I have been to the newly opened Curaleaf on 103rd Street in Jacksonville, FL, twice already.  I was helped both times by a Curaleaf associate, Ms. Rachael, who was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with my "newbie" questions.  She took the time to make sure that I got the correct items to meet needs (i.e., MJ for spine pain & insomnia).  The dispensary is clean, well-organized and has excellent security.  I felt very comfortable patronizing this business.  The on-site ATM machine is a plus as I forgot to bring cash (sorry, no credit cards honored).  Btw, veterans receive an additional discount!

Hang in there!  Beautiful dispensary and great staff deserve the inventory they need to serve all of North Florida!  Contact the officers found on website to encourage them as they are promising expansion of growth. You should get a response and perhaps a discount!

I absolutely love this store and all the staff. I am in here so often, they just know me. They've become my friends! I will choose this location, before I go to any other dispensary. Every single staff member here, is amazing. They are so helpful and so sweet!

Curaleaf is clean & sometimes I'll get a nice employee helping me out, but their products are subpar. I won't be shopping with them anymore.

I do my order online they are very good about getting my products to me on time and they are very good giving you discounts and love they flower it relax you feel good after you smoke it I buy pre roll I have tried they oils but like flower better I will keep order from them

Excellent location!  I've been to both and I can say they both have very friendly staff. There selection is excellent and they carry a lot of strains you see on Leafly.I'm not sure what other reviews are referring to when they say the products aren't effective.  I have always been satisfied with the effects and I can tell you, the products are not the differentiating factor between dispensaries, customer service is.I have been consuming cannabis for many years so I've been lucky to try a variety of strains and products in places like Oregon, Washington and Colorado.  Everything I've purchased has been on par with dispensaries in those states.  I've only taken the time to write this because I feel as though the negative reviews are untrue.

Stock problems.  Weak weak weak products in 400 and 600mg vape carts too. Very harsh. Curaleaf does have a very long menu - too bad there is never anything available.  Staff are always nice but what can they do if there is no stock?The problems with stocking NE Florida thru the panhandle from all dispensaries is a big problem. Only one seems to never have stock issues and they are delivery only.  See my other reviews for more information. Please Curaleaf; stock up the Jacksonville and planned Orange Park location! We can't keep running around for nothing and those low prices add up when the low mg products are harsh and ineffective.

I've been to a lot of dispensaries and this is hands-down the best one I have ever been to.  The staff is unbelievable friendly and caring love this place.

The bud tenders here are the best! They know the product and can steer you towards or away from a certain strain. They also make sure your order is cost effective. Very best dispensary to visit.

I am consistently impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the people are at Curaleaf.  Every visit I have had consistently wonderful service, all my questions answered and I am impressed with quality/effectiveness of the products. There has never been an occasion where I was unable to get what I needed and there is always an impressive selection.Also, and this is important, I feel very secure and safe there.Yesterday, amid the Covid-19 craziness I went to the dispensary and was so surprised when Julie came to my car, brought me a menu and facilitated my transaction so that I was able to stay in the car and maintain a safe distance from others.  Julie was fantastic throughout our interaction and very helpful.Curaleaf stayed open during this crisis so people had access to needed medicine and adapted their processes to afford the greatest safety for all of us.It's clear that Curaleaf cares for its patients and the community.

The staff at 103rd Jacksonville are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and respectful. The prices are best in the industry and not bad products! The growers need to work on a mix up on strains because even the loyal customers are going to get tired of the same strains and low testers,

Very clean dispensary. It's actually pretty inside and the staff are all very kind and informative. A great dispensary to visit. I don't know if you can tell ⅙ I am talking about the Curaleaf on San Jose. I have been to the location on 103rd also. It's small compared to the San Jose. They both have really good products and great service. I love that they know what they are talking about. Absolutely will be a return customer.

Need to get a better grade of bud. 14/16 percent is all I've ever seen from you guys. Take notes from muv they always have fire.
