Horrible I have left for the 2nd time disappointed I won't be returning, product is way over priced  compared to deans greens or even nectar products are so so the employees are nice but don't waste your time here drive to deans or just down the road to nectar for the better quality stuff that won't leave you feeling like you got robbed  ‍

Called their phone and dude that answered acted like he didn't want to answer my question it's not against the law to provide details about a product i was interested in buying. Don't wanna walk a hr just to go to a dispensary and not know what Im gettin. Anyways I asked for details about their concentrates and dude said price started at $12. Well ended up taking the walk. When I got there I asked about their prices on concentrates again. Then said the grams started at $13. Asked if that was with tax included he said yes. Then at register he try charging me $14. Terrible customer service over the phone and then they lie about the prices of the products.

Usually pretty good here. I gave them a $100 bill rug for Christmas. Went there tonight after a meeting. Got there at 9:42.  Google says open til 9:55. Lights off, doors closed. So I drove off and called. Someone answered and let me know it was open when they saw me, but would be closed before I got back.  For the record, its 9:53 now that I'm back home writing this. Could have let me know you weren't closed when you saw me. Or, you know, stay open until the time advertised.

Tyler gave us such great service when we were in town a few weeks ago. Very knowledgable and helpful with good recommendations. The shop is great and so were their deals! We made a couple of stops in here and left happy every time.

This review is not only for all the rightous pot consumers out there, but for the manager Francis and the owners of Green Mountain Fire.If you look at my trail of reviews of this establishment, you can see a pattern of poor business practices over several months of reviews. There are certain individuals who work there that are consistently showing good cust. service skills and proper compliance with OLCC regulations and charging consistent correct prices for the same types of reocurring purchases.Then there are a couple of others, and one in particular, a thin brunette girl with long hair and tat's that are just the opposite, inconsistent in customer service demeanor, inconsistent in pricing for the same thing and inconsistent in weighing of flower. She is obviously taking advantage of this place and their customers and the owners as well. If she can bounce buds all over the place, pick them up with her fingernails and put them in your container, charge and say what ever she wants about it anytime she wants to. She is probably their lead BT and is playing them like a violin. No wonder she gave me a container that read 4.0 with only 2.8 actually in it. Wonder how many times that she has done that and how many buds she has had mysteriously disappear into her lungs.  (Warning to all customers who buy here, make sure you verify the weight as soon as you get home before you puff any.) Bet there are many who would find the same thing as I did from the same BT.As I've read in other reviews, they really don't seem to care about their customers. Oh well, there are many pot stores all over that have the same and better deals. May have to drive a little further, however, better to get treated rightously than not. Another red flag is that they don't have a working website at this point in the Oregon pot game.  There really is no excuse for that, other than lazy or shady or both.   See ya...sure would hate to be ya... I'd wager I'm not the first and not the last local customer that has stopped going here.

Disgusted by their sign "Hero's work here" every time I drive by. Are they trying to compare themselves to healthcare workers that have to witness Covid patients who are struggling to breath or assist with a person who is dying of Covid? Don't even try to compare yourselves. Repulsive.

I have never had anything but excellent service and educated associates that take their time with you. Great product selection, and clean store!Appreciate the suggestions of items and some products! Keep up the great work. I think this is one of Gresham's best kept secret right here!  Seriously Check it out!Thank you!

I've been here 3 times now and I have always received great customer service from all employees! Knowledgeable staff! But tonight my van wouldn't start when I was leaving there an employee even helped jump my battery for me! Thanks Green Mountain Fire!

I stumbled upon this place on my way home a month ago. Very large selection and great prices. The budtenders are friendly and helpful. They have helped me choose the right product each time. I would recommend anyone that enjoys variety to stop by and see what they have to offer you.

Green Mountain Fire was the high for my trip to Portland. Super nice and FUNNY! dude helped us find what we need. Good vibes all around for our first Portland dispensary experience.

One of the best shops I’ve been to (and I’ve been all over the country). Helpful staff, great selection and prices.
