Great deals on wax and shatter. All the bud I've gotten from them has been solid. Staff is always nice. Don't smoke in the parking lot

I spoke to a few people over the phone before coming in. Everyone was so informative and helpful. When walking in I was greeted by Yvonne who is an absolutely fantastic human being. She was so patient, solutions oriented, and so incredibly kind. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions without being condescending and talked to me like I was a friend instead of a customer. Chronic Therapy didn't have exactly what I wanted but Yvonne went above and beyond and solved exactly what I wanted with recommendations of other products. I really appreciated her and look forward to being a returning customer.

Super friendly staff, lots of strains, and a comfortable environment. The place was clean, comfortable, knowledgeable, and had choices and variety. Edibles (soda, chocolate, suckers, hard candy, gummies), hash, weed, creams, etc. Also a concentrated section of bongs, pipes, papers.Great little shop with a great selection.

Super close to home but unfortunately I won't be back. I've met very friendly employees that were very helpful but there's a young girl who works there that has the worst attitude and seems extremely annoyed that customers are even there to begin with.The first time I had the pleasure of dealing with her, I thought maybe she had a bad day, no big deal. The second time, I mentioned it to a manager. Today, I thought I would give it another try. The whole experience of a rec shop is the fun of it. I love to try new things and enjoy the discussion of different strains, etc. Lip ring girl was so rude, she even layed her head on the counter while I was talking to her. I'm not sure what the deal is but I'll take it elsewhere. She makes it less fun than the DMV. :-(

Service was excellent, the gentleman who helped us out gave some great advice for me, a novice, and helped me navigate the bewildering array of products. I can't compare this with any other dispensary because I've not been to any others, but the prices were great and the products (so far) were very effective.

Best spot my friends and I have hit so far Been to 3 spots now and everything had been very dry. Nice flavors but just dry. Chronic therapy had some very fresh herbs. We grabbed the gorilla glue and the white fire Og. It was a lil farther from us but well worth the drive. The employees were super cool too. They were really laid back while a lot of the other dispensaries were very strict to the point of being over the top about it Fully recommend this place to everyone from out of town lookin for recreational

I went into this dispensary on July 4, 2019 and I don't think I'll come back. Location is convenient, but when you walk in there is no security guard checking ID's and there is a hand written sign on the small sliding door instructing you wait for the budtender. And I don't think that legal.  I did not have my ID checked until I made a purchase. The special that was advertised in the waiting area was an 1/8 of Strawberry Sherbet for $27. When I'm allowed in the purchasing area, there are no prices listed anywhere. I ask about more deals, he says I can sell you an ounce of shake for $50. Does not offer to show me that. About 1 minute of asking about the product and deals they may be offering I notice that the budtender is not looking into my face. I asked him about the body effects of the strawberry sherbert and he's staring so hard at my chest he doesn't hear my question. I ask him again, and he says, oh the high? This strain is good. I tell him I'd like to see more product, which I didn't get to see because he continues staring at my chest. I ACTUALLY had to bend my neck down to retrieve his gaze. I settled on the strawberry sherbet deal because I couldn't handle another 5 minutes with this guy! He brought out the product and it was tiny and incredibly dried out. Also, the effects were zero. A complete bust. Also, the price did not include taxes. So this crap weed cost me almost $35! I left this place feeling slimy and used. This guy had shaggy black hair and big beads on. I haven't been ogled like that since I was teen and the boys were just discovering boobs. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially ladies!!

My favorite local disposal. The wait is never long, the selection is good, the prices are good, and the staff is usually REALLY nice. They're also nice to my dog! I only go to like. Two dispos nowaways. This is one of them!

This place charged full price for small buds, I have a Florida license that has a small line. The dumbest girl I've ever met snapped it and said I can't take a License that's snapped!?I get it you work with marijuana but it doesn't mean you have to be a retard. This place is expensive and needs to be shut down

Nice little dispensary friendly budtenders. A little expensive for me ...I'll come again  for special deals.

Argo is a fabulous driver, quick, efficient and super friendly. Great products and customer service too - and i don't write reviews.

Everyone here is kind, friendly, and helpful.  They know their product, which is all first class, and want you to leave happy.  I am really happy that I happened on this spot, their prices are also very good, and there's no snobbery and condescension in dealing with "newbies".  If you go here, you won't regret it:)

My boyfriend went here when he turned 21 for recreational use since that is fine in the state of Colorado. The location is fantastic not sketchy like a lot of places in Denver. Very clean, safe, and the staff is extremely helpful and caring about your needs. Again love the location and you'll get great products here hands down.

Terrible everything.I've been going there since it opened and it's very common to be served out of order. Ohhhh you got here 10 min ago? We'll help this person who just came in and we'll get to you shortly.Bud is not high quality either. If you know your stains it is very evident. Their bud is generally in the 15%-22% THC level. For $50 eighths that is a fucking rip off. They rely on the naive for their business. Any serious weed enthusiast should steer clear. You can only deal in shit so many times before you move on to greener pasturesThe staff is friendly indeed. The shop also happens to be very close to me. This is the ONLY reason I went for so long.Time to move on

The only place for out of towners to get bud in Golden. (So I was told) Knowledgable staff with a big variety.

Great store. Friendly service. Lots of choices  of edibles and flowers. Highly recommend. Also, prices are good. Tots reasonable.

Very disappointed in the flower they sold me super small nugs smaller then nickel also very shaky! Sad I paid 130 for this

Place is a becoming a scam. Been going there five months and every time I go I get less potency, smaller amounts for more money. I have to spend almost $300 now to get what $60 got me five months ago. Doubt that they will ever see my weekly visits anymore

First time in and so far very good experience! The clerk was very helpful and the time spent was very quick. There are way too many options so all it took was a few questions and I was on my way. I will go back again!

As a deaf woman, I walked into the entrance and this woman with cool gauges made my experience very simple and easy! I actually love her friendly attitude and has patience to communicate with me by writing papers down. Will definitely come back next time.

Two big no-no's. 1. Never make your customer feel stupid and 2. Make it easy for your customer to pay you. The guy who helped us has forgotten (and was never bright enough to know in the first place) that much of the country does not have legal weed and, therefore, doesn't know what they want to try. Our guy made us feel ignorant for not knowing the various strains and affects. After about five minutes of being overwhelmed by our ignorance, we just pointed and said "give me a joint of that stuff." Well, they only have one type in ready rolled (we started by telling him we wanted something rolled to go). He then told us how we needed a pipe, lighter and at least two grams, which would have been about three times more than we could use unless we were trying for comatose. To top it off, they only take cash. Sigh. Go someplace more professional. This joint is run by high school students. (But the product was excellent, so, 3 stars.)

Super over priced and the last cartridge I got didn't even work. The last 2-3 times I've been I've either been disappointed with the product or felt I got ripped off for what I paid for.

Used to come here regularly and will definitely not be coming back! Staff is incredibly rude! I enjoy going to the walk-up outdoor window because I have an autoimmune disease and there are so many covid cases right now. The staff member actually mocked me for not wanting to go inside. He literally made fun of me for choosing to use one of their available options.... I have an autoimmune disease and this shit was not funny to me at all. I will not be returning. This place is trash.

Their grass smells moldy and some creepy guy who said his name was Angel -the one with a Napoleon complex - doesn't follow health codes and wears his mask under his nose. He also gets way too close for comfort, even if we were not in a pandemic. Overall it was a gross experience, and there are plenty better places to go to.

I have enjoyed coming here over the past year, but this last month or two, quality of service has absolutely tanked.  I'll echo some other comments I saw that the staff is now actively gaslighting anyone who tries to use the windows they themselves established as an option during COVID.  All during construction, we've been using the window service and its worked really well.  I understand winter is coming and the interior redesign is now complete, but the windows have been a great option these past few months and I, in fact, far prefer them during this pandemic.But as others have stated, you'll be mocked by the staff for using a window and catch a lot of attitude.  Budtenders who had been really great to us over the past year are suddenly acting like real jerks.  I've got no idea whats changed, but after our last experience a couple of days ago, we've decided its time to look for a new shop.  Product and selection is great, but management needs to clean some things up.

Neighborhood dispensary, friendly staff and always a great selection. I always like coming here because it's across the street from a beautiful park so you can bring your dog (which they allow in store) to throw a toy

Chronic therapy is dope. They have online ordering with an easy walk up window which is great in the times that your just trying to get something quick. We had to wait in line outside when we went, but it moved very fast. All of the staff and customers were super friendly. They're staff follows COVID precautions to a T. Their prices are very reasonable. They do offer a 10 cent pre-rolled for a 5 star Yelp review. I wish I had more time to explore all their products a little more because they seemed to have A LOT, but I didn't have much time. I would def go back and check it out when I have more time.

Super awesome staff, the young woman who helped us was super laid back and answered any and all questions with a smile on her face. Clean space with a great selection. Will definitely be back!

I come here for I’d say 10% weed and 90% the environment the team brings it’s out of control positivity like it’s next level it’s just the most positive environment I walked in the building and am greeted by my name by every member it’s like walking in to A surprise birthday every single time it’s the best dispensary in Colorado! Elana is always especially nice to me !!! Very thankful for the team this place has!!!

I like the fact that having a job at a local pot shop hasn't gone to their heads like some pot shops. These young people can still go by the he rules and not loose their personal service and make it a light fun experience. Oh yes the Bud is Awesome

Very knowledgeable and friendly budtender assisted me today. Her cross selling was on point, letting me know she not only enjoys her work, but very much enjoys knowing of her product. Also, due to the hiring sign. Is in good spirit about filling that position, so maybe I will move from Utah, after all. And as usual, the facility is busy, but efficient. The best buds you'll find around definitely five star Bud cup goodies for sure Bud cup winners!! Never have I been disappointed I highly highly recommend taking your business to them I drive 25 minutes just to go get my smoke there. I'm driving an hour if I had to. Enjoy
