Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and their recommendations are always on point even when I ask for many specifics and hard choices. The happy hour is killer deals too. Good atmosphere I wasnt convinced when they first opened but this dispensary has definitely become a staple. I normally dont do reviews (unless someone pisses me off or goes greatly above and beyound (which this place has on several occasions) but I saw there was only 1 review and it's one star which ain't right causs this place is truly better. I'm sure everyone will have their bad experiences (like 10 years ago on my first day of assembly at McCy ds not putting burgers on the cheeseburgers...whoops, it was a family of 8 too -.-)

I have visited 200 dispensaries in the state of Washington and I was not impressed at this place at all. The least relaxed dispensary; very uptight and condescending. Too many rules. Would not go back or recommend.

I specifically asked for high dose CBD without THC. They sold me $120 of oil with THC and I didn't realize until I got home. I called and they said sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding but they won't do anything about it. They had to put me on hold to "research" if they even had any without THC. They were super nice when they were selling me something I didn't ask for, so there is that.

Friendly staff. Ordering online and curbside pick up available.  Love it!  Wish they had Mr. Moxey mints available more often.

I called and they said sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding but they won’t do anything about it. They had to put me on hold to “research” if they even had any without THC. They were super nice when they were selling me something I didn’t ask for, so there is that. *** why even reply with your polite “eff you”. Your employee sold me something I specifically said I didn’t want and sold it to me as being what I asked for!!! I did not even handle the products until after I had purchased it. I travel around the country and each state has different regulations and this is why I was very specific asking if you sold it without THC!!! Why would I come back to a business that took $120 for something I threw in the trash because it wasn’t what I asked for or wanted???? Your company was wrong in this transaction failed to make it right other than a “I’m sorry our employee miscommunicated” what a joke of a reply. You didn’t rectify anything. You want to make it right? Give me my money back for your employees mistake and miscommunication. Your lame “I’m sorry” do nothing but show you accept no accountability.

Wasn't sure what was what when I first went in. Had a lady who was soooo patient with me and answered all my questions. Absolutely love the people there.

I am a 1st time customer. I went in with my sister to get edibles. The budtender that assisted my sister, initially, wasn't as helpful as one would hope. We, admittedly, are not fluent in of all the terminology and just know what we wanted and Sis had questions. She stated she didn't understand and instead of helping and explaining he said they didn't have what she was looking for. Meanwhile I was being helped by a sweet blonde gentlemen. He was explaining everything I needed to know. Sis asked some questions and he explained what she needed to know and she was able to make her purchase. Thank you to the sweet blonde gentleman who saved the day!

UPDATE: The manager reached out to me and apologized and rectified the situation. Other than this one problem, Floyd’s has been mostly a positive experience with quality products at decent prices. ——————————————— Walked in to purchase 2 510 thread cartridges during happy hour, received one 510 thread and a Pax Era pod that I don’t own a battery to. Went in the next day with my receipt to ask for a replacement and was told I wasn’t able to get it exchanged. Almost walked out before I told him it’s messed up because I walked in and asked for a 510 thread and he asked to check my receipt, he then told me “Online orders can’t be exchanged, that’s what you ordered.” I didn’t even know you CAN order online. Eventually he gave me a distillate cartridge — even though I purchased a live resin cartridge, because I purchased it during happy hour lol. Definitely lost my business.
