Ever since Harvest bought this place, it has gone to shit. I wish there was a zero star option, but even that won't fix the problem because these companies don't care about your business. They know we need our products and we are going to buy it regardless. So I recommend going literally anywhere else.

So went here for my first time last week! The new patient deals are killer and even have deal for your second and third time I'm! The stuff was super nice and help made the experience really a good time! Wil be back for Black Friday!

Place was great until Harvest took it over.  Prices all too high for what is offered.  Too many popcorn buds.  Very small repetitive selection.  The staff is overwhelmed much of the time.  Wanted to place express order they tell me - it's a 90 minute wait.  Go in and get told to call in an express order.  Definitely better places to go - this place is just for the snowbirds who don't know any better.

I have been coming here for years and I honestly don't like to go anywhere else for my meds.  You walk in and immediately feel welcome.  It's not some gross tiny room with some guy sitting behind bullet proof glass where you feel like you're about to do some shady illegal transaction.  This place feels like you're walking in to a doctors office.The employee's are always super friendly and get to know you very quickly by name which amazes me since they see so many patients each day.The prices here are also some of the best i've found in the valley at any dispensary.  The points system also keeps you coming back for more and they have some great benefits from using them too!  You can save up for a free certification plus you get 150 bucks credit in store!  This place has a patient for life i'll tell you that

Honestly, I love this place so much. They are always so sweet and kind when I go there. I also already usually know what I want, so I can't attest to if I'm new to everything cannabis but, they are so kind. I appreciate everything they do

I'll be finding a new dispensary Garbage service, they did not care at all about providing good customer service for their customer I had some expensive cartridges malfunction and explode and they didn't offer to do a damn thing. Not even like a small discount or anything

Spoke to a woman on the phone before driving to this location to make sure they had what I was looking for she said they do have it..drove 30 min to find out they don't have it and the guy at the counter was pretty rude

I have been happy with this dispensary for a few years now. Today the bud tender was not helpful at all, quite a knowledgeable. Also a guy came in without a mask was assisted before others waiting in line and made the Experience uncomfortable! Won't be back

Give me a break! I called yesterday and spoke to the RUDEST person at you AZNS facility. To say she was RUDE is an understatement. She had NO DESIRE to assist me because you guys are only interested in Recreational. Face it, that's the ONLY reason you aren't offering specials. The person yesterday went as far as to literally yell goodbye and yelling talking to someone while I was actually speaking. She then said, "Ugh, what did you say? I can't hear you!" I went as far as to give you guys a review (yes, you guys bc you are ALL PART OF THE SAME COMPANY! I don't want to hear that "it's not our problem since it's at another facility." But DON'T think we (actual card carrying MMJ patients) are idiots and that you are "Temporarily Discontinued Discounts" This truly shows Harvest has ZERO EMPATHY for what disabled people are going through ESPECIALLY during these times. I will be sure to make it known in every review possible how you now treat "patients" or as you are treating us, nothing but cattle. Shame on you! Your not even offering pricing or specials for those of us that got you to where you are. Your company has now made it know to the medical community (check out your crappy reviews) that you could care less if we have meds we need. That's a nice kick in the teeth after standing up for the dispensaries for several years now. What a disappointment your company is. Quite frankly, even APS has surpassed your company in empathy for what the economy is going through. Money grubbing prostitutes whole will sell their souls for a buck.

Always a pleasure to stop here! Alex, is beyond helpful and super knowledgeable. He helped me the last two times I was in and he went above and beyond each time. Definitely one of the reasons I always come back is the customer service and of course for the awesome goodies.

amazing service and great budtenders!! I like that its a small place so its more one on one instead of "what do you want.." very informative employees on all products and great sales and reward system for continueing customers which I thought was very rad! would definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone with a medical card who actually wants educated employees not permi-stoned college kids..

Best flower and best prices take it from someone who as sent well over 2000 dollars at this dispensary alone. They know what they are talking about and they are beating out every other dispensary in the valley by light years.I believe there are even dispensaries that buy from there grow opp thats how top tier natural selections is.Any negative reviews for this place do not match a single experience Ive encountered here.This is the only dispensary in arizona i will go too its really not even a competition. Cant believe people still are sleep to this place.Its hard to be consistent when you can purchase flower that has been crossed WITH 3 DIFFERENT STRAINS! Yet they still manage to deliver everytime for an un beatable price. Get an ounces and thank me later. If u need to know thc content they have every product tested most dispos dont even test all there products thats a red flagBut this place does and its just another reason I will keep spending. New med card will be curtisy of the dispensary as well so there is no complaints I could fathom from this establishment

BOMB PLACE. BOMB SPECIALS. The staff they're know me by name and are almost like family to me. Natural Selections is my second home LOL. You will always be treated with respect and kindly at Natural Selections. Cartridge specials and other specials throughout the week & weekend. They also do drawings. I want a half ounce on a raffle ticket during Christmas. This place is the dope and love their customers and I  them too.

Very disappointed in the quality from this dispensary. Strains seem ok but the product is average at best. Seems to me ( I have over 35 years of growing and CURING experience ) that they do not have a proper trimming and curing system in place and it shows in the end quality of their flower. Sorry to say, but they need some basic help.

Very professional setting. The security guard opened the door for us, which was the first confirmation that I was in the right place. They keep a low profile from the outside. The front desk female was friendly. Our bud tender, Alexa, was accommodating and knowledgeable. She went out of her way twice to make sure we received all reward points possible.  What she did not know, she found out rather than guess. They noticed that my birthday was recent and gave me a credit towards purchase, unsolicited. Very cool. It looks and feels very high end inside, spacious, clean, organized. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a great dispensary . I love going there . The staff is wonderful and the budtenders are always ready to help . The flower is fresh and always good . They have great specials too

Not a bad place, it's kind of expensive. Great customer service though! Selection is decent. Still prefer urban then curaleaf but this is a solid third place

Didn't care for this place , the person helping me didn't know much about the meds and what I did get was not quality meds you would expect to find also mine had mold on it

The manager that is at this location named Zach doesn't know anything. Not only is he a jerk and a liar but he literally comes from the restaurant industry and knows nothing about medical marijuana. These guys are all hype with a bunch of overpriced gimmicks in advertising trying to drive business. Instead of just putting out a superior product, they play the social media game. The only awesome thing this company does is CBD research for children and helping kids who have epilepsy and other ailments.  They should get rid of young inexperienced managers and get back on track.

Really rather give a negative 5. Many of the good reviews you see here are due to the store offering discounts for good reviews. Bought an oil cartridge and when it leaked they said they will do nothing after 48hrs.  So if you buy a $58 cartridge you better smoke it in two days because you're not getting your money back, not a discount on a new cartridge, nothing. But they did offer to let me buy a replacement cartridge at full price. Steer clear of this place. Even Walgreens would replace medication that was bad, when your customer support is worse than Walgreens you have serious problems.

They advertise that they are Az natural selections and on the website there hours are 7 days a week until 7pm , drove 30 min out of my way to be told they are not Az selections and they close at 6 . They changed names and ownership apparently over 6 months ago . Very small selection from what I could see and I arrived 3 min before 6 and they said they were already closed and couldn't help me so I should go to the holistic center . Im a regular at holistic center so they get one star for at least having recommended a good place . Not very appealing . Prob won't be coming back .

went to peoria location. didn't find a listing for it. very inviting atmosphere. clean, and well laid out. very friendly staff. in and out quickly, with high quality products. will definitely go back.

I go here because it's a convenient location and they have a decent selection and decent prices, but like other reviewers stated they are SO slow. Every time it's at least a 20 min wait even if you get there at 8am when they open, extremely annoying.

I loved the experience an buds was best had n while. Found some strains there I usually paid alot a gram for now can get 8th for same as two gs before. I like how options to consult a photographer there if want a consultant afterwards

So after getting my card I was given info on dispensaries   And amazingly one was in my little town of Cave Creek. Now, if you are in Mesa, why would you go to Cave Creek?  Because the shop is between a gun store and a tack shop. And The Hideaway Bar and Grill next door.  You can get your Rx and then be a tourist! And Indian Village has great Mexican.  But I digress.   I only got my card after I was diagnosed with cancer.  After my doctor shook his head about my continuing nausea   So the oncologist said have you tried marijuana?  Yes, in 1977.  Long story short, I walk into AZ Natural totally clueless.  I was given individual attention and staff spent a lot of time explaining what would help specific symptoms I had.  It's like dealing with a pharmacist.   First, if you suffer from one of the "approved" diseases talk to your doc about MM.  And you can't go wrong if you're a rookie like me going to AZN.  Hope you feel better like I do now after throwing away a bunch of pills

Stopped in at Arizona Natural Selections in Scottsdale today & let me tell ya... The service their is just a great as the Peoria location. Prices are okay but quality is great. However, it did take some time for me to get served. The lobby was  neat, complimentary jolly ranchers and water! Be sure to check this location out and ask for Shannon!

I went to the Scottsdale location it's so nice and clean inside very informative and it was my first time in there so they help me with my selections and I told them what I needed everything I ended up getting was just what I wanted and will definitely be going back!

After visiting several places and having some strange experiences, I was referred to Arizona Natural Selections.  Thank goodness, because this place turned out to be the cleanest, most professional place with tons of options for my fibromyalgia!  Thank you for your huge variety, knowledge and beautiful atmosphere!  Just when I was ready to give up I found Arizona Natural Selections!

I feel so welcomed when I walk in the doors of this place. The staff is great and friendly. It's so clean and organized (like my house). I had an issue with one of the timeless oils not working and they were able to give me new one. Thanks guys!!!

Helpful staff at the Peoria Location. Saira was very knowledgeable. Meds and edibles were very good.

I finally took control and spoke to my doctor and got my card.  I happen to live in Cave Creek and just went her because it was close.  I have to say I had no idea what to expect, but it was super professional and an amazing experience.  The staff was super friendly, informative and full of information.  The prices were very reasonable.  I tried the oil to I didn't have to 'smoke' anything, but then was offered a free gram because I was a new customer.  I am super satisfied with both medicines and will gladly return to find the best solutions.  I am thinking about trying the snacks and other options, and will update with that experience.  It kind of felt like an apple store for cannabis. Huge thumbs up for me!

I recently stopped by Natural Selections because I was up in the area and heard good things from a friend. I was behind scheduled and walked in just as they were closing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond all extremely professional. They made me feel extremely welcomed and didn't rush me out. Product was great and they offered a much different selection than other dispensaries in the area! I have to mention the packaging.... Awesome! Definitely a awesome bonus! I'm definitely making the trip up there from now on!!!

I like this place they have a good selection and good quality meds. It is pricey but they have some good strains and the new patient deal is worth it for sure.

I was referred to ANS and I haven't been disappointed yet.  I went in today looking for oil vape pen.  Hanna was extremely helpful and patient with my questions.  I was happy with my purchase and never felt rushed.    Thx

I've been coming here for over a year and I LOVE THIS SPOT!!! From the prices to the quality I moved to Chandler and drive all the way here because no other place has compared for me! They might be slow but it's because they really take their time to describe the meds and figure out what works best for you! I love all the staff members and like I said price and quality AMAZING

AZ Natural Selections has the best oil cartridges in town for quality and price! Good selection of flower but their best strains are a little pricier than some. Great selection of edibles and a solid rewards program.

I've been to a few dispensaries and this is by far the easiest and most professional shop. The girls are knowledgeable, kind, and can help you pick the perfect strain. My new favorite is the Lambs Bread a very light, high functioning sativa. I've always been a lightweight and usually stick to indica since I medicate at night for arthritis. This blend helps me on the weekends with pain and doesn't give couch lock. If you're new to this realm, make this store your first stop. Its worth the drive :)

I've been using this dispensary since they opened. Service has always good and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to trying alternatives for better results. I've never had a long wait to be served. the staff gives you all the time you need. I received nothing from the establishment for this review.

THIS IS MY THIRD MONTH WITH THIS AMAZING DISPENSARY!!!  It's definitely time for a review. After a switch over from one dispensary to the next, I had no idea what to expect. My friend kept telling me, "PEORIA, PEORIA!". The smarts finally kicked in and I ventured north, which was a smooth ride, hardly any traffic on the Loop 101. The location is right off Peoria and the Loop 101. Can't get any better then that. The plaza has a plethora of shops that I like to purchase from. Dollar Tree, Petsmart, Home Depot and other retail shops. Parking is so simple here. There's never been any tight parking because, there are plenty of spaces. The staff is well educated and can recommend a strain for any of your medical needs. I'm majorly empresses with my regiment and how well it's working. The dispensary itself is a work of art. The lobby, bathroom and dispensary floor looks and feels very sanitary. I look for these things. AZ Natural Selections has a point system where, the more visits and purchases I make, I get free flower or other awesome products. My flower, oil and wax has always been fresh and contained well to continue keeping that freshness. Everyday I look in my email or wait for my text with the promotions. The sales really continue to bring me walking into these doors. Meeting very talented, friendly and most of all, with me, patience. Sometimes I'm not having a good day but, after a conversation with an employee, either at the front desk or, at the purchasing counter, I walk out happy. I strongly believe if you try this dispensary out, you will return. Some wonderful and well educated people I have come to know and respect are Karen, Marissa and Mr. Stephen. All bright lights in their occupation. All highly educated in recommendations for my medicinal needs. I'm sure all of the employees are but, these are my gravitational pulls. Thank you AZ Natural Selections for having what I need at the right price.

Staff is unfriendly have no patience for customers last time I was there they didn't even have any full gram carts but had a BOGO deal harvest and natural selections are by far the worst dispensary I have been to will never go again ever! They have awful deals and have a chain of many dispensary's hope people don't buy from this company 1/10 stars

Always awesome products with a fairly wide variety, sweet deals and helpful bud tenders. I do wish she would have spent a little more time with me as I was willing to try new things, but that's okay! Happy to see business is doing well!

What an amazing place. Everything is extremely well run and clean and the people here are very polite and courteous. Their product is 1st rate. I've been here several times and it is truly a professionally run operation. The quality of their medical marijuana has no match. Of course I am not a real pothead so don't get me wrong I generally come by here when I just want something to relax me or to get the sleep a little easier. All in all I would say this is the finest medical marijuana dispensary in Scottsdale.

Idk I'm very annoyed first time here no one asked me to fill out paper work and now I've been sitting for over 30 minutes waiting on my online order placed TWO HOURS AGO and saw other people come in after me and get served before me... LIKE FIGURE IT OUT - and then when I have something to say about waiting for so long and being skipped, the workers catch an unneeded attitude - I get y'all are stressed and I'm sorry you can't manage a heavy flow of customers during a pandemic but that's just not my fault I just placed my online order and was prepared to pop in and out. Trash ass system serious waste of time everyone go to NIRVANA will not be coming back even to use my BOGO

Well FU medical patients and hello greed.  Employee gave me a great rec that was a couple miles away called SOL, he felt bad as amateur hour has almost doubled the price for us medicinal users.  Poser Corporate Greed, MedMen part 2.  I gave them 1 star instead of zero cause of their staff.Edit after response to Tim "ok corporate bot"

My daughter and I went here for the first time last week. What an outstanding experience. From check in to check out..stellar service. Alex was helping us out and knew exactly what we were looking for and offered great recommendations. Because of him I spent more than I was planning too, but sure didn't mind at all. Great product, great customer service and overall a lot of fun. Hats off to our new hometown dispensary!

Really poorly run.  Employees haven't been trained to answer the phone.  Rude.  But what really pisses me off is when I buy a certain advertised thc on Alien Labs        $70 1/8 plus another $16 in taxes and they try and sell me a new batch with 25 % lower thc. Here we are Black Friday and no specials.  If you hadn't locked up Connected Brands (and Alien Brands) in the state of Arizona, I would not be a customer.  Let me offer your team a phone answering script. Hello this is Jack, thank you for calling Harvest, how May I help you? Lastly, you do recognize this is a commodity business? Your flower is average at best and with the notable exceptions of Connected an Alien you offer no product that's different or outstanding. To summarize: poor service both in store and on telephone, mediocre product high prices, specials on crap people don't buy.  Please don't bother to send me the same lame reply you send to reviewers.  It's condescending.  Act on my suggestions.

Employees are uneducated on the products, rude to deal with. Most advertised product not in stock.

The Harvest location at 7330 E Butherus in Scottsdale is the worst dispensary in Az. The store "compliance manager" Kyle Horwath says management cleaned out all their product this morning, leaving virtually nothing in desirable edibles. I placed a preorder yesterday that I went to pick up at 2 pm today. Despite being a regular customer, I received no notice from Harvest that all 10 Pure items I ordered were no longer in stock. No explanation from Kyle Horwath, other than there was a decision from corporate to clean out the shelves. Sad state of affairs with no respect for customers who depend on businesses to perform.

Easily my favorite dispensary, I used to drive up from Mesa to get my flower from here, definitely a top level spot and you pay for it, average was 40-65 for an 8th. Totally worth it, ask the bud tenders recommendation they are knowledgeable and very friendly!
