They have great quality meds. They have friendly staff. Prices are ok. They have a few strains that are cheaper ($8 a gram), but the rest is more than I can afford, if I am gonna pay street prices for medical Cannabis, it better be a strain that really stands out. Some of them do, but they have 21 strains on top shelf, and only 2 on mid shelf. If they had a better price selection, like many places do, I would go there more often.Overall they are a good place, but Eugene is big, there are different places with better prices that I go to over this one.

Easily the best cannabis dispensary in town! They have a GREAT selection with some seriously incredible flowers. Not only that, they have the best priced flower selection in town!The budtenders are all super friendly and knowledgable and make great recommendations, even for people looking for very specific strains. On the rec side, it was the only place I'd shop. Now that I'm a medical patient, I can say I love them even more! Their dab selection is undeniably large and the best priced in town. They also carry some of the best edibles I've ever had. At other shops the budtenders don't seem to know the product quite like the people at Next Level, and with growers like Bomb Squad Growers, Horticultural Minds and the owners themselves, Next Level is all around awesome! It's very clean and welcoming and good music is always playing in the background -- everything from Michael Jackson to the latest EDM! I seriously LOVE this place. I would say this is my favorite cannabis dispensary in Eugene or Springfield and, given my work in the industry, I've been to just about all of them. GREAT PLACE, WORTH A VISIT!

I suffer from headaches and migraines so we thought we would look into CBD to help.  This dispensary was very helpful, many items to choose from to help.  Appreciated all the information and relief!

Best spot in town, and I've been to a good deal of Eugene's dispensaries. I'm going to write my review in a way so you, the reader, understand the whole process at this place, from when you walk in the door to when you walk out. You walk in and you're greeted with a smile from whoever is at the front desk that day. There is almost never anyone in line and almost never any wait because they keep the place running smoothly. Usually, they check you in and you head into the main room. The few times I have had to wait, it's never been more than 10 minutes, and they have comfortable chairs with reading material and music to keep you occupied. Once it's your turn to go into the main room, they buzz you in.  With a counter stretching nearly the whole length of the room, they have a plethora of choices. Whether you want flower, edibles, shatter, cartridges, joints or something else, they've got you covered. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with any questions or requests. If you're there for flower, they have samples sitting out on the counter for you to examine and smell instead of relying solely on a menu or name. Every jar has that particular batch's thc and cbd levels, and they're all color coded between indica, sativa, and hybrid. During your transaction, I've found most employees there go beyond courtesy into friendliness, asking if you have any plans, or what you did that day, for example, and showing genuine interest in your answers. If you get something that requires weighing, like flower, they always weigh it right in front of you so you can see that you're getting what you paid for. Unlike most of the places I've been to, they actually accept debit. This alone is a huge plus, as it makes the whole process so much more convenient. Once you're done, they hand you your purchase in a discreet brown bag and you head out. Upon leaving, the person at the front desk always says goodbye and wishes you a nice day. Between the excellent selection, the convenience, speed, and friendliness of service, and the convenience of paying with a card, Next Level Wellness is definitely worth checking out, and it may become your main spot, like it is mine.

I've been to Next Level Wellness a couple of times.  The store is located across the street from a busy shopping center. There's ample parking, more in the back than in the front.Check in was easy and friendly.  The selection of cannabis was really good.  I went in after learning from Leafly that they carried Panama Red, which I had fond memories of.  Indeed, they had it, and I purchased it and a few other strains.  On one side of the smallish retail store they seemed to serve recreational buyers, and on the other side they serve medical patients.  I believe this because I saw an amazing Thai Stick in what I learned was the medical side, and being a recreational buyer it was not available to me.  Not sure why that would be, but man that thing looked good!Anyway, on both occasions when I went I found the store easy to get in and out of, the selection to be really good, and the staff to be very helpful.  I would recommend Next Level Wellness to anyone who has a reason to go.

Don't know how this place called itself "Wellness" when their employees show up coughing and sneezing right within 2 feet from me. After leaving there, the next day I was feeling icky and think I'm coming down with a cold. Great selection of flowers and edibles but they really should discourage staff from showing up to work sick. It doesn't do anyone service when there are genuinely immunodeficiency folks who go there to shop. Otherwise, don't call it "Wellness."

Not what it used to be. Energy not what it used to be. Miss the crew of past years much better. Less friendly atmosphere makes me sad to see that in such a nice area of south Eugene

They are the best hands down. They have managed the pandemic with humor, grace and excellent customer service. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and eager to help.

After a couple of visits this has become my favorite dispensary.The staff is very knowledgeable and I've always enjoyed their suggestions and advice. They have a great selection of products at excellent prices. Check out their website specials. Parking is around back, just FYI.

This place has some of the best budtenders in town. If you come with questions they will meet you with eager suggestions. Quality service & quality cannabis.

Jimmy at Next Level Wellness is friendly and knowledgeable! I spoke to him both over the phone and in person on several occasions, and he was super generous with his time, expertise, and patience. He listens well and even remembered me from previous visits/calls! He gave me some good info I hadn't heard anywhere else, as well as from his personal experiences, that really made me feel more understood and hopeful about using cannabis for my health issues. I am so grateful for his suggestions, time, and help!
