECURITY. if i could rate zero, i fasho would. matter fact, if i could rate negative, i would. DONT COME HERE. they got this wack ass security guard who accuses people of having fake IDs. I came here with my friend and he checked her ID and let her in. As he checked mine, he started asking me 101 questions about where I live etc. He then said my ID was FAKE. I got my license at the DMV so HOW?! I repeated NUMEROUS TIMES that he show me proof  that it's fake and he said "I'm a trained professional." THEFUCK? He then said "i took several fake ID's today" & pulled them out his pocket as if he was doin something and trynna prove a point. ONE, i don't give a fuck bout what you collected LMAO. TWO. gimme me LEGAL shit back. I went off.He went inside to show his co workers and came back outside and still insisted it was fake. I asked him over and over to show me some proof and he refused. He refused to give me my VALID AND LEGAL  driver's license & said the only way i can get it back is if i call the police to verify that it's real. Don't THEY have a system to PROOVE that it's fake? It's illegal to take someone's drivers license. He had MY property and wasn't trying to give it back. oh and he laughed at me. lmaooooDude took ONE look at it front and back, didn't scan nothing, didn't use no light. he only used his eyes and fingers. weird ass mf!I then called the cops and they got hella ooked and gave me my shit back. A woman came out (not sure if she was manager but obv has authority over him) and said "normally they take fake ID's and people walk away to avoid the police, but obviously this is a different situation." NO SHIT. I got my shit back and had a lot to say to his mark ass as i left. yo mark ass wouldn't be laughing if the cops came in time, BITCH. TIP for the workers. If a customer is going off and causing a whole ass scene outside & demanding to give her VALID License back, give it back cause she really isn't the one to be played with. i would NOT be lookin that crazy in public for no damn reason. smh. and YES, i'm THAT mad.YALL SUCK!

One friend recommended me this place, so I went there to check out. Everyone was quite nice, specially the receptionists; up until the moment when I asked the Budtender for something very specific. I wanted the cheapest eight of indica dominant flower, and he couldn't find it apparently, so he was suggesting me more expensive options. When I asked about the 22 dollars one, he chose a hybrid strain. I trusted him and only noticed it was not what I asked for when I was at the car. So don't go there if you're poor.After I went back to the store to change the weed, I was treated like a criminal by one security guard, who very rudely asked me to wait outside, and this when I was on my right. Maybe he treated me like that cause I'm queer too, but I can't tell.The budtender was not so well prepared, or maybe he was just acting judgy cause I asked for something I could afford. But now I think that maybe he was trying to be nice cause that weed is indeed not the best one, it's kinda harsh on the throat.The manager then treated me like a person and I got what I wanted.I'm not going back there for sure. I don't think they should treat people like this, even if it was just that one person. Specially in recent times, now with all that police brutality, and these guards treating people like shit just cause they can... I think the customer should be allowed to change hxx mind.Anyways, I guess the place is nice for the students who go there and all, cause they tip them better, probably.Go Bears!!!

Expensive and all the menu prices are before a 30% tax  plus a 3.75$ card fee basically expect 6-10 dollars extra on top of menu prices good variety and quality saves them

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!Came in for wax for my pen, when I got checked in no one was on the floor to help me or even greet me. I then asked the receptionist where everyone was & he had said surprisingly "wow no ones here, someone's ALWAYS supposed to be on the floor." He then helped me find what I was looking for & still no one came out. I told him I wanted a FULL gram so he pointed to the full grams of oil/wax. I picked my wax of choice & finally someone then came out to ring me up. As I'm being rang up I ask to see the box so that I can make sure its what I want however, the lady who is also the manager "DINA" had told me I couldn't touch it until I bought it. She then ringed  me up & I left. When I got back into my car I noticed it wasn't a FULL gram but 0.18 ounce which is nothing compared to a full gram. I then called back & she told me there was nothing that she could do and that I seen it before I bought it. I explained to her that her receptionist told me it was a full gram.. Making it clear as day the receptionist didn't know what he was talking about because he pointed at 0.18 ounce instead of FULL gram. On the box there's very small writing saying 0.18 gram. How was I supposed to see that or even acknowledged it when I was told I couldn't even touch the purchase until it was finalized. Dina was very rude. She started yelling over the phone and saying it was mines and no returns/ she then started speaking sarcastically as if she was getting excitement out of my frustration. The customer service was very poor & no one seemed to care to be at work! Wouldn't recommend especially if you're spending your hard earned money.

I usually get a $35 eighth and a $12 preroll. They don't have tons of options for flower but I always find one I like. Everything is in a display cabinet again the wall that you can look at on your own. For flower, a nug is on display next to the jar for you to see. Once you find one you like, you tell the cashier, they get it from the back, ring you up, and you're on your way! P.s You accumulate points every time you spend money that you can use on your next purchase, save your point to get more money off.

Good service and wide array of offerings at hand . Worth a try to for some clean cannabis
