The store was easy to find, spacious and clean! The people are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Had a great experience!

Just went in for a 3rd time. The girl and guy behind the front desk were very helpful.  Told them what I was looking for and they recommended 3 strains and I purchased some of all three. They weren't rude or annoyed that I wasnt sure what I was looking for at all.  They were friendly and explained the strains that they recommended very well.  This is the only dispensary I go to now.

Customer service here as always been very good on my visits. The staff is knowledgable and friendly without being pushy or rushing you. It is cash only, but there is an ATM on site. They do a discount for veterans which is pretty cool.

My wife and I went in for the first time today, the staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The store has a relaxed vibe that makes a very pleasant experience. Great variety of Cannabis.

TKO is one of the best growers. Really glad Terpene Station carries it. Owner is awesome, chill, knowledgeable and no ego.

3rd visit, always an enjoyable experience. I'll probably regret saying this, but try their love soda, it is amazing!!!!

Love coming here even though it is not the closet to my house. The staff is all really friendly and attentive to what you are looking for in your weed.  they have it organized on the tables color coded for sativa/indica and even show you the percentage from testing which sadly not all places do until you buy and its on the bag. There is vegan edible ice cream available here havent tried it yet but Im waiting for a nice hot day to enjoy it in the sun! Also FYI they have deals Monday through Friday depending on the specials and a 10% off discount for new customers

It's a very nice business and the sales people are very informed and helpful. It has a slightly clinical feel to it, my preference is a little more funky but you definitely get taken care of.  I know this doesn't help you but I just thought I'd throw it in, an additional perk is that I live less than a mile from there

Freakin excellent! They are so nice and helpful every time I and my girlfriend come here. They know us and help us out and  and always super chill. And recommend the best for our situations and what kind of night we want to have. Every employee here is awesome I highly recommend!

I went in just a few days after October 1st, so they were still getting set up. Everyone was super kind and jovial. I'm interested to go back as I've heard their selection has expanded drastically. Still, I was very impressed in the quality of their product (I bought Blue Dream) and am happy that this was my first recreational marijuana shopping experience in Oregon. I was a medical patient in California several years ago, and I will say this had a better vibe than any of the costco-type dispensaries down there.

I love this dispensary. They have great deals. I always get $15 eights and theyre high quality for the price. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always remember me and my boyfriend when we come in and treat us as their friends. They also have CBd dog treats which work so well for my dog's hip pain. You also get a punch card and when you fill it up you get $10 off! Love this place

I called this place to ask if they carried CBD products for animals and luckily they did. They have dog treats with 1mg to 3mg of CBD in them and for a pretty reasonable price. They also have CBD tincture which is fast acting and probably better if you are looking to get more bang for your buck. They were so nice over the phone and even read me the ingredients of the dog treats when I asked. When I came in all of the employees were really friendly and super laid back which was nice. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything but found a product that I think will work for my dog. She has been having anxiety issues so I am trying this route first since I have read so many positive things about CBD, especially for older pets. The one thing I will say is that I could not find this place from the street. I drove by twice and couldn't see it until I asked for directions (my phone was dead so I had to do it the old school way!). They are actually Located in the same complex as Country Side Pizza and Grill. If you are facing Country Side it is around the left of the building. Also they are CASH ONLY and their ATM charges $1.95 fee which isn't the worst but I just assumed most dispensaries took card now. No worries, just make sure to have cash! They have punch cards where you get a stamp for every $20 you spend. If it's your first time there let them know and they will hook you up. Went in looking for clones.  Was able to get what I was looking for, but if you're a clone-seeker, call first as there may be some supply issues.The store is in a tidy strip mall on the E side of River Road in Eugene.  There is ample parking.  The check-in was simple and friendly, and the store itself is large and very attractive.  The walls are lined with display cases with all kinds of merchandise.  The center of the store has a counter.  They have roaming help who will approach you to see if they can provide service.The merchandise is really attractively displayed.  The people working there were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  The store was spotless.I recommend Terpene Station.  I enjoyed my visit and will be back because of the positive experience, good selection, and helpful staff.

This place is awesome! California friendly. Went in with a passport, no problem. This place is far superior to any of the many dispensaries I've been to in Northern California. Great CBD options. Lots of great flower (of all types) Very reasonable prices. Different specials every day. Very knowledgeable super friendly staff. I even returned something that I didn't catch had an ingredient in it that I'm allergic to. No issues at all. Interesting edible choices. They have a locally made high CBD/low THC brownie mix that I had to snag. Never seen anything like that before.I'm short, highly recommended.

Been coming here monthly for over two years with Terpene Station being my first experience inside a dispensary.  That was a decent first encounter inside of a potshop.  This shop in particular leaves an open approach to customer service where folks are always happy to help.  At the same time the flower is arranged in multi use display containers allow for a zoomed lense view while smelling each strain through holes.  A nice upper end connoisseur detail is providing coffee beans to clear the ol factory in between sniffs.Terpene Station has seen a constant progression toward more affordable prices which is appreciated =)  As well a corner on some beautiful low cost cbd flower which has allowed this #cannabisphilomath to try a wide range of high cbd bud.  After a few years of dispensary hoppin these guys have stayed on my radar becoming a regular monthly stop I would suggest checking out.

My very first dispensary visit. Very clean shop, quite friendly staff, and a great selection of strains and goodies including figure treats and tinctures.My expectations were skewed by friends who've been to California dispensaries because they seem to get lagniappe (Google it) with their purchases and we did not. That being said, were very happy with our purchases!

Hey man, we went in to get cbd for the elderly folk in our family.  We also got them some mild thc/high cbd for help with severe arthritis.  The people that work here are so helpful!  They get it!

If you have out of town guests visiting, this is the place to take them. Buds are displayed in clear magnifier cubes with smelling holes, and coffee beans on each table to clear your smell-sense palette between sniffs. Info cards for each tell the percentage of CBD and THC. A good selection of edibles and informative staff who patiently explain whatever you want to know about their stock. (Thank you, Desiree!)They sell clones, but CBD clones are hard to get so call ahead if you are looking for them. Their clones are healthy and about $20 each. There  is plenty of walking room around this well-lit and spacious shop, and nice, tidy displays along the walls. The staff are all friendly and respectful of your privacy; attentive but not overly so. A very comfortable environment and no pressure to buy. No samples either .

Safety glass is up everywhere in here so definitely feel safe and clean. The place is already spaced out pretty nicely. They have a huge selection for medical patients of foot salts, lotions, you name it. I love this shop! I'm a medical patient and I've been here quite a few times! Never been disappointed  will return!

Ever have those places you'd give 10 stars too you would well that is this place. The young man was incredibly helpful, answered our 100 questions, gave solid recommendations,  and the store was amazing. The customer service is stellar! They allowed us to browse, ask as many questions as we needed to, and we felt like he was so very informative. The place was perfectly laid out so you could see the entire selection, brands, pricing and more. This made the browsing and buying so much easier here! Go here and enjoy!

These are the best peeps I have run into for info, and excellent product. Great service and always a smile and friendly greeting. And large inventory. I simply won't use anyone else.

I just picked up an ounce of Shishkaberry and I just weighed out about 5 grams of stem weight. Y'all know what I mean too. I've never felt so ripped off. I work in the industry and there's no reason I should get this much stem. You guys need to pay more attention to your product before you send it out the door.

Years of going to dispensaries all over the state and Alyssa was one of the best budtenders I have ever worked with. She showed and explained products in a way that made sense to me. I will absolutely be recommending Terpene station because of their awesome customer education.
