All I can say is amazing! The workers in this place make you feel safe and knowledgeable. I have struggled with a lot of anxiety and I was really nervous going into my first dispensary. They answered all of my questions perfectly and made me feel very comfortable would 100% go back!

Truly caring and warm staff. I wish I would've gotten names but it was my first experience there today. I placed an order for pickup. The pharmacist was considerate of everything, including current medications, how much I was willing to spend, what will work, tips and etc. They made me feel better about being there and made me want to come back. The man in the front was very welcoming and warm as well. This was such a good experience, especially for how nervous I felt about it. I wanted to give them a hug (but obviously could not because of social distancing). Thank you staff for making it a wonderful visit.

I went there today to fill my cannabis script and the environment felt like a spa. The security in the front was so nice and funny and the staff inside treated my caregiver and I with such respect. I love the quality of their vapes. I use the highest THC and I felt it after just two vapes of their blue. They gave me a great discount with their loyalty program. I saved almost 30 bucks on my entire order. This will be my go to spot in Middletown.

I see the "Our Products" link on your website for this Middletown location, but when you list some products it may not show them available at this location. You seem to saying two different things. Where  can i find a definitive list of what products you have available at your Middletown before i jump in my car and drive the 90 minutes. Also, you don't have a contact phone number, which makes do business with you that much more difficult.

Beautiful shop space, solid product imo and great customer service. I highly recommend the house brand.

Been going to dispensaries for over 2 years now, some are good in terms of goods sold and customer service. While on a trip with friends we stop so I could try this new shop. What a mistake ... So far this spot is the only spot where the attendant came out and SHOUTED that we need to have a doctors referral.. I was like ok that was weird. I entered the location, Upon entering its a small space with one chair and one window, nothing like the images online. The older guy behind the jailhouse looking counter took one look at me and if I can understand English en reiterated that I need a referral in a very rude way and tossed me some paperwork to fill. I showed my referral and walked out. Not coming back very rude and got a racist vibe. I'm good thanks.

Great service. Never a wait and always friendly and quick. Their in-house cart "Boost" is my favorite cart in NY! I wish they had more discount days is the only thing I would say but I def understand considering that they're not a giant corp like Curaleaf so it's iiight ;) Worth the price!

This place is great but beware of the security guard Charles , very rude , disgusting attitude. I went in to as a question , while standing in line about pickup he stated “i don’t like when people just walk into my store “ he also stated you could have got my attention from outside and walked outside and made loud verbal scene. Keep in mind I had one question about pickup ( this man is disrespectful) The amazing pharmacist had to come out and calm this man down as he was clearly under the influence or in need of medicine , very jittery , and showed signs of substance abuse . The worst person I’ve met in Middletown since moving here (people are so friendly here ) this will be my last encounter here due to the fact I come here for a peaceful experience and spend 200-500$ a month. I’ll take my businesses elsewhere, the greeter sets the full experience here ! Beware of this “security “ many have had issues with him . It’s not worth spending your money on carts that are barely full , with low levels of thc to be greeted with rudeness. Hudson valley here I come ….PLEASE Understand the rest of the staff here is AMAZING!!! This one person ruins your full experience however . Very knowledgeable kind staff and pharmacist!! Please get rid of this guy, you got 4 complaints including me in one day , one the line I was on alone

Very pricey. Had to wait for about 15 minutes outside, before someone came to us. Then stayed outside entire time while speaking with a representative. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about products but kept leaving us to go back inside while we were outside. We spent over an hour there and purchased 2 items.

My experience at the botanist in Middletown I feel has been a life changer. Over my year and a half with the staff there Mark And Steve and Alex. The ladies in there too all amazing people. In the beginning of my journey to a healthy mind and a healthy mindset the botanist ensured that I found what products were the best for me. Out of all this chaos going on in the world I must say the botanist really helped a lot of people. The service and the welcome is almost like walking threw your front door. Thank you to the botanist team for not only giving me hope for the future but giving me advice that’s real. They wanna helps there not there to take your money trust me .

To say that shopping at the Botanist was a amazing experience is an understatement. From the ambiance of the store, selection of products , to the knowledgeable and helpful staff! From the front window encounter with Alex to the interior interaction with Jacqui and Liz my experience was well above 5 stars. It is worth driving the extra twenty minutes that I normally drive to my other option for my medicine. I will be back and I look forward to it!!!! Thank you for making purchasing my medicine so smooth, easy, and enjoyable!!!! And if you want to see a business that is supportive to ALL….go take a look at their Facebook page!!!! Take my money 😂

The selection of products is somewhat limited. But the service is very good. I ordered online and I got an email about 10 minutes later telling me my order was ready. I’ve waited hours at a couple of other dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer several discount options. Give them a try.
