Wouldn't even let me look at their product without ID.. won't be back hella rude. I strictly just came to look as they are located super close to my job.. but I walked and my ID was still at my workplace.
This place is by far the best !!!!! Highly recommend. Great prices on all kinds of goodies with daily sales n prizes. Stop by u wont be disappointed
Amazing location with a somewhat odd dispensary style (almost hidden) parking area; I'm not really complaining. Felt safe and inviting atmosphere here. Most of the tenders are up on the current stock and sales. Sometimes they have trouble and aren't even aware of a product that is in stock that I have to point out somewhere across the store. Overall they score a firm "A" here for employees, deals, and products. Would maybe like to see a more streamlined iPad style menu that was updated with current stock. That's all. Otherwise thumbs up for great sales and service.
Absolutely trash customer service. There is an older woman who clearly has major issues dealing with the general public, and will throw snarky remarks at anything you say. I've had several lovely interactions here and at Lents, Barbur & Allen before this one, but this was literally the only and last straw for me. After I get off work, I want to get my weed and go home. I don't need a wannabe army general, who needs an attitude adjustment anyway, demanding to check my ID outside of my wallet while I'm struggling to get it out for several minutes, and all of my information is clear as day through the ID window. That's the point. Not to mention, I've never heard this demand at this location, the Allen location, the Barbur location, or the Lents one prior. If you're going to be rude and non-accommodating, while saying it's "OLCC laws", please make it consistent across the board. These "laws" are not enforced at the other locations. Also, don't work in customer service if you can't get a grip of the basics. Try a different location if you're shopping with Nectar because this one has gone far, far downhill.
This was the first dispensary I ever visited after turning 21. The facility is very clean, well-organized and laid-out. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the prices here, for even some of their lower quality vape cartridges, are spendy compared to other nearby dispensaries. Overall this is a decent place to buy your marijuana products but you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.
Great experience, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a great clean place lots of options and great pricing. The staff are very hospitable and great help. There's always discounts and specials for all kinds of price points. Love this place hoping to visit other locations also!
Great staff, and nice products they got. My fav weed spot.
Great store, great sales - horrible parking. I will avoid this location if I can solely due to how difficult it is to get in/out of there.
After seeing my review the nectar team reached out and apologized and made things right. Absolutely great customer service by Amy. Thank you
One star only based on EVERYTIME I make a mobile order and I wait on the side of the line (like supposed to) and end up waiting longer than I would have if I just stepped in line. I've been told and reminded that if making a mobile order you're a priority. I'd think nectar would follow that guideline they said to me even more so during a time like this with "social distancing" being said left and right.
This location is awful. Have forgotten items more than once, as well as given us multiple empty preroll containers. It's always a fight to get it corrected and they act like we are trying to steal from them. We have been loyal to Nectar for years now (literally have not gone anywhere else) but avoid this location like the plague. We live very close and didn't want to travel far so we went to the Hall location today. We placed the order online and did the math to figure out the total including tax as the flower discounts are not reflected on the site. We do this every time and our math is always accurate. The total should have been $55 and change, but they attempted to charge us full price. When they came back with the corrected amount, it was $60+. The budtender did not attempt to explain the difference other than, "ma'am you are incorrect. It's the tax," even after I broke down my math for him. We decided to go purchase the same exact items from the Barbur location and paid $55, exactly as expected. The budtender at the Barbur location mentioned that Hall is under a different manager and that they have people come there often complaining about the difference in prices and terrible customer service. As we live very close to Hall, we stopped in to speak to a "manager" on the way home who tried to tell us that Barbur was wrong and we should have been charged tax for the pre-discount amount. So for funsies, I called the Allen location to see what they would charge for that exact order, and what do you know, they also said $55. This location is overcharging and rude as hell on top of it so avoid them and hit up Barbur! Barbur have always been friendly, helpful, and when they forgot an item ONE TIME, proactively called us to let us know they had it ready for us to pick up and apologized. Check your math and your receipts if you go to Hall!
The customer service here is extremely bad. This isn't just from one experience it's from multiple times. The guy at the front had a really bad attitude, same guy helped me second time and had an even worse attitude. I genuinely feel sorry for this man I hope you find a better job you enjoy.
I recently purchased about $360 worth of product from the Beaverton Hillsdale location. I specifically asked for 2 grams in disposable cartridges, among the rest of what I purchased. The budtender insisted that I not touch the product, so I was unable to really look at what I was buying. The budtender had sold me 2 quarter grams in disposable pens. This is clearly not what I asked for and it explains why my purchase was so expensive, I made sure to enunciate clearly what my request was and my budtender was an English speaker. I feel there was very little occasion to have misunderstood my request. Thinking I had exactly what I had asked for, I left on a 2 hour commute back home. When we got home, that's when we found we had 4x less product than we thought we had purchased. It certainly feels like we overspent and got far less than we paid for or even asked for.
The Nectar policy for returning defective carts is one and done. In other words, you can exchange one cart but after that, if the second cart is defective, you're out of luck. I'm not referring to partially used carts, but brand new and unused carts that didn't pull when attached to the battery. It may be a manufacturers defect that is being passed along to the customer, which in the end is akin to STEALING! You're taking advantage of your customers while selling defective product. I called other dispensaries about their policy and only Nectar has this policy. If they can afford to lose customers because of this policy, more power to them. Poor business practice to say the least.
Disappointed to hear we're unable to utilize our points for purchases. Unless it covers the entirety of the purchase ... seriouslyNectar. We are loyal customer and you put more restrictions on the points we earn for shopping at your Locations .
This place is alright but as I was checking out and paying, my bud tender dude COMPLETELY randomly goes "don't share these products with kids...they will pester you!".... Wtf ? Firstly I'm a single dude with no kids so why was that even brought up, very weird way to complete the transaction.
Friendly staff. Love that they all had their adorable pets on their tip jars and they were all super helpful to me when I had a very specific request. I got in and out super fast and only spent $24. That made life super easy in my opinion!
New to area . It's a well lit clean store with large selection and plenty of counter staff and space to handle multi costumers. Never been up sold or steered to anything but left to menu options .. only thing is the low end product imcan be a year old ... so check the harvest dates on product if that is an issue but this offset by low cost I'm assuming ... great place overall ... I would give 5 stars but I'm sucker for hole in wall places that have character are not chain stores..
Nectar... how do you sum up Nectar? Ok, imma have a go at it:Nectar,Superfly like Jimmy Snuka. This places is so fly, it has a Mile High Club. This place is cooler the Freddy Jackson sippin' a milkshake in a blizzard. [ Mic Drop ]
Best dispensary out of all the ones I went to. Very strong pre rolls rolls I wish I would've got a lot more. Live in South carolina👌
Super friendly staff. Really cool deals$2nUPtiers for flower plus everything else. Thank you Nectar crew:)
Consistent and reliable. What they advertise IS the price. NO guessing or changing it. Friendly Staff. I've switch about half of my business to this chain. Prices decent. They have sales all the time. Usually something "affordable" available.
I went in today and bought some concentrates and an ounce of super silver haze that was marked at 19% THC I came home to find out that it was a 15% THC. I called the store and let them know what was going on. I asked if I could exchange it evenly for something was actually 19% THC in the next tier, they said they could only exchange it for another one in the lower tier. As a person who has worked customer service for a good portion of my life, the proper thing to do would have been to say yeah sure we can definitely do that because it was marked wrong. And then as a business they should have written the difference off as product loss, it happens. So needless to say I was highly dissatisfied as to how the situation was handled, and I will not be going back to nectar.
I've been to this location three times and every time I had a bad experience. I tried to give them more chances than they deserved because they're just down the road from me, but not anymore. 1.) Are you interested in purchasing bud that was harvested in 2019, that has little to no aroma and does nothing when you smoke it? Nectar will happily take your money. 2.) All three times I went to Nectar on Hall, I filled out their long, ridiculous form to join their loyalty program. Guess what? It never got put into the system, resulting in a long drawn out search process that ultimately resulted in the person telling me they couldn't find me each time. It's a waste of my time to have me fill out the form, with my personal information, only to have the person across from me lack the mental capacity to understand what to do with it. Once? I understand. Three times? You're a joke. Synopsis: Bad products pushed by people who offer even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place - you'll be doing yourself a service. I'd recommend Green Front on Glisan. It may be more of a drive, but they won't screw you over.
