This new store is beautiful & relaxing. Their inventory is different from most dispensaries and their staff go above and beyond to share product suggestions, best deals for you and the discounts for first time customers or seniors(65+). Their rewards points program is also great if you're a regular!

Frankly, it's one of the few things I like about my current neighborhood. I've never had a bad experience at Farmacy -- and in fact, last night they went above and beyond good service when they were out of what I ordered. Fast, friendly, good stuff. What more could you want?

Love the products but your delivery services SUCK. You get a text stating delivery is heading your way ....and 3_4 hours later here it is.It get a little frustrating to have to wait that long.

They're open during lockdown, sadly I didn't get a chance to write this review before it all hit the fan, so you can't actually enter the store right now, but you can get everything you need at the door for the sake of safety and health.It's a shame to write this during quarantine times, since this is the best laid out dispensary I have ever been to, period. The way the products are laid out in display cases and shelves to peruse instead of tucked away behind the counter or in a menu is something I've never seen before, I'm impressed at their little jar layout for all the flower they sell so you can see what you're getting before you buy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff even during these crazy times. Special shout out to the amazing Amanda.Highly recommend Farmacy Berkeley.

This place is horrible to place delivery orders. I ordered around 4pm and waited till 7pm and still no one came to deliver my order. I don't know who is hired to deliver the orders but they are doing a horrible job. I never waited this long for a delivery order before. I had to call twice to know what's going on with my order and they kept telling me the same thing, and no one came yet. Don't order things to be delivered!!! Waste of time!!! Plus I called them back to see what's going on since it's passed 4 hours and they ignored my calls constantly' they are the worst y'all!UPDATE: they came the next day to deliver my order when my order was a 1 DAY DELIVERY. The delivery driver had the audacity trying to blame it on me saying I should've canceled when I called them 10 times and no answer! & they were open still! He told me there is a 48 hour delivery but I never gotten told that, they told me it was going to be delivered the end of the day, but end up delivering it the next day? Horrible customer service and horrible delivery service, DONT ORDER HERE!! I'll never come back to this place again. There are way better dispensaries out there with better and faster service!!!

Amazing 1st time experience! Drove from Oakland to try something new (happy they're bipoc, woman owned too!) Pre ordered online to pick up & pay with debit and it was super easy. Bit of a line that went by fast, both budtenders & security were super nice and helpful. I had a big order and they honored multiple discounts/deals (1st time customer, bogo 50% off select gummies, and buy 2 kiva get a chocolate bar for $1)!!! Huge change from the local dispensary experiences I've been having lately; I will definitely be back!

I had a very positive experience  as a first time customer at a dispensary. The place was spotless, and wellorganized. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I ordered some stuff for delivery, and when it got delivered it cost $40 less than I was expecting, there was some sort of sale going on.  They had what I wanted, and I am happy to have it delivered.

The best dispensary for senior citizens and veterans! They had a flower from Fun Uncle called Shotgun OG that had a THC content of 32 pct! Farmacy currently has Don 2 Zkittlez (Skittles) which is an Indica dominant hybrid with a THC content of 28 pct! With the Senior Discount I purchased one half ounce for $130! GREAT PRODUCT again from the folks at FUN UNCLE!

I as a Rastaman have to say I love the vibes of this place.  So B was telling me about some coffee edibles and I was like aight aight I'm check it out.  We went there together our first time.  The line wasn't long but  u know with covid  they really not letting many people in.   They had two windows open outside but I def wanted to check inside out. Since We have never been.  The customer service was incredible  made you feel at home.  We order  three different varieties of flowers plus you know we had to get the coffee bean edibles.   They def have a customer in me.

Came in with my boyfriend to check out the new business in the neighborhood. The security outside was super friendly, we walked in, and it's a large beautiful space. We checked in and started browsing. THERE IS A HUGE SELECTION! There are tenders waiting for you to answer any question and make recommendations for you, we also happened to come in when Sue, the owner was there. She is a wonderful lady with a heart to help the community and those living with pain. She started sharing some plans she has to bring some of the community in, and I can't wait! She not only brought life to that little corner, but she is also sharing life with the community, by sharing her years of healing and experience. So happy to have Mama Sue around! Come and support a new business owned by a woman of color!

Very very long wait for delivery with extremely bad communication between staff and customers, I talked to at least 4 different people (1 delivery driver 3 staff) regarding one order. They only have one delivery driver which makes no sense during shelter in place. Said they Got robbed and couldn't take cards but since deliveries take so long and no one communicated this, I had to go to the other end of Berkeley for my order to pick it up. Then they told me the buy one get one carts I purchased were not on sale and they were sold out but was advertised on the website currently. All around awful communication no attempt to improve the experience.

The staff are always super nice but they do tend to have a long line and they seem understaffed.  The online menu is often out of date and they usually have specials or products which are not shown on the online menu.  I

By far my most favorite dispensary in Berkeley. During my first visit there was a slight mix up in my order due to the website product description not matching the actual item for 2 products and for one item I got the right brand but it was supposed to be the "Sleep" product and I didn't realize until I was home that they had packed the "Focus" one instead. When I realized the errors, I double checked the website and screenshot the various issues and took pics of what I received. I clicked their contact us link and emailed all the info with pics. Kiki, the founder and general manager emailed me within minutes even though they were closed and it was a holiday. We had 1-2 more exchanges to sort it all out and she was friendly, kind, and responsible without ever making me feel bad for not noticing these issues before I walked away with the items.When I went to order again, the website had already been updated because Kiki is serious about getting things right and had the tech team get on it. Online ordering systems for this field are frequently very poor and I find Farmacy's to be one of the most up to date in the area which makes it so much easier to shop with confidence. I hadn't returned my items yet, so I brought them with receipts to pick up my new stuff. Kiki got it all taken care of and made sure I left happy. That kind of customer service earns my loyalty! This place has an excellent selection of edibles, tinctures, prerolls, and topicals (can't speak to the rest as I don't usually buy other items). Their prices are comparable or cheaper than other shops in the area. The pandemic caused obvious problems for them and then they got robbed during the protests, so they've been dealing with a lot. Show them some love and tip your bud tenders well, they deserve it! I'll keep coming back even though I have 2 shops within a few blocks of my home.

It was my first time ever going here. The tall guy with the curly hair that helped me was soooooo amazing. He had so much great information and was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! He gave me so much on effects and feelings, and he was very knowledgeable about cannabinoids. The pricing was great they have something for everyone from low $20s- $60 if that's what you're looking to spend. It was a beautiful place. They adhered perfectly to the COVID guideline. My new fave dispensary. OH AND ITS BLACK OWNED!!!!!!

Oh boy oh boy. I so appreciate Farmacy. After most of the dispensaries I go to turned their vibe to more corporate sales, which often meant less fun AND less functional, Farmacy opened. The customer service is exceptional. After only a few visits, folks that worked there recognized me and treated me like part of their community, actually making me feel appreciated for shopping there. The folks at the windows always make new suggestions, even when I've pre-ordered, and therefore I'm finding out about new products, and trying new things. When I got an item that wasn't what I had ordered, they rectified things in a heartbeat. Any discount they can apply, they DO apply. It's a POC-owned business that makes it easy to be a satisfied customer. I actually look forward to taking a walk over there and grabbing my goods. Thanks for your wonderfulness. I'm putting the word out in my friend group to switch to Farmacy.

Such kind people work here! I parked my car in their loading zone, got out, they directed me to a window where a masked staff member took my order, gave me 15% off for being a first time customer, and sent me on my way with products. It was professional and friendly. Everything that I wanted online from their web menu was in stock in store. I'll definitely go back. Plus they have a good friend referral program.

I love Farmacy Berkeley. Woman owned, black owned and killing it in the neighborhood. Incredible selection of product. From sun grown to the latest, coolest strains of flower. Also the wellness center is second to none, tinctures and pills; they have it all. Best prices by far and the most incredible staff with all the knowledge I could ask for. No secret pricing either, the price on the menu is posted and only sales tax is added. All the other cannabis tax is included in the quoted price. Go check it out. My favorite new spot I come every other day! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable with great referrals on what I'd like the manager Greg is an all star and goes out his way always!

I spend almost $20,000. a year on cannabis products for elderly and disabled people in Berkeley. I went to Farmacy from just after they opened and for the first 7 months or so of 2020. Standing in the line is just like anywhere else. The products are the same as everywhere and more expensive than others places (example: 1 bag of Big Peetes cookies is $23. here. At Berkeley Patients Group, 1 bag Big Petes cookies  is $20. as of this review, Just Sayin')  The rewards program sounds wonderful, but, after spending thousands of dollars here, they informed me that they discriminate against people that don't keep financial information on their phones. I refuse to keep my finances on a device with such limited security. That's just me. I gave them every chance. After talking with a few counter people, I emailed them for help with my issue. That was August, to date they have not responded to my request for clarity on this policy. I really do wish that I could give a positive review.  Maybe they have scrapped this program since August but I'll never give them any business ever again. Fool me once...

I preordered online for delivery and was then told that their debit machine is down, so I would need to pay cash. Who carries cash?! So I went down there to pick up, and arrive to a very long line. I asked if preorders had a separate line and no, we have to wait with all the people who don't know what they want. What should've been a simple delivery has turned into an incredibly annoying evening errand in the cold. I won't be a return customer after today. This isn't how to run a business.

Let's face the reality. Weed is addicting and bad for your health. It messes with your mentality and makes you appear retarded. Nonetheless it's fun to get high. Farmacy got quality joints, uhh I mean pre-rolls, that are not that bad (considering that it takes almost a year from examination to retail. Not fresh? If you want fresh weed then go find them at the black market). However, after my pursue of becoming a pilot, I've quit weed altogether, and I feel great. Now, I'm writing this review in hopes that someday you'll quit weed, too.

Farmacy Berkeley is a great business and a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. It is incredibly easy to order online. They have delivery and pick-up options given the current COVID-19 crisis. But more than that they have a huge selection of all kinds of products. I was so impressed with the sheer breadth! And I really appreciate that all taxes (excluding regular sales tax) is included in the price you see on the website. This is absolutely my new dispensary! Plus 15% off for first-time customers! Kiki and her team are amazing. They are so kind, knowledgeable and fun! Great selection of products, no line and 15% off your first visit! They made a point to remember me and were so thoughtful the whole time I was there. Will definitely be back!

Farmacy has quickly become my go-to dispensary during our shelter-in-place. Their ordering and pickup is light years ahead of other dispensaries (who will remain nameless). It's smooth, it's distanced, and they're very professional about it too. They have a surprisingly wide selection of items for not being the biggest store there is. I spoke to the owner for a few minutes the other day and she was very nice and very smart. I like what they've brought to the area, especially in terms of educating seniors on cannabis usage.

Farmacy Berkeley is doing things differently.  Education and empowerment is a top priority for the staff. You will learn about cannabis as a medicine here from any of the staff.  Selection is huge, with more than 70 strains of flower at the time of writing this review. Excellent concentrate brands like 710 Labs and F/ELD, at competitive prices. Huge wellness selection of tinctures patches and balms. 15% off your first purchase, and 15% off everyday for those who are veterans or are 65+.

The Farmacy Berkeley is a cannabis paradise! The space is absolutely beautiful. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The selection and variety is huge. I spoke with the one of the owners Kiki who was gracious and encouraged me to enroll in their Friends of the Farm rewards program. A+ in my book, will definitely be back.

Farmacy is my neighborhood dispensary and I want so much to like it, but they are just SO INCOMPETENT. Nearly everytime I go they mess something up about my order.  Their website is often wrong and the people working there don't care and grab the wrong stuff.  Today, I got in an argument over text with them about what time their delivery is listed as starting.  I sent the person a PICTURE of the spot on the site where they get it wrong and they said, "sorry our website says it correctly" despite the image of the site.  What the hell is going on here?  Honestly, they need to get someone to quality check their site and then retrain their staff.  This customer service is so bad.  Everytime I go i have to go back to the store again because something is messed up.  If it's not the products, it's their debit card machine going down.  This place is just riddled with problems, so for me, I'll go to Berkeley Patient's Group.  They are pros.

Not a great experience, sadly.  Posting for others to be aware, and check what they're buying here.   I purchased several high-end concentrates at my first visit, and realized later one was packaged in 2019 and exceeded the 'best buy' date.  Because this was an expensive item, I contacted Farmacy, and was told a manger would follow up.  I didn't hear from anyone, and headed in a few days later for the exchange.  After confirming there wasn't a current batch in HTC inventory, a manager, Greg, assured me the dated resin was totally fine, but not to worry, he was still going to 'take care of it' regardless.  Apparently, this meant I keep the old stuff, and get a much less-expensive gram of his choice from a different brand.  When he held my receipt promising me he was going to take care it, I sincerely believed a credit/refund would be processed, because no way did Greg this other product was a resolution.  Kind'of insulting - I thought that was likely for the inconvenience/embarrassment of selling a client dated concentrate  (a rare occurrence because it's a completely avoidable error).  Nah, he thought it was 'fair' for me come in again, advise I'd be keeping the dated product, (and paying for it), but get a half-price alternative that I didn't ask for thrown in.  I realized this when I called today for a status on the credit (I was not ever given).  Greg was somewhat apologetic for the 'misunderstanding', but not really explaining a refund wouldn't have been given, and he's been in the retail/customer service industry for years.  I'm not sure how that mattered given the clear lack there of.  However, there was a committment to make it right, but I had to come in for a 3rd time.  Apparently no option to 'fix' on the phone, virtually, or delivery, from what I was told.  It's not easy for me to get over there, and not sure it's worth a 3rd trip.  Confidence is shot on this one - they seem like good people, but the business practice is amateur on client experience and quality control.  These can't be compromised when there's just too many places doing it better.

Can't say enough great things about this place. I was only visiting the area for a few days but this neighborhood is so lucky to have a place with such friendly and knowledgable budtenders. The selection is well curated and they have good deals. Highly recommend!

I have an immune disorder triggered from stress that causes my skin to get psoriasis so bad that it even keeps me up some nights and so I tried a few different cbd tinctures and lotions that have helped. I tried edibles also and it just makes me nervous. One of my best friends was diagnosed with C and when she started chemo I went to a few different cannabis stores. They didn't have much variety and every time I went I felt rushed by the staff and they were not very knowledgeable about what they sell. I did some research and I found this gem. I liked the website and I could tell this business really took pride in there business. The store looked clean and they have such a wide range of items from topicals, tinctures, edibles, and my Much more. I finally talked my friend into coming with me so she could pick some stuff out that would help her in her healing journey.When I pulled up even the security guards were friendly they told me where to stand for social distancing but in such a kind way. It was my first time there so I didn't know. When I got to the window the lady there was very friendly also. When we walked in it was soooo clean and everything was displayed beautifully. We were helped by Isa, truly a rockstar so knowledgeable and seriously educated us on a lot. Told us that what would work for my friend might not work for me. Also broke down to each of us what we should be the right mixture for each of us individually (she nailed it). My friend explained her situation and isa gave her a few recommendations. It was my turn and I explained about my anxiety also health concerns with my immune system. Isa knew exactly what to recommend. I took home a tincture, some gummies and a cute sweater they sell with there brand .I will recommend this gem to friends and family for sure. I think it's good for both recreational fun treats as well as anyone who need mor medicinal purposes. Also for someone like myself who is not exactly sure what I want or know too much about cannabis. My friend said everything Isa suggested she tried and absolutely loves and so thankful for her time she spent with us. I tried the gummies already and love them. I felt calm but no rapid heart beat (that has happened to me in the past with other edibles)  :)  can't wait to try the tincture tonight. Man I almost forgot I parked in front and the security guard even told me one of my tires needed a little air and where to go get it down the street. So kind of him Five + stars for this business  and there fabulous staff especially Isa for taking her time with my friend during this challenging time it's so nice to have great customer service

At age 75 my 1st purchase at any pot dispensary ever.! Yes, I still say "pot" because I'm old & my former wife Sherry, RIP & I went to Woodstock where we smoked free grass! It was just passed around! You'll remember those daze if you're at or near my age. LOLThe treatment I received from a woman in jeans & candy red sneakers, OK, running shoes I received at Farmacy last night was spectacular. While she respectively called me "Mr. Cohen" I wouldn't mind being called Josh. Truth be told I was buying a birthday gift for someone & despite being a smoker going back to the '60's haven't imbibed in quite a few years. However I believe I'll return for my own stash. I moved to the Haight in' 75 from Philly when I was 30. Oror to Philly NY until I was 14. A Brooklyn guy. I honestly don't believe I ever paid for pot (My mouth won't say Cannabis or even Weed LOL)  in the old days! Honest. All these commercial establishments8 are new to me! OK to laugh at me! But remember, my former wife & I really were at Woodstock. True story: Met Richie Havens who wound up opening the festival, he & his roadie on their bikes with guitars, on the way up. We talked about John Herald who I knew. Think Greenbriar Boys! Anyway, Farmacy is fantastic. Professional yet very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Prices are fine plus if over 65 there's a Senior Discount. My only advice is unless too dangerous to carry around, bring cash as there's a $3.00 Debit Card fee. Not upset by it however why waste $3.00?  Farmacy is Highly Recommended!

I generally really love this place -- that's why I come back. BUT they could improve their delivery service. I've had a few issues with it more than once yet I still do delivery because sometimes it's the only option I have since I live across town now. I made an order earlier today and it never showed. I had to call them twice -- the first time I called i was put on hold for 6 minutes and hung up-- the second time I called right back to have them tell me they couldn't deliver the order. I understand being understaffed, it happens. Doesn't really make it any less frustrating that I could have at least been informed with a call or text letting me know that it wasn't going to come. Come on guys, I'm sure I'm not the only customer that would be frustrated by this.

Love the fact that they do their best to expedite service, get you your desirables & have you back out the door in no time compared to other cannabis clubs I've frequented. The staff is kind & courteous + they usually always have some sort of promotion going on.

Pharm is Berkeley FAM.  It totally sucked during covid not being able to go into their beautiful shop (not their fault) but they handled it like pros.  The people are super nice - just tell your Budtender what's wrong and they will tell you what they recommend - and not just trying to sell you whatever or upsell you whatever. My price range and reason is all it takes and they get you what you need/want and your out the door.  They also offer discounts if you bring a newbie.  I've been going to them for about 1 year or so...I think that they have the right intentions. And it's really close to my spot. But yea, thanks

They have great deals, a large selection of wonderful products priced in various ranges for even the Misers of the smoking world ❤ I'm always looking for a good deal, so for me to spend $400-$550 at your store, you guys are doing something right! Thank you for the goodies

got charged 13 on the Debit cart for a 7 dollar smoke. Point of Sale stated I was being charged for a grand total of 10.... no change received. other than that, not mad about too much because the service and staff are excellent! big ups to the security staff for ensuring things so smoothly outside before patrons enter.

I always have a great experience! I usually order online and it's ready within 30 minutes. Service is fast and friendly- both with the bud-tenders and security outside. Their rewards program is awesome with achievable and good rewards! My favorite dispensary in the Emeryville area.

This is my go to dispensary. The staff and security is so helpful. They always have my favorite products in stock and I have noticed that they have at least one of “everything”. Most types of vape cartridges and a full range of flower in addition to an interesting rotation of newer edible, beverage, and tincture products. I haven’t dabbled in their concentrate selection but I have no doubts the staff would make excellent recommendations.
