Best most knowledgeable employees in town/in the state. The prices points are perfect for a college town for the cheap, but still good enough stuff. And cheaper/better good stuff than the west side.

To the gentleman that complimented my scarf, thank you. I know you were trying to have a conversation with me but I was (and still am) pretty stoned, sorry about that. You guys are conveniently located with a nice selection and good prices. My go-to for the duration of my time in Pullman

This place is awesome. Jenny is super helpful and informative on the bud, and I'm always happy with the outcome. I'll keep comin back.

I used to love this place. This dispensary is right next to my house and is open pretty late. Not much to complain about until recently. I go into kush 21 on an average of 1.7 times a day since they've opened (I did the calculations), but today that has since stopped. They sell really old dab oil to their customers and don't disclose it. I recently bought a gram of oil that I thought was on sale to try it. When I got home I realized that the oil was over a year and a half old. I came back in with an unopened package and asked if I could exchange  it for a newer one, or get store credit, just something. Instead, not only did I get a "you should have read the label better" from Jen I also got a, "fuck! You shouldn't talk about shit like that in front of me while I'm on the phone" while I was voicing my concerns. My main issue is they Kush 21 sold me old dab oil and when I came in to try and fix the issue they yelled and belittled me to the point where I'm never returning again.

Limited merchandise. Quality is getting lower and found a lot of  seeds in buds....  All my 30% loyalty discount turned to only 10% now???? Losing my heart and loyalty to them. Interesting fact: their employees recommended to get buds at other pot shop in town coz they know what's better.Disappointed

Terrible customer service. Have items in the shelf then tell you that they aren't purchasable for 3 more hours. Doesn't matter if you walked 2-3 miles ca e it was your favorite store. Wouldn't even tease the thought off entering the item I wanted. TERRIBLE SRrvice for somthing so easy. Maybe put inventory in before you open.

Amazing customer service, fantastic selection and employees are super knowledgeable. Come in and get some pot to get high!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Alot of awesome things in a little place😎 My new favorite place to go 😊

Was just passing through Pullman but found an awesome shop with a huge selection my bud tender was super friendly and had loads of knowledge

Refuse to honor their own prices and try to upcharge you $100 for shopping online. Unprofessional, rude and uneducated staff. Will not return.

They aren’t necessarily a bad store (they have a really good location close to campus) but good luck getting ahold of anyone. If you to try to call them about a certain strain or for availability, they refuse to answer the phone. They’ll let it ring until it goes to voicemail the first time, and when you try to call them back they immediately end the call. It’s very frustrating, especially when their website NEVER has updated availability. You can order a certain product online (example. Blue Magoo Wax) and once you arrive they’ll tell you it’s sold out and try to offer something completely different. Last but not least if you want marijuana go to Peace Of Mind, I’ve never had a single problem and they’re sales associates are actually helpful and nice…

This used to be the best store for deals in town. Now it definitely isn't. Find out today they stopped doing 20% off on Saturdays for loyalty members. Was pretty much the last good discount you guys had going, but now even that is too much. It's extra frustrating that students can come in whenever and get 20% off with their student IDs, but loyalty members and non-students continue to get the shaft. There are more than just students in pullman! After 5 whole visits, a loyalty member can earn 10 whole percent off. I spend 200+ a week here, but until you guys start treating your loyalty and non-student customers better again, satori will be getting that business. I really hope you guys give me a reason to update this review to a 5 star! But until you start respecting the business of your loyal customers again, I have zero reason.
