Oils seem ok, but the service lacks.  Numbers are called all out of order, budtenders display an affect of attitude and they seem confused as to who to call.  I waited for 10 minutes, a guy with the #25 came in after me, I was #21 and he was taken back before me; budtenders knew guy by name.Will not return.

Tried this dispensary out yesterday. Got home and the "cheap ass half oz" of Cherry Diesel we got had seeds in it. Listen man, I don't care how cheap you think it is (because $200 an ounce is not cheap anyway) I should never buy from a dispensary and find seeds in my buds! I will not ever come back here and I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Do you like being treated like you are in jail? You do. Then this is the place for you! They have 'security guards' everywhere telling you exactly  what to do and when to do it. Nice.

The staff is amazing,  the flower and edibles are awesome!!  I have been coming here for years.  I tried somewhere else last week and the atmosphere was horrible, merch was horrible.  Rise staff is knowledgeable in all of their items..Will never go anywhere else in this area!!  Keep up the good work .

Literally Rise has been my favorite dispensary since I first came here. The bud tenders are always friendly, nice, and helpful. Also the daily doubles have me driving 2 hours because they be sooo good sometimes. Never had bad quality green, bad service, or anything. This place should have 100 stars!

This is my go to spot for flower in Carson. Sometimes a little pricey, but the service makes up for that, plus they have a really good variety of deals that changes every week. The budtenders are always super nice most of them are very knowledgeable and care more about the customer happy than making a sale.Also special thank you to Emily, Jarod and Tyler, you all have helped me out so much!

The staff said really inappropriate remarks to my friends and I. They have a lot of young male staff working there and there is no filter. They need to keep this place business professional. Other than the immature customer service the product is severely lacking. I can get more for my money in Evanston.

Always love coming here. It's close to my home. Have really good flower. And everyday I'm receiving a text about how they have something on sale!

Pretty normal experience buying from the shop. Buying online though, the menu isn't accurate. Purchased a "vanilla synergy dew drops"  1:1 100mg THC and 100mg CBDWhen delivered the item I received was only 50mg THC and 50mg CBD   not the same dose I paid for or was shown on their menu.Called them to notify the order did not match the delivery, the guy verified the information and said they will change their menu.  Not even an apology for their mistake, then he hung up.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 minutes to Reno.  The prices at Rise are almost twice as high for many items.  Well worth the gas money if you're planning on spending over$50. Not to mention the arrogant "I'm cooler than you " attitude of some of the employees.  I personally prefer cartridges and I can get 2 of the exact same cartridges in Reno for the price of 1 at Rise. I've been into Rise a handful of times and always walk out feeling like I just got ripped off. A cartridge priced at $26 at a Reno dispensary was being sold at rise for over $60. That is far from competitive.

To product is acceptable but the service is not, especially when it comes to receiving deliveries. Once again another delivery unexplainably canceled by Rise before it was picked up by Blackbird. They call and tell you the of order is ready and then somehow it is canceled afterwards. Unacceptable.

Great service. Fast.  Good product.  Right off highway in Carson city on way from Reno to Tahoe.  Gonna hit it every time i am in town.

Rise is great! I was a regular customer until I moved to Reno then got a job as a budtender at another dispensary. I miss Rise. I was in town tonite and decided to cash in my points. I got an eighth and a pre roll. Both are good. The budtender was super nice and didn't give me an attitude for not spending money. Keep up the great work!

The staff was very friendly and they had a wide selection. The store was very clean as well. It was my first time going to a dispensary out here in reno and the bud tender who helped me was able to give me some good suggestions and was able to answer all the questions I had. Would reccomend to anyone who hasn't been yet and any other first time patients. Quality was good but there was like 5 strands that I would consider top shelf. I would just like to see a few more top shelf choices.

Very knowledgeable staff. They answered all of my questions! They have tons of variety for all needs. Easy go to stop for locals, or people just passing through Carson City.

Not all your workers understood it, other workers say different to us,you don't allow management to treat people like that ,still not cool .not a professional,shouldn't be in that field. That's why we haven't been back.

Long time customer of this dispensary and always have been taken care of by all of the great Patient Care Specialists. I have severe PTSD from my military service and use some products to alleviate my suffering. Recently I have been taken care of by Kelly as well as Emily. I have found them both to be extremely knowledgeable and have found me alternative solutions to many of the pharmaceuticals that I have been prescribed in the past. Some of the side effects from these pills are not worth some of the up sides. They have helped me try and balance my condition with very positive results. Thank you Rise for having such excellent employees! Thank you Emily and Kelly for your true compassion and desire to help, I've never felt like they were just trying to make a sale.

Menus available in waiting area. Menus include daily specials and prices on all products. You don't have to spend a ton of time with the budtender figuring out what is available and the prices are right there! Defo a plus.

Wow. What happened to this place? I've been coming here since the beginning. Always the best in town. At least used to be.  Not anymore.  As a medical pt I often sit and wait for the 1 tender for medical as several recreational users come and go. Un fortunately not a lot of help or advice available.  Just buy some stuff and get out. This place has landslided down hill since Tyler left. I will now go to the closest dispensary. No more loyalty. And check your receipt. It's often wrong.

Terp x is the bomb, you are missing out if you don't try them.  Got the og and Jilly bean today. Super . Nothing at sierra wellness compares.

Went in looking for a lotion / cream pain reliever ,what a great store and friendly staff found the product Synergy balm tried it for a few days on lower back it works very well ! will be back for more for sure .

Great shop in Carson City. Currently you do need a medical card to purchase products.  However Shannon was very helpful and informative.  She was able to recommend a store that carried some of the products we needed and it is working well.  If the laws change in the Nevada we will return. Location looks like a clinic and is clean and well organized.

Cool facility with great budtenders! The BEST selection in Northern Nevada. Only complaint is that it's very hard to read their online menu and often it's not up to date. I recommend new patients give this place a try, and just go in and see what they got, cause it's a lot. Also it's unfortunate they don't hire enough staff for longer hours and they are closed Mondays...? Overall good, but inventory issues with online menu, stinks. As a ptsd patient I prefer selecting my medicine online before coming into ANY dispensary. TERPX IS HERE....#1.

Best place in Carson for medical marijuana. Very nice organized informative staff. Great quality tasty medicine in a safe environment. I love coming here and they accept CA patients!

I've been here several times and must say that I've been so impressed by the staff, customer service and last but certainty not least, the product. I love how carefully selected every item sold at this location is, you can rest assured that you're getting nothing but great quality. I'll admit that I initially visited Rise just to check it out but I now consider myself an exclusive patient to this place. Thanks for being so friendly, informative, and for always hooking it up.

Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Great selection of products and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Rise as the place to go.

I've been buying from Rise Carson for about a year. I only buy rec weed. I pick out my choice on their web site. read up on description and THC levels price, sometimes also check with "all bud" for a second opinion.  call ahead if short on time or just pick up. I really don't rely on any budtenders opinions or recommendations. buying weed for me is like wine tasting. everyone has their own evaluation on taste, and or "the high" I get. I like this place ...I've been to many other weed shops...this one is comfortable. the people are nice, It has a homey feel. laid back. i don't know why others feel differant.there are many choices for dispensaries. this one is just fine. I live in SLT. not much choice there. Rise Carson is still worth the 1/2 hour drive for me. I recommend this place over many others..some are just like doctors outer offices. they give me a creepy feeling. check out Rise Carson!

Today I reached pain levels that I'd kept at bay for years. Mostly thanks to marijuana. I underestimated my day & my physical limits. By the end I was solely focused on getting home & out of that consuming, increasing pain. With no medicine left & only $17 to my name, your team... helped me. I can't even describe how grateful I was for them in those moments & how grateful I AM to have found a collection of compassionate, understanding people. As I've battled disability through my life, I've learned how uncommon it can be for empathy to come before judgement. Thank you.. not just for the always happy, knowledgeable & genuinely kind service but for being exactly where I needed to go in a humbling hour. THANK YOU RISE!

low quality and high prices just like most dispensaries. 35$ 1/8th that i found 2 seeds in.... their $100 ounces aren't even shake its trim

i really like location, set up, and decor of rise. ive spend a decent amount of money in this store. i never leave without spending over $100. after my last experience, i dont think ill ever be back. ill drive to reno for cheaper prices and cheaper tax. on my last visit i had a budtender tell me things i KNOW to be untrue. then preceded to steer me into a product that once smoked turned out to be EXACTLY what i told this guy i didnt like! added flavor profiles. so much mint its like i ate one. this isnt the first time ive had this happen here. when the next time comes to re-up i will drive out of my way in order to get a better experience.

This is my favorite dispensary..the bud tenders are the best..they know about the medicine and can answer just about any questions you have.

Sorry....these guys are DUMB. I have been going there for over 3 years. I spend a few hundred dollars a month. Like everyone else in the world my drivers license expires periodically. Before it expires you get a renewal, right? Thats exactly what I did just like I've been doing forever. But Rise says no Good. ID not valid. Suggested I "try" somewhere else. So they turned me away and I left. Then I called to speak to a manager so I could get this straightened out. I spoke to someone said manager would call right back. Nobody called back so I called again was told the same thing. No one called back. So I went to Sierra Wellness in town and they were fine. Motto of the story?....weed stores are a dime a dozen, if one hassles you just dont go back, obviously.

This place does not like to hire older people probably why the service sucks . Would not patronize due to age discrimination .

I'm a first time CBD oil buyer (tincture): the salesperson seemed in a hurry, the transaction felt rushed - the store was not all that busy at the time.  I had just a few questions that were mostly answered but again it felt like a rushed conversation.  No comment on the product quality, it is fully labeled and comes from Experience Premium Cannabis out of Las Vegas.

Been coming here for two year, always happy with products and staff. Very knowledgeable about the CBD varieties. Price same as other dispensaries in the area but I personally like the area it is in.See ya there soon!

Buyers Beware! If you place a large online order please check your bags! I placed a large order and my bags were zipped and STAPLED SHUT making it hard to check the contents and an item was missing from my order! Not easy to resolve and has taken several days...  I will be sure to have them prove to me my complete order is in the bag from now on!

On 6/5 I bought a disposable pen it did not work I brought it back and they replaced the pen without any questions really good experience everybody was really understanding The bud tender got a manager right away and resolve the issue

Weed is good, but way way overpriced! My star rating is for the service, IT SUCKS! They gave me a bag with nothing in it. And when I want back they Made feel like it was my fault. Like I was the ass that didn't put weed in my bag. No sorry no free joint or any compensation. Just here's your bag and screw off! By the way no one called me to say they made a mistake. Just because you sell weed you don't have to be a Dumbass and provide terrible customer service. If you want to ripped off come here!

Just another pot shop. They just had a mass Exodus by 15 loyal employees. I walked out on Black Friday after working 11 hours on my feet, dropping several hundred in tips/tokes for the team. My share "0".  A toxic and corrupt corporate culture.  There are much better places to shop for cannabis products. #boycott

Their Weed is usually best in Carson. But once again they have raised all their prices. Every time they start doing better with deals and prices, they come in and raise the prices again and drive me out. I wont be back again for a while, till prices come down again. We deserve affordable good weed.

I visited Rise and ordered a cartridge that I did not have a battery for. I went back and was helped instantly. The service was great and Nick took care of my issues with no hassle. I'll be recommending rise to my family and friends from now on.
