I love the new location it is way more convenient to my house than the other locations. Additionally the the customer service at the Orlando Colonial location is 5 star service. I would definitely recommend this location.

Veterans if you are not a patient you should be. They have the best flower available in Florida and the Co2 oil is the best sleep aid for PTSD available today in my opinion. I use my 20% Veterans Discount and stack it with my 10%points and get 30%off my purchase which really helps on my pension. They give me free delivery to because I'm over 65. The delivery people are wonderful. Over Thanksgiving I was on chemo and they treated me so kindly. Nikki the Manager and Noah her Associate were so helpful and sent me a nice gift and note on encouragement to cheer me up, for which I will never ever forget. As Florida loosens it's policies on Marijuana ,I truly  believe in Trulieve and look forward to being a patient in the future..

I have never had so many bad experiences. I have placed on online order 3 times and every single time, it doesn't work. First time my order number wasn't even from this year? Second time, they did not receive the order on their end. Third time, the order would not go through after placing it 2 times...called and was waiting for over 2 hours for someone to talk to. Every time I have come in, they tell me something has been updated or that it should not happen again. This morning I placed an order and it was processing. I went to Trulieve about 40 minutes after placing my order to simply check on it, because i have had so many issues in the past. The lady at the front desk said my order was received and doing just fine! I just had to wait the 2 hour window period for it to be filled. I leave and go home. I get a call an hour later saying my order had been restocked. I go to Trulieve and the front desk lady tells me one of my items is sold out. She tells me she is going to put me as a Walk-In so i can see what other options i have. I go to the show room and the guy can't find my in the system. He tells me they didn't have my patient ID in the system for some reason. I tell him what happened and he tells me he is completely sold out of both my items now. This is honestly really getting ridiculous. I don't have the time to constantly be dealing with this. I place my orders everywhere else and have no problem. I can't even believe now for a fourth time, I can't get an order from here. It's never handled as a formal issue either..it's just brushed off and they say "it happens!" "it could be a glitch" "it's the website!" but it happens every single time.

Did an online check in, waited 20 minutes to get passed up by every person that walked in after me. When asked how their online system worked, they were all shoulders. This place doesn't value your time at all. Find another option.

Love this dispensary! Switching was the best decision I made. The products offered are quality and and it's easy to get to. Here are somethings to know though, the location you pick will not have all the inventory which is in the store. Online it will show "out of stock" on numerous items but make sure to ask when you go in. Also, if you order online and get a text your order ready for pick up, you will have to wait when you arrive. I had walk-ins get served before me even though my order was already. This could be issue if you have to ask what they have in the store that isn't shown online. Furthermore, keep your card out. Everyone wants to see it. Upon checking in, when called back, every time your name is called. It's kind of annoying. Oh, as a heads up, the vacant space next door will soon house a chipotle. So be ready for terrible parking and unnecessary foot traffic. Hope this helps!

Great location but had a poor experience with the patron Jenna. She was pretty rude and unprofessional while serving us. She wouldn't let you talk, she talks over you. Sort of makes you feel like you're stupid if you ask any question. My wife had to be zip quiet who takes care of me because Jenna thought she was trying to suggest to me, even though it was something completely different inn Spanish,  her trying to remind me what the doctor had  advised me. Which is odd,cos visitors around the room were asking questions and more engaged than my wife was even. Very unprofessional. I would have bought more products but it was a very tense environment so rushed out. Won't be coming back to this dispensary.

the worst ever dispensary. ordered online, got a text it was ready and they hold for 24 hours. got a call the next morning from a blocked number that they didnt have it in stock and hadn't had it for a long time and they didnt know what happened. what a way to run a business.

I am loving this location. Hardly ever a wait, pick up orders are ready ASAP! It's great minus one bad egg. That is the male security officer. His job may not be opening doors for paying customers but as a decent human, maybe? I watched him just stand there as a mom with two littles, got the stroller out, loaded them up, go to the door where the handicap button was no longer working, press it twice and wait, while he just watched as she then had to touch the door and hold it open while trying to get the stroller in. I was shocked. I'm a bi-weekly customer and have raved about everyone being helpful in this location, including the female security officer. She's the sweetest! But after a few small run ins with him over the weeks, it's clear he's the bad egg.

I have been a customer here for the last year. Now three times in a row I make an order online and go to pick it up just to be told they are out. They call from blocked numbers and if you call back you will never get through. The website does not accurately show updated inventory. If I knew what I wanted was out I would have gone to a different dispensary. The staff is always very nice and the store is clean, but I will shop else where until they get this fixed. If they can call or text then why not include all the information about what is out of stock? Why have a blocked number? Why have such a terrible phone system that you can't get through to speak to anyone? These are very simple basic business practices that should have been fixed long ago.

Piss poor customer service. Site is never working and orders are never ready when they are supposed to be. The Walmart of MMJ. Will never come back after the last three visits. Don't tell People your order is ready, make them wait in line. Then tell them the products are not available and bait and switch.

In the Orlando area, Trulieve was one of the dispensaries to open their doors, and has seemed to be ahead of the curve when it comes to variety of products.  They have become one of the first companies to offer a variety of edible products, as well as botique lines of cannabis.  This location has been decent.  The customer service is good, staff is friendly and can answer questions, and the wait time is decent as well.  Just like anywhere else, supply and demand of particular items can sway your opinion, but they generally have a decent selection to choose from at any given time.  My one quibble is they do not plainly display THC percentages online.  I like to see what the quality is of a product I am thinking of buying.  Hopefully they can become more apparent like Rise does.

Would not let me pick up my order because I did not have a face mask.  Would have been nice to provide one for your guests.  I did not see it on their website where I needed one until I walked in.  Again if your going to require them as a big business don't skimp out on providing them for your customers.  I left without going back bad customer service and a bad guest experience.

Maybe because yesterday was my first time going to a dispensary, but this place was amazing. I got my medicinal marijuana card through e-mail and wanted to try recommendations during the weekend since I'm not sure how I was going to respond to it, so I decided to got as soon as possible.  I was greeted and immediately told about their first time discount. I was eventually let into the showroom and assigned to someone for help and guidance. I guess the guy that I was assigned to a new guy since he really was struggling to make recommendations. It was a bit annoying since I don't want to take something home that I'm not sure of the side effects. However,  eventually other employees stepped in to help and even let me in on their return policy... You don't like it, they will take it back. So I took some of the recommendations the physician made Sativa capsules for concentration and remaining active, but also some other stuff to try, like a hybrid flower to see how it would affect when I'm working on art and anxious.  I also wanted to try their Sativa oil for when I just need fast help to concentrate and relieve back pain.Process was easy and very professional. Received a 75% off on my first purchase. Looking forward to placing orders online for pickup!

I like their product, employees were efficient, friendly. The only thing I think is out of place is a tip jar, this is an industry with huge profits and should pay accordingly, you don't need a tip jar it is tacky, most people that go here are in pain and many on fixed incomes, I don't remember seeing a tip jar at CVS

Josh & Alexis we're amazing alexis took care of an issue for me without thinking twice. For sure Trulieve is one of the best dispensary's in central Florida especially when it comes to customer service. Also got some great product!

I've now accompanied my husband twice to this facility. Both times the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They even offered my some information on having an authorization to help my husband with his purchases and picking up of prescription. The first time my husband actually went into the "show room". The second time he made his purchases online and checked-in to pick up his order a couple of minutes prior to arriving and once having arrived. After showing his ID at reception, he had almost no wait time. Staff was thorough, always verifying his identification and making sure his purchases were correct. Moreover, they are knowledgeable and always open to answering questions to the curious mind. They have several discounts and several options for those struggling financially. I feel like we will likely visit this location again for my husband's continuous treatment.

I love the staff. I didn't have a mask and they offered me one. Cindy was the 1st person to help me and every time I go back...I hope I get her again but then I get another AMAZING person to teach me something new. And not to mention super close...the only thing missing....a drive thru lol

Not sure how the person that came in after me without a pick up order gets served before me. Then a guy that was there before me never got checked in an he went before me. Then the website says industry discount is 20%, When I asked for the discount they gave me some B.S. that it’s only on Tuesday. I have gotten the discount at my local store they have NEVER said it was day specific. Get it together!! Last time ever at this location!!

My 1st experience here is great. Clean business.. employees are nice and friendly. Probably from testing the products. That's okay with me. They have many discounts available which I loved!. The product I've picked had great reviews and after trying, it had exceeded my expectations. I'm a 14yr plus smoker and I was very satisfied. I'll be back very soon. It was a quick sale. I spent a total of 5-7 minutes tops in the store. 5 stars from me!
