I've always had good time coming to swed co , but I'm the past few month the quality of weed has come down so much. Found a chunk of hair in a 1/8th of weed I bought a few months ago but let it go because of all my good experiences, but today was the last straw the current 1/8th I have from them is infested with little bugs
The absolute worst Custer service I have ever experienced baught two cartridges from these guys both burned before finishing the first 25% of the cart came to ask if I can replace it with a different cart and they said they can't do anything about just cause it "still works " like are you kidding me? Complete joke
I bought 100$ of joints from these guys and 3/10 were empty? This should definitely not be a thing If I'm paying for the whole ten
Sold me faulty carts. Didn't want to replace em. They were almost 80% full. Rip off ass snakes.
Rudy and Frank were incredibly rude, my husband and I came in to purchase some flower. My husband is fairly discerning and asked to look at multiple products, if the product was not something he wanted he moved onto the next one. Rudy the bud tender became increasingly irritable and short with my husband to the point of being rude. My husband attempted to explain that he was simply trying to find a product that he was interested in. The situation quickly escalated to both Rudy and Frank raising their voices and telling us to either "Buy the fucking flower or get out. This is too much." We attempted to purchase the flower we had already chosen and were refused service. Being someone who works in the industry I can honestly say this type of behavior is terribly inappropriate.We have been to SWEDco countless times and have always received exceptional service from every bud tender- espeicially Julia, Jay, and Alyssa W!This is our first and only negative experience at SWEDco and we will not be returning. It's a shame to lose such a favorite spot over a couple of bad attitudes. We will never be back to this shop. However, shoutout to Julie, Alyssa, Jay, Margot, and all the other solid ones.
The entire staff is wonderful. Always a great experience every time i visit. Great deals, large selection of products. There's a little something for literally any cannabis cannasisseur! A must visit for sure! SMOKE WEED EVERY DAY!
I enjoy stopping in here. Andrew is a good dude and always helpful. I forget the other guys name, but he's real cool and always a good conversation. They always have what I need and they are right down the road. Smoke weed every day?!
Best dispo in town!!! Definitely the largest selection and the nicest staff!! Won't go anywhere else!! Love all the edible and flower selection!
I discovered Swedco on my way to Mt. Hood. I appreciate dispensaries who can accommodate medical patients with kindness and support. I found their joint selection to be EXCELLENT - a LOT to choose from. The knowledge of the strains by the budtenders was good, as I have pinene allergies, so it is important that budtenders know their strains!I see that people have had problems in the past and I didn't let it sway my stopping in - because it is convenience for me. I know there is a high turnover in the budtender world and I've encountered some BAD nuggets in the bunch......who just make it DERPY for medical patients like myself. So I base my reviews of places on the present moment - and the past three times I've been in on the way to the mountain, I've had knowledgeable and friendly staff......and have been treated kindly, along with really enjoying my prerolls. I've purchased edibles here as well......for me its about vibes and customer service. I appreciate having an affordable dispensary before I head up the mountain (which is not as affordable)......and its usually a quick stop. I serve on the Oregon Cannabis Commission subcommittees, so I have a DISCERNING eye and presence when going into dispensaries - as a researcher and as an OMMP patient. I think people need to not hold a dispensary down when one bad nugget steps out of line......I had a budtender at Farma verbally attack me for being a white and not giving reparations.....and I still go there from time to time. Ya never know who is going to flip a lid in an industry. My two cents is to talk with management to make it a better place. And BE COOL + know return policies. And dispensary managers = BE COOL. It's all a balance.I will be returning to Swedco as my go to up the mountain - and check out their joints!!! They have some GOOD ONES :)
Great customer service always a pleasure very helpful. It's nice when you can walk in somewhere and not no much about all the different strains and the sales person nos what there talking about Onpoint Everytime & always w a smile Thank you guys and gals for that .
The quality of the product they sell is below the average, but customer service is even beyond the worst expectations. Stay away from this place and especially the guy named Jay. An update to my above review from 6/14/2021: The company contacted me stating that they don't have anyone on the floor by name Jay. Which in fact is one big fat lie. Even though the guy didn't bother to introduce himself, I heard that one associate was referring to him as JAY. The guy has a dark hair and bristle on his face. an update since my previous comment: The store replied to my above comment initially with one comment, see the image attached. I guess, after they read my comments thoroughly with the exact description of the guy, they finally believed me and understood that I am not lying and decided to change their comment, see the image attached. Here is what I think about all this: I appreciate their effort to reach out to their customers and take care of the problem. That could all be avoided if only Jay was not so rude to the customer who was asking him simple questions about the product. It turned out that Jay is a MANAGER in the store. If he is he the one who talks to the customers when there is a problem, WOW, that makes everything even worse. I hate to ruin their assumptions, but I need to tell that I am not the person who was complaining about your $20 "budget conscious" cartridges, ahaha a nice try though to humiliate someone. That just tells me something about them again. I feel sorry for any of their customers who dealt or will deal with this manager, the guy gets frustrated if you ask questions about the product, cannot even imagine what happens if there is a real problem. Also, there is no need to offer me any discounts because I am not going to use any of your products the flowers and edibles that I bought were very low-quality. New update to my comment: Now the store wants me to contact them to resolve the issue. But why would I do that if I known 100% that there is nothing they can do for me. I don't want any discounts, their product doesn't worth it. There is no way they get my business back.
Great place with awesome staff. And prices that are easy on the wallet which is even better. Smoke Weed everyday
They have a great selection, cool merchandise and friendly, knowledgeable staff! Will definitely be back!
The tenders here are wonderful. We're pretty much regulars but they treat everyone with respect and have good deals. We like to get their gummies and concentrate when the sales are good.
