I've been coming to Zenity since I have my medical card I also visit several other dispensaries in the area between here and Baltimore. Outside of the Baltimore area I can say hands-down Zenity has the best prices next to direct going to a grower Owned place. Everyone as usual is Knowledgeable and friendly!! Also they have the best Kief and prices around thanks guys

I love the Russell street location. The employees are very knowledgeable and give great service. Today one the guys remembered a conversation we had months ago and gave me a lot of suggestions based on that. That's great customer service!

I've been very disappointed in the service and product availability. The staff is not knowledgeable and unable to offer guidance in selection. The employee I encountered this week wouldn't get off his stool. My vision problem kept me from seeing the board posted on the wall. I asked for help and he said the info was right there on the wall. I assured him that if I could see better I would. I don't plan to go there again.

Been here a few times, never disappointed. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They do have an ATM inside. Was in and out with questions answered in about 10 minutes.  Keep up the good work guys.

Superb product line, incredible first - time patient discount of 25%, sweet and helpful employees and fast service!  This place is great and I would urge you to check them out.  They also have additional discounts plus in Sundays you get Fridays's discounts all day!  They are also being very cautious and safe with all employees wearing masks and gloves.

I normally go to the Snouffer School location.Without a doubt their prices are superior.Nothing fancy about the place which is what I like.  The team is excellent, intelligent and extremely good natured.No need to go anywhere else, naysayers be gone

DONT GO HERE!!!! GO TO THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS OR ANOTHER DISPENSARY!!! Edwin is a unprofessional disaster. They constantly mess up orders due to lack of communication and refuse to correct and cost you money. Called 10 times before getting an answer while they chat amongst themselves. Then waited an hour to get the wrong order then another thirty minutes to get the wrong order a second time for "Edwin " (Asst. Mgr) to say I'm SOL. Instead of attempting to resolve the issuesJust rude and with the lack of customer service and Edwin needs to be fired. Place needs new management!

I hadn't been to this place in awhile and thought I'd try it again. I purchased an 1/8th of a Grow West product. It comes in a round tin with the product contained in a clear sealed piece of plastic. At first glance I thought it looked like a very small 1/8th and when I looked closer I could see where the plastic had been cut along the side, just enough to remove a bud or two? I've never had this happen before at any dispensary.  And since you don't see the "sealed" product before you leave the store, the customer has little recourse when something like this does happen. I'm not sure if this is the fault of a bad employee or bad management? Either way I will not be back again.

I've been going here for a while and they are always very helpful and friendly. Only once did I ask something no one could answer and they asked each other if any of them knew and they offered to find out for me.The prices are in line with other dispensaries and like everything else you have to shop around since other dispensaries charge more for the same thing.Most of the negative reviews are old so those people should come in and see how they operate now.

Just remember, you get what you pay for. Don't be disappointed, if you are.  Curaleaf corporate told me today, they can't satisfy my needs and hopes I find a dispensary that does.  Stop selling subpar medical marijuana and expect California prices.

I no longer visit this dispensary, I had a situation where I bought an ounce that came in 8 separate 1/8 containers and two of the containers were empty. This plus the sales being nerfed was enough for me not to return. Also they don't seem to have the best flower options compared to the competition.

Went here once. Had already gone to a Curaleaf so couldn't get the 25% discount.  However Talia(sp) was an awesome budtender and gave me the discount anyway since I had driven over 1hour.  Gotta give 5* for good service!

Awesome new location!  I always enjoy coming in here.  They always have the products I need and the staff is so friendly.  I find that friendly staff are getting harder and harder to come by so I am so grateful for that!

My absolute favorite dispensary. The products are great and the staff, I can't say enough about the staff. They are so great!!!! I highly recommend Curaleaf in OP.

I was not helped by staff. It was a game of words. I asked her what to smoke if I had a, B, C, D, and so on. She said there was no way of knowing. I ended up buying six pre-rolled and she only was pleasant when we were leaving. She can Smoke 3 1/2 joints a night and it doesn't make her sleepy. An odd remark at best- I won't return there because of this one person. The other staff person came out with the credit card machine and was super pleasant. Go figure.

I drove 30 miles to get to this location because I called the day before asking if they had a specific strain of cannabis and they said they had it. When I got there the lady at the counter said she didn't have it. I asked about another strain and they didn't carry that one either.  They have a book of all the different kinds of strains and hybrids they carry but they had nothing in stock or never heard of it before. The lady at the counter kept telling me to go to Trulieve. She also seemed in a hurry and didn't help me the whole time I was there. She didn't even check me out at the end,  another guy did. Poor selection, poor customer care, and we are taking her advice and going to Trulieve.

Went here for the first time today. Very courteous and professional staff. Had a consultation as it was my first time. They were helpful in making my choices. I will be back.

Veterans get discounts ONE day a week? Funny I showed up for duty EVERYDAY of the week to defend your right to gouge people for a natural plant. I’ll stick to my other dispensary that respects and honors my service 24/7 and even allows my veterans discount to be added to my loyalty discounted purchase making it durn near Christmas sometimes. Check your greed.

I was just turned away by receptionist because I did not print my temporary ID. I provided current state drivers license and old card. They could have printed a temp card for me like Herbology did. I was already in their system.

Nice People and the place is clean but . . . be warned your "points earned are consdered a discount and can not be used with other discounts." Like people shop there over priced, non sale days. SMH Never returning!

It’s an awesome place, but… Receptionist isn’t great about explaining law changes. They make you feel dumb instead of more informed. Especially when invalidating people… No longer feeling comfortable walking in to this store.
