This is a great company to work with.  I've assisted them with their computers and networking a few times now.  You can tell quickly that they treat everyone with respect and care.  Uniquely, they take quality time to focus on others needs. Also, they are focused on obeying the laws and giving customers the best product possible.

Been here twice and both times the service has been amazing from the security to the bud tenders. Thank you for the awesome experience and answering so many questions.

Firstly, this isn't my thing. Lol, but my company's out of CO so I whind up taking a lot of the agents here after a good day so they can "unwind". I really like the set up of this place! You know what the agents love? The "Daily Deals" Munchie Mondays- 20% off all Edibles, Tokin Tuesday- 15% off all smoking accessories, & Wax Wednesday- 20% off all wax- there's more than that but I can't remember 'em all!

Came in for a gram because I left my weed at home. Their Galaxy strain caught my eye measuring in at 26% THC. Nice, dense bud but with a really sour/sweet smell. Not too bad of a price either. I got in and out really quick and the staff were polite and laid back, like many dispensaries. (; They have a pretty wide selection and three tiers of quality. I'll probably be returning!

I come here every thrusday and sunday for their deals on shake. Its 70 an ounce on Thursdays and 60 an ounce on sundays they have great bud and hash i also get there on a regular basis i refer everyone i know to this dispensary its a wonderful place with wonderful people will always go back

Small shop that really takes care of you and wants to get you something that YOU want, rather than what they just want to sell that day.  Good prices, good weed, good people~

Best prices, friendly staff and most important of all, AMAZING product. high testing buds my favorite being the GALAXY at 31%! great medical and recreational prices and selection with everything from wax and shatter to buds and edibles. If your a loyal customer you'll be greeted by name and with excellent service! I coundnt recommend a better place to get your meds or rec buds!

As I am new to Colorado I am also new to the "legalization of marijuana" in any state.  Needless to say I needed to be re-educated since I had not smoked pot since 1982.  This establishment is the place to go for several reasons.  The staff is knowledgeable, courteous  and patient (if you don't know what to purchase.)  I dealt with another dispensary that was not as knowledgeable and sold me something that was totally the opposite of what I asked for.  I wanted something that helped me sleep and instead I got something that didn't do much at all.  Maybe a low THC percentage???  Don't know.  But I will continue with Options....they know their product.

It's not Sweet Leaf, but they do have reasonable prices and quality is acceptable. Not a lot of choices.

I am rather upset this time. I purchased an 1/8 of Platinum Goat Friday and it is all fucking seeds. Like I literally wasted my money buying seeds. I hardly got any flower nothing to smoke because it was all seeds. This is bullshit especially today when we have so many providers for cannabis. I'm rather pissed!

The tenders are so helpful, i was looking to control chronic back pain. They had recommendations and am working to see what helps most. Very professional.THANK YOU

I choose this dispensary based on the rave reviews here on Yelp, but was immediately shocked to see it was tucked into a dingy corner of a run down mini strip mall. Second impression was an equally run down and dingy feel to the dispensary itself. Upon approaching counter I asked the budtender if they had any organic flower options, to which she only responded with a blank look.. then finally answering that she didn't know because the budtenders do not get information from the growers (all part of the same operation tho). She admitted that what they offer is "probably not organic" because of the pesticides they spray on the flower, Ugh!When I asked if she might have more info next time I come in, again I was met with a blank look that seemed to say.. why are you bothering me with questions about the quality of our product?On a good note they did offer a discount on a product that was running out.So 1 star seems appropriate.

I am a member at this store and theirs this lady named Naomi who is rude to me every time because I am Mexican. I went on Thursday and a different employee attended to me very nice. I went back on Monday and Naomi wouldn't sell to me because my ID was cracked and it was cracked on Thursday but didn't matter then.

They have daily deals every day of the week. Tuesdays are buy two prerolled, get one free. Prerolls are $6 and each contain a gram. We ended up getting three grams for only $12! They had three preroll strains when we visited- Alien Dawg, Blue Dream, and Death Star. I did not notice until a fellow yelper pointed it out, but the first ingredient is pesticide. We didn't come back to purchase more after realizing this. Could be why you get such a good deal especially when nearly all other dispensaries charge $15 per preroll. If you don't mind this, the service is good. Place is clean. And the price is great.

I don't mind waiting, but the guy letting people in the door doesn't like wearing his mask. I had to ask him both times I dealt with him to put the mask on. Then some other guy in there said he can't wear a mask! 2 people in the front area with no masks or regard for customer safety. I called to speak someone about the issue and I was hung up on. Good product but too unsafe to go back.

Was a great place, now that the guys that I was used to that takes great care of you is no longer there. Now they have the girls that make you seem like your wasting they're time or they're doing you a favor. So after 2 long years, today is my last day. I prefer the guys, because they all about learning what you like. The new girls need to learn Customer service. GOODBYE

I go here because it's close to my house. The product is mediocre, not great, ever. The customer service however is The worst you've ever seen. They've never had great employees but before covid they at least had a couple decent people working there. The current staff is trash! They are rude in the building and when you call. I don't understand why the management at this place could CARE LESS about the shitty ass people they have working there. It's pathetic, obviously the management sucks too! And I saw low ratings, so that makes me wonder, does THE OWNER even care?????? Probably not. We live in a time where treating customers well isn't a priority because regardless, people will come in. It would just be nice to see this place actually have a decent staff for once.

Just recently came in and used my ten dollars of point bonus for an out the door 35$ out the door 8th.  In addition to a 10% discount.  I shouldn't be paying 38 dollars for ten dollars off 35, and a 10% discount.  $35 - $10 = $25.  10% off $25 =  $ 2.50 = $22.50.  Add in the 3 dollars for the debit fee and it's 25.50.  How did it turn into 38?My points were cleared out, but when I asked about it the bud tender never took the ten dollars off.  Instead telling me, "that's what it is...there's taxes". I was still charged the extra 10$ despite using points.  This has happened twice.  Even my receipt shows that my ten dollars was not discounted.

I placed an order online for their top tiered flower.When I  got there they did not have it and tried to sell me lower quality product. This happened four times in a row. I mentioned to the budtender that this was bullshit.  She immediately left, came back and told me to leave because I said bullshit. I then spoke to a manager who had no interest in addressing the complaint and merely focused on the fact I said bs. While this was happening,  the idiotic doorman kept chiming in that they didn't need my business. I immediately went and spent my $240 at Everbloom instead and will never go there again after the way I was treated not to mention their bait-and-switch tactics.

I think they should of named this place - "Popcorn Hut". This review covers the "Rec" side of sales.- I've been there about six times.  The prices are "value" to "mid-range". The variety of selections is nice, and they have many quality extract products at good prices.The place - Hmm.... Could look a lot nicer.  Kinda shabby and dull, with no style, in a run down mini mall.  The staff is usually nice, but some there have been clueless, others quite helpful. The flower - Unfortunately, it is often dry, smaller popcorn sized nuggets and frequently has a bunch of shake in it. The THC ratings are usually in the upper teens, and I've rarely seen one over 20.  They use pesticides (as many do) in their grow house, and cannot be organic.  The med side may have better options, better quality, but IDK.You save $$ Here - But, you get what you pay for. Not premium, but Better quality.It's still a good shop for heavy flower consumers, who won't be holding the product at home for more than 5-7 days, and aren't too picky about their weed. Overall - This place is lacking any "WOW" or greatness.  More simple, mediocre, run of the mill.  They could do way better, but they focus on the value segment of the local weed market. I still go. But, I adjusted my expectations down a bit, and it is what it is.

Small dispensary. Corner of the plaza. Not a large sign marking it. Look for the Colorado c on the window. Cash only, atm inside. Once you check in, put ur cell phone away. Then line up next to atm and wait for your turn with a team member to help you get what you need. It's all behind the glass display. Not a huge selection but fair prices and it's nice to have one on one service.

I love options medical. I get a great price for great weed with good customer service

Wait times can be really long sometimes but overall not bad.

Everyone was so kind. I got there at great timing so there wasn't much of a line. I also made a big mistake on something and they had the patience to be understanding about it. So, I highly recommend this place.

Great vibes and great products! They have a sale for different products each day of the week. My husband and I are visiting CO for the weekend and have been to a few different dispensaries and this is the only one we've visited more than once. Each time we visited we were helped by Tanya who is super helpful and super nice! And not to mention the prices! I definitely recommend stopping here during your CO visit.
