Some dispensaries you can just tell they gear more towards the buzz and less on the actual medicating side of things. At Surterra they care about the whole package. They are so nice and helpful at this location. I place online orders and they never mess them up and they're always ready super fast. Love this place

Great experience. Helpful staff. Denzel is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Mary is also a gem, Very sweet efficient. Autumn was great as well recommending exactly what fit my needs. Love this place. And they also seem to have discounts frequently.

I appreciate the friendly service with a smile. The whole staff are great and very knowledgeable regarding the merchandise. Shour out to Merry who greets me by name and caring energy as well as Autumn. Sweet souls indeed. You wanna go where everybody knows your name...

I was impressed with the products they offer. The prices are somewhat decent. However, the mood in that building is extremely negative and just really sad. It's very small and nowhere to really sit or stand. They don't even offer the veterans plus the first time discount. Not so sure if I'll be back to this one.

I'm going to be honest. I will drive twice as far to go to Park St vs Orange Park Surterra because of the customer service. I went there for 710 and Merry made the experience amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind, and you could tell she loves her job, her customers, and her company. Thank you Merry! I'll be back to see you, for sure!
