I'm a medical patient and I chose this dispensary. I had bought for a while and things were fine but today I stopped in for my medicine and I was told that by my budtender that they may be a few seeds in it, a few. When I took it home to break it up the whole ounce was seed pods. 6 ounces of seeds! So I went back immediately ( they don't have a phone according to their staff) and showed them. The budtender called the boss and told them there were at least a hundred seeds and he said tough, all sales were final, I should have inspected it. Are you kidding? They don't let you just sit there and break up your weed and say that you don't want it. Every nug actually was just a seed pod. The budtender said it wasn't worth getting in trouble with his boss over. Why not? This is the job you want, selling shake to medical patients? They could have taken care of me and gave me something else, at least. But no, they gave me my paperwork to go to a new dispensary and be a member there. Great customer service. If you're serious about quality meds don't go here. Their product is inferior and the customer service is non-existent.

I came here last night because I was in the area and was very unhappy with it. The prices are extremely high and there was a long line and they took forever. The workers weren't very friendly as I asked for a joint. They said they were out right now and will have some tomorrow, then pointed behind the desk where dozens of joints were sitting. Why couldn't he just sell me one that was already rolled? Didn't seem to care about making the customers happy. Poor customer service and I won't be back.

I used to like this place until i got my medical card. my first visit to the medical side, they only had 2 strains to choose from. I got it home and it was full of seeds, so much so that it was unsmokable. After picking out the seeds, there was hardly anything left. It tasted horrible anyway. They didnt warn me either.  But they probably didnt because if they had i would have walked. other than that, good prices and selection on rec. But how could they treat their medical customers that way? They actually have a medical need for good weed. I will not go there again just to avoid the possibility of being ripped off and treated subpar to rec customers.

Bought a 8th from rec side, small buds and full on Stems, not worth my money at all, bag my friend bought smelled like hay.. won't ever be back to this location or the other

This was my favorite place because of the buy 2 get 1 for a penny wax special on  Thursdays.   Last time I was there the special was gone and they were disorganized af.  They let someone in who came in after me so I just left.

The name don't lie!  They have good prices and great, friendly and educational staff.  I learn something new every time.  Definitely my go to place.

This place is stocked with a ton of stuff! They don't take debt cards but have an atm on site. I would say the weedmap reviews for this place are much better and explanatory. Got the lucid mood stuff that I wanted!

Went to this place for the first time and was greeted right away. The people working there were very friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier. Evan was awesome and friendly.

Good choice on edibles..The flowers not so much my budtender was flipping the jar all around slamming it on the counter even hit the roof with it .. Like what the hell guy that cost me $40 and you're pulverizing it . I don't like that they dont have jars to see the weed they pull out a jar of the stuff you purchase to look and smell so who knows how many times the weed you're buying has been opened and looked at and breathed on.. The floors are pretty gross in this place lots of stains

What a delight! From friendly service, to a wide selection, to amazing deals this is the only place i will go!

Three years later..... Whoever the Hell owns this place doesn't seem to care this place is falling apart from deals hardly ever being the same. Managers have different aspects on how to run, one will say one thing while I get something else from another. And these managers are fucking rude to employees. Going someplace else!! Just wow.

Great service from everyone in the store. We received awesome assistance from Roller. After using the products, they are awesome!!! And check out their deals when you go! I can't wait to go back.

The staff here are the best! They have great daily specials. Easy access from everywhere.

This is my favorite dispensary to come to when I'm in town. The staff are super friendly and helpful in making sure you get the right stuff!  Also great prices as well, Ive been to a few places that have crazy expensive pricing and this place is definitely the best by far!

1 star because you guys can't get your times together and close the store 30 min early on a Friday night. Thanks for closing at 9:30 on a Friday night and kicked out 3 different groups ofPeople. Fantastic customer service. If anyone wants to know the real times they close at 9:30So don't show up past then cause they will KICK YOU OUT OF THE STORE AND LAUGH AT YOU. So be aware they close at 9:30 maybe even 9:20 depending on whose working cause the girlDidn't care and told us to leave. So just because they sign inside the store say " NEW HOURS OPEN TILL 10 and special from 8-10pmThat's a lie. They don't close at 10 they need to fix their hours on all their website because google, Apple Maps, Yelp and Weedmaps all say 10 so don't listen to that. They CLOSE AT 9:30

What a great group of people you have there. Friendly and informative. Great flowers and supplies. When back in your area- it's a must stop!

I came here yesterday for edibles and was attended by... James I think was his name. He was attentive and helpful, good customer service. Only thing to know is they only take cash. This was my first visit and I'm happy with the products; cause every little thing is gonna be alright! Lol

Best cannabis? Debatable. Best service? Not debateable.It doesn't take much to flatter me. Compliment my wingtips and I'll like you immediately. That's exactly the impression BCC's staff has on me. They're knowledgeable and treat you like how you'd treat a good friend.Also- their flower smells great. They have competition for the "best Colorado cannabis" but I feel it's hard to be disappointed by their quality of bud. My gf even had trouble resisting the temptation to pick up edibles. She doesn't even smoke weed! I'd come back if in the area but don't know if I'd go out of my way to hit this dispensary. Totally a great go to spot if you're local to the area tho.

I spoke with James and he said he was the manager and asked him the prices for rosin and he said he couldn’t tell me over the phone. Had never been here now I know why

I was refused service for not wearing a face mask. You have the freedom to request this, I have the freedom not to shop at your establishment again. I encourage all Veterans and those who love freedom to do the same.

Sikk merch and the best flower

This store is freakin AMAZING. Topped off with amazing customer service from Roman, very informative and the vibes in this store are top notch. When we came here there was so much selection to choose from and we could not be any happier. We came from Chicago and we found cheaper prices here than anywhere else! 10/10 will come here again specifically for this store when we travel. Thank you so much again you guys.
