I've never felt so uncomfortable coming into a dispensary before ever, I had the worst experience today at this location and if a 0 or a negative star was an option I would give it. They have no idea how their security is speaking to customers outside, nor do they have any precautions or guidelines to help further protect their customers from the spread of germs. No wonder Packs always has a line, do not come here if you want to be mistreated and spoken to in the most disgusting way.

Horrible Service by female bud tender and store manager, they refused to give me  15% off discount for buying Oz of Alien Labs, and been getting that for years, also this store charges Excise Tax and Sales Tax, even so I present my California MMIC medical card, that is illegal but this store don't care about state laws!!!

Love coming to this place they have great prices and i stop by everytime i visit my sister in stockton. Only thing is they will tip themselfs without you giving consent or you giving the money came by sunday night and the budtender tipped herself $10 i didnt realize untill i had got to the other store to buy joint papers that my change was 10 short. Budtender had said the 8th was on speacial and it was 10 off so i coupd tip her 10 but she just tipped herself 10 without my consent ? Like huh really ?

I'm sorry I've been here 3 times total. None of which have been a great experience. Your staff besides a few bud tenders are rude, you should have a menu for people to choose from, I mean it's 2020. I've over heard a few Convos all 3 times of me being there and them just trying to up sell customers for no reason. I've never been to an establishment where they don't allow phone usage, I have important calls at any time of the day. Pretty inconvenient. No military discount, they tax 5 bucks more than any where else. Diff if the experience was diff I could find the worth. But yea not here let's not forget get 3 cashiers 15 ppl standing in the back where u check in at lol crazy to me.

I have never had a bad experience here. The prices are cheaper than a lot of other places for similar quality cannabis. I personally always choose curbside pickup because it's less hassle. You just need to wait for your order to be packed and ready. I've seen people complain about the curbside wait time... guys you just need to wait for the order to be packed and then they will give you your order. Sometimes it takes a little while but it doesn't really matter to me.

I went to this place and they were charged me I saw the bud tender pocket the money that I spent when I got my receipt the prices were totally different from what he said and he tried to pocket like $20 extra of my money that should've been my change when I called him on it they had to count the whole drawer and try to give me a six dollar credit I haven't been back since then

Bad business move to raise prices during pandemic. 17$ price hike on the 1/2oz of North Country Pharms AND in house strains I'm headed elsewhere, you can keep my "reward points".

So I purchased a disposable and the item was already used , be careful what you buy there.  Sry disappointed... and they didn't even offer a refund...

I spend my money here daily!! NEVER AGAIN!!This is the worst fucken place in Stockton! They have absolutely no respect for paying customers! The servers are rude and look like meth heads! The boss banned me today because after my purchase I asked a female server if I can see the shirts and she rudely responded "that would have been nice to know before I rang you up" I responded "I didn't see them until now that's why I asked now miss smart mouth" then she throws the shirt down and storms off! The manager then comes right after she leaves and kicks me out of the store saying in disrespected his employee! I wanted to punch him in the face but I realized there was a guy holding a gun standing behind me! ‍ the disrespect! Fuck connected cannabis!!!

We went there for the first time today to try something different. I was highly disappointed in there lack of customer service and the fact fhat I couldn't even see the product due to the circumstances with the corona virus. How is a customer supposed pay their high ass prices that they went up on because of "their" pandemic RULES but not even be able to examine what are paying for....outrageous and A BIG FAT NO TY!

I just had my membership being threatened to be taken away for not responding to the cashier's advances. No need, I won't be coming back and I'll be warning all my female friends who have a membership to not bother coming here. A woman should be able to purchase weed without having to tolerate harassment.

Went there to get a new stiiizy and some pods. Staff was very polite. Everything was easy and transaction went smoothly. Will be visiting more often

6 different employees working and only one behind the counter taking everyone's order and also the express orders. I tried calling for express but after 20minutes of no answer I decided to wait in line. It took over an hour to get in and order. I've gave this spot many chances but this was the last time I'm coming here. Overpriced and super slow and rude. They have 3 employees that are super cool and that's about it. I do not recommend coming here unless you have a lot of time on your hands and want to spend more money for the same exact things other dispensary's have for cheaper.

I have been here a few times before and waited in line but today I saw the line it was long and obviously it's corona virus time so I didn't want to stand in the line and it was hella hot so I decided to order on the line! BEST DECISION EVER! I orders it was simple, very straightforward and hassle free. I chose curbside pickup, pulled up and I only waited a few minutes and Thomas came out made sure it was me and went inside and came back out not too long after with my order. Not only did I not have to get off my car and make a transaction inside but I was able to pay an extra fifty cents and get a nice pre roll thrown in. Tbh that's love! I'm very happy with my experience and the tree is fire! Thank you! Will most definitely be ordering online from them more often!

Their selection is great but they have zero customer service skills and are sloppy with the way theu run their business.Kept my id then told me they didn't have it were rude about it then someone called me and told me they did.I order things from them and when i get there they tell you they are out of it after verifing it over the phone too. The walk in wait is ridiculously long It might be a weed shop but its still a buisness and they need to act like it ama go somewere else from now on.

They got racist ass employees and then when you try and talk to the manager his racist ass backs up their behavior.. HORRIBLE service I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice.. this Cruella Deville wanna be wanted to talk all kinds of shit under her breath because I "almost t-boned her" I was no where near her car I was stopped at a stop sign so when I pull up next to her she wants to talk more shit while damn near running inside then the security tells my fiancé we can't go into the club.. we ask to speak to the manager who says we were threatening her SMH he didn't even see the situation these little white girls think they can talk all the shit and hide behind a desk.. and because we are black the manager obviously believed whatever came out of her mouth she's lucky I didn't sit out there until she got off of work.. DON'T GIVE THIS CLUB ANY BUSINESS..

Literally the worst dispensary ever. The security guards will let their friends cut the line, when you call them out they will then let multiple other people in front of you as an extra eff you. Very rude staff all around. Waited while one of the tenders said someone would be with me multiple times, when no one helped me he said i guess I can help you. He kept the rounded up $ that they are supposed to give you back in cash. They raised their prices, you can get connected brand everywhere else much cheaper. When asked about the cash he claimed amnesia and said that's not how it works. We called after to ask a manager who said yes we should have gotten $ back. Spend your $ elsewhere and save yourself the interaction with the rudest dispensery ever. This place is garbage.

Great spot, coo friendly staff that works there. As a first time customer today they were very helpful. Took their time to answer all my questions so my needs could be met. Gave me a first time customer discount which was nice. Definitely will go back again. Thanks

Everyone has been pretty cool whenever we've came in. Security can tone it down a bit. We bought a few things and the girl told us it was $3 for a tea, & they had a basket with pre-rolls priced originally at $15 with 30% off. I checked my receipt and they charged $7 for the tea and $12 for the pre-roll which should've been $10.50 with the discount. Pissed off that prices aren't what they said they were and after scanning them she didn't mention anything. As helpful as she was I don't appreciate the dishonesty about the pricing. I did try to call to let them know and no one answered & their mailbox was full. Probably going to just buy what I need when I'm in San Francisco.

I came here from out of town I don't have a lot of time so I was hoping to get some things here quick and fast not the case All the employees take too long to serve customers and explaining the product the line never moved for 20 minutes i didn't purchase anything i gave back the 10$ off paper and I wrote this review. Its sad that i won't ever come back

Staff is unprofessional and if you're a woman walking in the men treat you like a piece of meat just trying to hit on you when all a person wants to do is feel comfortable and buy what they need. The line is overly long and takes forever. Will not ever be coming here nor recommending anyone to waste there money here.

My first time at a dispensary and was completely overwhelmed!! Thomas was very informative and patient, he asked what I was looking to for, pain relief, stress relief, sleep aid, ect!! Didn't know there's something for all that and more! He explained the different types and options that were perfect not only for myself but my mom's medical needs!! He extremely knowledgeable about all their products and this place has EVERYTHING even for my little Chico (family pet). With Thomas's help I stopped taking pharmaceutical meds! I feel great  Thank you Thomas,Dom and Connected‼ I recommend this place for all your needs! They have it all, friendly staff, quality products and great prices!!

Very slow service as there was only one guy helping as there were 10 of us standing in line. My first time & I'll never be back! I've never been to a club where there was only one person behind the register especially when there was over 10 people in line.

Love the staff and the products. Their curbside pickup is amazing and it saves you hassle of having to get out of the car. Will recommend not to order 2 hours before closing because it gets PACKED.

Jan 28th 2019 @6pmThey were so sweet and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Even the security guard was super friendly. I went in to get CBD oil for my dog who has moderate hip problems. I was referred to this place from someone's comment on Facebook so I checked it out. I've never been to a dispensary ever, let alone associated myself with weed in general. So coming here I was super uncomfortable. But the staff was very very friendly. The wait wasn't long, however the debit machine was down so I went to take cash out. I got my dog his cbd oil and Carolina was the one that helped me. She was extremely dope! As in cool and very helpful! I'll be coming back here to get my dog his oils when need be.

My first time in, my mom and I were greeted by a friendly security, and front desk staff. The Bud-tender Bobby, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, funny, and made our first visit very fun. We both left with smiles. I purchased some Bath Bombs, and could not be happier with the results. I highly suggest buying them. I haven't felt so refreshed and calm at the same time. My aches and pains were set at ease with it. Cheers

I have been compelled to write this review. The bud tenders are fantastic friendly and helpful. To bad I can't say the same for the security. They are very disrespectful to the customers that go in there. They carry guns and are taking your drivers license not even sure if this is legal. These security guards are loose cannons with a gun and big ego so big they talk down to the customers that are trying to enter. I was so upset at how i was talked to I chose not to do business with these people and left. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this anxiety.

This post is about reguarding the way i was treated over my express order.First Call - Put me on hold until the automated system kicks u off and asks for the directory you would like to proceed to.(10 mins)Second Call - Once again put on hold for 10m mins until i got kicked off of hold queue...Third Call - I pleaded with the rep to take my order because i had been on hold for 20 minutes. She replied that shes busy and put me on hold again.. 10 minutes...holding..Called one last time asking to place an express order, she replied with that she was taking an order and would take mine next. Then hangs up on me.I drive to the shop 50 minutes later to find out its not been busy today and the associate has left for "shift change"This happened on Jan 20 2019 from 12:23 to 12:55. Good luck taking an "EXPRESS" order from this location from customer reps that dont care about her job. Long story short, i could have driven in person then waiting to place an express order 30 minutes holding and hanging up on me.

When I opened my Jar it literally shattered in my hand right after I purchased it.. And their FAKE ASS security had a problem with me exchanging it!

I've been here a few times no problems. I just left from there today & was so irritated. I didn't get the name of the guy but he was a Black bearded Mexican guy. Now I understand with the Coronavirus going on they want us 6ft away from each other so they put these green dots on the floor but he literally didn't want me to move. Everyone else got to be with there partner but me. I couldn't be with THE PERSON I CAME IN A CAR WITH. For safety reasons... I said that's fine so I go to the other side of the store where no one is staying on the green dots like I was directed to do. THEN he says "oh no I need you to stay on the green dots ONLY by my register". How tf am I suppose to know where this dude register is and why tf would I stay in one spot. I said how am I suppose to look around this idiot says " describe what you want" I said you know what give me the 1st one you told me about so I can leave. Even his coworkers was telling him he was doing the most.

I've been searching for a discreet vaporizer when I came across the stiiizy product from a YouTube review. Luckily it was in stock at Connected Cannabis here in town. It was my first time at this dispensary. I liked the feel of a safe environment especially with the security guards. As a first time customer the wait was not long and I was gifted a discount for being new. The bud tender who helped me was friendly and informative. I purchased the rose stiiizy battery along with the mango pod and blue dream pod. Both hit so good. Nice clouds. The mango is my favorite! Will be returning for more pod strains.

They have helpful staff. First time here and will definitely be back. They have a lot of good stuff and great prices

This establishment is extremely professional and all of the staff is very kind. Their knowledge about the product has always been helpful. I was looking to purchase a product that I've never used before and "Zay", was especially helpful. He answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for!When I got home and told me husband how nice and helpful he was, he knew right away who the gentleman was that had helped me. He said he had a really great experience with him also!! This place is clean, and security is tight. I've never felt unsafe. It's more like a Dr office than a smoke shop and I appreciate all of these qualities when coming in. I highly recommend!

They are definitely the best prices in town. Always friendly staff even when they are packed. Thomas is great with suggestions and finding a solution to your problem if you've got one. Sometimes the wait is long but you can always put in an express order and be on your way.

My budtender was THOMAS he legit explains each item u ask about hes nice doesnt rush you. I liked my whole experience at the club nicely kept everythings in order the employees r friendly. I highly recommend you checkin this location out. HOPEFULLY ULL GET THOMAS AS YOUR BUDTENDER .

CC was recommended to me this week an thought I'd try it out. After waiting 20 minutes just to get out of the waiting room, I got to wait another 15 minutes. Then as I was texting someone, you know since I've been waiting forever, one of the employees yelled at me and said no cell phones in line didnt you see the sign?! Aside from that ridiculous rule, the waiting room looks like a holding cell, no menus up anywhere, and too many staff members doing non customer related work. So I left without purchasing and won't go back, leaving was almost more satisfying than getting high.

I love connected! I'm a regular and Thomas always has my back on the best bud. He knows the product and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best. Highly recommend Connected and Thomas!

Coming from Vegas to this Cali spot I was loving the fair prices on the full gram cartridges. Definitely a place to spot by. Entry went smooth and everyone was so really nice and helpful.  The lemon haze sativa was bomb a must for your pen.

Went in and waited 45 minuets. Got up to the counter and could tell me asking a few questions about products irritated my bud tender. I ended up getting a couple cartridges and edibles. One cartridge I got was nearly a year old. Should have paid closer attention but I didn't really get into the label until I got home. I'd much rather go to Strains or Zen Garden.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO OLIVIA V.!!!! First time visiting. My visit was for the $15 1/8 on sale but sadly they were out. LUCKLY Olivia gave such great recommendations to me with great information had patience and I was able to walk out with a happy purchase! Also I had to wait a little bit so they gave me a discount!!! They suck some of the staff is snobby, online and express orders are a pain in the ass, longggg wait...I was a regular should of left this place long ago, I'm going else where middle finger up!!!

My husband and I stopped in with only 3 minutes til closing, which I thought would be a problem. We walked up and there were a few security who were standing out front who joked about us only having 3 minutes and let us in. No line and Bobby was kind enough to help us. He had a great sense of humor, knowledgeable and gave us lots of options. I was set on getting a 1/8 of flower, my usual but since I've recently switched to papers I started looking at their preroll selection. Bobby showed us pack of 5 preroll top shelf the packs were $30 which is a great deal. We decided on the biscotti and gushers and we were not disappointed. Thank you Bobby!

All of Connected employees are awesome and very respectful and chill , especially security, EXCEPT a guy named "Thomas". He has the worst customer service skills I have ever came across. I visit often and every time I'm up next in line I dread having to deal with Thomas. His attitude towards me has been at its worst, he is always making smart remarks and giving off bad vibes. He talks down on Connected product all the time and is very unprofessional. I can easily say my peers and I won't be returning to Connected, to not deal with Thomas. It's a shame, I've recommended so many people too. Oh well.

Bud edibles and concentrate are all pretty good but your front desk is retarded and she's gonna make you guys loose regulars. I came in everyday now I come in like once a week and pretty soon ima just not slide dom and a few other bud tenders are the only reason I still come here when I cal 8 min before ask how full it is and the front desk ebony says there's only three people I walk in the back lobby is full and the waiting room. I pulled up and witnessed one of the security guards being ignorant arguing with a patient and using the N WORD repeatedly...in a aggressive and upset tone and fashion...(I AM A BLACK WOMAN) the security guard was White. All of this occurred on 2/27/19 Between the hours of 10:30am-11:00am. I asked to speak to the White manager and the white woman manager named Layla, defended the security guard and told me to "never come back to that establishment". LOL. I reported the white woman MANager named Layla Rabah to corporate Connected Cannabis Co. (Sacramento location THANKS Connected SF...and for my Biscotti Live Resin that she REFUSED to sell me) and I will be handling matters Professionally, unlike This faulty Buisness. Berner knows Best (don't support this Stockton location) but if you have any issue with White and or Uncle Tom management while you are at it and specifically with the racist general manager, Layla Rabah please email the HR department at: hr@connectedca.com. Follow through! This business should not be ran as it is. The Disrespect is too high.

It's so sad that I've been a customer here for years and now have to give them a hell no. They changed management too many times. The staff is no longer knowledgeable and friendly. I have been here for years since it was cookies and they have routinely changed systems and the way they accept payment. I always came there whelp today I called because a cartridge I bought was defective. No big deal not there fault just exchange it right?? Whelp I get there they test it and tell me it's not on my purchase history and do I have the receipt...I'm no but you seen me for years you know it was bought here you had a whole demo for goodness sake. They have reset and lost my point at least 6 times and they've had to go in the back and manually price stuff just to sell it because their system was down so duh maybe it's not on there but the fact that I e been here longer than most your employees ummmm get your life together. Don't go here the wait is too long and they are assholes now. There's a reason all their employees are at other dispensaries. Then when you tell them about their mistakes they want ban you lol BITCH NOBODY KEEPS SHOPPING SOMEWHERE THEY GET BAD SERVICE.

While the weed is decent and customer service not bad this dispensary is not couple friendly. So if u plan on going to a dispensary with ur significant other I don't recommend here. Not only is the layout of the store very confusing and hard to shop but the bud tenders really expect u to know what u want immediately and don't wanna answer ur questions. Me and my boyfriend went and they called us one at a time but security said since were together we could go in once both of us were called we walked up to the counter and were told by the guy to stand six feet apart bc of social distancing. We live together so This didn't really make sense. We were finally finishing up the transaction when the owner or manager of the dispensary came over to us and rudely yelled at my boyfriend that he couldn't be at the counter with me and told him he had to leave. While I respect their 6 feet apart rules it just means that applies to people u literally came to the store with and u will most likely have a very rude discussion with the owner. I will not b returning

Way over priced marijuana. Bought a eighth for $70 the bud tender told me it was the best in the shop which was a lie . It was not very good at all. Would never return to this Dispensary.

Just bought Heavy Hitter concentrate cartridge, and it doesn't work, it is defective. Connected Cannabis told me to get a different battery, but my batteries work, and have worked on every other brand I have ever bought including the HH. I brought it back in 30 min, after calling and talking to Trevor who said they'd take care if it, and then once I got there, he and they, started telling me that there's nothing they can do. So they just ripped me off for $60. Gave me some run around about laws preventing them from being able to take it back or exchange it. No wonder there's so much inventory of HH. Connected Cannabis doesn't stand behind their service. Ghetto. No different than a street deal rip off. We will see what the bureau of consumer affairs can tell me about their laws and our consumer rights. I'm know these regulatory agencies within the city, county, or state that's funded by the taxes we're now paying for this industry to exist, always find interest in these type of things, especially if it gives them the opportunity to stick their nose into someone's business, especially Cannabis. Just because the retail business is the Cannabis industry, doesn't mean that the consumers don't have rights, or that their aren't consumer laws that have to be adhered to by the retailer, or that more regulations can't be imposed if people are going to be exploited by cannabis retailers. Keep your products and I'll spend my money else where. Thank you.

This place is so close to my house but so inconvenient I have gave it many chances but have always had bad experiences. The female staff is rude and the wait is ridiculous for the line and curbside even when there's hardly any people in line. I have a broken ankle and ordered curbside pick up I waited for hours for a text to confirm my order was ready  and when I went to the curbside line they told me I had to go inside and withdrawal cash lol like that's why I ordered curbside pick up and has happened multiple times but anyways even with the points I've accumulated buying this overpriced weed and shitty customer service I will not be going back.  Makes me wanna stop smoking Weed smh

I only come to connect it when I have run out of my own flowers that I've grown so I made a order online for pick up this morning just got two small eights from West Coast trees got home did some work sat down to enjoy after I prepared my flowers for smoking after one puff I realized that this is the worst I have ever had. Will I grow for my own medical issues was nine times to 10 times better I could not believe that this is being sold out of a dispensary. West Coast trees you should basically grow your products and throw them away if that's what you insist on doing but don't give them to dispensaries to sell them this is a bad product don't buy anything from West Coast trees.  Now here's a good part since I had not been to Connecticut in months and had a pickup order when I went back to return the terrible trees the young lady who helped me informed me that they do not do a refund or exchange on flowers but she did take care of me and I want to say Stockton connected when you hear from your store manager or whatever you call them but tenders about a customer had a problem the young lady who helped me I did not get her name she is worth the money you're paying her you should pay her more I gave her hellbut she stayed professional and still help me out thank you to her connected get rid of  West Coast trees

Wanted to add to this review. This spot is close to my casa. I normally hit packs Or Authentic in Modesto. I actually normally grow every summer but this area is trash af with its ppl types. I'm from LA.  I'm used to the clubs in LA. That being said..... the no phone thing is funny. I've never been to a cannabis club that does not like free advertisement. I take snaps with the bud tenders at the other clubs while we hit complementary dabs(LA). That's not on some snob tip. I'm just giving an example of how different my normal expectations are. I try to get in and out. I already know what I want so. Yeah. Almost all the male staff here is aggressive af (connect). I once told one of the guys, that the half gram stiiizy pods were a lot cheaper At another shop....he told me to go buy them over there's with mad attitude and a disrespectful tone. Laugh out loud. Stockton is ratchet and unprofessional. I would expect that kind of an answer from a mf that lives and was probably raised in a Walmart parking lot but definitely not a business I'm spending a min of $400 in. Like every weekend. Literally thousands every year. Ugh. Y'all would benefit from female budtenders. #facts .. hot, informative ones. Jaja.....you would definitely sell way more of your overpriced products. Low key feel like the rude ones are the homophobic ones. Check ur flower. If you know what ur looking for...this should be easy. PM. Unflushed flower is common. It's not supposed to crackle while it burns Karen. If your sinuses are acting up when you smoke. You should probably look into that also. I hate PM tree fam. I'm paying "medical prices" so?? Going to a shop here (Stockton) is like figuring out whether I want to buy it at Walmart or Target..it's the same shyte but one place is a little more pleasant and taxed (fat eye roll). I've had carts (Moxie) that leak from the gate. And they won't Exchange my cart. Like I haven't left yet. Front row parking. Curbside pick up. Still won't take the defective pod back. They have 4:20 deals if ur inside the building buhh. Whatever's that means. I've come here on and off for three years.

I have been to tons of clubs, med shops, whatever you want to label them. This one is the worst. Not only are you getting overpriced products.....most of the bud tenders are rude. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. You can't disinfect that key pad off after josh slides his credit card? Lol. I'm just driving to Authentic in Modesto from now on. At least I know it's all coming from LA. I don't trust Stockton or it's grimy people. I have never had a good experience here. The moxie carts are trash. They won't take back clogged or broken carts. BUY CLONES. Better yet save all the seeds that keep coming out of your tree and plant them.

Not feeling the energetic customer service anymore .. just left only had 2 budtendance with 6 people in line . im a regular and I normally gve a price range and what kind of bud and they gve me options today was not the case. Very unsatisfied and I come from modesto.

Ordered on line for curbside pickup wait 25min for sometime to come to car. Take license 20 min later asked if I got text no.. hour twenty minutes later  I ask for my license so I could go elsewhere. I watched 30 people walking in and out Then my meds come. Lost me as a customer

Order on their site ( not weedmaps) Cash onlyCurbside pickup  ( for us lazy weed smokers) or for the ones who really need itPull into one of the numbered curbside stalls and someone will be right with you.Let me warn you, you will feel a tad uplifted when you realize you are in the air conditioned car , waiting for your weed to be brought to you; while others are in line. Its hot ass Stockton and its 100 degrees today.  And guess what? People still need they weed bruh Good ass prices for a dispensary.  The prices that you see on their site already has the tax included.  Ps. Its Happy hour!!! So I got a discount.  Don't know what time it starts or ends but its 4:20pm ‍

I recently decided to go pick up my medicine and cannabis please call connected it was over on a sketchy side of town in Stockton but I decided to give it a chance the security guards were armed and they were nothing short of ghetto and one of them challenge me to a fight so me being the guy that I am I gladly except the guy pulls a gun on me I leave I called the police and report the incident the guy gets fired I don't give me a call back or anything for an apology nothing I get banned from going to the place because I get threatened with a gun this place needs to be removed and should not be able to sell anything let alone narcotic

Connected is a very good cannabis club never in line to long .I feel welcomed every time by sabas at the front desk always greets with a smile l will  continue to shop.

I love that everyone is knowledgeable about their products. They're very helpful as well. Sometimes they're out of what I want,but they always recommend something that's fairly close to what I wanted.

Some of the stuff is really nice. they have a good selection to choose from. Definitely better than some of the other shops I've been in

Pretty expensive compared to others..Good, Friendly, Knowledgeable service & staff. Ordering online is real simple, convenient and quick. Only downside IMO is the super inflated prices for any kind of quality product.

I'm new to this and I really like that they have security. It makes me feel safe. I use the curbside because it's so easy! It has been busy a few times and they have lots of cars picking up orders, but that's just life. If you think they didn't see you arrive, just make sure to wave them down. I saw a very patient couple and the employee realized she forgot them and I heard her tell them that she put something free in the bag as an apology. What more can you ask for? I think they're great!
