Now this is an extremely good dispensary!! These folks are kind, patience and very knowledgeable about their products. What a difference from that nightmare that is "Terrasana" - they are awful!!!! The property is non-descript on the outside. Nicely appointed on the inside. It almost reminds you of a spa. Calm colors, nice furnishing and lots of soft chairs to sit on. Their product is high quality and reasonably priced. The staff are pleasant and no lines at all. Look out "Terrasana" these folks know what they are doing!!

Best dispensary in town! Prices suck like they do everywhere but good selection and great staff. Update: This dispensary has gotten even better. ONLINE ORDERING. You don't have to wait on hold forever!!!! Very little wait time. I will not go anywhere else, plus they have the best selection in town!

This is my closest dispensary and it's still a 25 minute drive from my home. Every time I come there is a wait list that is at least 25 minutes, typically more (longest ever was over an hour!) and it doesn't matter what time or day I come. There is no way to get on the waitlist ahead of time nor any way to even view it so I can plan for how much time I'll need. It doesn't matter if you ordered ahead either. Their selection has been declining too for everything other than flower. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and while it might be a longer drive, at least I won't have to deal with their wait lines.

As a first timer in a dispensary and a true novice, I was impressed with how knowledgeable and kind the entire staff were in helping me, as a caregiver, find what I hope will be helpful remedies for my critically ill loved one. Mark took well over an hour with me, walked me through the process and all of their differing products, and made sure I felt comfortable with our plan of attack going forward. He was exceedingly patient and answered all of my questions, of which there were many. I have nothing to compare it to, as this was my first time in a facility like this, but after my experience today, I certainly have no reason to go elsewhere.Well done and thank you.

Very professional! Staff is very knowledgeable on their products, and are very personable.Would recommend Bloom Medicinals to any medical card holder!

I don't understand why there is the ability to order ahead, but I have to wait behind every walk-in. There should be a dedicated on line order register, the entire reason I order online is to expedite the process, but really it does no good

They added pictures!!! That was the only thing that kept this place from being perfect and now they have them!! Yay!

This is the second dispensary I've been too and I must say they move pretty fast. All the staff are super helpful. Whenever I come in and tell them how I'm feeling they always know what to recommend to get me feeling better. They also helped me print out a smaller medical card to use. The best thing about my visits are that The staff learn their customers names so that the visits are personal .

If I could give ZERO stars I would, I have had issues with staff and management plenty of times before. They are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional over all.its obvious they have issues with customers of color for whatever reason. I've called management a few times and still have yet to hear back from anyone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I can't complain about this place. All of the stuff I've ever received from them was potent and of good quality. They also always have deals going on, so that's just an added bonus. I just wish it were closer to me; the other two dispensaries closer never compare when it comes to getting better deals.

All the dispensaries have scrambled to work within the Ohio MMJ and they have done a good job with their online ordering. Good selection prices are competitive with everyone else in Ohio.  Note their online prices are tax included and their ATM is free free. They don't yet accept debit cards as others do.

I'm very happy about the products that I received but the point of giving a two star is because of improper and rude communication from one employee and being charged full price for items that were supposedly on sale. I feel that I'm being fair by giving two stars because I do like the products and brands that they try to keep in stock. That's worth at least one star. I placed an online order and was charged at least $90 more than what I was quoted with a different (lesser) discount. When I called in to ask why this was I was told that I have to buy that one brand on its own to get the sale price. Nowhere in the email or on the website does any fine print say this. No employee said this was the case and the guy ringing me out only gave me the $40 off of $250 which was obviously less of a discount than what I was quoted when I placed the online order. When I called in and explained to a manager what I saw on my receipt, he had explained that it's just how our state works and I needed to place separate orders next time if I wanted to discounts. I said that this should have been spelled out clearly in the emails sent or at least explained to me along the way before paying and he said that he agreed and left it at that. Hardly anything else was said from him and nothing was offered to make this right or to refund/credit me in any way. Since there was no reconciliation of the problems I faced at this facility or through this manager of the facility, nothing in the email about the sale stating how to get the discount and the fact that I go 45 minutes out of my way to receive these discounts from this dispensary, I explained to the manager that I felt it was best for me to report this to the state since we as medical patients in this state deserve to know how to fully receive the discounts we're thinking we're getting and maybe this information would be helpful in such a new market. Manager dude said "you do what you gotta do" and hung up on me. That last part really rubbed me the wrong way so now that there's plenty of other dispensaries close-by for me to go to I don't really need to go out of my way to come here in hopes of saving money. No refund or trying to make this right was to be had here. I work in this states industry so I understand how jumbled things are and not straightforward sometimes. I'm willing to work with anyone willing to make something wrong, right. This wasn't it. Very poor customer service and a "figure it out on your own" mindset seems to be had from at least one manager here. I'll make sure to spread the word about employees not doing their job to slow down and make sure their states patients are receiving the best and appropriate deals they're originally quoted.

This was my first time at a dispensary and the staff here made it so easy! The paperwork was super easy and the front desk staff was so kind. While purchasing, Scott made my experience so positive. He explained the kinds of things I could purchase and their effects and walked me through the sales they had. Their pricing was very affordable and they had a huge range of products. They also take debit!!

The other of my top 2 fave dispensaries. Great product, prices & customer service! And they offer discounts for veterans among many other things. Very community focused

Went to this dispensary for the first time today. I usually go to POW London. I was very pleased with my experience! Their menu is much better than London, they have a bigger selection and it contains many of the rarer strands I cant get at POW. They were very professional and friendly! I will be returning soon snd maybe going here from now on.

I had an issue with a product that I purchased there and they got the issue resolved quickly. As an impatient person, I really appreciated this!! Nathaniel was very informative on a good product to purchase. I am very happy with my new product. I’ve dealt with a lot of the staff there. They are professional, patient, knowledgeable of the products and extremely kind !! They have an awesome selection and I will continue to go here for my medical marijuana needs!! Thank you Bloom :)

I also wish we could give tips. - but that's the law, not Bloom's fault. A man named Cody that works there told me to try Northern Lights and I can't thank him enough, I feel amazing from it. This is a really friendly and nice place to visit, I always leave smiling.

I have been coming here for almost a year and not once have I ever had a bad experience. They never rush you. They always take their time answering any questions you have. They help figure out what terpenes work best for your medical condition. They even know me by name and face. I would never go to another distillery because I can guarantee you, that you will not get the service as you do at Bloom! Kyle, Gavin, and Nathaniel…thank you so much for all you do and the care you show. You are very much appreciated!
