They have absolutely ZERO business sense. I called ahead of time to ask if there is a new patient discount. He said they will take $75 off ANY order over $150. After driving all the way there when I get there they proceed to tell me that this discount doesn't cover practically any of the products you would actually want. I told them If that's the case I would just go to my regular pharmacy, Trulieve. Instead of being smart business ppl and refusing to allow the ONLY customer in the establishment leave without being satisfied these DUMMIES were like "ok" and I left and went to Trulieve where they know now to run a business and how to satisfy their customers. This place will NOT be in business long w these brainless customer service reps. Not to mention there was NO visible menu, and half the strains they had listed on their reference sheet as sativas come up as indicas on Leafly. They are the ONLY pharmacy ive EVER been to that has a first time discount that doesn't cover all products! What a waste of a drive! Save your time and just go to Trulieve!!!!

I had two experiences at this location, and both were good. With this new industry, there is a lot of misguided info. being thrown around. Best advice would be for patients to Google the info. online so when you go to buy, you know something about what you are looking for. They didn't have one item when I first went, but it was back in stock the next trip. And yes there is (one?) line of items that is NOT covered by the first order 50% discount, but you can find the SAME thing in another brand that DOES get the "first time" discount...

I purchased two disposables and one regular cartridge. The quality is SUPER LOW for the equipment and the medicine. The product comes in the cheapest plastic. The disposables stopped working before all the medicine was dispensed and they were very weak. The cartridge I bought didn't work. I exchanged it for another one. That one didn't work again so i had to go all the way back to exchange it again. The third time I bought a battery from them just to make sure it wasn't an issue with my battery and it still didn't work AGAIN. I was told by the staff that it's just clogged and I need to clean it out (even though it's brand new). How is it acceptable to just tell customers you sold them a malfunctioning product and you won't return their money? Seems the company is as poor quality as their products. You're better off visiting Surterra or Trulieve.

Love this location mostly because is next to Biscayne park and I love that neighborhood! Location is nice they are a wide parking in the back for customers although you have to walk all the way to the front door to enter. Staff is extremely nice I actually went during labor day weekend and I received a 10% off on my flower order. I called ahead of time to make sure they did had flower in stock and they confirmed they in fact did. Wait time is minimum and the dispensary is clean and simple.We all know Liberty health sciences carries one of the cheapest prices for 1/8 at $28, but I mostly find my self buying Super A and blue dream. Actually I was trying to get their strain Star killer but they ran out really fast!

WARNING! Do not waste your time or your money here. The $10 you save isn't worth it. I took a friend of mine here to get her usual meds at a closer location than Trulieve, and she was left horribly disappointed. There's a reason they are empty and Trulieve has a line, Trulieve is 200% better quality and they have great sales. The flower she got here at Liberty was over 6 months old (by the date on the bottle) even though the rep insisted it was new, it was dried and brown with little to no crystals on the buds. When she picked up a bud it crumbled into powder in her hand. She has taken twice her usual dose and still an hour later, it has had zero effect. It also smells weird. Not like flower, more like dried grass and chemicals. Terrible selection, even worse quality for cheap prices but you may as well go and smoke oregano. NOT WORTH IT. You could buy stuff on the corner that's better quality.

I placed a delivery order and I forgot to pay my phone on the day that they delivered so they can contact me when they're here I called up to North Miami Beach dispensary I spoke with representative I can't remember his name and he gave it to me, he explained to me they have a delivery driver in route for the day they having some issues and we will contact you Mr. Garcia which they did and it was superb service he was articulate he sets the standard for others to followSgt Rick Garcia Ret USA

The team at this location are one of a kind, knowledgable, friendly, and caring. They take the time to educate and understand their customers, they go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. I highly recommend a visit!

Maritza was very helpful. She took the time to explain the importance of keeping track of my dad's medicine so as to arrive at the appropriate dosage. I came away with a sense that she truly wants to help and cares. I appreciate her compassion and understanding. As well as that of the other two staff members.

Nice place to shop but very rushed to order. nobody was interested in telling me more about product. it was what do u want look in the book . They could use a little better hospitality. besides that great product great place
