Worst dispensary In Phoenix they lie about their specials ive been a loyal customer for years and due to covid they have increased their prices as well as don't allow birthday special I was told by an employee they would honor my birthday and they told me flat out to my face when I came in on my birthday and after that they weren't willing to honor their original agreement I will never come back here trash attitude from employees someone hit and ran my vehicle In their parking lot they wouldn't get me any information or footage I've had a gun pulled on me in their parking lot they have no security this is the ghetto of dispensaries and I'd head away from it entirely. THE WORST

I went because they had my favorite strain of flower. I also ordered a 1:1 tincture. I appreciated the shorter, pre-order line. I confirmed my order on a receipt, and watched him fill a bag with my flower. As he was stapling the bag closed I asked about the tincture. He'd forgotten it.Got home and it's the wrong tincture.They must be selling good stuff to screw up like this. I left a phone message asking for a resolution and have not heard back.

To be honest I've been coming here since February 2019. The prices are amazing. The concentrates are decent. But the flower is garbage. Do not buy flower here unless you are buying top top shelf. You want decent popcorn buds or mid tier go elsewhere.Plus customer service has been so so. The ladies always nice but the man who helped me today was rude and treated me like an idiot.

They're terrible at customer service, a bunch of stupid douchebags that think they run shit just cause they work in a dispo. They took down my license plate and said they were gunna trespass me even after I was already leaving and literally going onto the street. They said I was being rude even tho I wasn't breaking any rules or doing anything wrong. They told me I wasn't allowed to come back, or that cops will be involved, so I can't wait to get a lawyer involved if that's the case because at the end of the day, I'm still a patient and they treated me like shit and than banned me. Pretty sure it was the assistant manager too btw so there's that all cause we parked in the back against the fence. Maybe paint the sides red or yellow or put up a sign to not park there instead of being an ignorant person, thank you if I could give you no stars I would!!!

I bought Purple Lamborghini 45$ for an 8th and it was horrid the worst shittiest weed I've ever had in my life it was so freaking dry! In total I spent 60$ with taxes. I've bought weed from Portland , Washington, California and Nevada and I've never had shitty weed like this in my life. I wouldn't recommend plus their selection is small.

Great dispensary with nice and knowledgeable employees! The menu online makes it convenient for your orders, so that your in and out. Definitely will come back.

This used to be my favorite place for the longest time. I would drive all the way across the valley for your quality and prices... things are different now that you guys have consistently been raising prices. It used to be worth the drive but now it never is. It's so disappointing to see such a great thing ruining itself. I used to come in and get 2 ozs of shatter every time I went but now that's just unpractical as I'm basically paying double the price! Shame on you guys for taking advantage of minimal price increases by gouging the public. Well done.

This place is unsafe for customers.. The security guards are on something other than weed. Extremely confrontational and aggressive.

I went back earlier in the day to buy some more edibles. I had the same helpful guy at the checkout. It was a much, much better experience!

The manager Francisco is an absolute jerk there bud tenders are so rude and know nothing about weed this place is a joke when I tried to talk to a manager he told me go shop somewhere else and clearly he knows this place is horrible

I have been coming here since I first turned 18 which will soon been 3 years. I have never been super impressed, but then today I went in with my boyfriend for his first time patient deal and so I could get my referral deal. Once I found out I would only get a $1 silicon wax container I decided not to make a perches but to wait for my boyfriend to get called up to pay. He was called up quickly and he gave the girl his money but then the manager kicked us out because I didn't buy anything and gave him his money and told him he would need to come back another time without me. I have been to almost every dispensary and this has NEVER happened.

Terrible customer service coming from Caleb and the manger Francisco, after driving back because they messed up my ordered and didn't give me the discount of the day, when I came back the had audacity to tell me my title is $54 when they're suppose hand me change back, and other employees in the back shouting " keeep walking the door is that way maroon " after my transition is not professional at all, this place needs to be shut down!

Flower comes pre packaged in a cat food peel like container. Flower tasty moldy. The pull and snap wax was awesome the first visit here and the last 2 times it's been not even a gram of wax just melted to brow wax paper. The pre rolls for $4.50 are the only thing worth getting. If you want great customer service or friendly staff don't go here, all staff are rude and just act like they hate their job.

Pros - Reasonably priced, good quality products. Cons - Rude, aggressive managers that speak to the down to the customers. We were consistent customers here and will not be returning.

I will never go back again. I got home after picking up an order and they did not put all of my items in the bag (even though he held each one up to show me), and then turned around and told me I was $20 short - I know I wasn't because I had my order total before I went. I called an left a VM asking to please call me back to sort this out. That was well over a week ago! What a crap place when you can't trust the staff.

Where do I start first I go there all the time for over 4 years and I go in there last night to have tiffani c at staton 3 ring me up for my 15 grams of wax and she tells me the price and I ask her a few times if she's sure that's the price with my med discount and she said yes and I just thought great their prices are the same as everyone else and then I get home and double check myself and then I see three 8ths that I did not order I'm a wax man and two she forgot to put it in there but now my allotment is short the 3 8ths well I called right way and it just rang well I messaged them got an email called and talked to the front desk she was very nice we gave her both mine and my husbands info and we are still waiting for someone to call still nothing I have my receipt to prove I'm not lieing and I know they can go back on their cameras due to my daughter used to work there I will keep everyone updated on the outcome ty for your time

I often would come all the way from Phoenix to Tucson to max out my allotment for quality products from Arizona Organix but it seems that it has gone profits over patients there. I ordered almost an Oz of wax and three of the jarred items were not full grams as advertised. What i got instead was thin layer instead of a full gram. I called into reconcile the issue with management and they didn't care and only stated 'our weights are certified through Arizona weights and measurements". Well if that's the case I'll be filing a complaint to the state for what was stolen from me by this dispensary. Don't buy the Gelatox Dragon fruit batters or any of them for that matter as they're not full grams.

Gave them 3 stars only because I've had some problems twice at this location the first incident I came in and was double charged for shatter, they did fix it and gave me another shatter as thats what I chose instead of waiting for a refund, the second time I gave the cashier 140 dollars she told me no i gave her 120 so I gave another 20 went home searched my purse cause I knew I had 165 on me and with my total I should of had 25 dollars left, the 20 was not there so I called let them know they did check cameras and did find my other 20 dollars, I do appreciate them making it right both times just frustrating to have had 2 separate incidents at the same location

How "expert" can these folks be at GROWING when every plant in their dirty, disgusting waiting room is HALF DEAD? And why is their pre-order window half built and left unpainted and unappealing?And why is their staff so clueless about what they sell? They literally couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. Why would anyone trust them with their MEDICINE? I won't ever go back.

Worst place ever customer service is beyond trash. There express window is a joke and there new budtenders. Either don't enjoy there job or don't know the right information to give. I would recommend No One Come Here Ever if you want to preserve the Dispensary Name in AZ.  Needs new management and customer service a whole Sweep wouldn't even help this places. On top of the fact they don't sell any other brands why would anyone go here. There money hungry no customer caring people Arizona doesn't need a dispensary like that.

You guys are straight trash. Super Unprofessional service. They honestly just lost a really loyal customer. There's no visible sign that said I couldn't be dropped off. Straight garbage.

COVID-19 has brought out the worst and the best in humanity. Arizona Organix is not exempt from this. Though they still have great prices and quality product, their once lacking customer service is now non-existent and almost militant. Had to call 6 times to get someone to answer, preorder takes 3 hours to confirm and once you're on site, your online order will be skipped and you'll be forced to wait even longer. Front desk was so so rude(though the pickup window person was amazing) and refused to answer any questions about the products that customers can't see before buying. In 45 minutes of waiting, did not see a security guard, either outside or inside the building. If you have a choice, choose another dispensary. If you want to spend 2 hours, and be treated like scum of the earth, they're open til 10.

Really No Stars!! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT HELP!! I purchased an ounce packaged in 8 vacuum sealed eighth ounce cans. 2 of the first 3 that I opened were mildewed/moldy. I also have 2 more unopened eights of one of the same strains that reeked. So at least half of my ounce was rotten weed. When I called them and asked for the owner, I was screened and put on hold for a manager. No manager became available so they took my number and told me that one would be calling. I waited over 5 hours, and no one called back so I called again. I went through the same screening, holding, and no manager available nor one of the three owners. The Lady on the phone was polite & apologetic and assured me that someone would call me. NO ONE DID!! Love this place for concentrate as you cant beat there prizes. There down the street from me so even better and always going back. Staff are friendly and quick which is great.

A very positive experience here. The office was very well organized and professional. It did not feel like I was walking into a head shop. You can either purchase product from an "Express Window" if you already know what you want or opt to go into the back to look at the product with a dispensary employee. I went into the back of the dispensary. Theresa was very informative and helpful during my visit. She was patient with all my questions, offering realistic solutions and advice on getting started. The vast array of options can be pretty overwhelming to someone not familiar with the process. All in all, I would return.

Oldest and worst dispensary in the state of Arizona. Concentrates melt like plastic and taste like burnt popcorn. The wax glows a unhealthy amount under a black light almost highlighter yellow. Literally Every strain taste and smells the same and it's disgusting. Took one dab and the flavor almost made me puke. Called to see if I could return them as to I'm extremely unsatisfying and live over a hour away, the manager was in disbelief I didn't like there pesticide poison and told me I'm pretty much SOL. I've reached out on Instagram to be blocked so I  will be taking there "medication" to be tested by an independent testing lab. I will be posting the results on my Instagram page @ bodhipax for whoever is curious if they are safe. I am 150% positive they are not but just based on my experience but only the tests will tell. I would never recommend visiting this place ever and will never be back. Waste of time, gas, money, and health. THIS PLACE WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE HOSPITAL! The melt will be at 450 degrees Fahrenheit so there is no worry of burning oil and you will see 1st hand how corrosive and disgusting this "medication" looks.

This place is usually pretty good, product is great. The only thing that sucks is the service usually. But the meds they're always on point. I recently went and purchased a half ounce of the shake that they sell. Thinking that everything else they sell is great so why would the shake be bad. The first thing I should have paid attention to his that I was not allowed to look at it it was just in a tube pre sealed. And I don't know about you but when I think Shake I think little pieces of weed that are already broken up and the leftovers of the weed that was there before. Not lawn trimmings. In the half ounce I got there was maybe one gram of smokable marijuana. And I'm not just a stoner who got his med card, I have screws and plates in my shoulder and my elbow and i'm in constant pain. Tried to talk to a manager, conveniently there wasn't one available. Sent am email to the email the receptionist gave me. No reply. I'm sure they make enough money to not have to sell what should be thrown in the garbage! Just sad when people take a beautiful thing like medical Marijuana, and do shady business. Ripping off patients they "care" about. I'll let you know if they ever reach out to resolve the issue.

I've been a loyal patient for years and feel the the management as well as some of the employees customer care is lacking if non existent. I was convinced to buy a product I was against purchasing, only to be assured that it's wasn't the product I knew it was. After spending two days trying to get someone to pick up I was finally able to speak to a live human being. They took down my information and told me I would receive a call back. I did receive a call back relatively quick, but the manager was trying to again convince me that what they did was to help me. They ran out of what I wanted, and instead of telling me the truth, they lied and sold me something else instead. I am most offended with being lied.  Then after the fact, told that they will see what they can do.

Today I went to pickup a curbside delivery, when I got there they said for safety issues they cannot fulfill my order since it was after dark and they aren't allowed outside the building however there were two employees out back.  I challenged the lady,  by telling her she was lying. A guy claiming to be a manager named Felipe walks up to my car asks me to hang up so he can help. I did, he then advised his policies again. I asked a simple question. Are you going to help or not. Since I didn't get a response, cause his only intention was to state the policy. I started to back up then he made a false accusation saying I was trying to run him over. How???? I was backing up!!!!!!! I then called to get his name so I can contact the BBB. He said that's fine I have you on camera trying to run me over. This place is packed with disgruntled rude people who are utilizing their "badge" to work there to be straight Karens!! Not helpful at ALL and such a horrible way to treat medical patients with PTSD very rude, and straight LIARS

Awesome dispensary!! The staff here are always super nice. The wait is sometimes a little long but other than that the service is amazing! They try to get everyone taken care of if quickly but with a lot of attention paid to what you really need. I love coming here!

Absolutely love this place. This was the first dispensary I went to when I got my card & they've had my business ever since. Employees are always very nice, professional, & if they don't know the answer to a question.. they will find it for you. I absolutely always recommend this place to my friends and family, & this will always be my favorite dispensary. Shout out to Mike & all the other wonderful employees (I'm the absolute worst with names) for always making it a great experience each time I come in.

Arizona Organix finessed me out of my money by selling me medicine that isn't as potent as advertised. I went in here for my first visit yesterday, they recommended the THC gel caps, so I purchased two 5 packs ( 25MG & 50MG ) . Later that evening I took one 25MG cap and didn't feel a thing. Earlier morning I decided to take a 50MG and still nothing. I called to see if there was some sort of resolution that could be made so that I may get a different item of equal or lesser value ($40) that actually worked.... which they could've easily done, but they did not allow that. The lady on the phone told me "medical marijuana is about trial and error" as if they blindly throw stickers on items that they don't know the potency of. Absolutely horrible customer service. If their shatter wasn't so cheap I probably wouldn't return lol

Just came here for the ftp special bogo well what they don't mention is the free 8yh is selected strains so that's irritating when I got there it went from 2 people in line to 7 and I noticed it was going slow when I finally got back there I saw why they had one register open when I asked about it the wait he said we don't like to rush our patients ok but how about not treat them like shit the person who helped me didn't care about anything and was very unhelpful and the clients that came in were all trash stays away from his place unless u want your car vandalized and wait for 1/2 for one person ahead of you

I would never recommend anyone coming to this place!!!! People working there can't add correctly. I ordered an ounce special for $150.00 but they only gave me 6 total eights. They shorted me 2 full eighths and I went back to get it corrected but they said I would be charged again for the extra 2 eights that I was missing! This place is garbage!!

Friendly Customer Service is nonexistent at this dispensary. Especially when get threatened by an employee(George) who directing everyone in front of the dispensary. Its one thing to ask someone not stop in front but don't get in my face and threaten me if i do that again im gonna get banned. Well guess what,  I'll take my money and get my meds someone else. If it was for Natalie or Reilly there I wouldn't ever even bother with your dispensary. Major Bummer. Used to love you guys.

Pathetic express lane process. Put in my order, no text back. Texted my order, no text back. got to the store where the express lane used to let you order what you want if you knew it...now it's placed orders only and these cats system loses it on the reg...total joke. Got hulks breath shatter last time and it was pretty good. Taste was like 7/10 and potency was like 6.5/10. Overall pretty good, but I've had better.I also a 50mg thc sap cap for 5 dollars. Totally worth the money. Not only is it good price for mg but I like how they hit you. Comes on fast and strong

Rolled to AZ Organix just to try something new last weekend. It's a little unassuming with it's spot there in Glendale but, once inside, the service was great. Staff was friendly, helpful, and explained anything I asked about. They grow their own flower, I understand, which I appreciate considering how quickly other dispensaries (who don't control their own) with shrug off inconsistencies as out of their control. I should have stayed longer and perused some more but it was an in and out trip. I'll definitely drop by when I'm in the area again though.

I used to be a frequent customer 2 times a week and I stopped going for a short period of time and went back today and they banned me from the dispensary with no call or email. They say the banned me in April but I made a purchase 2 weeks ago without any issues this place is all over the place it's embarrassing and unprofessional unfortunately they push customers away.

If u would have asked me yesterday I would have told u hands down go to Arizona Organix. From the staff and there knowledge on what they sell to the very best AZ has to offer in MMJ hands down in my opinion. I drive from Cave Creek and the 101 so I have other dispensary's right around me but I choose to go to Az Organix. Unfortunately thanks to EDDIE I will b considering never coming back. Have been coming here for years, meds are fair and prices are good. Came in and asked for 2 cartridges, 5 grams of wax. Left with 2 carts, 5 grams of wax however was charged for 6 grams of wax and 2 carts with only 5 grams and 2 carts in bag. Returned to complain, manager was not helpful only offering a 'free' gram (that I had paid for, but not asked) or store credit when I had never asked for 6 grams, only 5. I went over this with the clerk in the back, claiming my price didn't seem right several times. She proclaimed the price was because of tax etc. so I said fine. I went to my car, opened my package to find they had put the wool on me. I returned, complained and was only offered the gram I never asked for, but paid for, for 'free.' Very unpleased.

I have gotten consentrates here in the past and never had a problem. Went last week and asked the bud tender if she wa a patient and if she smoked consentrates. She stated yes. I told her i am looking for the shatter with the best terps. She suggested Moma mia and blueberry. I got 5 grams of each. The product tasted like nutrients and pestisides. The plant was not flushed that they used to make the product. It was completly unsmokable and tasted horrid. I called to speak with someone. She asked if i had a reciept which i said i did. She then said that the state is stricked  about returns even if the product taste bad. I told her this is not only a matter of it tasting bad this is also a major health concern. She said a manager would get back with me. That was this  last Friday never got a return call.  Garbage meds garbage customer service. If you are looking for a good  spot with terpy grams go to Bloom. They have 5 grams for $99 and are way better quality. Guess my next step is to run labs on the poison they sold me and put it on blast. Congratulations on turning away another patient.

Your security guy needs better training. He's insanely rude and turning away customers without even giving out a warning. I understand that I can't get dropped if I front and if I was told as I was getting out the car and NOT when I was already out of the car and my ride had already driven away I would have gladly got back in the car and listened but I had done it before with no issue so I didn't realize there was A new rule. but  instead of talking to me about it and informing me he ripped up the paper I was given for my order and told me to leave because I was not welcomed and I didn't even know why!! Legit had to ask why so confused!!! I then tried to phone them to speak to a manager but after 23 calles and no answer I guess there service is just shit in general. Good thing there's plenty of other much better dispensary's. Herbal wellness being the top with Securities that know how to do their job right without letting their bullshit wanna be title go to their head.

Stopped by yesterday and let me say in all 8 years of participating in the medical marijuana program this is the worst establishment I've been to after waiting 30 min after being told a 10 min wait I finally got to back it was my first time there so you'd figure I'd receive a FTP deal I purchased 2 8ths and wen Liz rang me up I inquired about my FTP deal and was told we just changed system but I'll put a note in so the next time I'm in I can get my FTP well not sure if you are aware but that will be my second time in what makes it worse is I'm from Glendale and to be treated like this is highly upsetting

This place sucks. They sell bunk and then the customer service is the worst in the industry.

Good prices on product. But the staff member that help me ruined the experience;he seemed bored. Then I asked him about his lame attitude and he replied "I just don't care". That was for sure.

Long waits, high staff turnover, so don't expect any friendly faces, prices are quite high.

Guy at the front desk seemed like he didn't want to be there. Basically he was a jerk. Never made it to "the back" that was my first and will be my last time there. Took my card back, went up the street and spent my money.

Always bomb flower and concentrates. Lowest prices around, love their Cali cactus, trapstar and Bruce banner. Always knowledgeable and friendly staff here too.

I am a fan of this place. I know they've been going through some changes and some turnover as of late. But for me personally the flower that I have purchased as well as the shatter that I have purchased has been on point. The one problem I've ever had with them they made it right. And they've been extremely generous to me as a patient as well as caring, kind and compassionate. You can't beat their prices they've definitely come down since the beginning and are definitely competitive with other dispensaries in the area. I would advise checking them out and keeping them on your shortlist definitely worth it if you're a medical patient have your card in the state of Arizona. For me personally it's one of my top three go to dispensaries in this area.

What can I say to explain the experience.  The staffing is as good as the Flowers.  The Papa's Og is the best! Don't take my word for it,  come on in and enjoy the experience as I do always!

This place at first, seemed a bit scarey since the entrance/exit is in the back of the building. But once I was in, coolest bud tenders and the place was clean and inviting.. This place exuberates confidence and they made me feel at ease with my flower order.

Great place to go always have ppl coming into the dispensary where I work at asking if we carry their sap!! All good thing about this place. Let's not forget they were the first to do it out here!!

Wonderful place. I was worried about going to a second dispensary after visiting the one that is more like a night club. Then I looked at the Arizona Organix website and saw how clean and professional their office and waiting room was.   At first I was thrown off by parking behind the building, then was quickly put at ease when I saw that they had security(he walked me to the door & even opened it for me). I loved my visit. It was clean, not a lounge like atmosphere. It felt like a dispensary should be. Professional, and after being in that dirty lounge dispensary I can't say it enough, CLEAN. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.   The flower was great, they had a nice selection. I was so pleased that I bought a sugar cookie and it was great too. I look forward to going to my dispensary now. Oh, and I notice that someone put that their prices are too high, the lounge place I went to had a $10.00 cover, Arizona Organix does not. They also had some of the best prices after I looked around at other dispensary websites.   I would also like to mention that I love their point system. The more you buy from them, the more points you acquire. You can use those points for all types of things like Arizona Organix clothing, pipes, edibles, and more. Now that is pretty cool:)

This is my second review of Arizona Organix. My first review is on Leafly and I reviewed this place couple weeks ago. Now that I've went back a couple time sampling what they have to offer. I'm still pleased with their product quality and customer service model. The staff are super friendly and professional. The waiting room and back room is very clean. There's always a raffle going on. The loyalty point system is great. Not only do they help and work with their patients, they also work and give back to the community with their can food drive program. Giving food back to the community. Every can food brought in gives a total of 5pts per can. Maximum of 5 cans per day only. That's a great way to earn extra point. When I first came here, I was a bit irked with their prices and felt the prices could be a little bit more forgiven. However, after a few visit, I feel the prices are reasonable for the bud's quality, appearance, scent, and how it was packed in the bag. The buds are always big and fluffy. I keep coming back because I really love their customer service and package quality compare to most dispensary I've been to. There are good dispensaries with good quality flowers, the only issue for me is the flowers are smashed and in scattered into smaller particles.

I love this place. Their flower is the best flower in the west valley hands down. The staff is friendly and kind. The store is very spacious and not as cramped as most shops. The cartridges that they make in house and carry are really really god!

how do you not invited to a job fair when you have over 45 years of retail customer service experience.  triple minority, female, disabled and non white.  Not that any of that matters, but I am never going to shop your store because it was obvious that i didn't fit your eeoc criteria since it was asked, it is more than obvious that I am qualified for a recepitionist job.

I came into the dispensary on 6/28 and purchased the Go to live resin disposable pens. I used one and it was fine, I started using the second pen 2 days ago. Today the pen started blinking red. I called the dispensary and a girl said we can credit you if you bring it in with the receipt. I explained to her that I no longer have the receipt as this is the second pen that I am using. I asked for a manager because she couldn't explain anything else to me, only that is what her manager said. After 14 minutes of waiting, Danny the manager got on the phone and said there is nothing he can do, even though his budtenders are telling people that they are doing the bogo until they sell out because they have a lot of issues with these pens. I am so over companies and their lack of customer service! I will no longer go to this location and will also tell others how they do business.

The staff and environment at AZ Organix is great! New patient sign in was quick. Didn't have to answer questions I have to look at my ID for. When I told my specialist what I was looking for she brought out all flower strains that applied and allowed me to look and smell all of them. Their new patient special is advertised as a free gram but really got $20 off so it was almost like getting 2 grams free. The specialist let me take their own grown Papa OG Top shelf gram as a free one, as well. The specialist seemed excited that they had it available. And it was the class of strain I was looking for.

If there is a place that cares more than AZO then I have not meet them! I can truly say that management runs this place like a well oiled machine that takes each and every customer like a patient! They care for you and your well being truly a place that has the patient 1st mentality! If I have not express how amazing this place is stop by an see for yourself!

They are expensive and have pre weighed, pre packaged buds. The system is a waiting room and then you go back select and wait some more. I give 2 stars instead of one because the people are nice and some of the expensive stuff is good.

Not an easy place to park, it's in the rear but once inside Clifford was helpful nearly to a fault. Got what I needed, plenty of information, lots of suggestions and overall I'm happy I shopped @ arizona organic and I'll look for Clifford next time I come in.....Great guy, easy going, very knowledgable.

Really great place but this last week I've called in every day to see if I had a chance of getting shatter medicine concentrates, and each day they tell me that they get three deliveries a day and somehow within the 10 minutes that I call and arrive and waste my gas they are putting up a sign or sold out. Before committing to this long drive I called in to ensure that there was a possibility of having shatter which today was confirmed by the gentleman who answered the phone but within those 10 minutes they sold out. Now I totally understand that businesses naturally can sell out of product ... But within such a short period of time someone was either lacking common sense in providing a proper answer or they did not care and expected that I would purchase something anyways... This is been a problem for me.. And I am now going to stop coming because it's a waste of gas and time when people are trying to find relief.  I hope you guys fix it being that you are the leading dispensary and concentrates otherwise people like myself I'll start catching on...great job

I'm giving two stars only for the fact that the papa's og use to be the fire and best strain I've ever tried.  I go today and happened to get the last 27 grams and honestly I'm not impressed.  I haven't smoked in a week and today I was pretty upset to find every bag had almost no smell compared to 5 months ago when one rip would put you on your aas.  They used to advertise the THC % of that one and now it's the only strain I don't see that on...  I'm just tryin to get that original strain back.  It was the best and the fact that you try to say it's the same is a little insulting, lol.  Still one of my fav spots to go, right next to the glendale jail

The staff was so friendly, they happened to be my very first dispensary. All of the staff were super friendly the environment was great and my Budtender was amazing I THINK his name was Jordan. I waisted to review so I'm not exactly sure anymore. One think I do know is I didn't feel bad for asking questions. I felt I had someone who was out to truly help me and as a new patient that was huge. He also helped me pick the best deal. I will definitely prove loyalty!

They have a good score on Leafly and other sites because they screen their comments. With so many competitors in the area there's no reason to stick around this place. $25 gram is A JOKE. They may have been the first, but they definitely aren't the only so GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Only come here when there is deals. Super pricey. Papa Og wax lacks flavor. Gonna try out some more stuff today I hope I'm not disappointed

Terrible prices don't waste the drive, and when you comment on there Facebook page they delete it  instead of answering me they deleted it. All they did was mess it up for people who grow by there, now there forced to pay high prices just like the pharmaceutical companys make $. Thanks for  helping us in pain and your high prices, 250 an ounce is a max get it together PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE RUINING IT FOR US IN NEED!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the first locations that I visited after obtaining my card. on my first visit, i had a very pleasant experience. However upon my second visit, it wasnt such. I was shorted on my change, and when I got home i realized that I wasnt given all of my money back. I called the location, and unfortunately it was after closing time so they were unable to handle the situation immediately. The man that made the error was very rude over the phone and denied that he made any type of mistake. After speaking with a different associate however, they were able to review their footage and in fact confirm that I wasnt lying and an error was made my the male associate. The manager was very efficient in handling the situation. She made sure that I got my money back as well as some free product :) Just based off of how the manager handled it, I will be returning to this location!

if you have a heart condition or problem id stay away from this place there sap caps are not made right or have a chemical in it ive never in my 12 years of smoking that my heart rate went up to 180 bpm i was hospitalized and run thru all sorts of test the fire department  said i need to go to the hospital . at a resting state your heart rate should be 60 to 70 bpm mine went up too 180 i literally felt i was gonna die ive taken them before about 5 in one sitting.  i only took 2 this time which was 50 mg not much for me cause i have a high tolerance my heart rate sky rocketed in only 20 mins of taking these sap caps i am gonna be filling out a law suit and gonna do all that i can to find out what they use in these products this was not no normal panic attack from doing too much eddibles like i said before i smoke alot and only taking two of these thc pills did somthing to my body soo disappointed that a product of marijuana could do this  to some one it was not normal and i will never go here again . this place is a lie disgusted . nasty nasty place

Their concentrates are bomb. Staff is super friendly and they remember you! The owner and grower stop by regularly.

Babe and I were frequent flyers but today unfortunately was our final visit. Apparently the person or persons watching the camera said they saw us exchanging money. Now either someone's lying or someone just don't need to hit the joint next time it comes around. Either way- we didn't even bring money into the building. Babe had to hit the atm.  After getting in line together babe n I were addressed and acknowledged as a unit by staff, and then invited to approach the cash wrap counter together. There the news was broken to us that we'd been "caught on camera".  Anyhow- you guys really should be sure of whatever it is you think you're doing when you're ejecting medical patients for doing something that they simply didn't do. :-\  it's really not okay to inconvenience my life and annoy the shit out of me- cuz I'll leave a bad but well written review like this one. And then I'm also gonna recommend people to go elsewhere... so yeah.

Concept and all is coo but staff ain't really helpful. First time visiting had no idea the process and from what I saw prices are stupid ridiculous my opinion. Wasn't happy with the experience at all!

If I could give NO stars I would but Yelp won't let me.I arrived at Az organix after being a patient here for more than 6-7 years. My passenger owed me money for late rent that I was going to use to buy my meds once pulling up I asked for the money I was owed as I was driving and didn't want to do all that while driving in Arizona because apparently people can't drive out here either. I went in got my things and came out no problem. Once I was almost to my car the security guard yelled for my attention and approached me and told me if I got money passed to me again in front of the dispensary I would be banned for life. I tried to explain to him that it was not for anything at the dispensary and he said "I don't care what your excuse is don't pass money out in front of the dispensary, there's cameras we can see you" I know there's cameras as I said before I've been going here for almost 7 years. Never in my life have I been mistreated by someone at a dispensary nonetheless talked down to as if I was a child. I will not be referring or going back to Arizona organix. There security can suck it tbh ‍ and learn some manners while he's at it. Could've been approached differently. Don't let the power go to your head. Rent a cop.

Terrible customer service- stopped going years ago because they were so terrible. Tried again recently just to give it a shot and literally tried calling for 2 days (over 3 hours of hold time) and no one ever answered to answer the questions on their deals (since they don't post them online or have any real social media). I called them out on an Instagram post and their response was to try and have me share my health information on social media rather than address them not answering the phone... then promptly blocking me when I called them out on that response. In addition to the arbitrary price increases and the completely mid level product - not worth the hassle. Plus for any POC don't bother- they are racist af which was another issue I had-and based on recent social media/reviews- still are.

STAY AWAY COVID-19 ALERT!! I am a disabled USMC Vet with a severely compromised immune system. I ordered my items online for express pickup. I arrived three hours later only to be told that I must go in the back to pick up my express order. During a global Pandemic that is spiraling out of control this poorly ran establishment forces everyone to risk their health instead of serving product safely out of the EXPRESS WINDOW!

Half oz of "shake". I feel like I got played like highschool days Smh. This is straight trim. I can't believe I got played like this by a "professional business".

Customer Service was TERRIBLE If I could give a negative Star I would. First they Register you into there system. I don't like the feeling of being registered to by a sac of bud. They don't make u register at a bar when you go buy drinks. 2. I didn't order online  so that meant walk into a mega room with 10 lines that did not move. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK FOR EVERY CHOICE ON THE LARGE MENU. Leaving into memorize 50 different choices and then nothing in stock. The parking lot is like a jigsaw puzzle. And I waited in line for 35 mins to buy 1gram and 2 pre rolls. Threw my night off. NEVER COMING BACK

Customers in line said this is the fastest recreational dispensary they've been to but I have been to quicker locations. This place has been around since 2012 but I've never noticed it till people told me I should check it out. They have a rec and medical line outside the building. Inside they have three, I think, walk up windows. As a rec customer I was told to go straight through the open door and into the back. There are sale displays on either side once you walk in. The displays have the prices next to them. You can see  the flower, edibles, and tinctures. Everything is clean and shiny. Employees are friendly and help each other with prices and availability, etc. There is an ATM because they take cash. Some dispensaries do take cards.

I Purchased some items at Arizona Organix and when I got home one of the cartridges was defective along with a Vape pipe I called them they were extremely nice and said to come on in and they would take care of me. When I got there The manager Arahi and a manager in training helped me, they were super nice very helpful and informative and exchanged everything out for me. I left as a very happy customer, great customer service and their staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Thanks so much!Dawn

I started shopping at Arizona Organix about a month ago. I visit the store at least twice a week. I have never had a bad experience. Each worker is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. I've even had conversations about the cultivation end of the industry and was surprised to find how well versed each employee is. They run, by far, the best specials and carry the largest inventory I've ever seen. I am always treated with respect and kindness from the security at the front door to the cashier that rings up my order.  Arizona Organix is always a great expeience. Thank you fellas.

Product was great!! As a first time customer and buyer I would have loved for additional assistance from your employees. I walked in and asked a couple of questions but an employee didn’t bother to ask how we were doing. Instead one of their customers walked us through the entire process.

Was helped out by Nico, who made the entire experience. Nico made sure I didn’t leave without getting as much product as I could with the money I had. Great experience and great product. One of the best tasting cartridges I’ve purchased. I will DEFINITELY be returning to get more. One of the few places that consistently has the Select brand vape cartridges in stock.

Who wouldn't love getting the most for their money? AZ Organix has the best prices around! I was a recreational newbie not so long ago and the staff at AZ Organix were (and continue to be) the most helpful and patient smiling faces I've ever encountered! I have always been treated with respect and kindness and the clientele have been equally as cool! Whay a happy place it must be to work there. I have tried many other competitors, and have made AZ Organix my go to dispensary.

first time going to this one and probably won't go again in a word scary ,the back parking lot was dark with people sitting in cars no guard patrolling the one guard that was standing in front of the establishment was in a deep conversation with a customer who had just purchased and the guard was taking down his phone number he seemed to be more concerned with the person he was speaking with then his job once inside was given a paper to write down what I wanted without even being shown anything then once I was at the register the register worker proceeded to tell me not to tip her because the tips went to her management and that management was spending it on their friends not giving it to their employees after I was done I had to walk out into the dark parking lot with my product and just hope I wasn't attacked or robbed it was very scary definitely not professional while the product was good I don't think I will ever go back I didn't feel safe. I tried to call management the next morning and tell them but nobody wanted to speak with me
