I love vibes. This is my only go to spot for weed. They always quick and fast on the inside so the line moves pretty quick. I've been to other stores here in Stockton but Vibes will always be my go to spot. Keep up the good work vibes.

Should actually announce online if not taking walk-ins at a certain time by just closing your doors altogether. One of the many reasons amongst others of why they lost my business.

Was very clean, short wait time, hot day but taken in consideration that there is an awning for you to stand under in the shade rather than be completely out in the sun, security was nice and pleasant to talk to, staff inside  was very knowledgeable and assisting with my interest and I received a 10% discount for being a 1st timer! I like vibe better than the one off of Wilson way and Hammer Lane why because of the cleanliness and faster line and service especially during COVID don't like being jammed pack like a can of stuffed sardines!

I had a delivery today! They were friendly, fast, and well saved me a trip to the dispensary. Website is great too because I like all high potency items and the filter toggle they have is helpful for that. Thank you!!!

Great customer service and clean inside very helpful makes you feel welcome I hurt my arm and was look for a lotion to use they suggested the patches and at different levels to see what worked I like they did that instead of me buying a bunch of items that may notOf worked for me

I've been to many dispensaries in the area and this is my favorite one. Donavan helped me pick out the best products for my chronic pain. And Noah was very friendly and virtuous while checking out guests. Great vibes and great products!

Long line and the they sell moldy products and would not waste my time here again because they don't stand behind their product

Man fuck this place I was a loyal customer but not anymore put in a order of over 115$ to be delivered the assholes never showed up ..... I'm dome Coastal Canibus or Connected for me this place is unprofessional as fuck

I consume cannabis daily; Vibe is super close to my house & they deliver so it's convenient.However, I go to Zen Garden Wellness when I can. I find Vibe to not only be less professional, but less... vibey (ironically). Some of their security guards are nice, others are rude and a bit petty. Their delivery service is completely hit or miss. I've had times (when I first started getting deliveries) when I didn't get my full order and had to call back about it and be adamant that they send someone back with the rest of the order.Another time I was waiting and never received the order at all and had to call about it. Then they told me to place a new order. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put me on the phone with the delivery driver, instead, who claimed to have come and left after a few minutes because no one answered and they only had 1 driver. But no one was going to follow up and tell me not to expect my order and ask of I could place another one. Short staffing is not an excuse for subpar customer service or lying to customers imo. In the shop, the flow isn't the most intuitive either. When I first went, I stood in line outside (there are 2 lines; 1 is for express orders), but security yelled at me for not coming and getting my ID checked before getting in line, rather than explaining the process. Then there's a waiting room inside. On busy days some ppl are sitting some are standing in line. You're supposed to wait in line and then sit and wait to be called. Then inside the edibles are on a separate wall from the flower which is separate from the concentrates. So if you're looking for a little of everything or don't know what you want, it's confusing. There is someone there to help you out and there is a menu, but the process just isn't intuitive. Then there's a cramped, narrow order ahead line on the far left. When it's busy, ppl have to push past each other to get out once they've got their weed. They get 2 stars because they keep pretty good products on hand and can be convenient at times.Another thing to note, I find their prices to be a little higher than Zen. Eg: The Heavenly Sweet butter is a good $3-$4 more expensive here. Also, I don't find their policies about cash to be transparent at all. Many dispensaries will say cash only and/or have an ATM. They just tell you they accept card without making it clear that you are being charged a few bucks extra. Then when you use card, they charge your card for more than the order amount and card fee and give you some cash back. All of this is done with no explanation, unless you ask. And with the "coin shortage" there's been times where they've told me they can only give full dollars in change and kept my change too. I don't super trust their business practices. Overall, I go here when other dispensaries don't have the products I'm looking for or if I'm too high to drive and/or want a sooner delivery window than a cannabis delivery service like Eaze.

I went here on my birthday. I got a special discount. Very clean and cool vibe and a great team. You get what you pay for. They have a lot to choose from.

This has been my dispensary for the past few years but since they have dropped the Senior discount that they used to offer I've decided to go to another local dispensary that does.With all the fees and taxes (30% more !!) that we must pay now it isn't worth having to pay more for meds without a discount.  I went back after being told on a response to my review that they now offer Senior Discounts but when I got to the counter to pay was told only military discount given.

The staff here is so nice! I was new to buying from a dispensary, but they made the experience great.   They even gave me a heads up to the fact that first time customers get a discount. I'll definitely be returning.

Terrible customer care I will never come back! I have been buying from PCA for over a year 100s of dollars monthly spent over time.My last purchase was two carts heavy hitters and abx and some flower.I call because an ABX extract half gram was not heating with any of my vape batteries when I opened it this morning less than a week after pI requested an even exchange for the same strain same product I have packaging no receipt.I was told no by manager. I can't believe they wouldn't be responsible for a defective product that they made money from.They're running a scam I'm only sorry i didn't realize it sooner.

If you're looking for a good price and good flower this is not the place . The people don't even know what they're selling . I asked the bud tender what kinda deals or what kinda 8th do you Guys have under 30 . She tells me " did I look at the menu , & have I been here before "  LoL terrible

This is a good spot which is conveniently located just off the freeway.  A little nondescript so you have to know it's there. Just look for the big golden bear outside.The people are really friendly and helpful, they take credit cards, and they have a good selection.There is some room to improve however.First, they let way too many people in at a time which creates a lot of chaos and you feel rushed to make your choices.Second, the line to pay inside is not well managed. I had a couple people cut in front of me a couple times just because there was no clear delineation on the line. Yes, they have the ropes up to guide people but they only go so far.  I didn't trip on it because I understood the issue.Third, start a cash line.  They call out people in the main line to ask who is paying cash.  If more than one person is paying cash, the order in the semi line they have crashes in.  Have two lines, one for cash and one for cards. It would make things easier.Fourth, do something to keep my choices together.  The person that rings you up isn't the same person who pulls your order. Then when you're checking out, they ask you what you got. I had to tell the lady three times that what she had wasn't mine.  If there's a way to keep everyone's stuff together, it would speed up the line and checkout process. And you'll make more money!!The people are nice, selection is good, location is convenient, but there's work to do.  I recommend it and will be back.Oh, and they have a seven day return policy on cartridges.  You have to have the packaging and receipt but that's no prob. Just good to know they will replace/refund. I had a bad cartridge and was unaware at the time of the return policy.  Now I know. And you do too!

I've been with Vibe since it opened as Port City Alternative STOCKTON! Over the years I will tell u I've tried other dispensaries and yeah some places brag lower prices but the atmosphere was uptight... Or place was cool but product sucked. I've made Vibe By California my GO TO place. Awesome security personnel FABULOUS STAFF and recommendations that may surprise u! Check out their products on their website and order online EZ IN/OUT.  Some items are $$$ but u need to know ur limits! MY NEW FAVORITE IS GAS MASK!!! OMGoodness my walks on the Green Belt have been just... I can't curse... walks have been DARN RIGHT FABULOUS!!! Peace and Love!

I absolutely love this dispensary. They communicate beautifully and are always in my delivery window. Tino and another wonderful lady are my constant delivery drivers. They are always gracious and listening to my specifications about my delivery. I highly recommend vibes for all of your herbal medical needs!

I always chose this dispo over any in stockton because they are super welcoming and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The atmosphere is super chill.

Vibe on Fremont Street in Stockton is one of the best dispensaries in Stocktonthey have a huge menu and are always fully stocked great prices and knowledgeable staff

I would never recommend one to work here. All the managers are unprofessional when it comes to situations with their employees. What kind of manager takes an hour everytime to go to a bank that's in Stockton?? They will hire their friends & are very unfair to the other employees. I witness it til this day, the store manager hiring her friends & trying to make them lead cashiers or giving them stuff but not the other budtenders, it's very clear who she favors. I don't want to mislead anyone who is looking for a company that goes above & beyond for their employees with a great atmosphere & a nice "Vibe". Also, your bud tenders see you wearing all that cool new gear vendors give you every week that you don't pass out to any budtenders. As a manager I would love to take all my free pallets of Coca Cola & gatorades, but I split them evenly because even though Im in charge & would love to keep it all, I know me & my coworkers are a team so what ever I take home that day, my co workers will be taking the same thing home! As a manager of a well known car wash in Stockton I would never favorite any of my employees. The store manager better recognize who sells all that weed while they're sitting in the back office laughing. Budtenders make your business go round, they're the ones selling all that product. I think the owner should keep his eye on the management but mainly Store Manager that loves to make up their own rules. If you don't have happy employees that are treated well you won't have satisfied customers either or sell as much product as you would if you had a well cared for bud tender. It's as if the mangers are very unhappy in life & take it out on whoever they can. These managers have too much time on their hands & are too comfortable they make up their own rules. I've ran into the store manager 3x at Port City & she just stares, how rude! As a store manager you should be outgoing & greet a couple customers when you see them, staring is very rude someone should mention that to her. Good luck with your store manager who loves to hire her friends & give them better products then the other bud tenders. I know they'll be a lot of changes ahead in the company as it is a test run...trial & error right now

I did not visit this location myself but my husband went along with my niece.Upon arrival he said the security guard opened  and held the door for them. The man that helped them was very friendly and knowledgeable and was going then good recommendation on what would work best for us. I look forward to visiting this place on my own.

People here are misinformed and poorly trained.I live right around the corner from this place but I still go to Modesto for the wider selection and much better customer service that their clubs offer.

I thought this was a good spot, till I found out they turn customers away when they are still open for another 25 mins! Y'all don't care about your customers if there is no consideration that people drive a distance for the product to be turned away! Run me my time and money!

I already posted in Weedmaps. But I wanna take the time to post the same review on here as well:Been going here for about a year? Never had any problems or anything. Staff is friendly. Knows enough. But after Today. Really thinking about not going back. I had bought a pod for my dart and the pod started leaking out. So I went back to get it exchanged. And the manager there said unfortunately I exceed past the 7 days for exchanges. And need original packaging and receipt. Okay, noted TODAY! I just went in to try to exchange a different pod (different brand) that i JUST bought on the 15th (since the wouldn't exchange it for me. I had to buy a new one) For some reason it keeps getting stuck. And I told this same manger this. So he went to test it. But because he unstuck and it "works" now. I can't exchange it. But okay I've BEEN doing that. BUT IT STILL GETS STUCK. I can't even enjoy smoking my pen because I'm sucking so hard to get a hit that I get lightheaded. MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OBVIOUSLY if I can't hit it all the time. Ridiculous. Not pulling a fast one on them. I just want what I paid for. And be able to use my medicine whenever I please. Which is what pens/pods where intended for!And what's crazy is me and my gf both got these pods only a day apart. And hers is just fine?? I'm confused.

I have been to this location a couple with no issues!  but the person working the computer and letting people in at around 7pm and checking if your online or not was the worst. Made me site and wait saying that the inside was full and then letting another person in that had an online order before me and blamed it on me because he asked any others were online when he knew I just walked in with an online order 2 minutes before. I would hate to say it's racially motivated but if it's not that than he is horrible at his job! For this reason I am giving a horrible review because of his horrible job!

Very good Marijuana dispensary. Would definitely recommend to others. Have had a bad experiences there with receiving the wrong strain one time. But since then they have definitely improved there service.

A tad expensive but good selection. Waiting outside in the heat sucks but it is what it is!

This is one of the worst places to go! STAY AWAY!!! Staff outside (security) are all rude and disrespectful. They try to force you to have your temperature checked by someone who is unqualified to do so. Plus it's 110 degrees out side, there is no way that instrument they were using is accurate. Also as an American I do not believe I have to share my physical health with ANY member of their staff. I have come to this place for years and spent a lot of money there but when the manager (w/ long hair) came out to speak with me he was disrespectful and told me he did not care about me as a client or my business!  After this I will NEVER go back.

Always fast and friendly. Also very patient wen I'm trying to figure out what flowers I want. This was only my 2nd time and I'll definitely be back.

Come in frequently because the bud tender named Adam was always honest with me and the questions I'd ask. If he hasn't tried the strain he would straight up tell me he didn't, and if he had, he would either suggest it to me, or let me know if it wasn't worth wasting my money on it. I would come to see him because he was honest and wouldn't say "yeah it's good!" to every strain they got. He was very knowledgeable of the products and if he didn't know he would say so, then ask one of the other bud tenders if they knew any information on it. I found out that he had gotten fired over a patient complaint the other day, and it really changed my image of this place. How you gonna fire someone with so much respect and honesty?! Y'all are dumb for that! You can't please everyone! And if y'all gonna fire someone over a complaint then y'all shouldn't be running a business in customer service! Guess ima have to find somewhere else to go that'll hopefully have someone with the same amount of integrity and is real with me. Y'all ignorant! SMDH! I love this place one . The staff is amazing and the products never disappoint! So many edible choices you're never disappointed. The staff will answer any questions you have and will find exactly what you're looking for .

When I first walked in I surprised to see such professionalism and cleanliness from a dispensary here in Stockton doesn't surprise me because they are one of two who are legitimately able to be open here in Stockton with a business license.The staff was friendly as well as medicinally educated.After the two women at the front counter verified Me I walked into the back where they had many different products from flower,concentrates,edibles,..plus much more but for those who are looking for healthy clones from a dispensary here in Stockton this is also the place to go.i only know of one other dispensary and their clones do not compare,these here were healthy big free and clean/green :). I was in and out within 20minutes. The staff did not rush me one bit as others do. This place i recommend to anyone who enjoys safety while shopping at a medical marijuana dispensary.

Prices are very high for the good stuff... they have some deals sometime where u can find good stuff for good price but you better buy what u can bcuz it goes fast.  The line has been long since the pandemic so it's best you order online and pass the line when u get there. Once u in the back u can order more stuff if u like if they didn't have it online. Saves a lot of time. I was in and out using online platform

Today I experienced a little problem when at the counter I spotted my favorite medicine had just arrived. The ladies in there are so helpful!! This is my first time getting on medical marijuana so I didn't even know where to begin when looking for certain types of marijuana to help with the problems I'm having. They were very helpful in explaining each one to me and what the help to do. We were able to find a couple that they felt would help with my issues best. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I love their point system that helps you save money and I even got a goodie bag with some really cool little stuff for spending over $100 with them. Super clean, very helpful staff, and just overall very positive experience. I'm only coming here for all my needs.

Clean,profession,and fast. Friendly service every time. Great selection of goodies. Atmosphere is upbeat, and state of the art. The prices are easily viewable via digital menu on wall. If new patient,no long-or in-depth registration process. Was a patient of "up stairs",but since all of the closures,i have since found a great new home in Port City.

Extremely overpriced especially compared to all the other clubs in Stockton that have better deals. The customer service was not very friendly either. The menu was small and didn't offer a wide variety of products that most other clubs do. I was not offered any first time deals either which is strange. I would not recommend going here.

I don't like to get tricked for my money.. n what made it suspicious was the tall heavy set Hispanic I guy whispering to the lady helping me at the register... funny I have my own scale n if I ask for an opinion about a product is because I like to hear ppls opinions not because I'm stupid..I bought an eighth n it's off by a lot..now I'm a regular once u provide customer service n product is good..y'all messed out on $200 to $300 a month on items I purchase ..I'll take my business elsewhere where at least ppl can be Honest about how they run business....

There's a reason why this dispensary is still running and all of the other ones got shut down.  They are very professional and carry a wide range of good product.  I've never had any issues here.  They have a nice staff who are informative,  social,  and get the job done. I've never felt rushed or not welcome. The security is very respectful and always hold the door open for me. The inside is fairly clean and they are located in a decent area in Stockton. I appreciate this business and hope they stay thriving.

My first time going to this place. While the check in process wasn't bad. When I came up to the counter I asked if there were any PAX cartridges. The budtender told me they did not have any. I asked him for a suggestion on something similar hoping not to waste the 15 minutes I waited to check in. Well, his suggestion was to hold off. I've never heard of a business turning people away instead of offering a suggestion for an alternative product. Very disappointed. Sorry I didn't know exactly what I wanted and asked for advice.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  I was a patient at their sister store, Alpine Alternative, in Sacramento before I retired, so I am very glad to receive the same welcoming feel at Port City.  I've been to the other shops in town and I like the cleanliness and, most importantly, the quiet serenity of Port City!

Tried contacting them at the phone number on their website multiple times.  Never received a response. Either they are out of business or do not want new customers.

This is my go-to spot when it comes to products such as edibles, flowers, and extracts. Not only are there a variety of strains, but also the customer service here is also top notch. I'm giving this place a five out of five. The dispenser Lily has been a big help. She's both helpful when it comes to helping patients choose a strain for whatever occasion as well as helping with what products serve what purpose. As I waited in line, she never fails to help patients out with a very welcoming smile and with a happy energy. Keep it up you, you guys!

once again big business steps in and ruins something. over priced pre packaged buds with very little effect. the samples they allow you to check out are so old they are a waste of time. once i got home with my 2 eighths, the bud was very dry. $102 worth of bogus reefer. this new step is not in the right direction.

This has become my regular stop for my medicine and I've switched to the cartridges at some times when I get there they don't have their in-house cartridges. That kind of upsets me because they're cost-effective and I enjoy the people that work there they're all very nice. So very patient when I'm not sure which. I called tonight but no answer. I want to purchase of their house cartridges. In fact actually probably several of them. But they didn't answer their phone and I hate taking the bus over there if they don't have them. Hopefully they'll see this call me and let me know if they're going to have the in-house cartridges tomorrow.Thank you Joanne Sullivan my name's in your records phone number too.

this was my first time ordering anything from this dispensary and i had a great experience ordering delivery! not to mention there's a wide variety of products for a really great price. my delivery time slot was very accurate. i made my order for 2-4 and it arrived at 2:35, and my delivery driver was very kind and friendly. definitely will be ordering from here again!

Really weird situation with Sal today attempting to do an exchange on an online order. Customer Service is really iffy, I actually found a new company named Caliva but at times I do shop here. Make sure you check your order before leaving, I waited 20 minutes for their mistake. Sal has gotten better over time, but today was a major NOOOOOOO having me waist my time from out of town

Wow I came here on Xmas eve 30 mins before closing today  and the guard at the front said they were closed and weren't accepting anyone at 4:30. I've spent over 3k in this  dispensary and the managers came out and personally knew me and didn't do a thing while their guard bullied up on me for absolutely no reason and then the managers were confused as to why the problem was occuring . This place is the epitome of pure laziness and no customer satisfaction especially when your a solid client and spent over thousands of dollars at their dispensary! Not to mention that the guard in the front had a huge power trip and was discriminating against me for being hot and with an older man with money! This place is a joke, don't waste your time coming here and giving it your money to a dispensary who won't even honor their business hours or valuable clients for years upon years. IT IS NOT A VIBE!

As a 1st timer I didn't know what to expect. It definitely isn't 1st come 1st serve.Of you have the time go online, create an account and pre-order your stuff before arrival. When I got there, they let in over 5 people before me eventhough I was there 1st, because they had online orders. Otherwise the prices & quality are good I will return and just make sure to pre-order before I arrive!

I needed some solventless concentrates. Vibes always has nice selection of solventless options. I stay super close to vibes but with the weather being the way it is rn  I had to get delivery. It was super easy and came pretty fast. Did it all from my phone. Donnie showed brought it all the way to the door which I truly appreciate! Now it's time for some low temp dabs with some soothing rainfall in the background

Upon arriving to this place I was greeted by a cool security guard followed by the person at the window for checking your ID. When I finally got inside it was a awesome experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very attentive to the customers needs or questions. The manager was awesome as well. I picked a product that wasn't suppose to be on the floor and he corrected it and gave me a few laughs in the process. Overall this place is one of those I would put on my regular list

I regularly order both in person and delivery and always have a great experience. Donnie first helped me out in person and was patient, attentive and made sure I felt comfortable browsing my options. Also took the liberty to remind that I had rewards to redeem which I allowed to me get a free preroll! Donnie helped me today w/ a delivery order and I’m happy to say the exp remained the same! This is my local dispensary. Literally every single time I go here, my day is ruined. At this point, it is my fault for continuing to choose local out of convenience, but is it most definitely NOT worth being treated like a criminal. The employees are so high, they mess up CONSTANTLY and NEVER apologize for it. 1) They forgot to even put the Cannabis in my bag THAT I PAID FOR and checked the cameras because they believed I stole it. Employee failed to apologize for any of it. 2) Would not let me return a BROKEN cartridge. Was not tampered with/used. 3) Cancel delivery last minute when I am literally waiting for it on my porch. 4) Speaking with employee about strains. Told me that they were going on break; NEVER RETURNS... THE INCIDENTS ARE ENDLESS. I will be spending my money elsewhere.. and I recommend you do too. Cannabis is supposed to be a healing experience, but when I get it from them, my day is completely ruined. The level of disrespect is astonishing.
