awesome customer service and great place to get educated they really know their stuff great customer service

This review is purely on the esthetics and employees of the place as I did not purchase anything here. All I can say is WOW. I was not expecting such a clean, professional environment. I have never used marijuana but I was curious about what this store looked like and how it worked. You walk in and they check your ID, and they put you into the computer and someone comes out and calls your name in the back and they are your personal bud assistant to answer any questions or help direct you to what you want. I was totally expecting a hippy shop lol

A couple of weeks ago, was my first experience at kanna, in Sun Valley. My daughter was with me & it was both our first time there. The personalized service we received was spectacular, not to mention we really enjoyed ourselves after we left, too! It's another day for storage, so we're on our way back to kanna! See you soon! Small, friendly shop with a lot of their own flower. Always willing to consult and really take their time. The Forbidden Fruit strain is one of the most fragrant strains I've ever encountered. Its also in an old bank building which gives it an interesting vibe. Kind of a long drive from my place but I really enjoy the times I've visited.

This place is wonderful! Super knowledgeable, great selection of products and super competitive prices.Even though this place is a little out of my way, I LOVE coming here-- mainly because of Lana. She's the sweetest person ever and always picks the perfect products out for me depending on my current ailment. Not to mention whenever I come in, she'll take me back and follow up on my last visit!If you ever drop in, you won't be disappointed, especially if you see Lana. Just avoid the opposite and request her when you check in!

A very relaxing atmosphere and kind, knowledgable staff.I always recommend Kanna over the more stuffy and Apple Store-like dispensaries in Reno/Sparks.I have had conversations with management and they are all available and capable.They are always my first choice when I need something.I also admire and applaud their commitment to their own "house" flower selections. I find it extremely professional that they grow and carry their own "brand" and offer a good selection and good prices.Thank you, Kanna.Timothy

This is my place! I absolutely love coming here! I feel they offer the best deals, the best discounts, awesome staff and it's close to my house. I've never waited for my bud tender longer than 2 or 3 minutes and I hardly ever wait in line to pay.  I bring my parents here for their CBD and edibles and I love how they treat my mom like a queen! I recommend their TROKIES and peach rings! The only thing I'd change is, I would offer discounts for returning their plastic cylinders, like .10 $ each or something because I love this place so much I usually have a bunch lol! They're conveniently located and have private parking and I frequently see security outside keeping an eye on us! I should also mention they have daily deals for medical patients and deliver! Check it out peeps!

Ive gone here several times and its always been fine, nice younger people who are obvious in wanting to help you and being knowledgeable in what they are selling. Hopefully that is standard not the rude older man who is just generally not pleasant, and seems to be wanting to prevent people from wanting to return with lack of general skills needed to be successful in the business it is. Like i said I REALLY hope this is a 1 time experience and he may be having a bad day, but I know so many people that need the product being provided here would be entirely thrown off by his demeanor.

Lady at the front desk did not seem like she was in a good mood, was not very friendly. The selection of flower was not very impressive. Mainly hybrids - I think I got the only indica they had. The battery for my vape came uncharged and without a charger. Maybe I'm just spoiled, but usually they come at least halfway charged and with a charger. The lady that helped me was nice, but the selection and what I left with was subpar.

I love the atmosphere here! Also really like that it isn't packed full of people. Seems more personable than a busy dispensary.

the flower here is GAS! same with the edibles and really anything else. would love if you guys started getting some of the left coast extracts pods or cartridges on the menu here also. You guys are always very kind and professional, Thank you.

Won't ever go back...my husband filled out the paperwork as a care giver. He asked at the time if the person's info needed to be filled out they said no just tgis section...he just went in to shop...now not only do they need the info they want the person there with their card. All that info is held by the state. No problems at other dispensaries only Kanna. Will NEVER go again. After years of going there!

This place is like going back to the heady days of Head Shops. A great welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable bud-tenders. Lot's of regulars tells you people are very pleased. Not the biggest or the loudest, just the best.

Love kanna! Good products, good prices, sales everyday, good loyalty program. Definitely recommend this dispensary
