Show lessI had a very bad experience at Debbie's Dispensary in Phoenix. I found their dispensary about 3 months ago. I received a good deal for a medical marijuana first time purchase. On the first visit they sold me 14 grams of flower and I received 14 grams free. On the 2nd visit, they offered 20 percent off flower, and the offer for the 3rd visit was supposed to be the same as the first. I went today to get my 14 grams and 14 grams free, and they told me " Oh sorry, that deal went away. I receive texts from them daily and have never received a notice or text saying their medical deals had changed. I explained to them that I had to drive a long way to their store, and it is hard for me at 76 yrs old with a disability and also I'm a vet. You would think they could have said ok we'll do this one time and honor their verbal deal, but instead they were very rude about this and did not honor their verbal contact. I have 5 friends who go to Debbie's now, but they have assured me that they will no longer shop their. Your deals for medical patients shouldn't change just because you went recreational.Helpful

This place sucks.... Run, don't walk from this place... or just avoid going inside at all. They are wayyy overpriced, the quality of flower sucks, they don't know what they're talking about, and they are very inconsiderate. I won't be returning to this dispensary again.

There's absolutely no point or difference of being a medical patient or online ordering until you answer the door which makes no sense if there is a recreational line around the corner!!!!! Bs!!!!!! Waste of time!!! How are they going to make people that are medically disabled stand around with rec patients!!!!

This is the worst dispo I have ever been to. We have given this place many chances. Almost everyone that works there is beyond useless. A lot of them aren't friendly. And they are constantly not stocked correctly so it's basically a wasted trip cause they never have anything you actually want.Giving tree is waaaay better.

Terrible bait and switch! I smoke for migraines. I can only smoke indica. No hybrid, no sativa. They said they were selling me indica, I asked multiple times. What was sealed in my bag was a hybrid. No returns. I spent $419 today.  This is the second time this location has done this. Manager Jerry zero help. Terrible

I very was disappointed, return policy is only 7days! We are not daily users and just use for sleeping. We bought 3-1gram cartridges of Puraearth 2 of the 3 leak thru to your mouth and was told so sorry too late...  after $180 purchase, really!? And we share the same name

I tried adding this review toWeedmaps but it was too long..Checked out this dispensary a few days ago and the reviews looked promising. I have a feeling most of them are more likely friends writing them. The check in process was decent nothing bad or good. The budtender on the other hand lacked in pretty much every aspect when it comes to being a budtender. Unfriendly and kept looking me up and down as if she was judging me. I asked for a very specific trait I wanted in a flower, something to help me sleep as I suffer from insomnia. She literally only gave me 1 choice. Just one? I mean for a dispensary with the type of reviews you can't possibly tell me you only have one strong indica!?! I stared at the baggy for a bit, not much to see really. Then she offered one more option as she probably saw the disappointment in my face. Same exact company just in a glass jar and a hybrid that leaned more indica. I decided with that one and a whopping 75 dang dollars later I'm out the door eager to get some rest. To add insult to injury that damn strain did nothing. Not only was it a weak high claiming to be over 25% THC, it kept me up! Oh, and to add that I was a new patient and it looks like there is no new patient deals their or it wasn't offered. I'm also pretty sure I saw there was a daily deal but of course my shitty hates the world budtender failed to explain to me that offer. Moral of this review. Go else where, the dispensary I went to before this was Zen Leaf and is off the chain compared to this dump. I also picked up the same amount of herbals plus a gram of concentrate for about $80! This place is a complete rip off with shitty weed.

Went here for the first time tonight because it was on my way home. Hubby has a major headache and I wanted to find some quality CBD. I believe it was RJ who assisted me snd he was FANTASTIC! I'll be asking for him again next time. Front desk was so nice and polite as well. This is a really great place.

Way over priced and they dont even allow you to look at the product your buying when purchasing considerates. Every other dispensery will show you especially when their charging top top top price. 80 Bucks to hopefully get what you like. No thanks.

Just moved to Arizona. Found Debbie's with one rating but it was a 5 star rating. I'll make it a second 5 star rating. They had what I wanted. They were willing to spend as little or as much time with me as I wanted. I did not feel lost as a newcomer but also not singled out. There were a variety of ages of people in there. I was pretty quick. The experience was easy, cash machine on hand. I'll go back.

Absolutely favorite dispensary. Very close to my house and the staff is so amazing and nice they definitely go above and beyond to help you it's never a long wait I am always in and out!
