They were very friendly and introduce themselves, made me feel very comfortable. Also laminated my card for me. And was very knowledgeable to what I needed. I will definitely go back I bought some gummy's and a disposable Vape which I really liked very relaxing. Thank you everyone! Yes

Service is slow but they are always busy and likely under staffed. But the selection is decent and prices are what you'd expect.

I got to the dispensary at 6:45, they're open until 7, they had 1 person in the lobby, and denied me access to get my medicine. Anyone that's been there knows you can see the lobby from outside. My husband and I will no longer be patients there. I will also spread word of mouth to others as well. If you're open to a certain time then you need to allow people to come in until then. There's been plenty of times I've been there personally and there were people came in at 6:59, and they were able to check them in and get them back. Horrible customer service, very disappointed!

First visit was stellar!  Finally, The Botanist has competition which means a win for all!  Competition keeps businesses from resting on their laurels and gives customers more options, it's great all around for everyone.  Zen Leaf is a great option for Locals of the Northeast Ohio area to get medicine.I met with Anelisse the assistant manager and Isaac the pharmacist, both people were funny, intelligent and provided excellent customer service!  I will be a regular from now on!  Thank you Zen for joining our local community and I look forward to watching yoru menu and product line grow, grow and grow!  :D The two product labels below are two of the three items I purchased on my first visit.The place is easy to find with GPS if your not familiar with that section of town.  The area is clean, the building is well maintained and the inside is professional looking.The only thing missing is that if you're reading this you're not inside Zen Leaf purchasing some REAL medicine that works without horrible side effects.

Fire selection, some of the staff are cool, some are not as cool n that's okay. The website has not been showing the sales that are in the store when you get there. Great selection tho.

Conveniently located in Canton. A new structure and spanking-new clean. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! You need a Medical Card to enter. A large variety of things to chose from. You must have cash to purchase. There is an ATM machine here. Open 7 days a week. Check them out on the "web"! They have the answers!

I'm a new dispensary shopper and since they already knew that they tailored their salesmanship to my needs. The staff were super friendly knowledgeable and not at all smug or dismissive (something I expect from marijuana industry folks tbh). My rep really took their time and explained the procedures, process and products clearly and concisely. I appreciated it. The wait time wasnt bad and prices were decent. I enjoy that they sell all Ohio grown products. Great visit.

Always a great experience. Hands down best dispensary in NE Ohio. The staff is knowledgeable. Their selection is always 👌 not to mention the deals and their loyalty points program.

Awesome place! Great choices and fantastic staff will answer any questions you have and take their time with you to make sure you get the right product for your individual needs. My husband has mental issues and they have been patient in explaining what may work best for him. They have been amazing!!
