Been coming here for years. This place has the best dabs in town for the lowest prices. Sadly today I was in and was asked to remove my mask and after I mentioned to her what the guidelines were on disposable masks and that I would have to go back down to my car and get another one because it wouldn't be safe for me to remove my mask and put the same one back on she proceeded to get another employee who repeated what she said and when I tried to explain to him he spoke over me and that showed to me that he didn't care about the guidelines set by the CDC or the fact that I was a concerned customer. I sat my mask down on the desk while they id'd me then returned to my car to get another mask. When I returned I was on the phone placing a complaint with the health department because I felt it was wrong I was asked to remove my mask if they didn't have more and that they didn't have sanitizer or anywhere to wash my hands while applying a new mask inside of their business. A third employee was angered and was yelling at me to get up and throw my mask away telling me that they were going to kick me out because I was upset. I was barely able to breathe after running up and down the stairs twice and being an asthmatic I'm sorry if my voice was raised to speak. I honestly just couldn't breathe. The manager wanted to talk to me but the damage was already done. She then proceeded to tell me that they never id'd me and that I would need to take off my mask again (which would then need another visit to my car to get another one). I wanted to know how many times I would be id'd and she said only once. I had to point out that I obviously was id'd if my mask was sitting on the counter and there were employees yelling at me to throw it away. She said I still need to ID you. I told her this is a waste of masks and she said that I shouldn't be there if I am unwell and felt I need to wear a mask. I then took off the mask and sat it down on the table. I didn't see a trash can or sanitizer in the room so not sure where I was supposed to dispose of it. All I know is I had an upset manager and an employee both going off on me because they felt they needed to ID me more than once. After speaking with the police outside they said that they also were unsure why I needed to be ID'd a second time. It is obvious to me what the front desk told the manager and what happened were two different things. I never threw my mask at anyone. I was in shock when the manager asked if I had been throwing masks at her employees. I never did anything more than asking them if they were aware of the guidelines and that they were causing me to put everyone at risk or myself. They In turn told me I was causing a scene and had asked me to leave multiple times. They said they didn't care and made me take the mask off the second time. This is a group of people I bring money to every week. I refer friends and family. I am friendly with everyone in there. I wasn't disrespectful in anyway today other than by leaving my mask on the counter. There was no need to raise your voices or accuse me of throwing masks. There was no need to Id me a second time. There was no need to yell at me while I was on the phone with the health department. It wasn't until the employee started yelling at me that got me to call 311 and they were yelling at me while I was on the phone with them and I'm not really sure if you called or if they just came because you wouldn't let me finish my call with them and they could hear your employee yelling in the back. Overall after speaking with the police and your manager I'm told I need to bring multiple masks because they can ID you every second you're in there and even though they told me they would only ID once that's not what happened today and that's why you have two dirty masks in you're waiting room. Being told I shouldn't be in there by your manager if I'm not feeling is disgusting and I feel I was discriminated against because of my medical conditions. I am a medical patient and going for my medicine. Obviously everyone in there with a medical card has a diagnosis so I don't know why they would tell me if I don't feel well that I shouldn't be there. Why would you offer medical marijuana if you don't want to serve sick people is my question for this company?Customers exiting after me told the police that NV Made handled the situation incorrectly and after ID'ing myself and putting on a new mask that should have been it but the employee was upset that I was on the phone filing and complaint and now there is a manager in my face wanting me to take the mask off and wanting to have a conversation while I was just trying to file a formal complaint and catch my breath. I am sorry that this happened and could have been avoided if you had some communication with the patient instead of getting hostile with them and then trying to send a manager out to fix it like somehow your conversation was going to make me feel better about what happened.

came here  monday for the first time ever.  the young lady that helped me was great. i bought 4 prerolls all different kinds. went home n tried smoking one n it wouldn't pull. so ended up busting the joint open n smoking it out of a pipe. later i opened a new one i bought. same thing. wouldn't pull. very lil smoke was coming out.  i had to do some surgery on it to get it to pull alil better.  next day i smoked another new one.  same thing. very lil smoke was coming out. now it's getting frustrating especially for the amount of money i'm paying for these things.  the last one i smoked was the only one that smoked fine. it happened to be an infused preroll. but the regular ones are all trash. so i went back today n told the gentlemen that was helping me. n he acted like he couldn't careless.  all he wanted to know is what i'm buying today.  smh horrible customer service. was the most unprofessional service ever. i DO NOT recommend this place.  they sell bogus prerolls!!   i still ended up buying 1 infused preroll.  that will be the last they get of my business. and will tell everyone i know not to go there anymore.  !!! BOYCOTT !!!

DID NEVADA MADE MARIJUANA GROW TOO BIG FOR ITS BRITCHES?  This HAD been my "go-to" MMJ dispensary. Unfortunately, the customer service seems to have taken a NOSEDIVE. Rather than process medical patients in advance of recreational customers (which is their stated policy), the front desk personnel (Raven?) lets her friends jump the line ahead of medical patients. I've raised this issue with management twice. When it happened to me for the third time, I spoke with the "manager" - Brian. He was dismissive and nonchalant. With the number of options for dispensaries, you'd have thought they would care about a loyal customer. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.

Ok. Let me start by saying when I wrote my initial review, I was pissed off. Obviously. I think the way things were handled in the store that day was crap. I think that, because well.... it was.As you can see here, they replied to my frustrated post here on Yelp. They sent me a private message to call them and I did just that. Just off the phone and I can say that I am now a satisfied customer once again.People make mistakes and if they correct those mistakes, they are all good with me.

Everyone had a mask, everyone super knowledgable and friendly. The place is very clean and well organized. Dont go by any menu you may have seen on an app. 2 items i picked out in advance were unavailable.  I had a few questions and they were very accommodating while I picked out my product.Reminder to self: if youre from California,  just get your stash at home. Its less expensive. What i got was fine, not super powerful and is super dry. All products sealed well and labeled for freshness. Overall this was a good experience but I will just get my normal stuff at home and bring it along next time... no sense in paying more here

Met Misty at Laughlin today. Quite disappointed in her behavior.  Laughlin dispensary worked in a pinch, but I refuse to pay their rediculous prices for sub par product,  to be treated like I am out of line for wanting to stand 6 feet apart from the staff and clients coughing, and wearing poorly fitted face coverings (or not wearing one correctly). Im pretty sure your nose goes inside the mask and the standard WORLDWIDE stance is 6feet. And then to be instigated and harassed upon my departure?  No thank you. I would like to file on a corporate level and plan on visiting the henderson location today.

Love this place! I go to the one in Henderson all the time, and just came back from my Munchie Monday haul today. (They have sales for specific marijuana products every day of the week). Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick and no fuss service. I like that their prices are tax inclusive too, so the price you see is the price you get.They also have a loyalty program where you can accrue a percentage of past purchases to apply as a discount for future purchases, AND if you spend over $100, you can spin a prize wheel for free stuff! I've gotten a free eighth of Blue Dream and a free concentrate cartridge on my big spend days... Fun!

I was a little skeptical going here because of the recent reviews. However, I needed to pick up some CBD products and this was down the street from my house. When I arrived to the location my only complaint is there are no visible signs on which building to go to, the sign it only visible from the road. They are located in the same building as the "ear and throat specialist" as seems from the parking lot, on the 2nd floor. I checked in and probably only had to wait 5-10 min. Andie assisted me and she was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant, huge thanks to her!. I will definitely be a returning customer and now I know where to go!

Honestly this dispensary isn't the best. They have no chairs in their waiting area, regardless of COVID they should have the chairs. People waiting in line for 30 min shouldn't have to stand on their feet for that long.

I have been coming here for years with my bf.  I finally started going on my own and boy has the customer service gone downhill.   I bought an infused preroll and got it home and it was 1/2 empty.  A lot of the flower was in the vile but even if didn't spill out, there still wasn't enough for a full joint.  They gave me a hard time when I went to get a replacement.   I will never go back to this place.  I have been treated very poorly on most occasions.   I brought my friend, who lives out of town to NM and as we were leaving, she said the staff members  weren't friendly at all!  I was so embarrassed and I apologized for bringing her there.  Never again.  I will never step foot in any of their locations, ever, ever, ever again!

Good location, good selection, friendly staff, sweet deals daily...but I won't go back. Here's why - the waiting room SMELLS DISGUSTING. It's a weird moldy smell and is totally overpowering. I will pay more and drive across town to Essence just to avoid.:(

Been coming here since I moved from California in February and this is the one I've stuck with! All the staff here are friendly and very helpful. I'd like to also personally say thank you to meghan. She's been my bud tender the last two weeks every time I've come in and she's absolutely incredible! Whenever I come here I feel like I'm visiting my family or friends lol. That's how it should be. Best shop I've been to.

different than most of the dispensaries in town Nevada Made is in an office building off of St Rose Pkwy. Located on the second floor there are stairs or an elevator to get to their office. When you first enter there are seats available, just like a doctors waiting room. You check in with the person behind the counter and a bud tender comes to get you and takes you to the back. On this trip, Jared took care of his. Very helpful and explained the product to us before we decided, he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.Prices are good and we went for one of their "Shatterday" specials. Check this place out when you are in the area!

I love this place. This is my favorite dispensary. The staff is awesome. Short waiting time.The only con is, parking.It's very limited. Security is always watching too.I decided to edit my review because, I spent $200 last week for the first time. You get to spin a roulette wheel, if you spend $150 over. I won't $100 in store credit. The associate helping me asked if I wanted to use it and I said I'd save it. Never once did he inform me, that I only had 24 hrs to use it. I received no receipt or anything. I don't understand, if we are loyal clients and they have our information in their system, why can't they just save the credit? For a rainy day. If you can, just go elsewhere. They don't treat or appreciate long term business.

I visited this location at 11:53 AM on May 17th; Jade was the name of the person that helped me ,found her very rude and condescending. I had to request her name because she had her name badge hidden from me/ resulting in more attitude (it was around her neck).I have been a regular to this business since prior to the pandemic and all of the personnel changes. Multiple trips here every year to get my wife her topical cream & etc. and never have I had one of their employees talk down to me. She knows the products that are behind the counter, and I do not. So in my asking her questions and her not having the ability to answer them she tells me that I'm getting frustrated? The lady at the front door, the lady behind the counter all very nice and polite. Even as she saw me out the door she did not tell me to have a good day or thank you for your business. Maybe "Jade" should find a different line of work or take a class on how to answer peoples questions about the products that they sell in simple, understandable explanations. When I come back in two or three months to restock again I will make sure to ask for any representative but her.

Had been coming here for years, they've been convenient and I had been happy with the place until the last time I was here, and some guy gives me an attitude for asking when they'll get debit card machines at the counter. Not worth the time dealing with miserable people. I took my stuff, smoked it, and won't be back.

One of the worst dispensary's I've been to the service is rude an un professional. There website messed up my order I ordered one concentrate for a gram an some pre rolls an when I arrived to pick it up they had a half gram of a different strain   and the wrong pre rolls so they might wana work on the website too

So confused as to why this place has any good reviews besides that the tax is included with price . The customer service was trash the girl in front was rude and it was our first time I told her that and she pointed at a circle and said go stand over there everyone there seemed more interested in socializing at the front check in . No real order people were going in before us when we got there there no distinguishing differences between there pick up line and everyone else there waiting . Literally no selection and some of the worst cultivators in the city besides virtue and it was dust it was so dry. I asked the bud tender for the best he had for a heavy indica and he handed me a virtue sativa with straight limonene (product knowledge is a must in this industry) I'll stick with my other dispensary

Had a really good experience with the budtender Mark. He had really good customer service & I will definitely return :)

You're called to the back from a waiting room with 2-3 other customers.  Prices are decent.  If you pay 60 for an 1/8th, the quality is Definitely better, but their house brand is Kabunky, which is pretty high quality for the price, 40-50 1/8th is pretty fire.  Also, if you spend $150 you get to spin the roulette wheel.  Everytime you win something.  From free edible, free cartridge, free 1/8th, $100 store credit, and $200 store credit.  Won a free 1/8th past two weeks. My dispensary of choice.Daily Sales also.  Was Wednesday I know.

Been coming here for a while cuz of the daily deals and close proximity to work. I like to buy the concentrate when its on sale. And it's worked for a while. But. Getting tired of the check in system. It's terrible. Period. I've had to wait grips of time because so many people get to skip walk ins. I UNDERSTAND they are either medical or made orders online. I have used the online order myself many times, honestly, it's not even worth it though. The order is wrong when I get there half the time, or it gets cancelled because they DONT UPDATE THEIR PRODUCT. Why tell people the truth about what you have? Just get em in the door and sell them whatever you got. Shameless.The folks try to be nice, but ultimately the people you don't see behind the closed doors, are the ones screwing you over. Super greedy. One interaction with the owner and manager is all it will take to sour your mouth. Since I'm always down for places to do better, I'll be checking in off and on, and if my experience changes, I'll edit this post. Love the location close to my house (SCA) and I find the employees helpful. Even the managers...Today was my lucky day. After stocking up on three carts, with some good advice from Mark, we went to spin the roulette wheel. Mark had a good technique for firing off the roulette ball. And BAM!!!I won $100. Ok so I wanna start by saying this is my absolute favorite dispensary! I've been coming here for years on a damn near daily basis and recommend to anyone that will listen lolThat being said...it seems the younger the staff gets the worse the experience and service is. I'm pretty disappointed in the younger generations ethics.. and tbh it's beginning to be a turn off. Especially the night crew.. it's gotten to where I only go during the day. Hence the 4 stars :(Lots of other options out there Nevada Made don't be another dispensary that staffs only snot nosed disrespectful punks that couldn't give a shit less about ur business or time cuz it looks cooler. I promise u people would prefer experience and respect. Only speaking outta love I promise just don't wanna see u guys be one of those u were different dammitt lol still love u guys! For now at least...mwahhahaa

No hand sanitizer bathrooms nasty no one smiles.  At least I have some fire to cheer me up. maybe people should remember that there are locals and we are supposed to be a commhnity

This place is hands down the best dispensary in Henderson and all of Vegas. The Kabunky Krumble has always been on point. Drea is my favorite bud tender. I've never been disappointed. I had the pleasure of meeting and waiting on Mr Kabunky Chris. He's my idol!!

I wait all week to get my shatter on sale. They text me on Saturday that's it's finally on sale and when I get there at 11:30 am, it is all gone.What urks me is they let customers walk in, buy 3 grams of shatter, go to their car and come up and buy 3 more. Hey guys, if you are going to lure me into your joint with a supersale, make sure you have enough stock set aside for everyone to be happy! And if you are going to text me saying you have something for me, be a pal and dont waste my time and text me again if you dont.It's total BS to not limit people if you dont have enough to go around. Don't excite people just so you can disappoint them. Be smart and fix this.

My new favorite dispensary. Lots of knowledgeable staff to help you decide what's the best fit for you.  Today I was waited on by Ryan and he was super helpful with great suggestions on products I wouldn't have even known about without his help. If you spend a certain amount (idk exact $ level) you can spin for prizes on the roulette wheel; I won a free chocolate bar edible.  The place is super clean, and CALM. They come to lobby to meet you, walk you in and all the way out. No lines. Totally unique experience ( for me anyways). I can see how parking might be an issue but it's nbd. FYI the dispensary is on 2nd floor and there's an elevator. If you've been freaked out by the crowds in other dispensaries then this is the experience you're wishing for!

I go to this dispensary because it's close and convenient but it's always such an unpleasant experience. The front desk staff is super rude and not welcoming at all. The weed is good and they have good deals but the staff is not friendly and makes me feel uncomfortable asking questions. My boyfriend and i have been going there for a very long time and there's been no sense of community or friendliness.

Stopped by to grab a few small items and Michelle CF took care of me. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and had a few questions. She patiently answered them all and pointed me to the products that would work best for me. Thank you Michelle!!!

My wife went in today and was taken care of by Holly. The staff is always great there, but Holly goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. From pointing first time customers in the right direction to taking time to discuss new strains or products. Kudos to Holly!

Back when I was a kid buying a dime back behind he Stop n' Go no one really knew or cared about things like terpenes or THC levels and the like we only cared if it got us baked enough to eat a family sized bag of Doritos and laugh hysterically at Monte Pythons The Holy Grail and most of the time it was probably mostly oregano.  But, today things have changed MJ is as much a medicine and a relief for all kinds of things from anxiety to pain as it is a recreational good time.  Either buying experience comes with a bit of trust vs value vs knowledge vs intent.  In the Colorado dispensaries they weigh it in front of you insuring you are getting the amount you are paying for, I like that.  NV laws are a bit different and everything is pre-measured and weighed.  So you have to trust the place you're buying from is honest and their scales are accurate that you're getting what you paid for, just like buying he dime bag from a street vendor.  I trust what I buy from Nevada Made is accurately weighed and packaged. Every time I've been here the experience is seamless and I leave happy, not just cuz I have a bag of weed, but I learned something. From walking in (I've seen it super busy and I've been the only customer) the greeter at the desk is happy, friendly and welcoming - no attitude and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes.  Each bud tender I've had is knowledgeable and friendly and takes time to answer questions, shoot the breeze, make recommendations and genuinely interested in what ever I'm looking to buy give the desired outcome. However, Travis is a star.  He explained the terpene profile on each of the flowers Ive looked at and how they will or will not give me the desired affect.  Brilliant. He asks, like they all do in every shop, what I'm looking for and what I'm looking to achieve and then makes recommendations based on that, explaining all the fine nuances and details of each strain and personal experience with them noting that everyone is different and will be affected differently but as a generalization to make an informed choice so that my experience is exactly what I'm looking for.  Brilliant again.  Thanks Travis and everyone at Nevada Made for the outstanding customer service.  I appreciate when spending money at a place that the workers actually give a crap about the value and experience my money is going to buy especially when it's a luxury like this.  Every employee I've come in contact with has been been really awesome.  It's also really nice that the tax is included in the price so there's not trying to add up if I brought enough cash in my head.  $20 on the menu is $20 out the door.  I will return to Nevada Made without hesitation and recommended them to several people, who experienced similarly to my experiences here.

Just called to ask for specifics on a single strain of flower.  Was told immediately that the product just came in, and they couldn't have that information by phone for at least a day, however, I would be welcome to inquire in store at the time of purchase immediately. That translates to the product is on a shelf ready for sale, but my time is of so little value to them that they'd rather I make a round trip, mid pandemic, than take the 30 seconds to pick up and read the package over the phone so I could order in advance.  I tried to give them my money, but that was too much trouble in the face of poor service.

EDIT:  I understand this is the wrong branch but, judging by the other reviews, I'm going to leave this up as a review on the company itself.  If you're getting the same BS problems at both branches then its not just a branch issue.Expensive prices, fake deals, false advertising.  I've been living in Laughlin for about a month, and NMM is the only shop on this side of the river, and they know it.They have one of those lists where if you give them your phone number, they text you deals.  Only received those for about a week before they stopped. When I asked them why I wasn't receiving the deals anymore they told me to sign up again.  When I did that and came back and said it still wasn't working they said it "just doesn't work with some phones".  Not sure how texts work on some phones but not others but... whatever.They advertise special deals in-shop, in a magazine, and through the text list.  But only the boss/manager can set up / start the deals.  So even though they advertise "FLOWER FRIDAY" in magazines and texts and the storefront, "FRIDAY" starts at 10.. or 11.. or 12.. whenever the owner shows up.  Nobody in the shop had a clue when that may be, he/she just comes in whenever.  Their solution?  "Call corporate and complain, not our problem.""FLOWER FRIDAY" where flower is supposed to be discounted.  Not a single deal going on, and all the flower priced so high on this "discount" day.  Not a single gram in the shop for under $16.  They have cheaper flower than that on their NON-discount days.  But I understand, advertising "FLOWER FRIDAY" and then not actually offering any deals, and, in fact, raising the prices so people who waste their time coming in for the discount not only don't get a discount, but now they either have to go home empty-handed or with some way over-priced flower.

Been coming to this spot for 3 yrs! And never had I ever had the service I had today! Latino girl with dark hair and fake eyelashes wish I got her name is sooo rude! It's not my fault they have no menus I ask for grams she starts with a 20 gram and gets an attitude when I ask for options! ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DONT HAVE MENUS AND PRICES AVAL!  They won't get another dollar from me and I'm telling everybody who even comes in my complex go to Source or even Reef before this place! Yeah off this one experience!

This is southern Nevada is worst dispensary come on down if you enjoy 100% trim pre-rolls that taste like parsley and prices that are 40% higher than strip area dispensaries overall they should be close down and Audited by the state Majority of my purchases do not weigh out when I get home to my scale don't waste your money better off putting your money in the slot machine better chances

We have purchased from this dispensary since they opened and each visit the quality of the product has decreased. The flower is so dry now that it crumbles into powder.  And it's not just one strain. We've tried the Indica, Sativa or Hybrid, same results.  Also, not sure whats different about the Virtue oil vape cartridges they sell, but whatever is used as a transfer/suspense medium caused an allergic reaction. It took awhile, and with the help of a dermatologist, we finally discovered that the vape oil was the culprit by eliminating it. After moving to flower only purchases, the hives cleared up and hasn't been a problem since.Not impressed with the staff.  They must have a high turnover as the faces are constantly changing and the staff are not very informed on what is available and the/cbd levels for the different products. Now that their product books are no longer available to look through (due to covid probably) thats a big issue. When we shop, customer service plays into the equation of where we shop, so for that reason, we're taking our money elsewhere. Two stars versus one bc during the first 6 months the store had great energy, product and staffing.

I usually dont mind coming here because its so close but its seems to be very inconvenient lately. Today was frustrating because i brought my brother with me and although we are social distancing, i found it ridiculous that one of us had to wait in the car which was 2 floors down about 100 feet from the door. I understand it was busy inside but rather than letting us leave to come back later when it would be slower, they gave me a hard time about leaving. Wont be coming back here again.

UPDATE: I tried to have faith and go again and worst mistake EVER!! But Cashier Gilleres J had to mess it up! Please if anyone lives close please consider driving too a better place like I will! Because they have done it again!!! And now this time I've had the pleasure of reporting them and contacting my family lawyer. They were told by my husband that he didn't want a certain strain that he wanted a different one due to the other one testing at 546mg which is nothing for concentrate and they still gave him the one testing at 546mg because they don't listen I REPEAT the cashiers there are idiotic! Some do their job right and are nice but doesn't make up for the idiots that mess up and waste my money. State law says you can't accept returns with a closed sealed package that's ok because my lawyer states there is a law against them selling us the wrong product. Always selling concentrate way below what it states on the website. Finally done going here after I was given a 56% concentrate when I ordered a 75% concentrate with 1% cbd. They claim they were sorry for not updating the website what about updating you right before you buy!!?!? Horrible way to go about business. Will be in contact with legal departments over this. They shouldn't be selling stuff online and giving something way less and not updating customers. Just expect them to walk out and notice when they are home and then "state law" says we can no longer exchange or return it. Big rip off and liars. Watch the percentages. They don't update their folder or webpage till you complain. Don't get given something you didn't want. Be on your game or you get ripped off with them. The location is up stairs and the window are lit up in green neon lights . They have a unique way to get in. They will ask for your ID then you wait to be called in the waiting room with others. Sometimes there is a little waiting list but it isn't to long of a wait to get in... Once your in. They would have a few ppl working in there. Whoever is available will provide you their individual attention on whatever you're looking for or question you have... this is the only place I would buy it in Vegas! I've been to different dispensaries in different state but this one is unique and cool.... and I like there System, I feel safe.

Best dispensary in Henderson!  Staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable!   Their house brand Kabunky is top notch.  This is the place that taught me about concentrates and dabbing.  Bar none I will be back!

Five stars on behalf of my husband. He use to order from all these different places around town & have it delivered to our home until we moved on this side of town & found this place. He has been to other places but loves it here the most & comes here regularly. Great product. They pop up with specials ever so often. They seem to have a pretty efficient system. The staff treats him well. Two in particular stand out in excellence to him, Trevor & Micah. Great customer service & helpful.

They are too expensive for flower and it's horribly dry anyways. Without knowing when the sales are everything will cost you 1.5x to 2.5x times what you should be paying. I guess that's to cover the cost of their over staffed crew of 10+ people no matter how slow they are. Good selection but the waiting room SMELLS BAD and the the buying process of waiting someone to check you in is terrible. Other places just let you in to Look around but this one makes you wait and it can take 20-30+ minutes on days /times where there's a rush.

Prices are crazy high. Quality of in-house manufactured products is sub par. Don't waste your time.

Been going here for a year and a half. Gets worse every time. I used to get flower here. Has gotten way too expensive. Used to have good shatter deals. Now just krumble deals on Wednesday. The wait is always long which I'm usually okay with. But with the quarantine going on it's over a 3 hour process from start to finish if you are lucky. That is just crazy. 3 hours so I can only get 3.5 grams. Go to cultivate that's who I use now. I have been to both during quarantine. Cultivate much more prepared wait time was maybe 30 min and didn't have to place a online order before drive all the way there to go upstairs check in go back down in my car wait over an hour for them to call me back like Nevada Made Marijuana.

Terrible visit . Only person who was decent was the receptionist. Walk in not even five minutes in the guy directs me straight to the register. Didn't even ask me hey what are you searching to buy ? What brings you in. Nothing. Then I asked him what the prices are for the limited amount of variety they had , he said they're all 30$ all of them. I only had 20$ . Turns out they had a whole selection under $20! What the hell? You told me they're all $30 but then say oh yeah those r 20$ after I told you I only pulled a 20$ out the ATM? Didn't care to ask what's your budget , how much can you spend? are you guys sharing? Any concerns? Edibles are not just for anyone . What if we were beginners? No knowledge was shared at all no concern was showed no questions were asked. The guy seemed bored and so dull. Lol lame look for a dispensary that's in a medical building! Never will come back

Just went to Nevada Made to pick up 2 pre-rolls. Face on Fire and The White. Got home only to find out that I got Platinum Cookies instead of Face on Fire. I called immediately. Adrian told me to come right back and they would swap it out. Drove back only to find out her boss Ryan said they would Not exchange it. Very upset. Check your product before you leave this place.

This place is a joke; no signage, impossible to find, staff on the phone is clueless... I could go on but I won't. Better luck trying the source on eastern.

I'm sure they have good people working at this business, but the product is the worst! I went in for a sativa cartridge and was told they don't have anything available unless you purchase that brands battery! I never heard of this before? They have disposable pens or they try to sale off CBD on me! Every time I visit this business there are issues for one thing or another. I always give the benefit of doubt and revisit. WTH.. this was a simple purchase of two sativa cartridges! Nope! Don't have unless spend for battery! I have 50 batteries now! Don't waste your time, go where there's no wait and they always have what you want, not NVMade!

This place was cool for a bit. now on days with specials it gets really packed, small waiting area and very long waits. I placed in order online to save time usually a 30min wait for online orders before your order is ready. I waited an hour and 20min called the dispensary they said my order was ready as I arrive and tell the front desk lady that I had placed an order online she simply said I had to wait like everyone else on top of the time I waited to receive a text to inform me my order is ready for pick up. Two weeks prior I had an issue on a day where they have specials with long waiting time. The guy at the front desk informed me to put an order online to not have to wait like I did. big failure. I'm not a manager but it's very simple to keep a waiting area less packed you simply designate a bud tender to prioritize online orders as they walk in; while the bud tender tends to walk in customers as well. just when an online order walks in simply prioritize them. Instead you have a waiting room full of walk in customers and online customers creating a big mess and overwhelming your workers with no organization. On top of your workers being overwhelmed, you have return members and guests feeling unwanted. Please create a solution. Great dispensary just very unorganized when they have specials.

I have been a card holder for over a year a former customer whom came two to three times a week and I was actually on her to commend an actual business who honors there customers and still offers the same deals unlike this place. A try joke and they rationalize and justify the reason the prices went up is because of the the tax yet the tax didn't go up on medical card holder only recreational use yet both are being paying the fee. The guys who work here are good guys however the upper management are greedy men and or women. I am grateful your ability to make more money got prolonged by Henderson. I hope they do it again. You do not deserve a single new patient.!!

Been here a number of times, and yesterday was probsbly my last.  ASKED for a live resin concentrate claled "Mammoth", got home, and I got krumblle concentrate that was "Mammoth.  Got some Tropicana flower, and when I got home the jar had tiny little nuggets, no large, fluffy, sticky bud...I am talking rabbit pellett sized buds, and in EVERY jar.  Unhappy purchase yesterday.  Time to find a new dispensary.....

No wait at all, Deborah was super knowledgeable and helpful; we were in and out of the building in under 10 minutes. Picked up a pain balm for sciatica, they had a large assortment of topical pain products to choose from.

I've gone to this dispensary for about eight weeks now,  (only on deal days when prices are reasonable).  I went on Saturday when they had shatter deals,  and when I got there they were out of everything except the worst kind. (even though the receptionist and the TV monitors still display several great brands to purchase). I passed and went elsewhere and purchased a half gram of wax that looked double the amount I get from here.  So I went back yesterday and purchased a half gram from Nevada made marijuana.. Weighed it in my scale...  .3.   Crazy.    So I go back today to get another so I can weigh it in my car, they advertised eight different types on sale today.   I arrive and the receptionist and TV still showing all the varieties. We get to the counter, the guy says they are out of everything except once again the worst kind.   This is the brand that they supposedly make in house as well, but yet once again out of everything.    Long story short,  don't waste your time going for any type of deals and weigh everything you get here.   I won't be going back.

Wait to long... every time I come here at any hour, there is a lobby full of people and always told a 10 minute. Every time turns in 20+. Seems like a endless lunch going on here... always shorted staff, people always on lunch. How do you run a business with no one steering the ship?? Lucky they have a friendly staff and slightly more affordable prices

Always great bud, great service, and weekly specials. They keep the menu up to date with their stock and are knowledgeable about the products. The facility is clean and professional and the building has a couple of nice lobby areas for waiting. Parking lot is huge, so parking is hardly ever an issue. And they offer free coffee -- always a win in my book! Definitely one of my top spots.

Girl up front was way to interested in being on her cell phone then checking me in. Then loudly was talking about another patients address and medical condition to a waiting room full of patients. She mentioned she couldnt wait to get off and smoke some "dank bud": she had just purchased... overall meds were good, prices a little high, location very hard to find, customer service was non-existent. I will go somewhere else in the future. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing a review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Nothing but garbage! This is why you should read yelp reviews before you buy. We were in town and decided to give this place a try. We went in with what we were looking for and took the sales person's recommendations. We purchased two products. I had such a negative reaction to the first one that I lost an entire evening. The second one had no effect whatsoever and appeared to be just flavored crap. I contacted them via email to see what was in the first product so that I could avoided in the future and inquire about the second one. Five days later... No response. Imagine that.

I stopped in to try Nevada Medical Marijuana for the second time the other day. First trip was just to get registered and pick up a gram of Casey Jones, which I enjoyed. This time I just wanted a pre-roll of some Sativa to enjoy on the porch since it was such a nice day out. Had a short wait but check-in was fairly smooth. When I got back to the medicine room I told them what I wanted, they walked me through what they had, and I made a selection of a Mob Boss pre-roll. This where everything seemed to fall apart.First I was told they were having trouble finding that pre-roll in the system and it would take a minute. I engaged one of the bud tenders in a discussion about vape pens to kill time. After a few minutes I was told that my selection wasn't in the system at all and I would have to make another selection, so I did. After another couple minutes and I was told none of the pre-rolls were in the system; at which point the bud tenders started removing them from the case.  Since I couldn't  get what I wanted I picked out some Skywalker OG. An Indica to be sure but it was sporting a 29% THC so I couldn't pass it up. I said I wanted an 1/8th. They didn't have 1/8ths, only grams and quarters. So I got two grams, not what I wanted but at least I got something I like. At least till I got home. I was told and shown that the THC was 29% but what I have in front of me says 22%. I don't return meds because I know it has to be destroyed and I don't support that. So... I tried it and it is clearly not 29%. It's also a little too leafy. I think the people here are nice, friendly, and generally good intentioned however, even though they are the closest dispensary to my house, it will be a while before I go back.

I love this place, they grow their own flowers and make awesome krumbles and edibles with them!

the budtenders here are very professional and knowledgeable about what they're selling. a few of their flower items are good, but stay FAR away from their cartridges. i'm not sure if they've changed since i've been, but they only sold kabunky cartridges and they are abysmal compared to the VARIETY that other dispensaries sell. my friend bought some carts, and i bought a skywalkwer OG and a sativa strain that's slipping my mind right now. one of the cartridges tasted like straight up cocktail sauce and gave me the worst headache and nausea. same with the other one, it had a different awful flavor and horrible come down, and my friend had the same experience with her completely different strains. they had .25g or .5g available.

Medical only right now but well worth the drive to Henderson!  Ryan helped on the phone then when I showed up looking for vape sticks.  Also got kabunky edibles too, excited because it's first time trying their chocolate bar!  Got the first time patient love with 10% off.  Charles and Michael in the back helped out with straight to the point professional help.  Like that this place feels like I'm going to a doctor's office as it's located in an office building.  All around impressive first trip, thanks!

I would give this business zero stars since they moved to their new location I have had to speak with the manager twice in one week back to back the first time the manager took care of me the second time a fake manager who wasn't even the manager came out in to assist me but didn't even properly assess me pretty much I just lost out on a customer I left the store with no product with no what I came in there to buy my order was ready for pick up but I had to wait in line with the general public which I can't do at this time so I am just over there customer service they have horrible people who work on their team I will not be back to this location unfortunately I will be shopping at their other locations are at other dispensaries this is by far the worst dispensary ever and I am leaving this review and I spoke with the manager Brian the day before yesterday and when I say the service is horrible the people at the front desk are rude - Chanel b

Update.  Responded to the managers message and he emailed me an offer to make it right. They replaced the eighth with Premium Kabunky #9.  The cure was correct.  Perfect mosture levels and the most important goal of curing is getting the starches in the plant to breakdown into sugars bringing out the flavors and minimizing the harshness, achieved. This strain has a floral fruity bouquet and hits smooth.  At 24% thc it has a good punch without being too much like some of the 30%+.   The effect is definitely indica. Hopefully the message makes it back to the other grower from the bad review and stops quick drying it. A satisfied customer that will be back. Thank you Nevada Made!

No 20% off on Sundays deals, like in Cali....but that's OK. Small place inside in Industrial building, that would otherwise be hard to find, if you aren't paying attention. Staff was friendly....but they had no edibles on display. I'm use to walking in somewhere and seeing what I can buy. Only things on display, were like vapes, cartridges and I think weed too. The cashier read off the gummies they had available from a computer screen. I ended up getting a pack of Hybrid gummies for $27....more than I anticipated on paying. Not much of a big deal, but I am a visual person, so that kind of threw me off guard, not being able to see at least a display of them. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

Terrible customer service I placed an online order came in an hour later because my order order was never confirmed via text sat there for over 20 minutes for them to tell me that they can't sell me the product because the manager hast to put it into the system. If it's not in the system why is it online and why did I waste 30 minutes of my life sitting there for them to tell me they can't sell me the product. Definitely losing a customer I will not be back

This place has too much attitude!! I just came in & everything is expensive even on the deal days! If you're looking for great deals daily this is t the place! Only good thing about this place is there's tax already included. I don't recommend coming here if you're into vibes, amazing customer service & amazing deals! None of that exists here at Nevada made. I recommend "the dispensary" literally that's the name & they have deals on everything everyday very affordable. Nevada only has deals for certain things on certain days. That's not keeping up with the competition.That attitude came from a short Asian boy with glasses had no name tag so I couldn't get a name!

Not rating Nevada made as a whole. I go here about once a week and It's my go to. Love it and most the staff are really cool. But that dude Ledford R is rude af. I don't have a lot to spend but I do tip 100% of the time. After I told him what I was getting he had to go to the back and he literally moved his (not even half full) tip jar under the counter like I was going to steal it. I've been to different dispos hundreds of times by now and never had this happen, even when the tip jar is practically over flowing. His customer service was as ashy as his hands.

My NV go to. I found this place while waiting for food to be ready - that's a separate, disappointing review. This place saved the day! I went to the warm springs location initially and found the St. Rose spot later, it's closer. Cracks me up that it's in this unsuspecting business park, but stranger things have happened. I gotta give the staff props. No matter who helps me, from the guard opening the door, to the front desk ladies, I love everyone here! I only had to wait in line once, Super Bowl Sunday. NBD, everyone was pleasant. My tenders are ALWAYS SUPER knowledgeable and I learn something every time. My days are Thursday's - carts are on special, and Monday's - Wyld anyone. I love the Sips but they don't go on special and that's fine. I bought $150 worth and got a spin on the wheel. I won a premium eighth! Hell ya! Love this spot, and how they accumulate cash back rewards super fast. I wish they were 24 hours like warm springs, but I could also get my life together by 11. I mean I guess I don't need anything in the middle of the night. Either way, see y'all soon.

This review is for the new location on St. Rose. The old location on Sienna Ridge was excellent. St. Rose is not.First: the font on TV is too small to read while sitting and waitingSecond: No books, no advertising. So I can't see: Sizes, Strains, Flavors or Prices. If I have to bring a notebook and make my own spreadsheet to get the information to determine what I want to purchase..........oh hell no, just go down the street to the next dispensary. They've moved but their website still shows their old address.I placed, for the first time ever, an on-line order.  I received a text when it had been filled and I got into my car and headed over there.  Tried to open the door to the building but it was locked.  Tried again.  And again.  No sign saying, "Nv Made Dispensary" has moved.So I used my cell phone to call my husband who was at home.  He went on-line and found their website.  It showed their old address.So he called them and was told they'd moved; they are now on St. Rose Parkway "next to Dairy Queen."  Hubby calls me back with that information.  Since I'm not 20 years old, I have no clue where DQ is.  I can't remember the last time I went to a DQ.  So I had to continue to wait in the deserted parking lot while he found Dairy Queen on the internet.  Then he gave me directions.YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS ON YOUR WEBSITE!And when someone places an on-line order, you need to include a message that says, "We've moved.  Be sure to visit our new location at ...."IF I were to rate my experience AFTER I FINALLY got to their new location, I'd give this place 5 stars ONLY because of GINA.  She is awesome.  I went in loaded for bear and she quickly, just by being herself, calmed me down without even knowing it.In fact, because of Gina, I considered averaging 5 stars for her and 1-star for not posting the fact that they'd moved and giving a 3-star Yelp review.  But I'm not letting management off the hook that easily.  They need to update their website.  They need to inform customers when they place an on-line order.  And, if the old building management will allow it, they need to put a "We've moved" sign at the old building.

Whenever I come in everyone is so cool, the lady in front is always super inviting. Ralf and Josh have assisted me on multiple occasions and they're so helpful if I ever can't decide or have questions. Josh helped me last time I was in, he had me laughing and was super chill, I never feel rushed in here. The whole staff is awesome!
