Amazing place been coming here since they opened. The customer service is by far the best in any dispo I go into. Highly recommend for me smokers as well. Staff knowledge is lit!

First time here, will not return. Check in process ok, lots of product to choose from. However, the entire  purpose of a "bud tender" is to help you meet your needs  through education.  Ours was impolite and impatient, could not give clear answers,  made us feel rushed,  pushed products we were not interested in. This behavior is either commission based or he simply lacks knowledge of product which is so unfair to the customer. To save embarrassment, I will not mention his name. Beware!  if you need advice on recreational or medical , please go elsewhere with a caring and knowledgeable staff.

I am a regular costumer and usually love this place. I came in knowing exactly What I needed. I left with the right items but not the strains that I asked for. This bummed me out because I like to have certain strains. Bud tenders please take your time and listen to your customers!

I have to say this is by far my favorite place to get my meds. The folks who work there are knowledgeable and take time to answer any and all questions and don't make you feel bad about not knowing. The product at Oasis has always been top quality for me. I have never had a thought of I've been ripped off or shorted. Keeping a company thriving takes good people and Oasis has hit the mark. Long wait time to get in. Long wait time to get served once inside. Employees are friendly enough, but if you don't know what you want, they didn't offer much help. Prices are average to higher than average.

My bud tender was awesome!!! He helped me with specials, flavors and even had a special I didn't know about!!! I always go to oasis. A little out of my way but they always have the best selection!!!! My bud tender was Omar Arambula!

The wait to get in is unreasonable. They are way too slow. Been waiting almost a half hour. They have you wait to check in at a different place than you enter across the parking lot. Then they give you some sort of weird pager? That has a really annoying beep..... It is just overall a poor customer experience service. Other customers thought the idea of waiting in the parking lot was a foolish one as well. Please work on being more timely and professional. The industry gets a bad name because of this nonsense.

*medical patient* Oasis has been one of my go to dispensary's since they opened because they're down the street from me. Today though the security guard at the door didn't go by the one-to-one rule because "I feel bad for them", and then proceeded to let the recreational patient to berate me and other medical patients about how it's his right to be there just like us and he should be allowed to go first. No I have a reason to be there and have to pay a fee, you just want to; and this is why they have a security guard to stop stuff like this and he didn't. Don't get me wrong the security guard was nice but not efficient. Hopefully they'll improve soon...

I always get what I need. They have a large selection! Online ordering is fast. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable.

First dispensary I have come to in AZ. They're customer service is AMAZING!! As soon as you approach the store the energy of security guard is sooo welcoming. While checking in associates always ask how you're doing and just ready to start a conversation.. makes the time in there go by so fast for waiting.. most of the associates are very knowledgeable and if they aren't sure they don't mind looking something up or asking a fellow worker.. this location give the family orient. I will gladly drive 40 minutes for the exceptional service.

This place is probably the best place because of service, quality and  convenience. They are constantly working on better ways to improve the experience. It's a must have as your reliable local shop!

Great place and are always SUPER helpful!! I go in about twice a month and an always greeted with smiling faces, ready to answer any questions.

This is my favorite dispensary. The bud tenders are always very nice and make sure you get the best price for whatever you need. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and chill. I love the set up just wish they could love to a bigger and better location soon.

Save time, MONEY, and feel welcome SOMEWHERE ELSE! Went in today after not going for 2 months (due to rude tenders), was made to feel like I was bothering the tender by asking questions so that I could find what I need within my budget. I have had some good tenders there before but the few that cant be bothered to do there job have ruined it! That along with the prices.

Charge at least $10 gram and still short CUSTOMER of medicine? WTF Before yesterday Oasis Glendale was 1 of the 3 dispensaries that were my favorites.  That is based on the consistency of the medicine & friendly & knowledgeable Bud tenders. I was in there on 04/08/21 & purchased 14 grams of Alien OG from Gold or Platinum shelf's.( $120 something ) for 4 pre weighed eights. Went home check out evening news & dinner then went out on patio to try the Alien OG. It turned to be very nice. Nice taste & very smooth at helping to relieve my chronic pain. Anyway I smoked the 1st pre-weighed 8th Thurs evening & all day Friday.  Friday evening I brought another of the eights out back. I noticed that the label that was supposed to show product not tampered with was not on securely & when I opened container it did not appear to be 3.5 grams of flower that was supposed to be in container. I opened & weighed them on 2 different digital scales I have. The contents of all 3 of those containers weighed 3.0 grams each for a TOTAL SHORTAGE of 1.5 Grams of the 14 Grams I PAID For.I have spent a lot of money @ Oasis (67th Ave. & Bell Rd) several of the Bud tenders recognize  me when I come in. When I went to discuss this situation with manager I had 840 points accumulated in my account. Even the Manager on duty today (Conner)stated he recognized me when he came out side to discuss the situation this morning. I tried to lay out situation clearly but could tell half way thru my explanation was falling on deaf ears. I asked Mr Conner if he was calling me a liar, to which he did very good job dancing around the question. I could tell we were just going to go round in circles so asked if I could go in and redeem my "loyalty points" that I currently had on account because this will probably be my last visit to Oasis Dispensary as I'm disabled and can't afford to be SHORTED 1.5 grams every 14 grams I buy, can YOU?

Don't bother sending the " owner" an email . I sent one 2 months ago and haven't heard anything from them yet . I was complaining about the security guard being very rude to me . I haven't been back since this happened. I only gave them 1 star because you have to .

This spot is awesome! Always super great staff willing to help you out and answer any questions. Great loyalty program! Great selection. But really it's the people who work there who make the difference !

I love this spot oasis hooked it up I just moved from Modesto Cali and I went to a few cannabis stores and they treated me nasty not taking my ID and the other really really expensive my 3ed stop was oasis well guys now it's my number 1 place and when you talk to the bud tender they link with you and get you what you need but don't blink because there quick before you know it bom bam you in the car ready to roll

I haven't smoked leaf in over 29 years and I had no idea how or what to purchase. Oasis was the closest to me at the time and I went there first. Fortunately I did, as the staff there was extremely patient with all of my questions and set me up with the right product for my nausea and pain. Thank you!

Today's visit was a nightmare. I've never had a rude budtender until today. Adam should not continue to work here or at any other dispensary. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and walked away from me while I was inquiring about the pricing. I was beyond disrespected by Adam. I ended up requesting another budtender to check me out Adrian, the manager, was supposed to help with checking out by applying my discount. Once he was finished, my $269 ounce came out to like $290. He didn't apply the $20 off $200 promotion for today or my 25% discount. When I asked where the 25% off is, I was told $8 was taken off. We all know 25% of $269 is well more than $8. I don't know what's going on but the new operation here is terrible.

Bought some shitty Rosin from this location. Was comped a 25% discount on my next visit. Couple months later I show up, I made an online order. The product I wanted could not be comped for the 25% discount. The discount applied only to certain brands I didnt want. Therefore if you have a shitty product or a damaged product from this location. Apparently you have to spend more money.This store clearly does not care for patients. I don't dab BHO or PHO. They only want your money.

The employees inside are not bright. They've gotten my order wrong ATLEAST 5 times ! They've forgotten to give my ID back a few times . They've accidentally charged me double for a item . They mess up on the regular if you don't pay attention . And there's a big heavy set girl in there that mad dogs you if you don't give her a tip . The security guard outside with a tip jar is a joke also . I've waited to long to give them a bad review . But today is the day . PICK IT UP SLACKERS!

Best dispensary in north Phoenix hands down The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is amazing and it's never packed.

I was so excited to purchase my first legal weed for recreational use. Everything went well until the guy that helped me. Or didn't help me. He never explained in advance that recreational sakes were subject to an additional 17% tax. The prices that were quoted did not include that tax. He knew I was a recreational customer. Since that time I have gone to other dispensaries. The price they quoted was the price I paid. So I feel he either ripped me off and pocketed the extra 17% or they deliberately did not disclose this to me. Either way I feel scammed. Other than that the facility is nice. I will most likely not go back. There are so many other places to go to. I don't like being taken advantage of. He also did not mention the senior discount that they offer. All in all it could have been much better.

They have an odd check in process since COVID started apparently, but the establishment is clean and well maintained. The people are awesome and since I'm a Veteran they helped me immensely.

This dispensary is amazing! They are extremely welcoming and have a great variety of product to pick from. I will definitely be back and suggested this dispensary to my friends and family!

The staff there is awesome! Any and all questions i had were answered. Got some gummies that were amazing. The brownies hit different!!!  Overall very satisfied and will be returning. Make sure you enroll in their program! Def worth it.

With a great new location oasis provides amazing consistent products. Great art on the outside of the building makes it fun to shop. I love coming here!

I really liked going here but then  on Friday 09/10/21 I went in and gave them my form of ID that I didn't know was expired it was just a passport but they didn't notice it either it was on me and then I give them that. I recently just had my wallet stolen and they have my original license in their loyalty program they pulled up all the time. on that Friday I went in No Problem ! I purchased an 8th and a stiZy pod but they had a deal buy one get one free Stizzy pod. So I got another pod for free. I didn't open it till Monday. But on Sunday my sister in law flew in for her birthday. I took Her To the same Dispensary. Gave them a the Same Form Of ID got in No Problem.  Next day on Monday I open the stizzy Pod and There was No Pod In There ! So I called and the same manager I seen on both days knew who I was cause she pulled up my phone number with my ID On their computer. I went in that manager wasn't there so I told them the issue about the empty box with No Pod. They wouldn't let me in even tho I brought in two OTHER FORM OF ID and they have the one they save on filed and still wouldn't let me even purchase anything or talk about the issued with the empty pod. I was recommending people to come here. But honestly not worth it. Also I'm pretty sure now their is a list of people who can loose their job since they didn't even notice the first time that one my form of ID which was a passport that was a expired and they took it before. Arent they suppose to tell me that from the beginning  and double check for IDS like that. cause it seem like they just cared about me buying things actually the same lady today that told me I can't get in cause my passport expired is the same LADY who been checking me in before Sunday and Friday. BUT it's cool

Everytime I come in the service is always fast and pleasant. I enjoy the variety of edibles they offer and the prices are very affordable. Thank you again!

Seedy buds. People are paying way too much money to getting seedy nugs. It's unfair to spend your hard earn pay only to find that you have some seeds and it gives you a headache. You can do better, we all know you can. Customer service was good however.

They take proper precaution to make everyone feel safe, all their employees wear masks and they also require a temperature check at the door. Great customer service & great experience overall! Good deals too!!! Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. :)

Just kidding. I had to come in here and turn my great review into a terrible one. Trying to sell me diamond tier flower as pre packaged. I even called before driving down here because they ripped me off through supurb. When I got in they tried selling their tiered flower to me as abundant organic pre packaged. The flower they tried to claim was abundant was horrific and clearly was not. So when I tried to buy some other pre packaged like grow science to save a wasted trip they didn't even have anything that was quality to replace it with. Had to settle with some garbage. Will not be coming back here. And what a shame too I was talking all good about this place too before this since they pre packaged quality until I realized they were packing their own tree and saying it's another brand. Insulting the consumers intelligence by thinking we don't know the difference. I will not be coming back. Go to MUV, Emerald, or the holistic center

I bought a cart that was leaking and I called, and the manager Conner was so nice and helpful and replaced my cart at no charge. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Great staff and great product!

Dissapointed -- 27% taxed on your product. What? And this is on twenty something percent THC, what they call high content, LMFAO. High content in SoCal or Denver is 38 to 42 percentile category. Uhm, understanding this is probably a state sanctioned or a Goofy Ducey thing, didn't let it be a factor at Oasis.Baby steps, Arizona, baby steps.

Well, I'll give credit where credit is due. I recently posted a scathing review of Oasis, criticizing their lack of organization with handling recreational vs medical patients. They either took my advice or simply came to their senses rather quickly. I'll pretend it's because they took my advice.I decided to take a risk on an online order and was very happy to see separate lines for both recreational and medical patients. Additionally, they finally had a security guy managing the lines, something that most dispensaries have been doing long before marijuana became legal for recreational use.As a medical patient, I ordered some of my beloved GG4 for sleep use and was in and out within a matter of minutes - just as it should be.Weed quality and customer service have never been an issue, despite what others might say. Expect a long line for recreational users, but that's pretty typical right now at all dispensaries. Overall, I think you'll be pleased.

Had a great visit both times I've stopped in. Everyone was friendly, deals were good. We'll be returning.Check their website for the daily deals.

Since my original posting of this review I haven't gone back. Their deals seem to have gotten better, but spending $65 on flower that's testing @ 18-21% is some bullshit. Their prices are too high for the lack of quality. You can find better wax at reef testing at higher thc % and you can find much better bud at ponderosa or health for life (cave creek). Since this shop was sold to some big shot company that owns dozens of other dispos you could tell that the mom and pop vibe was lost and now it's big business and maximizing profits. Shop somewhere else you won't regret it.

The Glendale/Arrowhead location has been so helpful. When I didn't know much and needed to learn quickly they were so helpful. They offer Medical and Recreational. The store is clean and staff is educated and have great customer service.

Three times now I've gotten home & found an incorrect item in my bag. I should not have to check & make sure the clerk is giving me what they say they're giving me.50% of the time the THC content quoted by the clerk is NOT what's on the container. If I pay for premium grade, I expect the clerk to tell me when bud is not high potency.Stop covering information like THC content with the stupid labels. I can only assume they do this so we won't know. Not too hard to put it somewhere it won't block info. I'm sure they know this but have dark reason for hiding it.60% of the dispensaries I've patronized have a current menu that list, at the very least, THC content of selections. Many also include the terpenes. Not only is this information hard to find at this location, it's usually unavailable. At this place, they slap your hand if you touch the displays to see the THC content. Very sophomoric.If I'm going to pay outrageous prices (double street value) I expect the same service I would get at a liquor store. They can tell you the alcohol content as well as what's in it. Pot shops need to do the same!

Went for the first time today because their online menu said they had one of my fave strains and my "regular" dispensary did not, so I drove the few blocks from my house to this place. I knew what I wanted and I browsed their little display kiosk thing for a quick minute before they called me up and I told the budtender (Ashley I think) my order and she went off to grab it and the whole deal took like 3 minutes from me entering and filling out their form to me headed back to the car. They dont have the fancy screwtop glass jars like my regular place, they use a film-canister style container (for you kids that is a thing that you used to keep film in before you brought it into be developed). Im Okay with that.The place seems pricey for much of their stuff but if you watch the daily deals you can get a discount, like I did today. They also have military and senior discounts I think. Bottom line was it seems a bit cramped but if you aren't there at some peak hour it's very fast and efficient. They don't sell grams though so you can't really try out new stuff without committing to at least an 1/8th.

STELLAR employees and prices just discovered this hidden gem of a dispensary Was literally in and out an hour before they closed Afternoons are nuts 30 min wait time even with an online order had 20 people waiting in line but the price is worth the wait and obviously everyone here agrees and all the employees are happy
