I went for the ounce special they had going on. Thought I'd try it. Don't try it. Bag had more stems than anything. I was not allowed a close up look at the counter. Bad gorilla glue they sold. Very disappointed.

Always great service and good quality crumble I drive from otherside of town just for there product. Thanks again.

I love this dispensary but can I just say y'all have the hottest security guard I've ever seen.....

I love this dispensary. Online ordering is super convenient and always fast. I love that they always have deals. This is the only dispensary I go to.

good product, decent pricing and I like the idea of them cultivating their own bud. Edibles are reasonably priced. I come with my daughter and we are always pleased with our interaction, except for one instance at the Washington St location. Peoria's always been a positive experience

Drove very far for this special all for them to be sold out. Trash customer service, we are in a middle of a pandemic stop letting people risk themselves for this ps

Come here a lot and things have been going downhill slowly. No more deals on flower and they just sold me and 1/8 with at least a gram of stems just left in there! Not high quality weed for sure very ugly!Edit: My 1/8 was short also. Only weighed 3.3 laaaame af

Growing up in the 60's let's just say things have changed.  I was grateful for the handicap parking.  I was greeted by the staff at the door and in the lobby.  I had my service dog and they said nothing when they saw her vest.  That's appreciated. This was my first time purchasing medical use THC.  Mychal  Was very helpful and didn't rush me. A couple of hiccups though.  I mentioned I had X amount of dollars to spend.  I was asking about each product and effects.  I ended up with a large bag of goodies and started laughing when he told me I didn't use up my THC allowance.  I did have to use the ATM because Mychal forgot what I said but my card was expired the next day so I wanted to buy as much as possible.  I felt like a kid again driving home. I wasn't scared because I had a medical I D.  Later that afternoon I popped a whole gummy in my mouth and enjoyed it. 1 hour later I was thinking of how I was going to wring Mychals neck!  I'm sure for you younger people who are using THC occasionally you might think that a whole gummy is "mellow and you'll just be able to enjoy the afternoon"   but I've not used since 1975 and I started thinking I was going on an acid trip! :-o  I'm not comfortable with feeling my mind in an alternate state.  I quickly realized I hadn't asked how long ingested THC would be in my system.  I was jacked up for 2 days! Go ahead laugh cause it's funny now but not then. My motor skills were very poor and I already deal with balance issues. I was stumbling like you see a drunk person do.  Anyway I survived and have altered the amount of the gummy's. The pre rolled joints are so beautiful! I never could roll a decent one, hate using a pipe so happy to find them.I don't really agree that it's fair that without a medical card you have to pay more.  My concern, since moving to AZ, is how your tracked by the government here on certain scripts and I'm guessing using THC products.  One last note please slow down the moving menu signs. I couldn't read it fast enough because I was trying to understand what are the products listed?  I will try Bloom again but probably without a medical card since AZ changed the requirements to secure a card.  When I got mine you could renew online, now you must have a new Dr exam and filing fee.I'm not sure if this is the answer to my pain issues but it definitely helps to sleep.  Taking 1-2 hits off a beautiful joint is all the help needed in the afternoon when my pain is not controlled. The gummy's are left for reclining and zoning to music or cable.

In the end , I left with what I wanted.The lines are ridiculous so staff tells you to order online to save time. The online system is not managing the current volume well and the result is more frustration and waiting.I finally got it done, got a text confirming my order was ready and went to pick-up my choices.Got to the store, no order. Staff told me three times that I had made the mistake by not confirming the correct location. According to my emails, the error was on Bloom. I got my merchandise after some humiliation from a condescending employee.  I understand that people are waiting in line to hand you cash right now but if you piss them off in the process it does not bode well for long-term financial success.I will not return to or recommend Bloom in the future.

First you have to stand in a line outside, then when you get inside another line. It's like being herded like Seinfeld through the Soup Nazis line. I oint know what I want. I want to peruse.And then as you stand in this second line there's a sign, "Cash only". Ummm what? 21st century. You don't have credit card machines or Apple pay? Oh and no cell phone use Ha!

Warning stay away from this place at all cost the most uneducated bud tenders I have ever dealt with products LFor sale no one had any clue about how do you sell a product and not know anything about it ?????

Awesome location, staff is amazing and always have the best deals.  I would recommend tip anyone.

Stopped in Bloom today. Was not impressed.The receptionist was friendly and full of information. I'm used to being buzzed in at other dispensaries but here at Bloom, you wait out front and someone comes out to get you. I was looking for a certain brand of product which they don't carry. It was so fricken hot in there, very uncomfortable. There was two guys at the counter, one of them seemed "disturbed" by my questions and would answer with a question. He had an attitude. I didn't catch his name but he had black long curly hair. The other guy was eager to help. They don't have much of a selection either.I won't be returning. I like where I go for my products, it's a better atmosphere and a lot more friendly plus their AC works.

So I first posted a review for this location on leafly on 7/10. But I checked the status of the review today and it wasnt there. So my original review was because i called ahead at the dispensary and asked if they had enougb peoduct before i came down there and they assured me they had PLENTY. So I went in as a walk in patient and they took me to the online order side because it was my husband and i. They took forever to take my order and then had me change it twice saying they didnt have the product i wanted. Im pretty sure they just sold it to otber people on the walk in side because their product is right by the place where people go 'walk in orders', Finally got their 'last 8g of crumble ' but by the time the budtender brought me my order they only had brought out 6g and said thats all they had. I asked to speak to the manager expecting soemthing like a discount or a substitute for something else since they had ran out. The manager oroceeded to be rude and said i needed to either order something else or buy a product (shatter) that was of no use to me. I ended up just getting shatter and leaving because i needed tbe other things i had ordered. He was very rude and i said i just want what i came for i just wanted to let you know its bad customer service because had i have been taken to the correct side im pretty sure i wouldve got what i was going to order. I told him i had 2 kids at home and i didnt want to come here and waste my time and that now i was here wasting my time because of this. He had no apology or remorse at all. I loved this place before this incident, their products are good and they have good deals. But this was by far the worst customer service ive ever had at a dispensary. Also I cannot believe my review was deleted on leafly instead of them trying to correct their wrong doings. Shame on management.

It was my first time at this location. The front desk staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and Breanna was amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Dispensary offers decent deals with decent product. The staff is always very kind and respectful. I have a bone to pick with the online orders aspect of the establishment. Why offer online orders if online ordering is not one of your main priorities? The point of online orders are for the people who know what they want, it's for the people who want to show up with minimal wait, get what they have waiting for them then leave. Yeah I understand that it's a "Saturday" and stimulus checks are hitting every bodies accounts. But i come periodically throughout the week at random times and I still sit longer in the online order line than I do the recreational walk in line. I'm totally fine with having to wait for my online order, don't get me wrong. But when I see 5+ recreational walk in line people who get in their line after ive already been sitting in ordering line for a while and they go in and get out while I'm still outside in line waiting for my online order. I'd just appreciate if this establishment took more care of their online orders. It's practically their bread and butter of this establishment. Takes all of 5 minutes at the most to go to the counter, pick up your online order and leave the parking lot. No reason for it to take 45+ minutes for me to be inside for 2 minutes.

Would do no stars but that isn't an option. They do NOT offer online ordering. Curbside pick up. Accommodations for patients who have medical conditions especially pertaining to their breathing. Spoke with a rep who didn't know Covid procedures and asked to speak with a manager. Angrily put me on hold for over 8 minutes. I hung up called back. Spoke with a female manager that said they don't serve anyone without a mask or a shield. When shields don't even contain your breath lol this is comical and would NEVER give them my business. It's a small place anyway and don't have much to choose from with anything. Don't waste your time coming here.

no star review: remember being able to get an o for 100, then 125, now if you go to bloom youll get that same ounce of mid for 250 dollars do yourself a favor and go to natures medicines‍

First time customer, had never been to a dispensary before. Walked in to a tender behind glass, couldn't understand the tender because of a mask. The tender wasn't knowledgeable. Had no clue what to look for and they were no help at all. Don't go here.

TERRIBLE service, SLOWEST STAFF ever. Either that or they just lack staff. TERRIBLE. Ridiculous long wait...

Favorite dispensary in the west valley. They have a ton of well grown flower, and always at a good price. Also have several ways to get free stuff

Bloom instantly became my favorite dispensary. Every Thursday they have premium A1 ounces for $99-125. The ziplock ounces bag is packed w/huge buds. I can't get a premium ounce anywhere for that price or the same size buds. I just started shopping there so I haven't tried all their strains but Starwalker OG was A1 Hybrid!

A fancy dispensary that offers 30+ strains of mids that look like highs, smells like mids, smoke like tainted bull ish that wanted to make money off you and then call it a day

The safe here is so friendly and makes it such an easy process that flows perfectly. I appreciate that security guard so much. He does a great job too. Thanks for great meds and great service. I'll be back for sure!

Very cool little dispensary located on a prime corner. When I first saw this place my first thought was it's always going to be busy. Well I was completely wrong. I've been there 3 times and each time I'm in and out. I've had my card for over a 2 years now so I like the in and out experience sometimes. If I'm ever in a hurry and in the area I'll definitely be coming back for my meds. The flower is very good and at a nice price.

This is my home dispensary. Their flower even the 20$ eighths are high quality. Budtenders are always friendly and helpful. Always recommended the right meds to help me through life's hardships

Wait times can be a little long, but if you order online, you can get in a little quicker. They've never actually had the product waiting when I get there, and the wait inside can be a little long...especially when there's some schmuck causing a scene at the pickup window (You don't have the product I want, this is triggering my PTSD, what can I get that's comparable to what I bought last time?, that's expensive, do I get a veteran's discount?, I can't get it on my medical card so I have to pay the rec tax even though I'm a patient?...and a veteran?)I'm a rec user and far from a connoisseur de weed, so I generally just get a 3g pkg of shake and the strains that I've tried have been pretty spot on.

Nice friendly staff, not a long waiting time an  product. I'll go back to pickup again.

The clerks or receptionists are rude without caring for peoples names. They also forget to add you in the list of names to get taken back until you call them out in front of everyone. Over priced and deserves no stars.

3.5 stars rounded downI think the website is better than the actual experience. This is the first dispensary I've encountered that let's recreational users order online. This place is cash only & the ATMs were not in service today. You don't get to see any displays unless you order in the center room. It is very difficult to hear. Staff wear masks and are behind a like plexiglass divider. The front or center rooms take your order and the final room handles payment.

Not sure about all the other helpers not having a 5 star experience but this place is top notch customer service. David was amazeballs and helped me out in so many ways. Thank you soooo much I appreciate y'all keeping us medicated!

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous to the patrons. Good prices and a great smell when you walk in that is always welcoming.

Don't bother with online ordering. They prioritize walk-ins. Did you receive a notification of a sale? Don't trust it! They do not always honor advertised sales. And they will call you a liar until you show them their own ad.Other than that, I like some of the products. I also like the loyalty points system.

For a dispensary this is not my idea of calm relaxing experience.   The person at the front desk wanted to sell me something unseen without any info on the flower. Let's talk about their menu board.  It was Spinning so quickly it was impossible to see what they had, it just keep on moving.   Between the music and the spinning menu the the karma jammed me up. We left and didn't buy anything.      We had gone to this location because of what we saw on their website all which was unavailable.

Bloom offered me some "Toasted" Carts for BOGO and they just started using them as a vendor. So, I decided to give it a try. The carts were very bad. The distillate was separated from the flavor additive. So it was black on top and clear on bottom showing inconsistency in the distillate, like it was not made correct. They gladly offered me my refund and even threw me an extra credit with them on top of my refund. They took care of me. So, I wanna say thanks for being a business that can interact if there's an issue and make honest returns, if need be. This is essential to having good customers! However, seeking "Toasted" carts can ruin your business. I suggest speaking with the owners and removing that vendors items fast.I guess I am one of the top 25 customers as they gave me a black box. This was a very nice gift; it really came in handy when I needed it most. So, again, thanks BLOOM!

The prices were average but the products and the staff were amazing. I purchased some flower and some wax. Both were top notch second to very little. If you have the the time to stop by this location you won't be disappointed.

As a connoisseur of cannabis flower I am on a constant search for the perfect strain. Bloom hits the mark. Extremely pleased with the quality and selection of flower and even more so with the open-minded and thoughtful "bud tender" Pete who went above and beyond to serve and kindly influence my hunt for perfection. Since genetics then cultivation is everything to me and rarely do I find someone who really knows anything about cannabis and genetics Pete was the breath of fresh air in the Arizona cannabis industry. Bloom is a dispensary for all. Either flower, edibles or concentrates (and so much more) their commitment to their medical patients/recreational clients Bloom stands at the top. Of the numerous dispensaries/collectives I have visited in Arizona I have yet to return to any, but I absolutely look forward to returning to Bloom. Having extremely quality genetics and cultivation alongside a bad tender who is educated in genetics and very friendly, non intimidating, but respected security goes a long way.
