2 SEPARATE VISITS, 2 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES...WILL NOT BE BACK

I am a rookie and the staff at Herbology in Gaithersburg have made my first-time experience purchasing medical cannibas incredible. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Nicole went above and beyond to listen and hear me. Thank you!

I've never used recreationally but now I use medically for anxiety and intense chronic pain. I've been to a few local dispensaries and had ZERO idea how to start, how to intake the medicine, what to choose, etc. I've had some info from other dispensaries that was more harmful than helpful. However, Herbology is AMAZING. You wouldn't know it from the outside of the building, but it's so chill and relaxing inside. I think the employees set the mood the best though. They are SUPER knowledgeable and never judged me for having no idea how to manage my pain. I felt so embarrassed but they put me totally at ease!

Don’t go here go to curaleaf or bloom or verileaf. They don’t honor deals on the site. Chris is awesome he definitely tried his all.

I believe pricing online should be honored regardless of an error in the pricing system. It seems to be an reoccurring theme and defeats the purpose of online ordering if the information listed isn't accurate. It messes up budgeting and planning. And i am being told sorry that wasn't right is very annoying. Other than that flower selection is usually decent.
