3/5 so first things first I have been here 3 times now and the first and second time went fine. First time I had just got my card down the street and was in and out quickly not much to say fast and friendly. Second time I went was just last Friday amazing experience the bud tender that was working that evening was friendly ,helpful,and fast she knew what strains did what and had different recommendations based on what I need it for she also stayed in my price range that I picked I wish I had got her name to leave but sadly I did not. I got some of the c Lemmon kush and Lemmon sap grade and for c grade it quite pleasant as I was leaving I noticed a glass part of the store there I met eddy the associate running the glass store he was great as well I spent a good bit of time bugging him about a little of everything and he always had an answer and knew the merchandise eddy gets 5/5 even if this review is 3/5 now we get to the reason this review is not 5/5 my latest visit I went in the morning not the after noon this was a mistake when I got there the door staff was friendly but when I got to the counter there where 4 bud tenders only one of them greeted me before going back to what I assume was prep work for the day all 4 bud tenders where working on this and where paying no attention to me the customer not one asked what I needed?what I was looking for? If I had been here before or not? did I need help with anything? nothing I had to ask them about everything and then they didn't know the answer not a single one and where slow as if they didn't rlly care that I was there at all I had to stare them down to get a answer if I just asked no one would answer until I singled out one of the 4 to get it answered they where much more interested in talking about who should get doughnuts then customer service I just got what I had been recommend Friday and left my advice this is a good place to go just not in the morning during prep the staff are terrible at that time go in the afternoon and if you need some gear or papers see eddy he will hook you up..
You guys need to update your schedule on here. I'm not from the area and I read all the reviews and was excited to come. When I arrived at 8:40 I rang the doorbell and some guy just stared at me from the window and then opened then door, looked at his schedule said bro were closed. I was furious because I drove for almost an hour to get here and to find out that you have a new schedule, and you guys didn't have the best customer service either and to top it off didn't have the audacity to change it here. Disgrace. You guys are for sure not 420 friendly.
One day I walked in there with a bad mood, but this bud tender makes me felt like home. The bud tender shows me all the strain that was right for me. But their prices are still a little high for me.

Decent selection and you get a free gram for signing up! There is also a section for glass as well.
What a nice place! First time here, and got a discount. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, from the security guard to the bud tenders. I wish I caught the name of the gal who helped me, because she was so kind, and very patient. It's been awhile since I've been to a dispensary, and she got me up to speed on what I've been missing. The prices are totally reasonable, and with a new person discount, I was able to spend under $100, and get plenty. They have both recreational and medicinal products, and a glass section. Overall, a very nice, worthwhile visit. Can't wait to come back and bring a friend!
Love this place went there when it was 18+ for a while and it was the jigg, hope they change age again
Good service, small selection of flowers but good verity, first time customers get 20% off, when you refer someone you and that person also get 20% off. This is the only dispensary I know in the area that has this offer.
Great prices and customer service. First time here and they assisted me with no question. Not really knowing what to get, Showed a picture of what I was needing and they helped me.
Always a hassle to get signed in , budtenders are no friendly , and lastly You can't even look at any of the product so basically they're brown bagging you don't know what you're getting . the packages that you can see through is bammer which explains the cheaper prices. Big store front but they only utilize about 10% of it to the right. Cash only . Won't be back . Plenty of other options in Vallejo .
Pretty reasonable prices for wax hunters like myself. Not only is their a fairly large selection of strains but concentrates as well. I'd say they probably have a little something for everyone's taste buds. The Deal: Buy two half grams of rosin for $10 each and the third is free which is a pretty fantastic.The staff is really friendly, helpful and helps you stick to your budget which is great for fairly broke stoners but I'd really recommend going all out and getting a variety. Plus the tax is included in the price!!!
I used to go to ReLeaf until the owners sold out to a big pot corporation. Now, they don't offer Solano resident discounts, there's no parking, the priced are OK, but the selection sucks. From my first experience with BHG, it was better in every way. The staff is friendlier, the prices are better, there's tons of parking, and there's 2-3x the selection.
I don't feel comfortable buying medical products from businesses that don't follow the science.

***Update. Please take note: the owner of this club responds to every single negative review posted here— EXCEPT MY REVIEW. The owner has responded to reviews left both before and after this review. The owner cannot respond to this review because this business failed me and refuses to offer anything significant to make it right.**** The sales associate messed up my order and they will only exchange the incorrect product for the correct one and give me a 25% discount on a future purchase. I explained that it's 38 miles round trip for me to drive to them and back. With gas being so expensive, a 25% discount would easily be canceled out by what I have to pay for gas. They basically just told me to deal with it. When this business messes up, they aren't interested in taking care of their customers. Giving me only 25% off on a future purchase is a business rewarding itself for its own mistakes by tying me into a future purchase. I don't recommend going to this business, they won't take care of you. **It’s also worth noting that I got 40% off my first purchase when I first started going there in January. I wasn’t even offered that much of a discount this time when they made a big mistake, even though they easily could have. It seems as though they have an “always blame customers” policy as if it’s not even possible for their own sales associates to make mistakes. Reading other reviews on Weedmaps and Facebook, I can see that other people have had the same problem of incorrectly bagged product. The sales associates are totally out of it. This can easily happen to you, and they will not take care of you.
Extremely disappointed in my visit today. I'm not sure if management changed or the staff just had a bad day. Last time I visited I was telling the bud tender I prefer coming here over US Bloom because the staff is friendlier and actually make suggestions while I'm looking around. Inside US Bloom where they just stand back and what til you're done staring @ a menu that doesn't really tell you anything other than strain and price. Today's visit was much like going to US Bloom I felt like I was burdening the bud tender,who only had about 10 words to say between asking if I needed help and giving me the items I purchased, when I was asking him for things. Hopefully this was a 1 off visit and if I decide to return I will continue to receive the service I have received in the past not the service I received today.
