MUV is utter trash products and customer service. Spent $125 on products yesterday, the RSO tincture is so diluted that I didn't feel anything off four dropper fulls (regular RSO I take 2-3 small drops in a capsule. Surely there must be more than that amount diluted in 4 dropper fulls). I also ate 5 gummies. No effects after consuming $15 of cannabis in one sitting over 4 hours. I called MUV today and they told me too bad so sad and offered a 10% off consolation prize lol as if they're the only dispensary in Orlando. After speaking with other cannabis patients it seems their edibles and tinctures are overly diluted. Any other dispensary would have offered at least a credit of some amount like 50% of what I paid. Never had quality control problems like this at other dispensaries and when I have run into issues they always make it right if there's a problem. I have reported them to the BBB and will be reporting my experience to the FL medical cannabis board. Shameful.

Was horrible going to this location. I normally go to the Longwood location much more helpful and polite. Rude as they can get at this location. They need to learn customer service. Won't be coming back. And their location isn't the best here.

There's some guy there who really just wanna get over their day and doesn't really wanna help . Since the products name change every time I go there I was trying to explain it to him what I usually buy and what color is the cartridge . He says oh well I don't know . He didn't even try to look at anything or ask a colleague for help.

I love MÜV. Never had a problem, always nice and I love their live rosin and vape pens are best in Florida! Thank you!

I have been to every dispensary in Central Florida (truelieve, cureleaf, etc). Trust me. I am Very anal and very precise about my cannabis patient. I don't do or  like long lines nor waits, or being inconvenienced. With that in mind , I am a long 30 plus years cannabis user & "champion". MÜV is the best in Central Florida. FULL STOP. Very difficult to find this location, but once I finally did it was a good experience. Brian was extremely helpful and educated on the products. Took the time to talk about what my needs were and made some good suggestions.

Love this place. Knowledge and friendly staff. Extremely clean and well priced. Best carts I have had and quality flower.

The products are decent prices not so much. But the staff is where It makes it hard to want to return. Everyone there looks like they want to jump through the window. Not a single smile on anyone.

MUV is the only dispensary that is reliable via their website! All the others do not have correct stock or they do not update their website. This particular MUV also has a drive through which is awesome however it can take FOREVER. I think only people who did a online/preorder should be allowed to use the drive through option.

The service here was very good.  The pricing is actually a bit better I thought in comparison to Harvest, but they are the only dispensary that has concentrates like glass/shatter.

Top Shelf Dispensary.  Fluent is straight worthless and has lousy products.  Trulieve takes way to long to prepare orders and never have what they display in stock.  MUV Longwood is always on point with items stocked and never had to wait more than 5-6 mins to receive my order. Top shelf service and products and location hands down.

Walks ins get seen before pick up orders placed makes no sense, notice the flower is light a lot of times

This place closes early. I came today on Sunday and they were closed early. I was here at 4:57 and they were closed. This is bad management

Hello! Writing this review because I thought the previous review was crap and unfair to this dispensary.*If a business is closing at 5pm, don't come in at 4:57pm and get mad that they're closing.*Anyways - this place is awesome! Don't be discouraged. I've been going here for about 6 months now and I have always had a positive experience. This should be your first visit when you get your medical card! They also always have great specials almost every time I visit. 10/10

Every time I visit this location Meagan and Kristen go out of their way to help me. They are so kind and knowledgeable of products. I don’t feel like a customer, they make me feel like a friend. Thank you! Please tip them well. So deserving!

Love this place, conveniently located, great hours, offers online ordering & pick up and even delivery (which I haven't tried yet) but good to know we have that option. Very welcoming, clean and the staff it's not only knowledgeable but helpful, professional and extremely nice. I definitely recommend. 👍

Friendly, efficient techs with excellent product knowledge. Always a great selection available. Would love for you to open a location on the west side of town! ;-)

Very clean and easy to get to, considering it's downtown. Staff is nice and professional. Inventory was good. Cooper helped me with my order and answered all my questions. Discounts are good too!

Jenna met my husband and I at the door. She helped me immensely and was so knowledgeable to her inventory, there was nothing she didn't know. I came in for one thing and left with 6. I left with less money but feeling a heck of a lot more secure. Jenna is an asset to her company. The last thing I need in my current state is stress over buying needed medication. Thank you for making it easy.
