Slooow...turns out from the customer next to me knew the chick with blue in her hair...was married having an affair with one of the mangers ...geez who doesn't fire that manger immediately! Any whoo going down the street for now.

Best customer service I've had in a dispensary. The manager came out and said hi and asked how my experience was. Good selection and high quality flower options.

So I went in and paid for a oil cartage for my pen but it didn't work so the next day I went back and sent my wife in while I waited in the car with kids thinking they would give her a new one since only be less then a day and she comes back with a new battery instead of a different cartage I was mad but they told her our 2 pens didn't work (when they do) so we tried it out , 2 days later the oil is spilling out the top witch is weird I've never see that happen before and I smoke a lot . So I went back AGAIN for the 3rd time so they would see and finally change it for a one that works but no they didn't even test it out they just said that they can't do anything about it because it's been more then 3 days , so I told them I went back the next day for the same reason and they made us believe it was the battery when it wasn't and after all that they still didn't changed it for a new one or got my money back I was so fkn mad there for fuck this place !!! Y'all lost and customer that would go every week . NOW FUCK YALL

I would give 5 stars for the prices & sales, 4 star for the weed and customer service (on good days), and 1 star for the employee named Erin. She was my budtender and wouldn't stop complaining about her "17 hour" shift. She was also very passive aggressive which made me uncomfortable. I just wanted my weed.

This is the first dispensary that I've been to since I moved down here from California three months ago. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. This is the type of store where whether you are a seasoned marijuana user or if your brand new and don't know what you want or how anything works because they will take the time to explain everything to you and make suggestions that are truly relevant as to what you are looking for. They have different deals every day and I happy hour which in and of itself is worth making the drive. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good selection high-quality products and a friendly atmosphere. I promise you won't be disappointed

OK so I can't be the ONLY person who thinks this place has gone downhill.  The quality of "their own grow" sucks ass. Low THC and seeds and stems aren't cool!  Highest THC I saw the other day,  before leaving empty handed,  was 17% and a $7 g..  The service is also really slow. They're spending too much time with each customer. A lot of the time there's only 2 budtenders on at a time for about 60' of overall counter space!

Awesome deals and the flower is decent. For some reason the customer service tends to be best later in the day I've noticed.

This was my first time ever attending this dispo. My order pickup time was between 4:45-5:15 I showed up at 5 o'clock. I called letting them know I was outside waiting for an order pickup. The lady explained to me I'll be receiving another text that my order is ready. I waited patiently, I got the text, and then I called them back. I called them and the line was busy. I waited. I called and still no answer. Mind the fact that there's a HUGE line outside and I had somewhere to be so that's why I did an order pickup. I stood in line and continued to call. After 20 minutes of waiting outside in a line and no answer after 10+ phone calls I decided to leave. Worse service ever. I didn't even enter the building and I will never give my money to this company!

This place is so bad. You wait long lines only to be greeted by some budtender who hates life. They have cheap flower, but doesn't necessarily mean it's good quality. If you're on a budget, this is where  you go. Think the thrift shop of weed shops There are a plethora of other shops around the area that have much friendlier service & higher quality bud. Two stars for its affordable prices, but it's honestly not worth it (in my opinion)

I came in here to check out their selection on bud. First impressions:* Long line, yet three people working.* No CBD flower selection. * Staff not very accommodating to customer needs, nor helpful.  As I was standing in line I was watching the person in front of me decide on what they wanted. One of the workers there was bragging about some strain and shoved the jar in the dude's face without asking if he cared to smell. The customer wasn't very happy about that. Small things like 'asking' could go a long way. Stuff like common courtesies I suppose. Aside from that, the store itself looks nice. It's in a nice location.. But.. That's all it's got going for it. I've been to plenty of dispensaries and this is definitely the first place that I've disliked. Kind of felt like the customer service was non existent. If I find myself around this part of town again I might give it a second chance. But then again I could just drive the extra mile or two.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hank, at the Oregon Bud Company here in Beaverton, listened patiently to this old user from out of the past, and like a medical specialist, prescribed the exact bud needed to relax this writer's system, unlock his creativity, achieve the desired artistic effect, and a long-lasting mellow high; he has my highest rating!

They have good stuff and good prices, sometimes. The customer service is definitely not the best and sometimes frustrating. But, I have tried other places around town and always end up going back to Oregon Bud! Also, The location is perfect.

Terrible selection. Place was empty. Went it for a cartridge and the guy didn't provide any selection or choices. Terrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, UNLESS... it was the last dispensary in the world.

This is my fav dispensary! They often have $5 grams or at least $7 grams so it's pretty hard to beat. Super close to the max stop too, so it's easy to get to.

I've been going to this place for a while and while seeing some negative reviews on here, I've NEVER been treated less than excellent. Great staff and very knowledgeable about the products they provide and are willing to spend time to make sure the customers get what they come in for.

Sweet store. The customer service is on point and they have some good value for the flower.  Check out the place early or late at night. Good deals on gummies too.

Friendly staff if u time it around 4:20 to 6:20 they have good deals for prices. Clean. Some inventory  to choose from.  I was just in the area and stopped by. Probably will stop by again to use the punch card for even more discount.

The thing that stood out for me was how spacious the room was. Trying to make decisions in a cramped space tickles my anxiety, so this shop was a breath of fresh air in that regard. The staff was knowledgable and professional. This is also the first shop I've seen with Happy Hour specials every day. I'll definitely be spreading the word of their awesomeness.

The set up is very inconvenient. The line starts at the door, literally. Everything is behind the counter, on the glass displays counter. You got no comfortable time to look around. Your trying to look for what you need and want, you got like 5-8 people in line waiting and looking at you let much going hurry up!! And because of that feeling of being rushed, I got the wrong stuff.

poop. Wasn't aware of "last call" or at what time exactly that even happens.. it isn't listed on OBC website or posted at establishment. When I walked in tonight at seven minutes until closing I was told "last call already happened".... What time does last call happen? Is there an unwritten "last call-bud rule" that I need to learn? We used to go out of our way to shop at OBC but- if there is a last call or last purchase time before close, please inform customers prior to be turned away. TIA

The 4 Star rating this place had was misleading. When I first got there, there was a long line, and the place had no menus to look at while waiting. Which of course means it's going to take longer at the counter to figure out what the products and prices are. The employees were rude and impatient. And the flower was poor (dry, seedy and harsh) for the price I paid even for their weekday sale. There are better places to go to around here.

Big fan on new manager and Budtenders.  Solid service, a great deals and selection changes a lot. I'll be back!

Excellent shop, always kind with a great concentrate selection!!! Excellent house grow and blends as well.

This shop is the best!!You can't beat the happy hour prices and the selection of oils!! not to mention how great Richie is!! Always in a good mood and always welcoming!!

I ordered online and went to pick up my order. They said my order wasn't 20% off like it had stated online and that I owed them $50 more! I said you're not gonna honor the price??! Then this nasty woman named Cheyenne said no and started getting ugly with me. The guy behind me was pissed that it was taking so long. When I said I was done dealing with that mfer, she instantly said you're 86'd. Umm hello?!  Because dude behind me has been complaining the whole time when I asked him to be a good human?! So this Cheyenne and I had some words and I told her to F off and said some other things. She wouldn't tell me her name and finally did. She followed me to me car and said I'm getting your license plate. I did nothing wrong and that b is fing crazy. Worst customer service ever! Go to Green Mart down the road. They're awesome and have curbside delivery. They deserved my $25 tip!

Once again they close early with no website update I paid $30 round trip on uber to find out they decide to close early at 6pm due to smoke. I'm on your email list why didn't I get notification or do you not trashy management how to update? Total joke this place has to be family owned and their incompetent children run it because they can't get other jobs.

Worst customer service ever!I dont think the guy working the front alone could be polite to save his life(Jan 4 1:30pm)No decent greeting or a "thanks for waiting"No eye contactNo real information about different strains I asked about.Just a body holding the floor up.I bought just 5grams instead of the 28 I planned on getting as I couldnt stand the thought of having to stand in front of him and his negative vibe so long.And the 5grams I did get he didnt bother to trim.Just weighed and smushed into container crushing the buds.He deserves to have a dunce hat and be put in time out!!!

Strange vibe for a dispensary...Walked in for my first and last time today.There was one customer  being helped and two more waiting in front of me while 2 employees were counting change. One person seems very irritated and huffy and puffy while counting change. Not one person  greeted me. Someone walked in behind me and no greeting for her, she left after 3 min of waiting so I asked the person in front of me how long she had been waiting she said (10 min)..Hopped into my car and drove down the road one minute and found a different place that had amazing customer service.

Pretty good spot, with very knowledgeable people. I know nothing about bud and they help so kindly & quickly. Bring cash!! Cash only establishment.

Worst quality bud in the area. I finally stopped giving it a chance when I received a batch of moldy product. Don’t let their pre-roll deals fool you. They’re never that great.

Well this place is a bit expensive compared to others and they also had a promotion where if u did a review u got half off so I did the review and many others did review and they told me they ran out and couldn't apply promotion but to come back with a screenshot of review next time I came in and I would get the discount - I went back the following day only for them to tell me they discontinued it - never got the discount and neither did several other people! A lot of the reviews have been made simply because of promotional deals not so much because they are a great dispensary! Now that I have updated this review I'm happy to say it's not my favors Vite dispensary, if u wanna get more for ur dollar try some of the others in town!

This place used to be Great, But now don't waste your time and money.

Looking to switch it up after Nectar has been sub par we found this place. Bought a bobsled cartridge and it was tampered with. Fast forward 6-7 months looking to do the same thing. Bought some concentrates and the most expensive one was tampered with. They’re getting two stars for switching it. If you do find yourself needing to go here purchase only tamper proof products from the manufacturer. Perhaps it’s one or two bad apples or it’s a company wide thing but buyer beware.

They don't stack industry discount with medical patients. Despite me explaining that medical card holders patients don't get a discount , we simply don't pay state tax. There is some confusion with your staff and training required on these concepts as industry discounts can be applied to recreation customers, yet not medical patients , very disappointing and shady buisness. If you are a medical patient and in the industry avoid this place.
