Omar always rules. Since going corporate he has remained positive and helpful. But please hire someone to work out the website issues or don't offer online shipping at all. Thanks!

I’ve been going to this place back when it was Releaf. I’ve ALWAYS had a great experience. I went in today with my mom, she needed to buy products for my dad who is battling cancer. Thaddeus (I hope I got his name right) helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the product and made my mom feel super comfortable!! I definitely recommend this place!

Happy 420. Justin was great as always! Coastal is a great shop. I've been to a lot of clubs/dispensaries in the last 20 years and coastal is definitely in my top 10

As someone who has worked in sales for decades, I know what good customer service is supposed to look like...and so does Omar. It isn't about the transaction with him. It is about making customers feel welcome, being very cordial and actually taking an interest in his customers. If all Vallejo business created the same vibe that Omar embodies, this city would have much stronger retail numbers!
