Um for an out of state new guess my experience was terrible. I was shopping with two others but pay under one tab. I understand the covid protocol and plus the space is very small, but one of the lady's said if I'm not shopping I will need to wait outside. So I jumped with my mom and said we are going to shop together and just have the lady that was helping her could assist both of us - she just kept following me. So I just left. I would never shop here again if they can't accommodate new shoppers with those that refer them to your business.. just sad.

I've always loved us bloom over the years. I don't go in as much as I used to but I still do. Never had a problem with the security guard outside. Don't really care for the mean mugging or unfriendly guys hanging inside the waiting room though. The girls have always been great and provide great service.

They have to many security precaution, it seems like there's something going on, I don't feel safe the guards seem very paranoid like there always on edge, that's a bad mix having all those rent a cops walking around with guns like there waiting for something to happen looking over there shoulders.

I've been a customer here for years and go here at least 2 or 3 times a week and spend a lot of money. On the 15th they had a deal from 6:30 to 7:30 you could get any one item 50% off. There were people outside waiting to get in. So when I got in it was 7:33 and the girl wouldn't do it I explained what happened and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. As of right now  they have lost my business. I really liked this place but can't ignore crappy customer service.

i Would love to say this place is awesome but to be honest the managemer terra is extremely condescending. She rolled her eyes at me as I looked away  and was struggling with something like she was making fun of me. Won't be coming back for that reason. Please be kinder to your guests. They did nothing to you and personally I was going through a very rough time while trying to fix soemthing and when I looked back at her for confirmation I caught her rolling her eyes at my to another employee. Not cool.

This place used to be great.  Whoever keeps hiring their cousins to do the security in the parking fails to understand that security is the first representation of your business.  You can't have asshole security and then have your staff "try" to act nice when you make it inside.  The customer's have already lost their attitudes getting yelled at for not knowing where to stand, trying to walk in the building when they don't see a line, or simply parking a car in the wrong direction.  Not worth the extra aggravation during these times.  This used to be the best supplier of Korova products in California, but the last time I visited they had ran out of Korova Eighths.  Are you serious?  Ohana Cannabis in Emeryville will beat their prices by 5% when you let them know.

I know this company doesn't give a shit but there cartridges are way overpriced it's worth the dive to any other club and save way more money...Why bloom?

This was my second time here. First time I was here it was really cool and the staff and guards were nice to me. Second time, the guards had told the four of us that only the person purchasing can come in and we told him all four were making a purchase. When we went to check in,.the lady asked if we were doing one or two transactions and I had said 1 because I was looking to browse and wasn't sure if I was going to purchase. I also needed to help my friend buy a battery because she's not familiar with them. the lady said I had to wait outside since I wasn't purchasing. I was honestly fine and understood why because of the situation and didn't see it as a big deal. However, when I went to go walk back to my car the guard started to ask me what happened and I told him oh I didn't buy anything and then he got really angry and said "man I had asked you and your friends who was doin the purchasing and you said all four, correct?" And I was taken aback because I had just want to get into my car and wait for my friends. Before I could explain what happened, he cut me off and said "nah, nah I don't care what your friends said why did you lie" and I didn't know what else to say because he would just cut me off anyways so I apologized and then he started to further be intrusive towards me and ask me questions bout lying. I then had enough and said, "well dude I just wanted to browse. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase and just wanted to look" then he finally lets me go to my car. During this confrontation, I'm looking at the other guard who is just laughing while the other guard yells at me. Look, I understand that they have to stick to protocol. But the guards were not wearing their masks while speaking to my group and also when the guard talked to me one on one. I did not feel welcome nor do I feel like I'll be welcome the next time

I came here to get pre rolls and edibles. Very nice staff, I felt very comfortable there considering it's only my second time buying weed & I don't know much about the different strains. . I definitely will be back!

Horrible experience like everything in Vallejo ghetto and rude ! Security ( rent a cop ) in the front  is far from friendly ( lets say he takes great pride in his work but on a freezing day making min wage I'd be pretty pissed too )  snatched my id out of my hand and when he dropped it the jerk didn't even offer to pick it up. Great first impression! The female inside was decent not much to brag about. Nevertheless at this point I could careless what she was saying. I wanted my meds and to leave asapMade my purchase and left. - lesson learned stick to the opposite side of the bridge when purshing meds. - professionalism or the lack there of - I figure if I'm going to  pay someone it better be someone with a smile good customer service!  Vs being bombard by  some prick who is overly doing his job. Barbary coast in SF  SJ Collective  and Greendoor in Oakland all have great staff. Very knowledgeable about product  great prices along with selection ..  - Your product is a dime a dozen which is obtainable anywhere. In order to be successful you must remember one thing,  its the  service and experience you customer recieves,  is what makes them come back NOTHING else.  Which in this case I'll gladly pass

This location always has issues with their power being out, 2/3 times I have driven here I've been turned away due to this. On top of that, the day I was able to be assisted they informed me they no longer had a point system, I had been accumulating mine as recommended by an associate to get a free 8th but they stated they no longer had record of it. Considering I was so close, it was a disappointment to have to start all over.1 Star is for their cheap pre-rolls + smokies brand ediblesPersonally, I would recommend going to the dispensary down the street from them. Nicer people, always ready to help, spacious entrance for waiting,PLUS 20% off for all Solano residents!!UPDATE: I stopped here randomly bc it was right off the highway and easy access and ONCE AGAIN their machines are down. Can't make this travesty up.

It has been a while since I'd come in here and since I have been in more It seems like they changed staff since the new regulations came into order. They do have a few of the same people but they have a lot of people that really don't know what they're doing and that makes me not want to rush back anytime soon. They still carry premium product, don't get me wrong, but the staff is just not worth my efforts to visit. You either get someone who doesn't know what the product is or someone who tired and wants to go home and you can tell who that is. This place has gone down hill fast. It's sad. I just to really like this place because of the people.

They do wayy too much here! Need a better system! Customer service is terrible! Came in for an edible and they ended up not having it and i was told I couldn't stay to look at a different edible. I had to buy something or leave! I am a payin customer! Ridiculous! Never again

Delivery time is never accurate. Always takes longer than promised. You will never get your order unless you call and follow up. If you offer delivery make sure you have enough drivers.

I have been A loyal customer of this establishment for over six years. I have never purchased an eighth of weed with seeds in it until this Incident. I understand the price for the eighth was lower than others but since it was a Friday I thought it was just discounted. I went back the following day to see if there is anything The staff would be able to do for me maybe a discount or something but instead they just told me you get what you buy and to take it up with a distributor or the manufacture of the weed that I purchased. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.                                                                              - JB

Love going here, it's close by where I live. I noticed all the staff were girls, but it actually made me more comfortable lol. All the employees I've ever dealt with were all genuinely nice and super helpful when I had any questions. Their top shelf stuff is pretty good, but Their edibles are $10 more than what you would get at a dispensary in SF. There $6 pre-rolls are not bad at all, and I try to get them whenever that have it! Highly recommend this place!

On my way back from Reno I was trying to find the closest dispensary that sold Mary Jane for recreational use and it happened to be USBloom,I was greeted by a security officer that explained the process,he was warm and polite,the staff was very helpful,I bought two grams that lasted me until I got to San Francisco I purchased two sativa strains that were of their top shelf I thoroughly enjoyed both as a first time member I received a ten percent discount which I liked,I was satisfied with my visit I look forward to returning now that I'm a member

One of my fav dispensaries, they carry some of my fav strains and brands.... i live in berkeley and drive all the way to vallejo to come here sooo what does that tell you?

Very dissatisfied. Unfriendly crew. Do not know inventory or product. Stock always low, can't find what I want. Does not social distance. Cram too many people in a small space no more than 3 ft apart. Did not feel welcomed. At All. VHHC far superior.

New to the area so I chose this place out of sheer convenience, it's located just off 80, and it's legit. I like 28%+ so that selection was pretty scarce but they got buds furrrr shhurrre. I'm Stoney so in the end that's all that matters really. Super safe with 3 count em 3 HUGE security Guards so in and out is SUPER SAFE! New customers receive a gift and they have a rewards program. Enjoy!

Im not going to waste too much time on this but a fair warning to fellow smokers.. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! The manager Jessica is a rude egotistical snob that hilariously just handed me a paper saying i can't come back. Long story short, i bought ANOTHER dysfunctional cartridge that needed to be exchanged. Essentially Jessica got her feelings hurt because she overheard me say something about her in my phone over their video system when i was outside and she was inside. The prices are inflated and the product is sub par.. Convenient location is the only reason i went here and honestly I've never had an issue with any other employee there. Very poor customer service.. But don't dare mention that to Jessica or she'll ban you! (So you can just go find a more affordable dispensary that will value you as a patient and customer lol thanks girl)

Good & Bad. (Here's why)What's great is that they close @ 9pm instead of 8 like all the other dispensaries in Vallejo.What is NOT Appreciated..Is that if you show up anytime after 8:45..The Security guard is already shouting at you in the parking lot; asking if you're"a returning customer"And Majority of the Employees in there are totally okay with rushing you because they're "going to close"My message to US Bloom:Either change your hours, or Have decent customer service.As long as someone is at the door by 8:59 they should be accepted without All the hassle.Just last night, I almost want allowed inside because I didn't have my "recommendation"After arguing with the Security Guard about the fraudulence..I shout.. " IM OVER 21"The whole time he was assuming I was 18 because of my appearance & did not even properly check my ID.if I wouldn't have fought for my rights, I would not have been allowed inside over an improper evaluation..I honestly think the security was trying to pull a fast one on me to save time IE.. Less customers.The staff is Friendly but once 8:45 hits. All Manners go out the door at that place.Even closer the gate on me knowing I was the last customer.No I dont dislike you US BLOOM.Your a great dispensary, just need some Relaxation, It's a business, Please make customers feel comfortable walking in late.

Very welcoming! You get 10% for being a new customer which was amazing. They had $6 prerolls which was very affordable and great varietys of weed! I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped us she was very very sweet! I would definitely go back when I return to CA.

The ladies at this place go above and beyond for their customers I had an incident where I was sold the wrong cartridge. Called the next day and was told by Aileen to stop by so they can resolve my issue. Issue was resolved and I thanked them.

More than half their selection of flower  eighths were $60 today, the rest were $50 and maybe two were $35 and $25.... Seriously crazy prices right now, when people with anxiety, neuromuscular disorders, pain, and a multitude of other issues literally need a break the most.... I can't say I won't go here again but now it will be as a last resort...

I went walking with my dogs and asked if I could tie them way behind the property on a tree. They said no and should tie them to a post pretty far and near the street, super dangerous. I get they can say no if they want. Though, I just bought a house nearby and I am always home since I work from home. I was planning to be there daily. They straight lost what could have been a 'whale', a daily loyal customer for something so simple.

Been coming to this spot just about every month (every other week at times!) since I moved back to Vallejo October 2018. The staff is super friendly. Some of them very knowledgeable (some of them pretended to know about product, and even sold me the wrong thing a few times- but it's weed so who cares, it's gonna get smoked anyway!) and some of them offer great suggestions on product. Started buying the cartridges and they've been super convenient. Bought one about 2-3 weeks ago and all of a sudden just wouldn't draw anymore. Won't mention names because I don't want to put anyone on blast for saying things they probably shouldn't have said- but I went in on 10/5 asking about my defective cartridge and the young lady said "oh it should be no problem at all. Looking at your account, you come here a lot and spend a lot so just ask for a manager and they should be able to take care of you." I specifically asked again "even without my receipt? I have the box, but no receipt." She said "yes, no problem." Fast forward to today, I go in with my defective cartridge and ask about it and get turned away. I let the clerk know about my visit last week and she went on about the importance of the receipt- I want to go on record, I know the importance of it. Tracking, lot #'s, etc. etc. That's why I asked the clerk before EVEN WITHOUT MY RECEIPT? I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she was the "acting manager of the day." It's cool- I'm not gonna go back and forth. I know I was told one thing, and then got something completely different in the end. Today was my last visit to this specific dispensary. I wish them all the best, and thank you for the kindness over the months, ladies.

Professional & courteous. I've stopped going to the other dispensaries because US Bloom is hands down the best.  Some of the security guards might come off as rude or intrusive but they're serious about their job so I get it.

The budtenders and security were nice!!Always great to have nice people greet you. They had some vegan edible options which were the reason I went, I would definitely go back. The prices are good as well. Convenient location, lots of parking, no complaints. Check them out!

Love this place. The girls in the back are so sweet and once when they were out of raw cones, one of the girls gave me her own papers from her purse. That was so nice. The security guards are all really nice, especially the gut that's from New York (Idk his name). He's always seems happy and has a little small talk with everyone as he escort them inside. Def my favorite dispensary!

Jessica F. Who is this purchasing Assistant/Demo Coordinator was FANTASTIC to say the least. I come here at least 4 or 5x a week. The flower is really good, they always have specials and the ladies that work there are so nice. They know their product well and so friendly. CC is my fav but they are all nice!!

Good selection, decent prices, open later and a nice parking lot. They take debit inside. That's a huge plus for me.

I've been patronizing this establishment since it opened years ago. I've grown accustomed to their (former) rewards system. I went several months without visiting them only to return to see that almost $700 worth of customer rewards just vanished as of this year. The manager tried to explain why my losing all my rewards was a situation that had no remedy. My loyalty has ended and I have since visited other local Vallejo dispensaries. I have luckily found far superior customer service at other places. I wouldn't suggest any of my friends visit this place. As they have clearly demonstrated a lack of care for their customers/patients.

Good prices and nice weed and workers are also nice and get you out there door fast they have ounces and 1/4 a lot places don't and they are good priced but when you get there have to check in with security outside they keep it pretty safe in there and u have to get scan down by a metal detector  before going in it's pretty small but packs a lot punch

Waste of time if you're an actual patient. Poor selection and jack up prices on cbd products likr most crappy dispensaries. Staff is rude. Told the woman behind counter 5x I was looking for a thc:cbd cartridge. Told her just as many times to face me when speaking to her because I couldn't hear her with amon other customers. Then when I told her with a firmer tone, she acted like it was the first I said anything. Meanwhile the eastern european woman "helping" the other customer was yelling at him about taxes in Solano county on cannabis. I don't plan to return.

Went for my first time today. Security was already walking towards me when I got out of my car. He was friendly, asked me if I had been there etc. got in and all the girls were so kind and friendly ! No complaints!

Pretty good as far as these places go. Probably one of the better places in Vallejo, good prices and friendly staff. Never seen a line that didn't clear in a couple of minutes. All chicks at this place, it's a nice change of pace. The staff isn't stoned when you walk in and they always have a smile on their face. Only dude in the place is a security guard, nice dude too. Doesn't restock as fast as I would like.

Used to love this place but I don't know if they got greedy or what but there not the same customer service used to be amazing would leave with a smile and something to make my day better not I leave every time feeling I got cheated and bitter iv been going here about a year and a half now and today is my last time that I will go here again prices are more expensive now then other clubs and yes state legal ones they will try and tell you cheeper places arnt being compliant with the laws that's why they are more expensive them but that's simply not true they just are useing the tax mark up to hide the core price that also has gone up from what it used to be Additionally they don't sell oz or they don't advertise they do anymore meaning of you know to ask for is pricing and get some one who can do it on the pos you can buy a oz at oz price don't ask or know better you pay full price and don't expect them to tell you .Last but not lest the point system I have been here 4 times in a row now and this first time they told me I had enough to get 1/2 off a1/8 of my choice and to come back when they got korova in I did they told me it couldn't be used annoyed I went home but fine they made a mistake so I went back again to buy a normal 1/8 "you are 50 points short ". How when I was told I had enough last time " oh the chart was upside down sorry "  today I go back again and ask about my points at the end they tell me I have 31 I was in the 100s 50 points away from 1/2 off so o said that's wrong and all they are going to do is recount and I have to ask next time I come back well o won't be back I'm going to htp from now on 5-10 min away better flower better pricing better people do your self the favor start there

Without a doubt the best collective in Vallejo!  There is nothing that I would add or could think of suggesting to make this place any better.  The business owner knows what they're doing here.  Place is very clean and professional - from the building to their staff!There's an entrance and exit to this location.  Parking lot is spotless and building is updated from the outside.  The security guard will have seen you before you've seen him - he greets you and allows you access into the collective, also sees you out.  He's on top of everything and a nice/funny guy!  The ladies inside go over everything and anything with you.  Will answer any questions.  You can tell they're knowledgable about the medical cannabis they sell.  I trust their suggestions.  Very nice and welcoming!This collective has a very wide selection - will find your medicine! Recommend 100%!

I'd give them Zero Stars if I could. They took my $40, sold me a useless cartridge that was defective, did not give me a receipt, then refused to allow me to return or exchange it for a cartridge that actually worked properly. I never even got to use the damn cartridge because it didn't work.  $40 of my hard-earned money down the drain. They are a bunch of slimy low class crooks with lousy ass customer service. You'll feel like you need to take a shower after walking out of this place. Not to mention they're located right in the middle of a ghetto in Vallejo with police cars swarming around. Take your business elsewhere. There are far better options with far better prices and far better customer service. Zero Stars.

This is my first time going to this cannabis club I actually liked it they have some good strains there is security the lady at the desk who registers you is nice and sweet and they have reasonable prices so go check them out

SUCH AN AMAZING COLLECTIVE! Let me start by explaining that a 5 star review from me has never happened, so getting this 4 stars is 5 in anyone else's mind. US bloom is easily the #1 dispensary in Vallejo. Not only do they have satisfying prices, but out of this world medication. From edibles to concentrates and topicals they're products are top shelf; but the bet part to me is their prerolls and bud of course. 5$ prerolls that ARE NOT SHAKE, making it a great deal even if you'd rather take it apart and put it in a bowl. Though of course the best part of US bloom is the fact that they are THE ONLY club that carries caviar brand bud, a bud that is some how infused with fruit and concentrates, and then covered in kief. Around 30$ a gram so be prepared for that, but depending on the flavor you choose it is WAY worth the money. (Try anything but vanilla first) LOVE YOU US BLOOM!

The only dispensary I have ever felt safe. Parking is excellent. Great location right on/off freeway. Guards are friendly yet assertive. Staff is top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent selection of product. My last visit was during their anniversary and I left with a phat bag of complimentary items and I even won something from their special event.  I highly recommend US Bloom Collective!

Always a joy to come here. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and always help me find what I need. Following their text program, I know of their deals every morning. Great prices, clean store, polite guards and great service makes this my go to place. Very pleased with their demos and can see why they were voted best of 2018 in the Solano Times Herald. The other dispensaries in the area really cannot compare.

This place quickly became my favorite, after only visiting once. Since they've been closed, I've had to find other spots to visit. I've never missed US Bloom so much. It's clear to me now that they've got the best quality flowers in all of the Bay Area. Let's not kid ourselves, the wackest strain could get the job done. We're not snobs about this. If it were a  choice between bad medicine or no medicine at all, we'd ride it out with the weak stuff. With that being said, when you shop at US Bloom, you can feel it in your high that you got some great shit. The ones complaining about prices are the ones who've never heard, "You get what you paid for." The prices are perfect, because their product is perfect

Very, very nice people and professionally ran. Safe and very clean. I would have given them five stars except for the fact that I have purchased clones now 3x and they are not of good quality. They are the slowest Growers and the weakest plants that I have in my collection. I was told they receive a bad batch of clowns. If that is the case they should have been pulled earlier. They do not have a reliable source of any particular strain. It is the luck of the draw when you get there. Outside of that. The rest of the place is five star.

Im from #Oakland Ca, and can't figure out why this hole in the wall of a cannabis collective prices are so expensive it's ridiculous and there top shelf is not top shelf and found a couple seeds in it and thats crazy. They had a couple of clones I would have got nothing rare but didn't have anywhere to put them at the time so didn't. All know about the best club in #Vallejo and I fuck wit the V but the security guard was cool tho...

I had the best first time experience here! Such friendly staff and the product was crazy! Sky was friendly and helpful. She thought I was funny and laughed at my jokes so that was a plus. Hehe Super sweet lady.There really is no need to look at any other dispensaries in Vallejo. Clean ,safe and fast. Looking forward to my next visit :)

I can not express enough how great this place is. Top notch customer service and a good selection. I used to go to either Oakland or San Francisco till I decided to check this place out. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and variety of different products the offer. Flowers, clones, edibles, drinks and so many other things even some of the larger collectives do not offer. I had Clint help me out and he was super helpful and knowledgable.

Just left this place and I cannot say enough great things about it! I was a little iffy because I am not familiar with Vallejo but I am so glad that I went here. It was extremely professional and felt very secure! As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I was greeted by the security guard and instructed what I needed to have ready when entering the building. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady named Sarah The new patient process was extremely quick. They had an amazing selection very good quality product and good prices. They even have a rewards program which is very cool. And to top it off it is immediately on and off of the freeway which is very convenient! I will most definitely be back as well as tell everyone about it

Shit place sucks customers service is terrible. Fake ass women's that work there pretending they know everything. I have been to over 20 dispensaries/clinics the past year, many i would recommend, bloom is the best. The quality and variety of medicine is outstanding, location ideal, the service A+. The location is safe, clean, and a quick in and off right next to the freeway. The owner is a informative and helpful resource for any questions you have and will give great recommendations for the individual client.

Best club I've EVER been to- unlike every other club in Vallejo, they make eye contact, are informative, don't act like you're not worth their time, and are very honest and great priced.  Their $5 prerolls are real bud not shake and are one of my favorite things about this place.  They have SO many different options and everything is of amazing quality.  The owner is in almost everytime I'm there and he's one of the nicest guys ever along with one of the security guards and both young pretty gals I've been helped by everytime I've been :) also love that they give you a complimentary water bottle everytime!  Waxes and pen choices are great too by the way!

So i heard alot of good things about this club so i really wanted to try it. After my attemp today im not sure if i will be coming back. The security guard had met us outside after he spoke with the front desk...it turns out their not taking new patients because their computer was down? I mean come on you can still verify if the patient is valid by calling the verification line right?. I guess they didnt want me my donation today. Bums me out i was really looking forward to some caviar gold.

I am new to the area and this was the second place I went for medicine and they were by far the best! Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the prices at this place are also very good. I look forward to going back soon!

I can't stress enough how awesome this collective is.Always. From being greeted by the security guard being escorted to door..greeted by all the lovely women that work there and there boss is pretty cool too..always get great information from each and everyone that works there..Best Flowers, edibles, all the products you need to feel better .. i've been to many dispensaries all over the San Francisco bay area this is the only one to where I had a problem with the product and they gave me a hard time they blamed it on the regulations from the city other cities have similar regulations I've never had a hard time exchanging anything that was defective they gave me the defective product back and told me it wasn't defective now I have to drive another 25 miles one way to return the defective product that's not defective that's actually defective it seems that you're only a business but that's after profit you really don't care about your patients.

This place is AMAZING!! Very clean and organized and the staff went above and beyond to make my first experience a very pleasant one. They answered all my questions and concerns. The building its self was very nice, it didn't look all run down and the surrounding area was very safe. They even had the security greet me in the lot. If your in the area, stop by here.. you will not be disappointed!!!

Best club in vallejo! Excellent service very friendly staff, and the security guard Dave is super friendly and he walks With you to and from your car so you feel safe. Great selection too!

This is what I want when I visit a dispensary! I walked in with very little knowledge of what was available (non psychoactive medicine to help me get a good night's sleep) and they were so friendly and knowledgeable and totally walked me through it. The other dispensary I had gone to was friendly but if you weren't into getting loaded, the staff member I got knew nothing. US Bloom is a beautiful little business, very clean and professional, felt like I was in a quaint little yoga studio. So happy to have found this spot! It is truly a little gem.

I'm a new patient and just found out about the suave.  I was in Disneyland and used it for my back, knee, shoulders, and the balls of my feet . The suave really kept me going.  I was very pleased with the product.  All the people working there are super nice too.  I feel safe and welcome.

The staff here is nice and friendly. They have a good selection, especially for a small place. Their prices are good and they have a point system where you can actually earn nice items. I've been here many times and never had a problem.

I was just in Bloom and worked with Skye. What a great experience! She had answers to all my questions and even checked what I had purchased before to see how I liked it. Can't recommend this enough. Very safe, very clean, great selection.

They changed their hours  BUMMER I loved how early they opened. Now its as late as every other club.

Their delivery service is amazing.  Product variety is similar to other stores (although probably a bit lhan larger ones), I maintain loyalty because of their quality of products and the one store in Vallejo that offers delivery service in Vallejo

I've been coming here for a couple months and every single person there has been so kind and friendly to me! From security, to front desk, the budtenders, and delivery service personnel, everyone is awesome! Great prices too, especially compared to the ones from dispensaries in LA  Thank you US bloom! What can you not like about a female owned and operated weed shop a block away from home?!? Each time I have been here, I am constantly surprised and delighted by the amount of attention, care, and genuine personalities from the staff here. They are always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. They're always offering deals and promos; so sign up for their sms feature and you can find offers like "power hour" or "munchie Monday's" and save a lot of money.

Very friendly staff and security and has everything that you need. They have a good system and flow going that makes it a quick one stop shop!

As a customer, your experience will be nothing but ordinary & subpar. No phones allowed in the sitting area/lobby even if there's a 10 minute wait. Masks on, masks off? Who knows. The workers don't wear masks but the customers have to? Their point system is super unstable. They switch systems with no warning & offers a discount that was nowhere near the points you had. Prices of flower is entirely too high. Or if the price is manageable, the flower brand isn't that good. Only great things here are their $25/$30 concentrates & $10 grams. If that. Not a whole lot of selection or even physical space to move around. Menu is very hard to read & overwhelming. A strong 2/10. It is a mom and pop shop so take that into consideration.

I was a first time customer in September and a little nervous.  I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly young man who explained the purchasing process.  Once I was in the shop I told a young lady what I was looking for.  She was very knowledgeable and advised me on different products.  What I purchased worked out perfect!!! Heading back this week with a friend.

I 'm 65 & have never gone to a Cannibus dispensary!  I was really Nervou!  They treated me very courteously, answered all my question.

It's not bad they have some good stuff but they are a far cry from Better Health Group on Sonoma
