I have enjoyed Reef for 2 reasons 1. Customer service is excellent Always educational and informative , friendly and happy people. 2. Products here are a wide variety of CBD, OIL and flower.No matter whose helping me Kendra,Cat,Shawn,Brandon, Janessa,Michael, and many others always there to help. So from management to security it's a happy place to be.

To repel that negative comment about my girl Ariel. She is one of the best people ive met let alone got to work with. Shes helped me everytime i come in no matter how much of her time i take up its always a pleasure and shes never not had a smile on her face. My wife loves her and thinks shes our favorite budtender too. So to see someone so insecure about themselves they needed to down one of the best employees Reef has to offer it humorous. If your looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, active member of the reef team ask for Ariel. And my boys Carson and Todd are always top teir kick ass workers too. It the connect we all wish we had years ago.
Michael is an absolute joy to go see, he's always on top of his game and is the best bud-tender I've experienced at ANY dispensary in town! He's super friendly and very knowledgeable about all products, including every single terp and how they affect us each differently He goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need! This is by far my first choice in the Reno area to purchase all of my marijuana needs.Their selection is broad, and I was even able to find topical oil for sensation! Woohoo!All of the bud tenders are super helpful, especially Kat, she really knows her stuff!Like I think she must have a Masters degree in weed! So this is my second time to Reef. I have been going to Silver State Dispensary but the convenience of Reef made me stop in. My first time was great, signed up for the customer programs, purchased a very nice product and the staff were courteous and professional. Stopped in this morning and yet again had the same experience. Unfortunately the product I purchased (oil cartridge) did not work. Not a huge deal because I keep the receipt and original packaging just in case. I attempted to use the item with two different pen batteries that I have had for a while that never gave me issues and still nothing, I made sure the batteries were fully charged, tested them on other cartridges and even brought a pen with me. Again the staff is courteous but since it was a sale item all sales are final. I understand that policy but my item was defective. The manager did suggest purchasing a variable temperature pen battery which they sell for $30 but he did say I could find one at a smoke shop for cheaper. The Budtender and manager also suggested I disassemble the item and recover the oil inside to utilize it (which I'm not comfortable doing). Even thought the manager and budtender were polite they were firm about the policy. Unfortunately purchasing a faulty product and not being able to exchange is a policy I have an issue with. Not allowing you to return a sales item because you don't like it is perfectly acceptable or because yobut not exchanging a product because it is faulty is not good customer service. Don't let my experience stop you from going but understand their policies before you spend roughly $45 on a possibly defective item. Update: Just spoke to a customer service rep, explained the situation. She was extremely polite and understood my issues. She advised me to head back in and she would put a note in about me exchanging my product. Walked in, spoke to a very nice Budtender and Manager. My issue was resolved promptly and they even helped me with a question about CBD only pens. This experience has pushed me to make Reef my go to dispensary now.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Nevada. They have great customer service and have really good deals all the time. I always get edibles from here since they usually have a flash sale on them. Their grams of flower never disappoint and they have great strains that allow you to focus/work. They also are never that busy and have fast service.
Very legit dispensary as well as the prices what you see in there is what you get I hands down recommend this place very good stuff.

I have been to every shop in town during my visit and loved Reef in Sun Valley! It's a shabby joint and not as fancy as other dispensaries but these people have excellent customer service AND its one of the only places that accepts returns.....on WEED, which is bananas. Everyone is super informative and they aren't "stuck up" like many of the dispensary hipsters tend to be. My last bud tender was Matt and he is pretty much a weed genius.....but not the annoying kind.

Wow what a joke?! So these guys decided that they were gonna start the tax law that starts till July 1st 2017, the last week of june...is that even legal!? Not to mention the budtender or sales associate better coined have little or no knowledge of the products....except that maybe they smoked some weed in Jr high. They are pretty faces that know little about the product or the laws as a matter of fact. I was getting 3 grams of concentrate and asked her how much would add up to the amount taken off my 2 half oz....and how that's worked in general and she told me wasn't exactly sure..Wtf!?o ya and there policy are not the same as the sparks storefront for some reason so that's another star ding. My suggestion shop elsewhere there daily weekly deals aren't anything special either.
First dispensary visit for me and throughly enjoyed it. Very informative and helpful staff especially Carson with her honest thoughts on products, helping me choose what I left with. Hope to come back again soon after being satisfied with what I purchased!!!
Definitely the most comfortable-feeling dispensary I've been to. It felt less like a medical facility and more like a nice place to drop in and buy weed. Which it was. Also, they had super lemon haze cartridges in stock. So five stars all the way!

Visiting Reef has always been a joy, and a breeze to say the least. Always a smiling face to greet you at the door, and their selection is quite nice. Plenty of great smelling and even better tasting flower to choose from, and the same for the concentrates! High in terps and THC. The staff are so nice and helpful with anything you might need or want to know about. It's the fastest I've been in and out of all the dispensaries so far, very pleased
These guys are terrible with customer service. The products suck besides the tryke cartridges. Everything else is very low grade botton shelf crap. The staff is full of rude unhelpful jerks.

I am a big fan of Reef Dispensaries! I go to the multiple locations in Vegas and I frequently shop at the Sparks location. This was my first time ordering from Sun Valley and may I say it was the worst experience ever. We ordered a couple PRE-Rolls and I was lighting it to get it started and THE WHOLE PR JUST FELL OUT. Literally just fell all over my carpet. Having photos and proof of this we called the manager and what does he say "oh that never happens"... instead of actually listening and being apologetic he blamed me. I don't need nor care about free stuff but I do need a "I'm sorry that happened please bring it back in so we can asses and move forward from there" not "oh well that never happens to me" like ummm there's obviously a problem with your machine or how well the PR is being packed. I was trying to help by notifying them so another persons joint doesn't fall all over their carpet and that's $10 down the drain. Why? Because I enjoy this company and have family who works in different reef locations. I really cannot believe I have to write this review. I attached photos of it all over my carpet.
All I have to say about the reef, is they have the best product I have ever had in my life. I have had three surgeries excuse me five surgeries in the last two years three of them from a wrist injury where I had to have bones drilled etc., They also in the process of taking a piece of tissue off my knee to put between my wrist area to grow together they basically severed my sciatica nerve. I have been on opiates for years for years on hard-core opiates. The reason for this testimonial is because this is going to save my life I've only been using the product for a week and I've already cut my opiates by 80%. Thank God for the reef, and they're awesome products they've just earned their self a lifetime customer
Used to like the place but caught there associates taking there own tips from my debit card without asking. And I was already giving a cash tip. Watch them if you use a debit card. In my world that is theft.

This place is garbage over priced weed way under quality plus they want a tip! I'll give you a tip get better product, don't waste your money at this place you'll fund yourself unhappy pretty fast, the manager is a piece of shit and the security guard's are toy cops with guns and tiny dicks.
This place is great. I was in a rush - so the online ordering was a really awesome tool. I pre-ordered what I needed and it was all ready to go when I arrived. The staff was so friendly and helpful - overall a great experience! They also have a drive-thru window which is good to know for future purchases!

I didnt catch her name but a middle aged women.Long story short i asked for 86 cents off to spare me getting a ton of change. and the lady grilled me about how thats rude to ask and asked to see inside my wallet. This place is pretty awesome if your looking for a quick thc fix! They have a drive thru window that you can order and pickup your flower from. It's super quick and easy. Plus they are open late (I believe midnight) which is important for me as a late night smoker. Go check it out, just being able to order from my car is unique enough to earn 5 stars.

I almost strictly go to Reef Dispensary in Sun Valley because of their outstanding and friendly team! I'm terrible at ordering food most of the time, let alone bud but they always make the most of making sure their guests are comfortable and leave happy AND satisfied with their products. Ashley went above and beyond expectations tonight hooking me up with the dankiest of dank and also keeping me within budget! Big shout out to Ashley for making the end of a very long, stressful day totally worth it!
The Reef is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. Their prices are some of the lowest in town! The staff are usually nice and friendly; however, not everyone mentions the rewards points program so unless you don't ask, you won't know.
