As a former trulieve customer my first time experience today was pleasant Maria  at the front desk explained to me the different strains and pricing list I was very satisfied so far so good.

I came to this location because it has the best reviews and best pricing. When walking in it looked very professional and clean. I was helped immediately and greeted by all employees. The person who served me was Gabriel. he hooked me up with all types of discounts and broke down the whole process to me as it was my first time using my card. all employees were very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained all of the different products.

Super cool place was my first time in the other day and I got Stacey she was super helpful and very knowledgeable customer service here is 100% I will definitely b comming back!!!!

Fantastic customer service. If you are expecting a wide variety of high THC pre-rolls you may want to redirect yourself to another dispensary. Shop this place daily to see what they have it changes but what does not change is the high customer service I receive every time I go in there people make me feel like $1 million they have a nice lady there by the name of Yvonne who is always very helpful I highly recommend!!!!

Their location is conveniently located and always an easy in-out process. I order online most of the time and go pick up. Fluent staff are always extremely helpful. Establishment is super clean and everyone is always (lately) wearing face masks. I've never really had to wait longer than 5 min or so for my order. I don't know if process takes longer when you go in to order or not but I'm happy with how smooth things go when I pre-order. You also have the option to see what in stock so it makes it a lot faster and easier. I typically only come here for cartridges because they never have much flower but choice selections are ok.

For those that only know Trulieve, check out Fluent, specifically the Kendall location. It's very slow and the employees take real time with you. It's also more like going to a store than a prison. Ask for Anthony, he'll take good care of you and the promos are excellent. Vets also get 15% off and promos can be stacked with other promos!

So expensive compared to every other dispensary, By a lot. Wow. Carts, flower, everything is expensive.

I found myself about to leave a negative review with a competitor but opted to recognize Fluent instead.Fluent is not the stereotype a dispensary. This place is full of light, it's organized, clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The wait? What wait? The rewards program and first time customer discounts are very generous.I HIGHLY recommend.Lastly, very good, high quality products. Love the moods.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff. All personnel shows personal interest in patient care. With follow up calls to ensure product quality and availability. Not one dispensary has shown that level of personal interests with their patients in South Florida as long as I have had my license. Fluent is and up and coming dispensary with outstanding customer care. Fluent as a company strives to  focus on having the highest quality product with a very well trained staff. There still working on both their products and their pricing, but as a patient I can see the future of this being one of the top rated dispensaries. They are thinking outside the box, offering a vast amount of knowledge and a good variety of Great products. Keep it up, Fluent Cutler Bay! You guys are setting the bar! I have not been to another Fluent location as of yet but the personnel at the Cutler Bay location or nothing less than exceptional!Although being honest in my review it is a little bit pricey

Perfect !! Everything was fast and easy I was helped with all of my issues and than some ! I will definitely be coming back here ! Just wish they sold shatter and wax products as well it'd be awesome

Good staff very friendly but the flower is just terrible. They charge the same as other dispensaries but carry lower quality. My review is based off the products not the customer service.

Pre ordered for curbside pick up, waiting on phone while in parking lot, another customer pulls in after me and leaves before me. Finally had to go in and get my pre order. I just had surgery and requested curbside because I can't walk yet without problems. Had to manage and go in. Order was not ready. Bad service, one star since product is good. Get it together.

This dispensary is not like any other. Forget trulieve, forget surterra, this is where you need to be. The place is like shopping at a dispensary that you can call home. And the staff are amazing. Specifically a staff named erika. If she is helping you you are going to feel so happy and well served as a customer! Support this business! It has so many cool discounts and products that you won't believe. Do yourself a favor go here today if you can!

First time ever in a dispensary and what an experience! Paulino (spelling) was such a huge help! I went in without a clue and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and explained every single question I had without feeling rushed or pressured. Highly recommend coming here you won't regret it.

This is my favorite cannabis dispensary in the state of Fl! If you’re looking for premium high quality products and excellent customer service look no further, this is the place for you. Their black line cartridges are the best in the market. I absolutely love the Atlas 450 mg cart! The level of professionalism and customer service provided by the staff here is going to be hard to match anywhere else. Special shout-out to Richard who is truly the best of the best. He’s made my experience with Fluent amazing each and every time!

Love the service Daniel provided us with! Super friendly and helpful, and as someone who’s worked in retail before I’ve come to appreciate genuinely good customer service whenever I go out somewhere. He helped educate us on multiple items they were carrying and was extremely willing in answering any of our questions or concerns. We need more Daniels out there. Give this man a raise!

Excellent first experience. Will be making Fluent NMB my go-to dispensary! Maria is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. The facility is extremely clean and fresh-smelling, with a large waiting room. Product is top-shelf and the location is very convenient, just off the Golden Glades interchange. Two thumbs up!👍🏼 👍🏼
