Ryan was great! We had a discrepancy and he took care of us. The customer service was great. They were very busy and Ryan took the time to come speak with us and ensure we left happy. I highly recommend this place for their nice employees and great product.

The best local dispensary in town by far! The selection is always incredible and constantly changing & they have worked super hard to keep prices lower and competitive. Staff is always great and quick with Curbside pick up! If you are traveling through town or reside here's, you can't go wrong at Sierra Well! 💪

Alright, so I frequent this area quite a bit. I have always had great service, but today takes the cake. Aimee was beyond outstanding, when calling for a total of my recent order, I was instead presented with some stellar options in terms of discounts, points, etc., Aimee ensured that I had got the best deal possible, and ya know what, I really did. I understand that maybe to some, it’s no big deal, but in a current climate where chaos seems to be around every bend and corner, I was happy to have dealt with such an upbeat and customer service extraordinaire. Thanks Aimee, this hits for you!

They are doing better so I increased the 1 star to 3 star but a lot has to be desired. I have had issues with them not giving me the right product. The issue with change on curbside and the curbside p/u shortened hours.. They do beat the rise in price but the rise has better service.
