Great service and they have a pretty wide selection, pretty much everything I could think they had it! They have really nice containers for the bud and really good quality bud too - definitely recommend stopping by when you come to Santa Cruz

I've known the owner for many years now, back when we were kids. I lost interest in the whole MJ thing for a long time. I also experience massive pain. He kept trying to tell me this is what I need and I kept trying, but I was not doing well with it. FF to when he opened his shop and he convinced me to try the edibles that he thought I would like. I did it and I am sleeping through the night for the first time in years! I don't feel like I'm dying when I eat them (I often did when I smoked). I was able to get free delivery (I think sometimes it's $5, but that's so worth it to not have to enter this new crazy world). I had direct contact with Zach (AMAZING). He was so kind and so receptive to my questions. He personally delivered my order to me and he showed up in gloves and a mask. He was so super cool. I kind of love him. Let's give props to this business! I am a lifer now.

I was hoping to write a review of Canna Cruz's selection, prices and customer service but will only be able to comment on their customer service...it stinks! It stinks because the girl at the signup desk wouldn't accept my valid, legal driver's license . I'm a 70 year old licensed California driver whose license was due to expire last November on my birthday, but like all 70+ year old licensed drivers, my license was automatically renewed by the state. But the young lady didn't want, or care, to hear about I. I wrote an email to let them know and they quickly and graciously replied with an apology and offering, in their words, to make it up to me for the inconvenience. When I spoke with the manager to let her know I'd be stopping by, she knew nothing of the situation and essentially blew me off with the same offer all first-time customers get. The good news is I went to Kindpeople and was welcomed and spent my money there. You can read my 5 star review on their page. As for Canna Cruz I'd suggest you shop somewhere else where they welcome you and don't slam the door in your face. Canna Cruz claims to  "Cultivate a Higher Standard" but they fall far short in customer satisfaction.

First time dispensary experience, amazing!!! Would highly recommend this place. Customer service here is awesome, they are all super friendly and helpful. The girl who helped me made great suggestions and everything is definitely worth the price!!

Nothing but good things to say - great service, well stocked, easy to get what I need, easy to pay.  The staff is familiar with what they carry, and are able to find things quickly.

Found this place through yelp and went to visit while on my trip this thanksgiving weekend. Honestly impressed by the customer service that was offered! They were fantastic!! Although the overall store was tiny, they did have a great selection to choose from.I goofed up and forgot to bring cash but thank god they have an ATM in there. (it is VERY slow so just be patient)Overall, I would definitely visit this place again when I'm back in town!

Today i stopped by and i spent $17 thinking i was getting a pre rolled blunt. only to open the tube to find a joint. i'm honestly disappointed in the false advertisement at this disp

Now we're in Santa Cruz keep that in mind I can walk down the street and trade with practically any beautiful woman I run into let's talk about this store the gals behind the desk smart and pretty I've dubbed this establishment home of the $22 eight I call it The Deuce. I'm just kidding I made that all up except the part about the gals behind the desk the staff here not only are they are beautiful but righteous. The product does the trick from $22 all the way up. over and out

This place is around the corner from Costco in Santa Cruz. It's a great dispensary and nice, knowledgeable employees. Great variety of flower, concentrate, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes etc. Well organized and they only let a few people in at a time, so it's not chaotic once you are let inside. There is an ATM and chairs in the lobby. It has a TV screen that flashes the menu while you wait. Comfortable. Minus 2 stars: since legalizing its become so busy with lines out the door. Go early to beat the line. Parking across the street is limited and tight quarters. Prices are expensive. They have high quality top shelf and products. But you will pay for it. Cheers.

I've been going here a long time. I have visited other dispensary's in the area, but don't quite get the love and attention I get from CannaCruz. They stand behind their products and every bud tender there is informative, knows the products and can give advise. So helpful...

Always  go here great quality bud good prices. 9/10 of the bud tenders are awesome sociable and have a vast knowledge  on the products.

Awesome shop. Super helpful. The woman who helped me was super informative, everything was  average on price but what's going to kill you is the 32% tax  still imo they get 5 stars because that's not there fault that California is a communist state

The people who work there are fantastic, and the prices are amazingly reasonable compared to other dispensaries in the area I've tried. Last week I bought a package of tch pills that when I got home turned out to be empty. I left my receipt with a glass shop they have a discount deal with. I was torn of trying to bring it back with no receipt, but decided I should at least let them know. I had zero expectation of them replacing it with no receipt and a suspicious claim of a highly regulated product being empty. The manager replaced it for free, and gave me a huge discount on a gram of flower for my trouble of having to come back in. I couldn't believe it. Can't say enough good stuff about this place, they will get my business every time I'm in town. Thank you Canna Cruz!

I bought a gummy product plus with no effect on me I eat 7 gummies makeup of 35 mg THC nothing at all ,I maybe smoke a joint every 6 months and get paranoid very much a light wait. Well to some it all up i tried to explain and was shut down rudely right away, so I just put down the defective gummy and told him I already bought some more at another dispensary they could keep them and walked away because they said they weren't going to do nothing for me. "Dam" What a shame these dispensaries make so much money but still no customer service!!!! It was only $20 but I thought they like to know about their products and not be so defensive

Went here yesterday with my vaporizer pen and they were super helpful, tested my battery and told me about cartridge output. I visited many places yesterday where good customer service would have meant a lot, this is the only place that came through! Great product and I know their edibles are delicious including that good Kiva stock.In addition, Ive come to believe over the past couple of days that the vapor pen battery which they carry is a superior product, Im extremely happy with it and will likely buy CannaCruz pens for a while.

Just came back to Santa Cruz for the second time got helped by management Teresa, you got a dollar tip in your tip jar. I come outside and your landscaper dirty to all of my car blowing wind on it during working hours in the cannacruz parking only spots

This dispensary is great and the staff is what makes it so. Very friendly and helpful bud tender and the shop is clean, well run, and has an excellent selection of cannabis products. I was just visiting from CO and was happy to find such a friendly place to shop!

I went into the shop for NY sour D and was stoked to find out it was on sale. Then upon getting back to the car I realize they gave me Gelato 45  go back and Have to wait in line again, then when I get in again I was told they stocked it wrong admitting to giving me the wrong strain but that all sales are Final. I even asked if I could have a pre-roll for having to wait in line and was told tough luck. Unfortunately for being a good shop I wouldn't go again.

Canna Cruz is a very nice dispensary.  The staff is always so nice and friendly you always feel so welcome and the staff really enjoy what they do and know all about the products they sell in the store.  The prices are also very competitive.  I like this store because I am not a smoker but enjoy edibles.  This store has some very unique edibles that you do not see in other dispensaries.  I live in San Jose Ca but make it a point to drive the 30 miles to Santa Cruz to go to Canna Cruz.  My last visit I had Treez as my budtender.  He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping me and had a very accurate answer to any question I had about any product in the store.

I was pretty bummed about the lack of flower with CBD, but Abigail made up for it with her excellent customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

CannaCruz consistently has the best customer service, the bud tenders are all helpful and knowledgeable, and they always have awesome deals and just a great atmosphere. I gladly make the 1 hour drive to here multiple times a week for my meds, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Only thing is I wish there was more parking, but alas sometimes a walk is good for you10/10 would recommend.

Rude, rude, rude. Rude rude rude. Rude rude rude....wait did I mention the staff here are RUDE.Disrespectful youngsters. Once on a pouring down rainstorm I was in my car gathering my money and id and the security guard knocked on my window quite aggressively asking what my business was. Not a fan of the metal detector and buzz in buzz out protocol. My advice plenty of decent dispensaries in Capitola. Oh yeah their prerolls and dusted cardboard.

I have been using the citrus topical on my shoulder and it helps with the pain , I would recommend this stuff to anyone with pain , and it smells good

Sooo this was my second dispensary stop on my weekend trip. Compared to the shop I went to in down town San Jose this place had better deals as far as pricing and you had an option of a free edible or 5 bucks off your first purchase. But I've also visited about a dozen other dispensaries over the last year and I think their flower could have been better. I won't knock this place, I'd deff return for edibles next time I'm in the area. Plus it's not in a crowded area and they have designated parking for customers.

Budtender Haley helped me on 3/30/18, during my first ever visit to CannaCruz.She was awesome!!! Such a GREAT personality. Very upbeat and happy. She even woo hoo'd. hehe. I do that a lot myself. I appreciate others that do it as well.I purchased 1G each of:Purple HazeGG#4OG KushGrand Daddy Grapes All 4 have a nice sweet smell. Each gram came in cute little jars. Nicer imo than the little plastic bottles and pouches the other dispensaries I've been to use.As soon as you walk in the lobby / waiting room, you'll be greeted by a security guard. Then straight ahead someone working at the desk will check you in. The lobby / waiting room was a little dirty and could've used a good sweep.Once you're name is called, it's time to go into the little room where you'll be greeted by your budtender.So far iv'e tried both the Purple Haze and OG Kush. Very nice! I'm more of an indica guy and their OG Kush might be one of my favorite indicas that i've tried. Their prices are pretty good, too. I live in the San Jose area and the rec prices + taxes can get pretty high pretty quickly. So their slightly more reasonable prices is very appreciated. None of the flowers were over $16.99 per gram and they had some nice lower price options, too. Plus, when I was there, they were having a 15% off sale. Also, they had a wide selection of flower.CannaCruz gives me another great reason to visit Santa Cruz.

Usually visit another dispensary in Capitola, but I happen to be on the West Side and decided to stop by. Found parking right in front, guy just asked for my ID. I didn't wait long, I like all the different products they offer. I was most impressed with their edible selection, I will be back. Prices are ok, for Santa Cruz I'd say on the higher side. I found what I was looking for and more, so I'd be back.

Excellent service, great variety of merchandise, good prices, and they even had a designated parking lot!  Met our need for weekend supplies.

Ive been coming here for a few years but I feel the need to leave a good review because Ive recently been to some other bad dispensaries and they made me appreciate Cannacruz that much more.Cannacruz has AMAZING selection. Flowers, waxes, edibles, topicals, you name it. Variety is an understatement. Quality is top notch. Workers greet you immediately and are very knowledgeable about products and make excellent recommendations. They also have a loyalty system and after so many visits you receive $x off. Their prerolls are also to die for!! This place was voted best dispensary in NorCal for a reason, and I wholeheartedly agree that Cannacruz is my favorite among the dozens of dispensaries Ive visited from LA to the Bay.Every price range can be accommodated here. Parking sucks but as long as it isn't summertime, its a breeze getting in and out. Keep it up Cannacruz! You're my favorite.

Hands down the best dispensary in Santa Cruz county.  Customer service was like no where else .

I don't give five stars unless they are earned, and Canna Cruz deserves the highest honors. It's well stocked with a large variety of strains, and  the lab-tested flowers often reach astounding levels of THC. The down-to-earth and friendly staff are the best informed budtenders that I've met. Best of all, you aren't even slightly rushed when you come in. If you have questions, they have time to give unhurried answers. I frequently drive from San Francisco to restock. I'm not big on commuting to buy flowers, but it's worth the drive every time. Canna Cruz has some of the best flowers I've had the pleasure of smoking. Their Cup-winning Sour Tangie comes to mind. Flavorful and intense, it's clear that time and attention was put into growing those beautiful buds. But honestly, you'd be hard pressed to buy anything but fire here. Canna Cruz also has a large selection of excellent concentrates. Their selection of live resins is unmatched in my experience. Canna Cruz is the standard by which all dispensaries should be judged. I've never had a bad experience or purchase, and I always walk away happy with the customer service experience. If only San Francisco dispensaries could step up to that level of excellence.

Over priced marijuana just like every other dispensary. Say they got good deals but definitely do not.

I have never been steered wrong by the bud tenders here.  They have a huge selection for how small the space is and I feel like the staff are knowledgable and never rush me in making my choices.  I have noticed that their product is more pricy than what I can find in the Oakland/Berkeley area but this is the only place that has hard candies that are micro-dosed at 2 mg per candy (which is perfect for me!)Friendly warning, it is cash only.  They have an ATM inside but it charges a $2.50 fee.

Went to cannacruz while I was on a weekend vacation with my fiance. Called in before coming and asked for solventless hash. Rosin/water hash/ anything not coming from butane. I was sold a 50$ gram of "live rosin" by cali kosher. Got to my car opened it up and discovered sauce. Straight bho sauce. Either cali kosher lying to your unknowledgeable staff that cant tell the difference between fresh press solventless, and BHO sauce. Or yall lying to your hometown cannabis community ......... either way, very sad story. Step your game up, cannacruz needs some work. Some real organic soil grown work

Cannacruz stands behind its product!!!  I've been going here for a couple years now and the last time I got an ounce of flowers.  Thought I got a sativa strain but when I smoked it turned out to be more the effect of Indica which was strange.  Anyways I took it back and they didn't really dispute it with me but rather allowed me to take a new sativa strain which I was very happy with!!! Thank you CannaCruz for standing behind your product!!!!  I'm very satisfied!!!

Lots of options from tree to extracts to edibles and typically, a variety of pre rolls and more.. the staff is very well informed and know in depth about the stains and how to help you look at options. They don't pressure you and take your time. Super friendly, good quality. I try and make a so every time I visit Santa Cruz.Two thumbs up

I love this dispensary!! The staff here are so fantastic. I really enjoyed the professional environment they offer. Very knowledgeable on their product and the owners are very involved with business. It's refreshing. We were greeted by very friendly Michelle at front desk and while she verified our scripts we actually happened upon meeting one of the owners, grant. Super friendly guy and very appreciative of every business encounter. Prices are very competitive, I was pleasantly surprised as I had heard from fellow patients the opposite. They offer quality medicine and have testing done to ensure top of the line strains. Easy to find and ample street parking. Thank you guys very much for a great experience! We def found our favorite SC club. Many blessings.

Good experience shopping recreationally here. Professional but chill. Treated nicely by the security guard, reception & bud tender. Bud tender had a lot of knowledge about the local growers and strands. Helped me find something i'd like and something my wife would like. All around good experience. Great Dispensary with Knowledgeable PersonnelSerious medical issues brought me to CannaCruz, so even walking in the door was less than positive to begin with. That changed immediately and permanently as the employees were all quite hospitable, unusually sympathetic and remarkably knowledgeable about their products and medical marijuana and CBD in general. They guided me in making useful purchases, answered many questions and directed me toward further areas of research so I could maximize my treatment and recovery activities as well as efficiently target my inquiry into potential alternatives for improved health. As a retired business professor, I am extremely impressed with the clearly superior selection and hiring process CannaCruz employs when choosing its staff and the excellent training their personnel receive once chosen. I am also struck by the team spirit and cooperative culture exhibited by the staff every time I have been here. Were I in better health, I would request the opportunity to research and write a business case study about CannaCruz so business students and managers in various industries could benefit from CannaCruz's experience and approaches. Our community is well served by CannaCruz and it would behoove many to emulate their approach to business.

There's a guy named Roland there that I interacted with who's the world's biggest asshole. I believe he's also the owner. I had the worst experience, and needless to say I won't be going back. I encourage you all to spend your hard-earned money at an establishment that deserves it. Remember, you vote with your wallet.Good businesses deserve to thrive, and bad businesses must be destroyed. I hope this place goes down like the Titanic, or up like the Hindenburg.

Awesome staff, from the security guard to the bud tender. And a great supply of edibles. Some of the herb looked overpriced, but I didn't buy any so I can't comment. And they have their own parking lot which is awesome.

This industry is suppose to pride itself on compassion. However visiting this collective wasn't a pleasant one. Their concentrates are unbelievably harsh. The flowers are decent. The customer service suffers tremendously. I never felt so uncomfortable and out of place then being at Canna Cruz. After informing them I work in this industry you would think it would change their obnoxious behavior and attitudes but it seemed to annoy them more. With the huffing and hissing coming from the employees. You should try retail if you're going to be rude and unhelpful. When it comes to medicine you NEED to take it serious or find someone who's eager to help out a fellow patient find the appropriate meds.

Horrible service and no industry discount?! No parking either and they accept 18 and up so there are a bunch of loud kids. Save your money.

Best experience so far at a dispensary! My budtender was educated about the product and answered all my questions, I will definitely be back next time I am SC to visit my daughter.

Best arround! I love this place the staff is friendly and very well educated about there product. The manager i met is a sweetheart! I have yet to find a complaint about this dispensary, and I will easily drive 30 minutes from my home to visit. They have a wonderful medicine that fits my needs every time.

Super bummed. Been going here for years and since the legalization my happy experience has gone to crappy experience. I'm a medical user and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes watching them send recreational users to front of the line that came in after me. The girl behind the counter shrugged at me and said, "sorry" as she sent groups of rec users in before me. Legalization is ruining everything!!!!!

Way overpriced and not that great of a selection. I much prefer cookie co. 831, but I love that the weed here comes in glass jars. Probably not gonna come back but it might be worth a visit since they do free gifts for first time members. Customer service is also okay.

I usually don't have a problem dealing with bud tenders because I'm super easy going but at canna cruz they are a couple guys that are extremely uptight and rude. Also most expensive dispensary in town. Not impressed.

Horrible service. Brad and grant should rethink their career paths! The quality of the shelf choices was nothing like the actual product, what a joke! The concentrates were like they scraped some mud and sold it to you. How would you like mud? Lol I'm just saying, this place SUCKS!

Cool staff, alway top niche medical products, best variety I have found.  I always go back here, and you will too as they are one of the best choice in the area.

AVOID!! They did not tell me that they do not have a return policy when I signed up.  Of course they sold me a salve when I asked for a cream.  So I went in there thinking there would be no trouble exchanging it.  Wrong. The owner came down and was a complete jerk, failing to offer a 'sorry for your trouble', rather just staring blankly at me and telling me they could not take it back.  So I explained that it was sold to me as a cream but it is a salve.  He finally said okay, I 'll give you a store credit.  But when he did he only made it for $8, when the salve cost me $15, as though he was trying to upset me (they do not carry any other creams or salves there I learned, forcing their own product upon customers). I became upset but never cursed or was demeaning towards him although he was trying to play games with me.  After I complained some more, something his idiocy made me have do, he gave the $15 credit.  So, I just went there now to use the credit with the intention of never going back there again, but he refused to let me use it, lying to me. His own poor attitude about providing customer service and playing games with the price is what led us to this place, and yet this terribly arrogant person made me come all the way down there for no reason - the OWNER of the place.  A culture starts at the top, and this is why all their employees are stressed to the max. They provide a lot of scientific data about their strains, and act as if they know better when in reality they do not. The fact they insist on selling only their brand of salves (the owner told me he has tried "all" the other creams and salves out there and that they do not work, which is totally a lie, there are many that do and I have a bad injury) says they are arrogant. He wants to be right and not be questioned, which makes him a difficult person to deal with and someone I choose not to do business with. Prices are way too high. The product is only okay and can be found at other dispensaries for a fraction of the cost.  AVOID, you will thank me. Try Creekside Collective in Boulder Creek, the best!!! Or Granny Purps in Capitola. But save yourself the headache of dealing with a company who has ZERO INTEGRITY and obviously does not care about the very reason they exist: to help patients with medical conditions get the meds they need in a way that makes them feel good about their purchase.

This place is run by a bunch of high school drop outs and it shows. Take your business to one of the other far more professional dispensaries in the area (I recommend Kind Peoples).

We just discovered this place a little while ago. We can walk here from our house! We used to go to Soquel all the time, which takes forever on the bus (sometimes 1-2 hours round trip). The wax here is way cheaper than the place we used to go to, and the staff are friendly. I don't go home and weigh my medication like a crackhead, but I'm pretty sure they give me the dosage that I pay for... I would assume they're trained on the proper weighing procedure, or just not retarded.

This place started off in a way that I didn't think a medical cannabis dispensary should operate. Luckily it didn't take very long for them to get their staff educated and be able to provide a service that is unbelievable to the community with so many people who have so many different medical needs this dispensary provides a safer way to live with many chronic illnesses and disorders that need pain management, sleep disorders and anxiety problems are not an issue at least for me anymore. Every good thing that could be said about this place can now be said! I don't need to elaborate just go there! I use medical cannabis in the way it is supposed to be used as medicine. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and capable of recommending the proper medication for your need. I can say after many years of using Xanax and opiates then switching to medical cannabis I wouldn't of been able to do it without CannaCruz!!I have been safely medicated for at least two years that this dispensary has been open! Thank you CannaCruz!

Visiting from San Diego . Real professional environment. Was welcomed as I walked in. Blows any Med center in San Diego out of the water. Selection was top notch and the service was impeccable.  I know where to go when in Santa Cruz..thanks CannaCruz.....

This place should serve as a benchmark for how all dispensaries should display, run, and handle their dispensary. Best dispensary I've been in to so far. Helpful and knowledgable staff along with excellent products for all price ranges. This place is ran like a business and you feel confident in the company and their products, which the staff should be able to thoroughly explain to you the growers, lineage, or how to use certain rigs. Excellent and we don't mind the hour drive to get there - it's worth it. I liked that prices were clearly marked.

Worst dispensary in Santa Cruz hands down. Their service is horrible. They're not friendly what so ever. They neglect customers and push them away. I will not be coming back here just because of the service and staff. Weed is good, just hate the staff.

Julia was so helpful as this was my very first curiosity adventure to a real live cannabis shop. First you see a gigantic security guard dressed in a black T-shirt with white security guard letters at the entrance. That is a good sign that everyone is safe and protected. Then you go in and register with your ID which is only for their own records. I was good with that because I understand the need to know who their customers are. We were escorted through a secure door into a fantasy room. You are allowed to take photos of the products as long as you do not take photos of people. That's a no brainer. Not being familiar with a lot of the things I asked a lot of questions and Julia was so helpful and didn't "roll her eyes" because I'm an older woman and a newbie. Cookies and candy and lots of different kinds of marijuana buds from different grow areas. It was absolutely fascinating. They have CBD which is great for pain and anxiety without any THC drug high.And they have CBD with a small amount of THC and then of course they have the full THC.I really enjoyed learning about this industry. I truly think that CBD can be extremely helpful for a lot of people facing pain, sleepless nights, or simple anxiety.Parking is easy and Costco is nearby. If you are curious it is very simple to go in  and they make you feel very welcome and at home and I did not feel intimidated or weird at all. The only thing that was shocking was they charge 30% sales tax. Part of it is called an excise tax. I'm sure California is making a ton of money.

I've come here for a while now and always found quality products. I have worked at dispensaries and with growers before so I know that there are tiers to quality.I purchased an 8th at this location on 6/21/21 that was worse than any bottom of the line shake that any reputable farm would sell. It appears and smells unsafe to smoke. I called Cannacruz and let them know they are selling a product that is lower than the lowest grade of shake available and that no one should smoke it And I asked them if they can do anything to make it right. they said no. Not impressed at all. I've spent 100s a week at this place and now I don't know if I'll be back.It's one thing for 8th bros to distribute poor products but it's an entirely different problem when cannacruz has absolutely no solution and no interest in correcting the situation when they are selling subpar products

Awesome place, I'm not from the area and i work at a dispensary back home this place has knowledge on their product and awesome customer service, great selection and I LOVE THE NAME SO CREATIVE!!! They had Merch to offer too, every time  I visit stores they never have merch I'm always down to rock any company.

Zach at Canna Cruz is the MAN, straight up. He had DEEP knowledge of literally every product I asked about and in a couple cases steered me to some other products. I started writing this review after the first puff ... the man is a consummate professional and their product blew the roof off. For my first trip to a dispensary, I must say I'm so impressed and so happy I went to CannaCruz. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable, my budtender was amazingly patient with me, never in a rush as she answered my questions and helped me select what I came there for. I must add everything worked to my expectations, and that's rarity in most things bought and sold!When I return to Santa Cruz, I now know what dispensary I'm going to. Highly  recommended

They are so much more friendly and up front about their prices than other cannabis businesses.  Way way better than East of Eden who treats their customers like they're doing you a favor when you buy from them. CannaCruz is friendly; they act as if they welcome your business. Even if some of their prices are higher than EOE,  I prefer to give them my business

I have been coming here for a couple years the quality of the flower just isn't there anymore and last time Shannon helped me look for other brands and info on certain strains she doesn't give me any information on the ones i want. I don't know if there is not a stable crew but every time i go in there's new faces with less knowledge. Only recommend coming in if you have done your research and know what you want.

Return Experience: I bought 2 vape cartridges from the online menu (for pickup) thinking they were  disposables. When I brought them back later, I explained I have only used disposables in the past, and the mistake was mine. They couldn't refund me, instead they gave me a free battery so that I had everything I need. Now I have a free battery and can order cartridges cheaper than disposables. Perfect Resolution!

Normally this is my go to spot. I am a frequent shopper and go here for my medical cannabis. I spend upwards of 500 dollars a week here. I'm usually in and out with what I need. They've got a good selection but NO MENU it's all scattered around by price range which makes it really weird since some brands are totally over priced while others aren't. So you're basically at their mercy if you don't know what you want already of have an idea of what brands are producing what level of product.  they carry a few brands that I trust. But lately I've had the worst experiences there. None of the bud tenders know anything about any of the strains, products, or medicinal benefits of anything for sale. You can't ask about the genetics of 90% of the flower, and most of the time they will just try to push their in-house brand despite what you are looking for. I had purchased a $65 1/8 from them a few weeks back, and the bud tender claimed that it's great and that everyone loves it and I'll enjoy it too! When I got home I ground up a 1/2 gram bud of it , to find 8-9 seeds in just that little half gram of the 3 1/2 in the jar. I recorded a video of me grinding up the rest of the jar to show that the seeds came directly from the jar. The next time I came back in, i brought it with me as well as the seeds in a little bag. I mentioned how I bought this jar for $65 and it was highly recommended but when I tried to use it I couldn't. It was FULL OF SEEDS and that I couldn't smoke it because of that. You're not supposed to smoke seeds at all. Instead of reimbursement, the bud tender accused me of placing the seeds in there to try to manipulate them. Why would I be manipulating 1 single 1/8 of flower when I come in every day of the week to buy stuff? I'm a paying loyal customer. When I pay more than $60 for 3.5 grams of bud I expect it to AMAZING Especially when it's being recommended. Instead, it turned out to be something I couldn't even use , and when I went to ask about it I was laughed out of the door. And offered to buy ANOTHER 1/8 for 10% off. Why would I trust the same person to recommend me something else when I already paid for something I couldn't smoke? Basically I paid double for the next 1/8 I bought.   The last time I was in, I went with a friend and we were meeting with separate bud tenders at the same time so I could over hear his purchase while I was doing mine. I heard the bud tender being super rude and passive aggressive towards him. Instead of asking what kind of flower he's interested in strain wise , brand wise , etc he goes directly to "well how much you tryna spend" What kind of question is that? How does that help get you an accurate product. It's all about the profit now and 0 about being professional, caring about the customer, and supplying great product. The first thing he grabs is the In house canna Cruz brand stuff claiming "this is the highest testing stuff we have" when I know for a fact all the other topshelf brands test higher , but they were talking the opportunity to push their in house shit brand to someone they thought was not aware. My friend said never mind based on how the bud tender was treating him, and went to wait in the car while I finished up my purchase. Once my friend left the building the bud tender who was assigned to him started talking quietly to his coworker and cracked up laughing at my friend. They kept going at it untill I said "you know he was with me right??" To bring attention to the fact they are being super rude and not aware that was my friend who they were talking about. He responded with "your friend was being super rude and nasty the entire time since he came in the sales floor" I watched the whole thing happen and it anything my friend saw through the BS and decided to not purchase anything and they took the opportunity to make fun of him. The next time I tried to come pick up my meds they told me I was not welcome in again because there was a note left by the bud tenders from the previous day saying to remove me as a customer. I go from $80 a day every day and being super nice to my bud tenders to being banned for CALLING THEM OUT for rude behavior. I will not support a company who takes my money yet is so rude and impolite to the people I recommend the shop to. I have had too many negative experiences there from being sold trash from very high prices , being accused of lying about the products I've purchased, and watched my friend get made for it and laughed at to not share my experience here on Yelp. Hopefully others can read this and either pick another shop, realize this is happening to them too and support other businesses, or just share the word that if you went to get fucked over and disrespected come to canna Cruz.

Easily the best dispo in Santa Cruz, friendliest staff, very knowledgeable and best prices in town...always got the exotics. If you aren't going over to CannaCruz...you're missing out

Great!! Employees are welcoming professionals. It's safe and a comfortable atmosphere. Always friendly. Excellent product quality. Plus, they aways remember a little treat for my dog!!

Excellent customer service, shout out to Alyssa and Michael. Really great deals and sales, got a blunt for a dollar with the first timer deal! We're visiting from the East Coast and the prices so cheap compared to East Coast dispensaries.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great products and lots to choose from. They also gave us a bunch of rad stickers!

I tend to judge many places based on how well their staff is, how they interact and if they are nice or not and I gotta say by far, this place is the standard bearer for having great customer service in the area! I love coming here, checking out their deals and getting some really good trees while being helped by someone awesome! 10/10 check it out!
