the receptionist was extremely rude, we came in with a valid NY medical card and just had some simple questions. She gave us the biggest attitude and was so nasty to us, we were extremely offended. She even had the audacity to talk to one of her coworkers(?) about us while we were waiting for the elevator. will never go back. so disrespectful.

I generally like Etain but I'm disappointed by my visit today. I bought their new motif pod assuming that I would be able to use it, but they put my purchase in a new plastic bag so I didn't realize until 5 hours later when I arrived in another City that I won't be able to use it until I drive back to Yonkers to buy a new pen for it. Since they hid the purchase it would have been only appropriate to confirm that I had what I needed to use it. Now I have to find another local provider and have nothing for tonight, which is what I bought it for in the first place. Very frustrating!

I've been a LOYAL customer to them and everyone has always been super nice and professional. BUT the last couple purchases I made were extremely disappointing. I usually either get lozenges and the powder (forte) and when I tell you they had ZERO effect on me, I tried a few and was hoping it was just a couple of lozenges that were off but this must be the placebo pack. This stuff is wayyy too expensive to not do what it's supposed to and I definitely don't have the money to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I just hope going forward they improve it cause it sucks when something you really need doesn't work but this is DEFINITELY it for me.
