I've been here a few times and no complaints from me. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They had a large variety of product. I was not expecting a grow room to be inside the building but it was really cool to see how it is grown. Would definitely come back in the future.

This is my go to spot! Ever been to a shop that has a growroom visible from the retail floor? Neither have I.  All the staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; don't be afraid to ask questions at all, no matter your experience level. The range in products is wild, you even get to shop around like a grocery store which I've never experienced before! This place is an all around good time, I love it!

I love this dispensary.Ive had countless friends and family go in and leave satisfied with the quality and service they recieved. After trying the products they sell myself I have to say I was not disappointed at all.

great mostly female staff! Gal with the dreads was hugely helpful choosing edibles. Pretty decent amount of options, though they were out of some of the lower priced strains. Came for the Memorial Day deal and got an extra gram of honeydew

Will not come back after witnisiing them yell at customers and embarrass them oh lockout! Poor girls! ( Sean)  I believe has been very rude.  Will no return. Please do not come here. There are better shops. They buy ratings for credits..

Don't pay attention to the low rating. There are good reviews for this business that are being held back by Yelp's strange algorithm for evaluating reviews as helpful. This dispensary has been consistently good about carrying quality products. We live the cbd rich gummies by Kanha to help with anxiety and insomnia. The people who work here are kind and very helpful. Not sure why they have such a low rating. We personally have found them to be wonderful and it's so nice having them in our neighborhood.

The quality of everything in the store was better than I expected, and being able to see the plants growing in the back is comforting as well as entertaining.

Had a great experience here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they really take their time to help you find the right product for you. I have been to places where you are essentially on your own and no one takes the time to really educate and inform, but this place was the opposite! The employees are really passionate about cannabis and it's medicinal properties. The girl helping me was really patient answering all of my questions. The business itself was very clean and visually appealing. Also love to see all of the female employees, the industry needs more of that!

The girls there are hilarious and funny. I love the felon and the farmer brand. I love most the brands they carry. Ask for the specials. Look at their in house farm through the aquarium window. So pretty to see plants growing! Write a review after you go in and get a gift for a 1 penny! Quick drive from west cliff beaches!

So first off, I have no idea what any of the negative reviews are talking about - I came here first over Thanksgiving, amusingly enough to help my mom shop for CBD because this pandemic is making everyone extremely nervous (she was going to buy a weed edible, but chickened out, haha. I bought some for myself, though.) Then I came back over Christmas, to try more of their stuff, cause I liked it so much the first time! (Ok, and to take advantage of deals.) Yes, I felt a bit rushed because it's a pretty small shop, and they're following all the covid guidelines, which include max 4 people, but they were all super friendly, just made sure I was aware there were people waiting, which is fair - it *is* a pretty small space, since, like most businesses started before 2020, they clearly weren't specifically planning to be operating during a pandemic! And I'm not saying there *wasn't* an incident with an employee at some point, I don't know anything about that, but I would want to hear the other side... in any case, everyone *I* interacted with all three times I've been here so far, have been the happiest, most helpful people. And yes, they are practicing all possible safe covid restrictions, like, you know, they're required to by law? Not to mention because they aren't terrible, and want to avoid unnecessary death during this weird time? (Yes, wearing a mask absolutely HAS been shown to slow the spread of covid significantly, so wear your freaking masks!) If you want to shop at a place that's full of covid, by all means, shop elsewhere, and leave the covid-free spots to those of us who would like to be responsible and not get covid! Also, yes, they are cash only, like most dispensaries, because our current laws make it difficult for banks to process money from dispensaries - if you want more dispensaries to take credit cards (I certainly do!), push for real legalization efforts federally, so dispensaries can stop being required to jump through ten million hoops for banks to be able to work with them! (Sorry to get political, haha.)Anyway, they have a relatively small but nicely curated selection of edibles, including both the usual suspects for pretty typical prices, and some interesting more local stuff I haven't seen any of the places we shop at in Long Beach, most notably their drinks selection. Their drinks are pretty expensive in terms of thc-per-dollar, but they're also more like craft beers (some literally - they've got a couple drinks from Lagunitas!), so it's completely reasonable that they would be (and they're still cheaper than most of the craft beer I buy - generally $6-7 for a single-serve 10mg bottle, or slightly cheaper per bottle for 4-packs). All their drinks are also buy-2-get-one-half-off every Thursday. I also liked that they have a selection of individually-wrapped 5mg candies for $1 and individually-wrapped 10mg candies for $2.They also have a pretty small but nicely-curated flower selection, including, part of the reason that pulled me back: they literally grow their own house flower in-house, like you can literally see it growing behind a glass window while you're there, which almost feels like burying the lede, that's so unique!), which you can then buy here. Their flower's all not cheap (legitimately, you can tell it's quality), but I liked that they have multiple sizes of some of them - normal eighths, but also 2g jars for slightly more per gram, as well as much larger bags for much less per gram. Since it was pricey and not on sale, I figured I'd just get one 2g jar - they recommended (strongly recommended! One of them was so excited to recommend it, she was basically giddy, haha) their house "Lemolina" strain, and I can confirm: it is strong, smooth, and delicious! I think it was $23 for their 2g "dub-sack".I will also admit, part of the reason I was there the second time was, I got a $1 preroll for my first visit, so I pulled my wife in next time and got a second one, cause their house infused prerolls are bomb, too! You also get a $1 preroll for buying flower on Friday, just too bad the only Friday I was in Santa Cruz that time was Christmas day. I'm sure I'll be back, though - they're down the street from where I grew up, and quality, so I want them to do well!My only real complaint is this: most of their prices are only printed on tiny stickers that are hard to find, often on the BOTTOM of packages, so you have to pick them up and look all over to see how much things are - half the time I just asked an employee, wasting their time! They need better price stickers! That is a really tiny complaint, though!

I have visited 3 Bros 4 times and they are batting 1000 on customer service and knowledge. I definitely recommend them!

With all the outstanding dispensaries in Santa Cruz, don't waste your time with a company that doesn't understand how to provide decent customer service. 3 Bros will rip you off if you give them a chance. Check your receipt before you leave or you'll end up having to stand in a line for 30 minutes just to get the money back from the purchase they overcharged you for.
