That was my first and last time shopping here. I had questions about a couple products but couldn't hear the answers from the staff because the music was so loud. Worst customer service I've had in a very long time. I don't want to have to yell at the top of my lungs to be heard or ask the staff to repeat themselves every time they speak. Absolutely horrible experience ended up getting items that weren't really what I wanted because I got so tired of yelling. Never again!

I love the product quality and the fair prices. The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful too. I also dig the senior discount I get unlike other dispensaries in town. Security is polite and friendly also.

They need to figure out how to keep things in stock if they are high demand. We have been to this location at least 5 separate times and they were completely out of stiiizy products altogether. Not returning. We will find somewhere else to go that can keep things well stocked. Once or twice is understandable, but FIVE times? Get it together please!

Budtender Guy with the skull mask is so rude never looks happy always looks irritated with my questions. I will never come back. Asked me if i smoke this all in one day, then says fuck" like really how is this any of you're buisness what i do and to use profanity. And then to put me down. I have ptsd and anxiety and u just made everything worse. I spend alot of money and will now happily spend it elsewhere. Worst dispensary in CALIFORNIA

This place trys......To charge extra for products at other shops and acts like there doing you a favor the bud tenders wer verry buy this and get out..would it kill you to have a full updated menue online?they have a text discount option that informs you of SALES but they just seem like hyped up prices ripoff city yikes...never comeing back

Poor management. I bought a preroll and thought it felt light so I decided to weigh it and indeed it was about half the weight it stated on the package.  I was so upset I made a video and emailed the company.  I also returned it and was told i would receive a 15% on my next purchase.  The help whom I went mentioned said it would be in my notes.  Fast forward a few months and I decided I'm going to buy my grandpa CBD oil for his tremors and anxiety.  I asked for the 15% discount but was denied.  Talking to the manager who is young and inexperienced told me the 15% will only be applied to pre rolls because 15% of $60 is too much of a discount. Really? To avoid a bad review and putting your shady business practices out in public? No bueno, any ways to cut the story short, see below link for video of preroll weigh out for proof. Love the staff here but the costs are a little high. Connected Stockton has the same stuff but less expensive.

Came here the other day to look for Edibles.Located in decent area. Security was smoking right outside the store. Didn't even check my ID for age. Head to front desk they check you in, workers at front could be more welcoming instead of stale looking. After they send you to the back you wait to be helped. Honestly whoever budtended me knew very little about the products. I felt I knew more then she did on top of that not much products to choose from in store. Layout inside is VERY nice, but service and products available are not so great. I'd rather go to Packs, or Vibe. Only coming here as my last option.

No stars! Walked and only had a limited amount, only had green house at that!! Wth!? I can get shit on the street with more quality than here. Time to close up and head out folks! You have no chance on surving with that kind of inventory.

Yesterday, I placed an express order with them, I never got a response back and I have ordered in the past, so I finally called them and got no answer so don't know what's up, not happy about this service. Don't know why they can't get things right with the customer service.

The pics of the flowers on weed maps dont do the bud justice. The bud looks way better and differint. Good service nice people.

Slightly disappointed to say the least. This was my second time back & I brought some friends in who were from out of town. Our order was simple.. all 3 of us wanted a new cartridge. When it was our turn we asked the guy behind the counter for 2 cartridges to be a hybrid blend and my friend ordered the birthday cake flavor. Later on when after we got home & decided to try out our goodies, we opened up our packages and ended up with 2 cartridges that were sativa.. not a hybrid blend and a gelato flavor.. not birthday cake. Disappointed because we couldn't come back to get what we actually ordered and all 3 orders were were wrong. Next time I'd love to get what I paid for

Excellent local mom-and-pop dispensary with well educated personable bud tenders. Diverse array of products both THC and CBD as well as old-school flowers. Pet CBD therapy available also. Can text in order and it will be available for pick up when you show up. Love my local dispensary.

Checked this place out yesterday late afternoon and was well greeted by the security guards outside. They were friendly and pretty chill. Then, right when I walked inside the girl who was checking IDs was a straight up bitch. For no good reason. She made my experience awful. For a dispensary being called ZEN GARDEN WELLNESS... there was nothing Zen or well about her. I didn't appreciate how she spoke with customers nor did I appreciate how she spoke with me. This girl needs to learn how to be a genuine human being!! I hope I don't have to see her ever again because I cannot stand associating my self with disrespectful and just plain out rude people. It's a fat mood killer. The employees inside that helped me were pretty great and chill. The product I purchased was pretty rad. I'm enjoying that shii but idk if I'll be returning because it was not a chill environment or experience for me. Out of all of the dispensary's I've been to I have had really epic encounters with the employees! Super informative and genuine ass people who love their job.. but no no no not for the Karen that was checking the IDs. Zen wellness should really evaluate her work ethic and her ability to work with people and simply consider her role as an employee since employees do play an important aspect for a business.

Good selection of cannabis, great knowledgeable folks work there. Never worry about parking and security guards there to protect you and the dispensary!

Read updates for best reviews This place was great when it first opened. Now it's just a used and abused dispensary. From the wait to the very little selection of flower they have. Last two times I went I ended up leaving with nothing. Their cheapest pre roll is 10$ personally I like a little selection. They maybe had three different pre rolls and 2 or 3 types of eighths. When I spoke of it to the gentleman behind the counter he immediately got defensive and stated I can go to weed maps and look to see what else is out there. I've waited 30 minutes in line before waiting on customers who act like they've never seen or smelled a nug before. Not goingUpdate: my girl told me they had a bunch of flower in, including the cru Little's. My fav. Not at 8$ a pop. Holy crap. I buy from here to San Jose and up into Napa / Cloverdale and that is the highest I've ever seen them. Taking my money to rio vista farmsUpdate again. Sorry guys but I had faith in this place cause it took care of me back in the day and now I went in this week and they have dropped their price of the cru Little's. Let's me know they are striving to meet competitors prices and the dude that just helped me out made me much happier with this place.

First time buyer. Bought the cannabis Infused tincture. Paid $55 for it and it didn't work. Bought it for sleeping. Of course they would say it works. But they won't guarantee it. I ask if it doesn't work, can I exchange it, they said no. So, i just bought me a very expensive oil.

I came here for the second time yesterday (Monday) because one of my disposable pens stopped working. I brought the receipt and box and they kindly switched it out, no questions asked. So I bought a couple more also. Very nice employees! I recommend Zen to anyone who has not, yet, been here.

I bought Mary's Medicinal oil to try out due to chronic pain. It tasted like gasoline and was awful. I've been a customer since they opened. I called to see if I can exchange it. The woman on the phone said to come in and they'd see what they can do. So I drove across town to their store. When I get there, they say there's nothing they can do, and wouldn't help me. I explained I don't have 50.00 to waste and I drove across town. They didn't care at all, didn't care I was sick. The manager wouldn't even come talk to me. It's disgusting that this store is about making money and not about the care of patients. Just another money hungry weed store. Patient care is not what they are about at all.

First impressions are very important. When I walked in they greeted me politely then got me set up to shop, Never been a fan of dispensaries, until now! I didn't feel rushed or crowded. Friendly knowledgeable staff, Fabian was great. I will definitely be back.

I got ripped off today when I bought some edibles..I bought 2 Lost farm Rasberry containers and one was already open and 7 tablets were missing.. I luckily grabbed the wrong container in my drawer were I keep my new stuff.. I checked my old container and yep I have been ripped off..

The problem with this location is that they have a whole bunch of youngsters that are unprofessional working in there this tall black girl that works there her dad comes in doesn't put in express order and cuts the line this is the second time that I've came in here and he has cut the line and an incident has taken place in here behind him cutting the line and his daughter who works there let him cut the line. Wish I had somebody that worked there I could probably cut the line and get free products too.... Bad for business back to PACKS I go

Came in search of CBD to ease my dads pain. They were really helpful and friendly as I knew nothing about it.  The CBD oilhas helped ease the pain my dad has been in.  I wasn't a believer or non believer of CBD but I can attest to it on my dads behalf.

Another wonderful experience here. After my terrible experience with Medallion Wellness yesterday (read my review) it's refreshing to come to an establishment where every single person, from security guard to budtender, is friendly & greets you with excellent customer service. They had everything I was looking for....- Cannabutter 2000 mg- Breez extra strength tablets 1000mg- multiple cartridges - cute new battery There was a line out the door only bc social of distancing. 2 at a time in the lobby & 10 inside. We were in and out in less than 15 mins. All the budtenders had gloves & masks on. Good job Zen Wellness. 10 stars & highly recommended!!!

Zen bud tenders are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have come here for five years and I am always pleased with the service,price abd cleanliness of this store. I highly recommend Zen.

This place is getting ridiculous. Last three times I've come and I've waited in line for 45 minutes when it's only two other people in front of me‍ Customer service sucks overall I won't be coming back

My experience at Zen has always been pleasant.  From the security out front to the staff inside, everyone is kind and helpful. Great knowledge of their products and quick with a recommendation, if you need one... Their name escapes but, the Pre-roll and Anime he suggested last night we're both spot on.

Love this place. Generally don't wanna go to any other dispensary. They usually have really great products on hand. The staff are usually helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They will even let you smell the flower before you buy it and they usually make great recommendations.When you order ahead the lines are pretty quick. I'm usually able to get in and out fairly efficiently. They have a flow to the way they do business and  mood is usually casual & relaxed. A+
