Getting  better, but consistency of quality is still  lacking. Strains seem to vary in their thc percentages  from harvest  to harvest.

As most know, this is a brand new industry in Ohio, so this brand new business has to start from the ground up, pun intended, and the state wasn't the easiest partner.    This place was one of the first in Ohio to open. We waited till day 3 to let the media attention die down and for them to work out the bugs.   I think that was a wise idea, by day 3, they seemed pretty organized and it was a great experience, a first for me.   I hope their Columbus Store opens soon.

Left you 5 stars on Google. Brought in almost 200 people with my helpful review. (Deleted) Had 2 horrible experiences but still remained a customer... shit happens I get it.. I was told to fill out my application on indeed you needed help even sent an assessment test on indeed. called to check on my application 2x. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You can't email or call me back? Made me wait 16 days to check no on indeed? I'll never be back or refer your establishment. Good luck

I found that the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and I immediately felt at ease.  It's not like the "old days" of just a few strains - there are hundreds and luckily the staff can steer you in the right direction.  The only thing that threw me off was they only take cash but there is an ATM on location.  Beautiful facility and well run.  Happy that OH has taken down the barriers, especially for those of us that need marijuana for major medical issues.

I've only had a complaint about 1 and it was handled. Edited 06.21.2021 Lowell is thee BEST and MOST informative bud tenders. I tell him problem, he tells me best strain. He could train others #ijs

Great customer service ! I feel very comfortable entering the botanist , I can always expect smiles and a good attitude from each and everyone of the staff members. I had David check me out today, and it was great! He had such a great attitude, talked to me like a normal human being and actually helped me out with my purchases. Great people all around !

The staff here are very knowledgeable and caring about the patients. The prices are comparable to other dispensaries in the state of Ohio. They offer online ordering, which makes it easy and convenient to get your medicine. When ordering I recommend using the IHeartjane app. Its free and you can get it on the app store.
