Incredible! 15% off of 10 items is just what I needed to nest myself in my home for at least the next month. I called my order ahead and it was ready when I got there. Very quick. Very easy. Very safe. Go get the peppermints before they are gone. :) 15% off of 10 is TODAY ONLY (until the end of March) but there are deals consistently!

Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've never had a bad experience.Parking is available across the street. Once you know what you want, ordering online is so smooth.

I really appreciate the organization at this establishment. They are very organized and unlike other dispensaries in the area, the wait is slim to none. If there is a wait, you know exactly where you stand in line. No guessing. The prices are okay and the staff is knowledgeable. The military and indigent discount is one of the lowest in the area at 25 percent off, it's usually around 30 percent elsewhere. Don't use the phone to contact them because you will never get through but they do offer convenient online ordering that text you when your order is ready. They only accept cash and there is an atm available with a 3.99 charge. The parking is across the street in the parking lot towards the front and is marked with the Botanist name. There are additional around the corner. People tend to park beside the location and it may be okay but it's not their lot and one day you may get towed if gone long enough. Very clean and once you are inside it's a very quick process. I would recommend to medical marijuana patients and caregivers.

Its important to note, there is a parking lot that has reserved spots for patients across the street and slightly west. Good first visit today. Good selections.  Not the speediest, but effixient

This is, hands down, THE best dispensary in Central Ohio. My first year as a MM patient, I went to many different ones, but now, in my second year, I only ever go to The Botanist. Their selection is the best, their own line of products is great, their staff is the most friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for being amazing, The Botanist!!!

Used to be super happy with them until today. My boyfriend was sold a tincture that was unopened and SEALED but leaking everywhere. They claim it's against the law to replace it and offer no recourse what so ever. Basically they can sell you completely defective product and you have no way to get your money back or even receive store credit. Additionally, the employees tried to blame him by first saying he opened it (it was clearly sealed) and when he pointed that out, they tried to claim he must have "knocked it over". They had zero compassion and showed zero understanding. Just a "yeah that sucks man sorry." Horrendous way to handle this situation. How about you just take responsibility for your defective product and be a decent human being?I've spent over $2000 with this place in 3 months. But never again. Will be finding somewhere else to go.

I'm fairly new to the whole dispensary scene, so everything seemed pretty cool to me. After a few trips, I've come to realize:-Nothing is cheap-Visits are faster when you order ahead-Tuesdays are the best day to go -The staff is extremely nice and helpful So long as their prices don't increase soon, I'll keep coming to the Botanist.Oh and join their email newsletter and check their site for deals.

I love this place. Great product, cool interior building design. Also, great customer service. One of my fave's for sure!

Experience number one: I drove by and there was a line out the door. I didn't feel like waiting, so I drove on to check out other dispensaries.This isn't a knock against them.Second visit: parked at the meter next to BBR. There's construction in the area - keep an eye on the streets, I found a nice rusty nail next to my car (and took it home to dispose of it).The Botanist came recommended by a buddy of mine who felt the first one recommended to him was "too expensive/too much of a hassle." I haven't been there yet to confirm, but I came here because my buddy in Colorado recommends the Pax Pods - which evidently The Botanist is the only one in town to carry. Yeah, you look like you're sucking a usb stick, but it's small, convenient, and fast charging.I don't know (scratch that, we know) why Ohio is so weird. Colorado dispensaries are better laid out. Every one I've been to in Ohio is like a Tesla showroom - no real previews, just lots of stuff behind glass to show the packaging.I WANT TO SEE THE GOODS UP CLOSE.I digress. My first visit here was pleasant - I managed to snag the last Pax Pod in stock (sorry whoever tries to buy before they're restocked) and gummies. It was fast, efficient, and I was in and out.Friendly staff, but I haven't made a habit in "questioning" their knowledge to determine who in town really knows their green - but at some point when I've gotten a cadence down and paid more attention, we'll see who really comes out on top.

Hands-down the most friendly, knowledgeable staff in central Ohio. Excellent selection too. Use their PDF menus to check this month's deals. Order ahead online via iHeartJane for an easy in-and-out.

Love love love the Botanist. Being a California native, & medical patient with THAT experience -- I had no idea what I should expect in an Ohio Dispensary, now, as an Ohio resident. But no worries; the Botanist is fully staffed, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really cool and cute patient and caregiver educational booklet that covers FAQs.  The intake process was quick and easy with my digital card. The juicy: their selection is amazing, the pricing is fair for the state economics and politics around MMJ. Parking is solid, it's nice there's a dedicated lot. They are cash only but have an ATM on site. Building feels and is pretty secure. I'd definitely recommend a mmj patient visit this dispensary.

I won’t EVER waste my time there again! They don’t care about when they make a mistake. I got NO apology & no explanation. There are many other places I can order from.

This place is amazing. The staff sat down with me when I was researching and had questions. They spent a lot of time with me and didn't rush anything. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very knowledgeable about this area. I have never felt rushed or anything. The ONLY thing I will say is it is a little on the expensive side BUT, with that said, their products, staff, and assistance make it worth a little extra. Also, they do offer Veterans discounts and discounts for people that are disabled or low income. Approx 25-30%. That makes them 5 stars, all day, in my book!!!

I live 1-2 hours away from most Ohio dispensaries, so I know I will be in the car for a while. This place is worth the drive! From the gentleman that greets you at the door, the front desk staff, to the bud tenders - every single person was friendly and helpful. It's gorgeous inside! The selection and displays are great. They were Busy, but my wait time was minimal. This is where I plan to go in the future. Definitely give them a try.

My ONLY complaint is, that they had a better system. When they text and tell you your online order is ready but it still takes a while for them to call your name. It’s never really an in n out trip. Other than that, I highly recommend.
