The selection of Sensi Root Lollipops is the best I have found!  Nice relaxing atmosphere. Everyone in there was so friendly, helpful & fun to talk to. Best budtender ever. She was extremely helpful & easy going. My new favorite place to go!

I have been coming to THC since it opened it's doors. Everyone there is welcoming and pleasant. Erik, the owner, spends as much time with me as necessary helping me with my order. Over the years I have shopped in every dispensary in this county as well as the large behemoths over the hill, and always come back to THC. There prices are the best, their staff  knowledgable and welcoming. It is always a pleasant experience to shop at THC

Got some clones from this place for $13 each took them home and realized two of them had stem rot and where basically dead. Went back and told them and they wouldn't even give me a replacement. Pretty disappointed

Quality products with a huge variety and staff that is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! Only place I shop in Santa Cruz and highly reccomend them for all your needs including pet meds. Thank you for bringing professionalism into the cannabis world. A+++

I am so blown away by reading some of these reviews for THC... After visiting almost every dispensary in Santa Cruz and talking to many budtenders at length about everything cannabis-related under the sun, I can assure everyone that THC has some of the most knowledgeable staff I have come across, including the dispensaries in the Bay Area. These budtenders are not "retail associates". They are up front, they are honest, and they're all willing to help find what you like every time. It's the true mom and pop cannabis experience; family owned with a very limited amount of highly knowledgeable employees. And the security guards are always GREAT for a good laugh! No offense towards Treehouse, but the last time I went in to check things out, my budtender was not able to tell me ANYTHING about what I was purchasing except for the name (which is on the packaging), the potency (also on the packaging), and the location of the company's origin (...also on the packaging). Talk about helpful! If I was illiterate, it would have been incredible! When I go into THC, I know I'm going to learn something or see something new that day, and it happens without fail every time. If you care to know how your medicine is grown, what it's genetic profile is, or even learn about comparable alternatives to something you really love but they don't have, then go to THC. It is an oasis in a world of big-money cannacorporations that are only trying to sell, sell, sell! Knowledge is Power!

Ok so I've been to 4 dispensaries so far, and I like this one the best. I like Kind People's too, but this place is more personal. They still have good security & I feel safe, but it's very nice & homey feeling also. I also really like the service. Eric is very knowledgeable & helpful.

T.H.C. treats you like family and not just a customer, go here. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and kind. There isn't any pressure and they don't make you feel rushed when asking questions. The product selection is very diverse at the best prices in town. Cash and credit is accepted. Huge plus. Feels like a stop at a friends house(much more profesional of course) and not a car dealership who wants to sell you everything they offer. Their suggestions on products are for YOU. Not just a general blanket statement like at other places. Let them know what hurts or what you are looking for and they will take care of you! Shout out to all the bud tenders at T.H.C.! My first stop on a day long Santa Cruz dispensary jaunt. Back-up plan was San Jose or further if we could not find what we needed. This dispensary is intimate with a decent selection considering their size. Small selection of clones but some of my favorite medicines.Very enjoyable, knowledgeable people.A great start for the busy day ahead.

Im not from the area but a perfect in and out experience.   Customer service is enthusiastic.   They aren't heavy on high CBD/low THC flower but nice selection.

I've been visiting this dispensary for 2 years and have only experienced kindness, knowledge and generosity.  My first visit, I got my choice of gift. When I brought a friend in, we both got our choice of gifts!  Everyone working there has been welcoming and supportive with all of my questions.  They always weigh flowers over weight and have given samples of new things I was hesitant about buying.  I've visited many dispensaries and this one is my favorite!

Literally The worst experience ever! Do Not Waste your time here! Everything is Overpriced!!! The quality is poor in comparison! Extracts are terrible! Flowers are not that great. No high quality. No kindness. No care. No medical experience. No therapeutic experience Bud Tenders are not qualified- they are just CASHIERSWaiting area is cramped size of 3chairs tightly packed (worse than dmv tight) and u will have to wait if someone is already being helped! Only one at a time!No hearts No Souls Evil minded Money hungry careless owners. they just dont care about you or me Only how many dollars they can squeeze out of you unless that involves communication about what u need or looking for! U definitely wont get that here, especially if u end up with the WORST Rotten apple that spoiled the entire bunch... miss thang "Kayla" with her horrible high school attitude Its rediculous. After coming here for over a year I finally left and what I realized after i started going somewhere elseIs how much time and money i WASTED at this club. I literally Left This place in tears! These people are horrible!!!!! if u have any stress or suffer with any form of anxiety * I promise This place will ONLY add to your condition. They do not have the ability to assist in what you actually need... if you are new to Medical Cannibas relief. The business owners are terrible at customer service and building relationships let alone safety and security.  The Budtenders SUCK and are not helpful at all! They hardly speak to you as a person, they are rude and not worth the over pricing to deal with rude people.Selection is limited with poor quality. Paying $400 for oz is stupid! Pass THC by. There may not be many good places in SC, u can add this one to that list!

My first time here I was greeted by a really nice fellow that made me feel so comfortable! When I came back in he was budtending and gave me the best advise on a treatment plan for my pain management! Thank you Koleman and thank you THC for being so knowledgeable and friendly!

I have had terrible experiences both times I've come in here in the last month. I originally came here because the menus online had great selections and prices compared to other places nearby. Unfortunately, the menus are always inaccurate and they never have what I come for in stock. The customer service is unhappy, unfriendly, non-welcoming, non-informative and just straight up rude. Both times I've gone in, the cashiers have treated me like I was wasting their time and didn't owe me any answers to my very simple questions. Today, I had to press the man behind the counter for other options of cartridges they might have for me when they didn't have the specific one I wanted. He was extremely annoyed that he had to suggest other products for me and mostly used short, one word answers to my inquiries (shouldn't you want to sell more product to me, even if I'm bothering you? Makes no sense to me). I felt rushed even though both times I didn't take any longer than 5 minutes and there wasn't a long line behind me.The prices are decent, if they even happen to have what you have in stock, but please don't waste your time going here. Unfortunately I did end up buying a few items there, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return. Save yourself the hostility, and go down the street to Treehouse. I don't care if I have to spend more money, their staff is so friendly and accommodating, have tons of knowledge about all of the products and they WANT you to get what you're looking for and leave a happy customer. Spend your time supporting a business that cares about customer satisfaction.

Went here with multiple needs and the crew recommended exactly what would remedy my ailments. They don't treat you like an ordinary customer. As a returning customer I feel like they really care about what I need and I appreciate that immensely. Highly advise anyone else to give them a try and see if they don't feel the same way I do.

Steer clear of this business! Not friendly super creepy like some underground evil cult. Very hostile with their face masks, latex gloves, license plate tracers & cameras. Next thing you know they're going to want to scan your vaccine green pass for their grotesquely overpriced garbage!

This dispensary does not carry high quality goodies. The flower that they sell here is quite expensive and not very good.  I didn't get that feeling of relaxation that I was looking for. They also sold me a cartridge that was leaking. I returned to the place with the faulty cartridge in hand and they were willing to refund me my money or exchange the cartridge for another brand.  I opted for the exchange and that was a mistake...the replaced cartridge was also trash.I will not return.

They also have a great Heavy Hitters and Rad selection for vape cartridges!If you're looking for a great place to get your cannabis, with amazing energy you need to here!

Your guys' flower selection is probably the best in town. Always picking up a quarter from here when I need that fuego. If you ever have some left coast extracts pods here lmk cuz ill buy them tf up also! Much love guys, highly recommend.

I have had many great experiences at this collective over the years but recently I have come to know a guy named John who works here. There isn't a friendlier person at any business in the Santa Cruz area. That guy is super knowledgeable and always gives phenomenal service. The product here is always top notch and I have never purchased anything from them that I didn't like. Help keep the smaller shops like THC around and get your goodies here. Other places in the area make it feel like a boutique and take it a bit over the top (you know, like that one with the center stage feeling near the Honda Dealer) but this place still has that old-school medicinal feel with incredibly friendly service.

Cute place, great product, excellent service... One of my favorite clubs in all Santa Cruz! :-) :-)

I love these guys. Eric is awesome and his wife too and I've been coming here for years! They're super nice people, they have great recommendations, they have raffles sometimes, they have great deals, it's definitely a super friendly environment and they have a lot of quality and variety. It's a great collective, or dispensary rather.
