I always wonder what the point is of placing an order online is I still have to wait outside in the parking lot for 45 mins. If the order is ready it should be a quick and easy process. However it's the complete opposite. And not to mention that they sell product that was packaged all the way back in MAY of 2020. This is the most incompetent dispensary in the valley.
My first dispensary experience was fantastic and I've been back twice already! There was about a 15 minute wait but the customer service and assistance I got from Denitza was wonderful. I'll be back again.
This place is fucking amazing. The store was so well organized, the product was displayed in their cases beautifully and the prices were decent. The best part was the staff. Esperanza was wonderful and so knowledgeable about their available product. Customer service was on point for everyone I spoke to. Give these people a raise; they deserve it!
I don't understand why the set up is so awful here. They have a pickup option where you still have to wait outside for 20+ minutes and the security is rude and finicky about where you are allowed to stand outside. I was on vacation and this is where I was told to go but I would hit literally anywhere else and drive further. And I'm from Chicago where the recreational experience is terrible and taxes are nuts - somehow this was even worse.
The entire experience was quick and the products are great. Javier was very helpful! I'll be back.
What a joke this place is !! Medical patients don't waste your time!!!! Stand in line 40-45mins no specials no line for Med patients device sucked uneducated will not return! Use at your own risk!!!!
Please save your receipts! I always wondered why MedMen kept canceling my order because I come to find while viewing my account online, they kept deleting prior order history and canceling my orders even when I had picked the product up and paid for it with my account to get points for coupons. I thought I was receiving points this whole time but was wondering why I was never getting the 5 dollar off coupon. I have bought around eight 8ths since it has became recreational, and two pens. I only was given a b day coupon, and a coupon I FOUND online that they also gave me trouble for until I had to explain to corporate that they need to honor the coupon since it is valid. Please save your receipts and go one step ahead and be certain even if they say your order was canceled that upon arrival and paying, you are getting points and tracking what they are doing. IT sucks I know. Weed is no longer a commodity and something that is no longer taboo. I have been smoking for like 15 years and am sick of dispensaries thinking they are above the public because in the end it is a product... and I am a customer. without either there wouldn't be a Medmen.
You would think after so many repetitive negative reviews that they would attempt to change the systems they have in place for this operation...but no. I'm curious as to why you place an order online told it's ready for pick up and then have to wait an hour with 20 other people in a parking lot. Maybe it's a lack of management or lack of training but I'm sure there is a better way to serve their customers. If you want to wait in line for an unbelievable amount of time as your order sits ready absolutely go here, if not go to ANY other dispensary
This place is terrible. I pre-ordered some shango bud online, and arrived to the store 15 minutes after it opened on a Saturday. After arriving, I had to put my name on a list.. and wait 45 minutes to get called in to pick up my order. The bud tender told me the flower I'd picked out was a great choice. Upon arriving home, I opened the container, to find it wasn't properly sealed and the bud was completely dried out. This was some of the worst bud I've seen, in my years of being a cannabis connoisseur. Needless to say I will never be returning to this particular shop, or any Medmen location in general.
Been waiting over 30 mins just to get inside... There is only like three people in front of me. And then more people show up and they go ahead of me when I've. Even waiting 45 mins. Ridiculous. I am from LA where covid is a lot worse and I can walk right in and grab anything. This place makes u check in and then stand outside for over 30 mins. Taking one person at a time is just obnoxious. Get a better system.
Was in here for the first time last week after a coworker recommended it. I didn't have an online order and I didn't have to wait very long to get in. I'm a medical patient if it matters. Much better cartridge selection than the previous dispensary I was going to. Haven't tried any flower from here yet. Javier was v helpful and friendly. I told him what I was looking for and he definitely recommended the right strains for me. Will 100% be coming back
This is one of the worst dispensaries in Scottsdale Arizona. They are the least efficient group on planet earth. You would imagine they all got completely fucking stoned before they decided how to operate at such a scale. Clearly and save as they have everyone lined up against the wall near inches apart there is no play to identify yourself as a medical patient therefore you are stuck behind the hundreds of people who are fighting to get into the recreational dispensary. Do yourself a favor and place an online order at harvest N. Hayden Rd. It is 10 to 20 times more efficient and you will not waste your entire day. The blonde security guard is head of ass backwards operations for Med men. This dispensary is the WORST!!!
Have gone here for years. Since they went recreational, they don't have any priority for medical patients. Been twice since they converted. Yesterday I had people that were in line after me getting called first. I checked in w my med card and had an online order that was ready. Need better systems in place and take priority for medical patience.
Med Men is my new go-to dispensary! Ordered online, super easy, everything was ready in under 30 mins, got in and out in a flash. My budtender MacKenzie was awesome, made sure I got all my 4/20 discounts, and they even threw in some pre-rolls. Easy parking, clean/safe building, great location near the 101. Highly recommend and will be back!
My wife and I recently made our first visit to MedMen on 7/09/21. We were greeted by Denitza who immediately showcased a positive and helpful demeanor. We were kind of lost as to how things work and she was very patient with us and walked us though the various offerings the store had as well as asking questions about our needs and reassuring we were in good hands! She even mentioned the daily deals the store had which was very good to hear as we took advantage of several deals. While our visit was short and at the end of the day, we were thankful to have had her insight and support in helping us not only get what we wanted but reassuring that this would be a place we could come back to and be well taken care of and in good hands. 10/10, would recommend and return!
I'm not sure why this store has such low ratings. We have had NOTHING but AMAZING and courteous service at this store. The staff are SUUUUPER helpful and informative. Love this place!!!
I've been here twice & both experiences have been great! Yes, it can be a timely wait, but every person I have encountered who works here has been super nice & informative with their products! Everyone has a different experience so please don't just look at the negative reviews. Thank you MedMen!
Rude staff . I asked Mark for help to see what's around the area and he was so fucking rude. I simply asked what's good here and he tells me not to come here and ask him.ill never come here again. Rude POS
My 18 year old got her card yesterday and went in to MedMen looking for some 2.5 mg edibles. The guy who helped her told her she needed to buy 20 mg edibles because that was the lowest dose they carry. and a one gram ampule of oil that is marked in 10 mg increments. When she told me what she bought, I called to return the ampule of oil and they will not refund or exchange it. If it's not about the money, your people need to be trained in patient care.
First visit and no first time anything purchased green crack which was a little pricey and get home and it's dried out! Not a place I will revisit
Usually I like this dispensary but lately it has not been great. They haven't added anything new to their menu for almost 2 months. Barely any flower or concentrates.
Very small place without much selection. Verrry overpriced and no new patient specials. Of course their overprice is mainly packaging, some tiny pre rolls in a fancy little "Huxton" tin and a Victoria secret's style bag
I keep trying to like this place but again, after staying away for a year due to multiple bad experiences with their flower (seed hulls and stems or untrimmed buds mixed in w trimmed ones), I went back. Their website said they had Green Crack (GC) which I have been looking for. When I was taken back into the sales room, was told they did not have GC and that Leafly gets the menus screwed up frequently. Ok. Blame Leafly. Blaming others is a great business strategy...not. I turned to leave.Then bud tender goes to vape drawer and pulls out a GC vape cart. I declined. OH! Surprise, bud tender sees GC pre rolls while putting vape cart. away. Ok, I buy 2 pks, 4 pre rolls.Every.Single. pre-roll fell apart while smoking. The flower actually just fell out of the paper. Picture is just what I could easily salvage from one.
I'm not from AZ at all and had never been to a dispensary and I'm happy this was my first one! The girl who helped us (i don't remember her name but glasses and like a copper/orange color hair) was so knowledgeable & her recommendations ? Oh *chef's kiss* 10/10. I'll be back my next trip!
Arizona really messed up when they rolled out rec. It's 6:34 on a Saturday and you are no longer taking patients.
I love coming to this dispensary and it it one of the best ones in this area! All of the people who work here are very professional, friendly and well educated. There is one girl in particular named August who is always excited to greet me and she helps educate me on which products and strains will work for me. She always goes above and beyond for me by making sure I get my points, discounts and goodie bags, etc. Also she has given me some excellent advice as far as making recipes with THC/CBD and some tips on how to use different products. Overall, the entire staff is super friendly and educated. August is definitely my favorite employee here and I would highly recommend her at this location.

I used to be a fan of this dispensary, but I encountered a situation today that I found shocking. Apparently, not all sales are above board with this dispensary. I purchased a product on Friday that then failed on Sunday. I did not have my receipt, although I do recall throwing out the receipt. So, I went back to store on Monday and explained the situation. There was no record of my sale the previous Friday. The dude scanned my card and came up with zero sales, even though I spent $129 there just three days earlier. I was sent on my way and the defective product is still broken and unreplaced. I have given MedMen 24 hours to figure out how to fix this before I contact AZ Dept. of Health and AZ Attorney General's office. One wonders how many other sales are taking place off the books.I eventually heard back from Jenny Bowen - Regional Manager for MedMen. She took my complaint seriously and she explained what happened with the phantom order - they had a system failure. She also FedEx'ed me a MedMen gift card that will replace the cartridge that failed.I'm raising my rating by two stars. I think these guys are OK. They just need to get better control of the technology in their stores.
This was my first trip to a dispensary and I am new to MMJ. I wasn't sure of what I wanted and I really needed information and advice. Jared was very helpful to me! He was friendly and compassionate, as was the rest of the staff that I interacted with. I appreciated that very much and I'll be back.
Spend less on the foo foo bags and get some weed that is not dry and over priced..the brown bags worked fine.your company thinks we are made of money,we are not,sad sitution
If you want a bait and switch just to get you in, then Monarch is the place for you. MedMen have destroyed this place and Levelup. Despite taking away discounts and rising prices, the quality of flower has gone down hill. I shoot videos of flower for shutterstock, pond5, adobestock, and vimeo but the quality of flower is so bad that i cannot use their products for video anymore.
Silver waited on me last week. I couldn't pull up my medical card, so she spent at least a half an hour helping me pull it up from my phone, and had a laminated card made for me. I was worried about it, but she really put my mind at ease. I want to thank her for telling me about the dissolvable sativa strips. They help me get things done. Her service is impeccable.
Parking lot was empty which I thought was odd, walked up and asked the guy out front if they were open and he said if they weren't I'd be at Fry's, thought that was pretty funny. Spoke with Miles who was great and knowledgable and listened to what I was looking for, after showing me a few things I was then floored at the prices. Now I understood the empty parking lot, drop in stock price, laying off employees etc. I love Harvest but sometimes I have to wait 30 minutes in line, but I'll continue waiting at these prices. No new patient specials or specials at all from what I could tell. Seems to be geared more towards the casual/recreational person that doesn't know these prices are from years ago. Very bright and clean.

Great visit. Muhammad C. Aka Maux was stellar at his job. Very friendly and was very educated on the products, giving great details. Also anytime I come in Alek is terrific, sharing the same qualities.
Parker helped me find exactly what I wanted. Super cool guy, and very friendly dispo. Will definitely be coming back for more!!! Was literally in and out in minutes. Highly recommend it!!!

Great products, nice staff and security guards. The wait is incredible to get in. Twice I have put in an online order and the wait has been over 1 hour just to pick it. So it's ready I head down there to pick it up. When I pull in, there are about 20 people in front of me. I go to the check in only to be told that several people called in sick. And they appreciate everyone being patient as we wait. This happened again today.People that are waiting are not happy and grumbling about how rec users ruined everything. Maybe not. I think for damn sure is that they need to hire more dependable workers and have a backup system for when they call in.The demand is obviously here. Make sure the business can handle it.
I had a good experience overall. I didn't have an online order so I was expecting a bit of a wait. I came on a Sunday around 2:00. There were a lot of people waiting in the parking lot. But it moved along pretty quickly and my wait time was 15-20 minutes. The associate was very helpful and well informed. I bought gummies and they are wonderful! Hopefully the wait times will go down once the dispensaries have been open to recreational customers a few months.
Went in to help a relative who has medical issues. We were in the building for 5-10 minutes trying to figure out the best product for her condition. The staff rushed us out and were not considerate of what was needed and instead we were hurried out. Haven't tried the product yet but the customer service was less than expected. Javier told us we needed to leave after 10 minutes of being in the store because he had "17 other patients waiting outside". We waited in line for longer than we were in the shop and the staff was rude. They clearly don't care about medical patients.
I never have to wait long it at all and I like that they are there to make recommendations and answer questions. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection and seem to be growing. And you can pay with debit card which is great.

Bruh . Google maps says 5:30 . Actual close time 5:00 as we rush to pull in at 5:00 imagine our disappointment when people walking out tell us they are closed :( comin guys tell whoever does your social media needs to lock it up already .
We arrived at around 10 AM on a Friday morning and we had about a 40 minute wait. When you arrive they ask you if it's a recreational or medical visit. They are very organized with check-in, IDs, and the waiting list. They have a waiting area in the parking lot with shade and chairs. The customer service person comes to get you and guide you through your shopping experience, answering any questions and making suggestions if necessary. Our bud tender did a great job of answering our questions, showing us the different products, and was very helpful. The prices were pretty reasonable, higher than Colorado but right on par with Las Vegas.

I don’t understand the operations here.... you send an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up but then you have to wait 20+ minutes to get your order? If I arrive I should be able to pick it up. Done. Then inside I use a credit card and you round my transaction to the nearest whole number (mine was like $2.77) ? I’m using a credit card... why in the world would I want change? And there’s people outside trying to sell you other things... like a booth of another company. Super weird. Recommend other dispensaries. Way better service
Thanks to Mark M. for helping two oldsters navigate the brave new world of cannabis therapy. My husband has cancer and the chemo gives him restless legs which prevents him from sleeping and this is the only way he can get rest to heal. God bless!
